技术领域
本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种折叠组件、折叠显示终端。
背景技术
随着显示技术的不断发展,折叠显示终端逐渐成为未来移动电子产品的一个发展趋势。折叠显示终端在展开状态下,能够获得较大的显示面积,提升观影效果。折叠显示终端在折叠状态下,能够获得较小的体积,便于用户携带。
折叠显示终端至少包括:柔性屏和用于承载所述柔性屏的折叠组件。其中,柔性屏较为脆弱,容易损坏失效。
然而,在使用过程中,由于折叠显示终端不可避免存在跌落场景,造成柔性屏损坏,尤其对于外折叠设计的折叠显示终端,由于柔性屏显露在外,上述跌落损坏问题更加突出,损坏后更换柔性屏或折叠组件的维修费用较高,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种折叠组件、折叠显示终端,解决了折叠显示终端跌落造成柔性屏损坏,影响用户体验的问题。
为达到上述目的,本申请实施例采用如下技术方案:本申请实施例的第一方面,提供一种折叠组件,所述折叠组件用于承载柔性屏;所述折叠组件包括:转轴;第一结构件、第二结构件;所述第一结构件与所述第二结构件通过所述转轴转动连接;第一保护机构,所述第一保护机构包括:承载冲击头,所述承载冲击头与所述转轴的一端可拆卸连接;其中,所述柔性屏包括:背离所述转轴的第一表面,所述承载冲击头高于或等于所述柔性屏的第一表面。由此,通过设置第一保护机构,可以保护柔性屏,避免折叠显示终端跌落造成柔性屏损坏。其中,在多种跌落形式中,折叠显示终端在折叠态的角跌最容易导致柔性屏损坏。当折叠显示终端在折叠状态时,本申请实施例提供的第一保护机构位于柔性屏的弯折角,且承载冲击头高于或等于该柔性屏背离该弯折支撑件的表面,使得当折叠显示终端跌落时,该第一保护机构先于该柔性屏与碰撞点接触,增强了对柔性屏的防护,进一步提高了折叠显示终端的防撞性能。第一保护机构与转轴可拆卸连接,能够快速维修更换第一保护机构,大幅减少用户的维修成本。

AMOLED显示屏作为一种自发光显示屏,无需设置背光模组(back light module,BLM)。因此,当AMOLED显示屏中的衬底基板采用柔性树脂材料,例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)构成时,AMOLED显示屏能够具有可弯折的特性。
此外,如图1所示,折叠显示终端01还包括用于承载柔性屏10的折叠组件20。
需要说明的是,本申请中折叠组件20的相关附图为简化的结构示意图,该折叠组件20不限于图中的结构,还可以包括其他的结构,在此不再赘述。
该折叠组件20包括第一结构件201、第二结构件202以及位于第一结构件201和第二结构件202之间的转轴203。
转轴203与第一结构件201、第二结构件202相连接。第一结构件201和第二结构件202可以分别绕转轴203进行旋转。第一结构件201和第二结构件202可以是壳体,也可以是电子设备的中框结构。
其中,第一结构件201和第二结构件202可以用于承载柔性屏10,使得柔性屏10在使用过程中尽量保持平整,并对柔性屏10的非显示面进行保护。
柔性屏10的一部分通过胶层固定于第一结构件201上,一部分通过胶层固定于第二结构件202上,柔性屏10的其余部分位于第一结构件201和第二结构件202之间。该胶层可以为涂覆胶水后形成的薄膜层,本申请实施例对于该胶层的具体形式不 进行限定。此外,第一结构件201和第二结构件202上还可以设置有其他的电子元件,例如,摄像头、耳机、听筒、按键、电池等,本申请实施例对于第一结构件201和第二结构件202上设置的其他电子元件不进行限定。
第一结构件201和第二结构件202可以分别沿转轴203的轴线O-O进行旋转,从而带动柔性屏10折叠或者展开。如图1a所示,柔性屏可以弯折和展平,其中,图1a为柔性屏从180°展平到0°的展平过程,或者从0°折叠到180°的折叠过程。
如图1b所示,当第一结构件201和第二结构件202之间的夹角α为0°时,柔性屏10处于折叠状态。
或者,如图1c所示,当第一结构件201和第二结构件202之间的夹角α增大至180°时,柔性屏10处于展开状态。
在第一结构件201和第二结构件202不具备弯折特性的情况下,柔性屏10上与第一结构件201通过胶层相连接的区域无法弯折,该部分区域为如图2所示的第一非弯折区101。
柔性屏10上与第二结构件202通过胶层相连接的区域,在第二结构件202的承载下也无法弯折,该部分区域为如图2所示的第二非弯折区102。
此外,柔性屏10中,位于上述第一非弯折区101和第二非弯折区102之间的部分,为能够使得折叠显示终端01实现弯折特性的弯折区103。
在此基础上,为了对上述柔性屏10的弯折区103进行支撑,以提高弯折区103的刚度和抗冲击性的同时,确保柔性屏10的弯折区103的弯折性能能够到达要求。如图2所示,上述折叠组件20还包括弯折支撑件30。
弯折支撑件30位于转轴203朝向柔性屏10的一侧。上述弯折支撑件30还与第一结构件201和第二结构件202相连接。
示例的,弯折支撑件30靠近第一结构件201的一端,可以通过胶层粘接于第一结构件201。
弯折支撑件30靠近第二结构件202的一端,可以通过胶层粘接于第二结构件202。
此外,弯折支撑件30中,除了与第一结构件201和第二结构件202相连接的部分以外的中间区域,与转轴203相连接。
需要说明的是,本申请对弯折支撑件30与转轴203相连接的方式不做限定。
由上述可知,一方面,弯折支撑件30需要对弯折区103进行支撑,以使得折叠显示终端01在弯折过程中,柔性屏10的弯折区103具有良好的抗冲击能力,减少柔性屏10在弯折区103出现损坏的几率。
另一方面,弯折支撑件30还需要具有良好的柔韧性,以确保柔性屏10弯折区103的最大弯折角度能够到达要求。例如,柔性屏10的弯折区103以及弯折支撑件30在处于最大弯折角度时,能够保证第一结构件201的背面(背离柔性屏10的一侧表面)与第二结构件202的背面相接触。
为了满足上述要求,本申请的一些实施例中,如图2、图2a所示,弯折支撑件30包括柔性连接层301,以及多个间隔的,且沿转轴203轴线O-O方向设置的刚性支撑条302。多条刚性支撑条302间隔设置,且每一条刚性支撑条302都与柔性连接 层301相连接。
或者,又例如,在本申请的另一些实施例中,如图2b所示,柔性连接层301对多条刚性支撑条302进行包裹。在此情况下,每一条刚性支撑条302周边均被柔性连接层301覆盖。
其中,构成刚性支撑条302的材料的刚度,大于构成柔性连接层301的材料的刚度。
示例的,构成刚性支撑条302的材料可以为金属单质,例如钨、钼;或者可以为金属化合物,例如不锈钢、模具钢等合金钢,或者非晶合金。
构成柔性连接层301的材料可以为具有较高柔韧性的硅胶材料。这样一来,柔性材料层301可以使得弯折支撑件30具有一定的柔韧性,从而确保柔性屏10弯折区103的最大弯折角度能够到达要求。
此外,刚性支撑条302能够为弯折支撑件30提供较强的刚度,以使得弯折支撑件30具有良好的支撑性能,达到提高折叠显示终端01在弯折过程中,柔性屏10的弯折区103的抗冲击能力。
其中,柔性屏10较为脆弱,折叠显示终端跌落容易损坏柔性屏10,并且,在多种跌落形式中,外折叠设计的折叠显示终端在折叠态的角跌最容易导致柔性屏损坏,其中,外折叠设计的折叠显示终端,在折叠状态时,柔性屏位于设备外侧。
为了避免折叠显示终端跌落时损坏柔性屏10,需要为柔性屏10设置保护机构。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,如图3、图3a、图3b、图3c、图4、图5所示,可以在弯折支撑件30的一端设置保护机构303,该保护机构303由弯折支撑件30的端面分别向柔性屏10和转轴203的端面延伸,该保护机构303和弯折支撑件30呈“T”型排布。
由此,通过设置保护机构303,可以对柔性屏的弯折区103进行防护,避免折叠显示终端跌落造成柔性屏损坏。
并且,当折叠显示终端在折叠状态时,本申请实施例提供的保护机构303位于柔性屏的弯折角处,可以保护柔性屏的弯折角,尤其可以对折叠状态的,外折叠设计的折叠显示终端的角跌进行防护,提高了折叠显示终端的防撞性能。
其中,该保护机构303例如高于或等于柔性屏10背离弯折支撑件30的表面,使得当折叠显示终端跌落时,该保护机构303先于该柔性屏与碰撞点接触,增强了对柔性屏的防护,进一步提高了折叠显示终端的防撞性能。
本申请实施例对保护机构303的材质不做限制。示例性的,保护机构303的材质包括但不限于:不锈钢、模具钢等合金钢,或者非晶合金。保护机构303可以采用金属注射成型(Metal injection Molding,MIM)工艺注射成型。成型时,可先将金属粉末与粘结剂的增塑混合料进行混合,然后将混合料进行制粒再注射成所需要的形状。
然而,刚性支撑条302为多个,保护机构303与刚性支撑条302数量相同,每个刚性支撑条的端面上连接一个保护机构303,工艺较为复杂。
并且,如图4所示,柔性屏设备在角跌时,由保护机构303和单个刚性支撑条302承受冲击,容易在保护机构303和单个刚性支撑条302的“T”字横竖交叉位置,也即图5中304处,发生变形或者断裂,使得折叠显示终端在跌落后出现柔性屏 显示异常等问题,对于柔性屏为外折叠的设备,上述问题尤其突出。
为进一步提高保护机构303对柔性屏10的防护作用,可以将刚性支撑条302中受跌落冲击的部位进行加强,或者利用转轴在刚性支撑条302的后侧辅助限位,分担一部分跌落冲击,或者如图5所示,增大柔性屏10与保护机构303之间的间隙,留大安全余量。
然而,由于刚性支撑条302的尺寸局限性,其结构强度不能无限制提升,虽然利用转轴在刚性支撑条302的后侧分担了一部分跌落冲击,但总的冲击能量太大,剩余的冲击能量依然会导致刚性支撑条302断裂或者变形;且柔性屏10与保护机构303之间的间隙过大,外观不美观。
与上述实施例中的保护机构303相比,本实施例中的第一保护机构2031承受跌落冲击的部位从刚性支撑条302上的保护机构303,变成转轴203上的第一保护机构2031。
如图6、图6a、图6b、图7、图8所示,可以在转轴203的一端设置第一保护机构2031,且该第一保护机构2031由转轴203的端面向柔性屏10的端面延伸,使得该第一保护机构2031和转轴203呈“L”型排布。
由此,通过设置第一保护机构2031,可以对柔性屏的弯折区103进行防护,避免折叠显示终端跌落造成柔性屏损坏。
其中,转轴203例如包括相对的第一端和第二端,第一保护机构2031可以设置于转轴203的其中一端,也可以在转轴203的两端分别设置该第一保护机构2031。
当折叠显示终端在折叠状态时,本申请实施例提供的第一保护机构2031位于柔性屏的弯折角处,可以保护柔性屏的弯折角,尤其可以对折叠状态的折叠显示终端的角跌进行防护,提高了折叠显示终端的防撞性能。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例对该第一保护机构的尺寸不做限制。其中,如图8所示,第一保护机构2031的头部2030,跌落时最先接触地面,其受到的冲击最大,可以适当增加该头部2030的面积或厚度,或者调整整个第一保护机构2031的尺寸,增大受力面积,提高折叠显示终端的抗冲击性能。
本申请实施例对第一保护机构2031的结构不做限制。其中,该第一保护机构2031例如包括:承载冲击头20311,承载冲击头20311例如高于或等于柔性屏10背离弯折支撑件30的表面,使得当折叠显示终端跌落时,该承载冲击头20311先于该柔性屏与碰撞点接触,增强了对柔性屏的防护,进一步提高了折叠显示终端的防撞性能。
其中,需要说明的是,柔性屏10包括相对的第一表面和第二表面,柔性屏10的第二表面例如通过胶层与折叠组件粘接固定,柔性屏10的第一表面为背离该胶层的表面。
本申请实施例对该第一保护机构2031和转轴203的连接方式不做限制。在本申请一种实现方式中,该第一保护机构2031与转轴203一体成型,可以提高第一保护机构2031和转轴203的连接强度,进一步提高了折叠显示终端的防撞性能。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,该第一保护机构2031与转轴203可拆卸连接。示例性的,如图7、图7a所示,第一保护机构2031包括:承载冲击头20311和凹部 20312,其中,凹部20312承载冲击头20311靠近转轴203的端面上。
其中,承载冲击头20311跌落时最先接触地面,其受到的冲击最大,承载冲击头20311抗冲击强度大于或等于转轴的抗冲击强度。例如,承载冲击头20311可以采用非晶金属、钛合金、合金元素焊料大于10%的高合金钢(例如防弹钢)等材料制成。
转轴203伸出柔性屏10的端面上设有凸部2035,所述凸部2035的端面尺寸小于所述转轴的端面尺寸。凹部20312与凸部2035的外形相匹配,凸部2035位于凹部20312中。由此,使得第一保护机构和转轴的连接面尺寸更大,提高了连接稳定性。其中,凹部20312的端面尺寸例如和转轴203的端面形状、尺寸相同,凹部20312和转轴203的端面可以紧密贴合。
本申请实施例对凸部的形状不做限制。在本申请一种实现方式中,如图7b所示,所述凸部的横截面为D形、规则的多边形或不规则形状。由此,可以避免凸部和凹部在使用时发生相对转动,提高了连接的稳定性。
本申请实施例对上述凸部和凹部的具体连接方式不做限制。凸部2035例如通过连接部件2034和凹部20312连接。
在本申请一种实现方式中,如图7b、图7c所示,连接部件2034为销钉或螺钉,凸部2035和凹部20312上例如设有与该连接部件2034匹配的连接孔,该连接部件2034例如穿设于凸部2035和凹部20312的连接孔内。需要更换或维修承载冲击头时,只需要将连接部件2034从连接孔中取出,就可以将第一保护机构与转轴分开。由此,第一保护机构和转轴可以通过连接部件2034可拆卸连接,便于组装和维修。
在本申请其他的实现方式中,也可以如图7d所示,不设置上述凹部和凸部,仅在转轴203的一端和第一保护机构2031上设置连接孔,并通过销钉或螺钉将转轴203和第一保护机构2031可拆卸连接。需要更换或维修承载冲击头时,只需要将连接部件2034从连接孔中取出,就可以将第一保护机构与转轴203分开。由此,第一保护机构和转轴可以通过连接部件2034可拆卸连接,便于组装和维修。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,如图8所示,连接部件2034包括:设置于所述凸部2035外表面的外螺纹,以及设置于所述凹部20312内表面的内螺纹,所述凸部2035与所述凹部20312螺纹连接,使用时,可以将凸部2035插入凹部20312中,并拧紧,需要拆卸该第一保护机构2031时,只需要沿反方向拧松,并分离凸部2035和凹部20312。由此,可以通过螺纹将第一保护机构和转轴可拆卸连接。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,如图9所示,该连接部件2034可以包括:可配合卡接的第一卡接件和第二卡接件,所述第一卡接件例如为卡勾,设置在所述凹部20312的内侧壁上,所述第二卡接件例如为锥形结构,设置在凸部2035的顶端。其中,所述第二卡接件可采用弹性材料制成,在外力作用下能够变形。由此,当第二卡接件在外力作用下收缩时,该第二卡接件例如可以进入卡槽,并且,当第二卡接件进入卡槽之后,卡扣头恢复形变,所述第一卡接件和所述第二卡接件配合卡接可使所述第一保护机构可拆卸卡接于所述转轴203上。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,凸部2035和凹部20312通过粘胶粘接固定。该粘胶例如可以是热熔胶。需要拆卸该第一保护机构2031时,可以沿远离转轴203的方向用力,将凸部2035和凹部20312分离,或者,可以加热该第一保护机构2031,使 得粘胶软化,再分离凸部2035和凹部20312。由此,凸部2035和凹部20312的连接结构更简单,便于批量生产。
本申请实施例对第一保护机构2031的材质不做限制。示例性的,该第一保护机构2031例如和转轴203的材质可以相同或不同。第一保护机构2031的材质包括但不限于:不锈钢、模具钢等合金钢,或者非晶合金。第一保护机构2031可以采用金属注射成型(Metal injection Molding,MIM)工艺注射成型。成型时,可先将金属粉末与粘结剂的增塑混合料进行混合,然后将混合料进行制粒再注射成所需要的形状。
其中,第一保护机构可以采用比转轴强度更高的材质,以获得更高的抗冲击强度,或者更好的缓冲效果,使用灵活性高。
此外,如图6c所示,可以对第一保护机构2031的端面图案2036进行定制,还可以对承载冲击头的造型进行定制,用户可以根据需要进行选择,这些均属于本申请的保护范围。并且,如图6d所示,还可以在承载冲击头20311上设置支架接口2037,使用时,可以将支架插入支架接口2037中,可以支撑折叠显示终端。其中,该支架接口2037可以用于车载支架,便于用户使用。
其中,上述实施例中,折叠显示终端受冲击零件在保护机构303与刚性支撑条302的连接位置是强度最薄弱点。本实施例中,折叠显示终端受冲击零件在第一保护机构2031与转轴203的连接位置是强度最薄弱点。其中,第一保护机构2031与转轴203的连接面尺寸大于保护机构303与刚性支撑条302的连接面尺寸,有利于提高折叠显示终端的抗冲击性能。
通常,刚性支撑条为多个,示例性的,如图2所示,刚性支撑条为5个,当然,也可以为7个或者更多,且刚性支撑条之间留有间隙。第一保护机构2031与转轴203的连接面尺寸约为保护机构303与刚性支撑条302连接面尺寸的5-6倍,在材质相同的情况下,转轴203的强度约为刚性支撑条强度的5-6倍,从而大幅度提升跌落防撞性能。
由此,本申请实施例提供的折叠组件,通过设置与转轴203连接的第一保护机构,与上述实施例中与弯折支撑件30的刚性支撑条连接的保护机构相比,能够将角跌时受冲击零件的强度提升5-6倍,从而避免该零件断裂、变形导致的柔性屏损坏。
接着参考图7,可以将弯折支撑件30的端面内缩,并在所述弯折支撑件的端面与所述边框之间设置弹性部件40。所述第一弹性部件40的材质包括但不限于硅胶。
由此,通过设置第一弹性部件40,可以在跌落时实现缓冲,同时,将弯折支撑件30的端面内缩,将第一保护机构2031设置在弯折支撑件外侧,其中,第一保护机构2031仅为1个,与上述实施例中保护机构303为多个相比,工艺更简单,能够大幅提升制造良率。
此外,如图7a所示,还可以在承载冲击头20311的头部设置第二弹性部件50,缓冲跌落对承载冲击头的冲击,提高折叠显示终端的抗冲击性能。
需要说明的是,第二弹性部件50可以套设在承载冲击头20311的头部,也可以在承载冲击头20311的头部设置若干盲孔,并将第二弹性部件填充在盲孔中。这些均属于本申请的保护范围。
接着参考图2、图3、图6,还可以在所述第一结构件201伸出所述柔性屏10的 周边的端面设置第二保护机构2011,以及在第二结构件202伸出所述柔性屏10的周边的端面设置第三保护机构2021。
由此,通过设置第二保护结构和第三保护结构,可以对柔性屏的周边进行防护。
其中,所述第二保护机构2011高于或等于所述柔性屏背离所述第一结构件201的表面。所述第三保护机构2021高于或等于所述柔性屏背离所述第二结构件的表面。
由此,在折叠显示终端跌落或产生碰撞时,第二保护机构和第三保护机构可以先于柔性屏与碰撞点接触,增强了对柔性屏的防护,进一步提高了折叠显示终端的防撞性能。
本申请实施例对该第二保护机构2011和第二结构件202,以及第三保护机构2021和第二结构件202的连接方式不做限制。
在本申请一种实现方式中,该第二保护机构2011和第一结构件201的材质相同,该第二保护机构2011和第一结构件201可以先分别成型,接着将第二保护机构2011和第一结构件201焊接连接在一起。
同理,该第三保护机构2021和第二结构件202的材质相同,该第三保护机构2021和第二结构件202可以先分别成型,接着将第三保护机构2021和第二结构件202焊接连接在一起。
在本申请另一种实现方式中,该第二保护机构2011和第二结构件202一体成型。由此,可以提高第二保护机构2011和第二结构件202的连接强度,进一步提高了折叠显示终端的防撞性能。
同理,该第三保护机构2021和第二结构件202一体成型。由此,可以提高第三保护机构2021和第二结构件202的连接强度,进一步提高了折叠显示终端的防撞性能。
本申请实施例对第二保护机构2011和第三保护机构2021的材质不做限制。示例性的,第二保护机构2011和第三保护机构2021的材质包括但不限于:铝合金。
第二保护机构2011和第三保护机构2021可以压铸成型,或通过数控加工得到。
为避免第一结构件201、第二结构件202在跌落惯性的影响下,在跌落方向与转轴203产生相对错动引起的柔性屏损坏,如图10、图11所示,所述折叠组件还包括:限位部件。
所述限位部件包括:凸起和凹部。
在本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,第一结构件201和第二结构件202上设有所述凸起,所述转轴上设有所述凹部。
示例性的,如图10、图11所示,所述第一结构件201上设有2个第二凸起2012,所述转轴上设有2个与所述第二凸起2012匹配的第二凹部2032,在折叠状态时,所述第二凸起2012位于所述第二凹部2032内,形成限位结构,避免第一结构件201相对转轴203发生位移错动。
同理,所述第二结构件202上设有2个第三凸起2022,所述转轴203上设有2个与所述第三凸起2022匹配的第三凹部2033,在折叠状态时,所述第三凸起2022位于所述第三凹部2033内,形成限位结构,避免第二结构件202相对转轴203发生 位移错动。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例对上述限位部件的数量不做限制,上述限位部件可以包括1组相互配合的凸起和凹部,也可以包括多组,本领域技术人员可根据需要设置,这些均属于本申请的保护范围。
在本申请实施例的另一种实现方式中,第一结构件201和第二结构件202上设有所述凹部,所述转轴上设有所述凸起,具体结构在此不再赘述。
由此,本申请实施例提供的折叠组件,通过第二凹部与第二凸起、第三凹部与第三凸起的配合,当折叠显示终端跌落时,能够大幅减小第一结构件、第二结构件相对于转轴的位移错动量,避免折叠显示终端跌落对柔性屏产生的剪切力造成的柔性屏损坏。
其中,该限位结构可以将位移错动量减小70%。
如图10所示,折叠组件20还包括第三结构件204和第四结构件214。所述第一结构件201上设有第一滑槽,所述第二结构件202上设有第二滑槽。
所述第三结构件204和所述第四结构件214可以为柱形结构的转动件,所述第三结构件204和所述第四结构件214的截面例如为圆形或多边形,本申请实施例对第三结构件和第四结构件的截面形状不做限制。第三结构件204的第一端与转轴203转动连接,第二端可以伸入所述第一滑槽内,并与所述第一滑槽滑动连接。使得当第一结构件201围绕所述转轴203的轴线O-O转动时,所述第一结构件201相对于所述第三结构件204,能够沿靠近或远离所述转轴203的方向滑动预设距离。
同理,第四结构件214的第一端与转轴203转动连接,第二端可以伸入所述第二滑槽内,并与所述第二滑槽滑动连接。使得当第二结构件202围绕所述转轴203的轴线O-O转动时,所述第二结构件202相对于所述第四结构件214,能够沿靠近或远离所述转轴203的方向滑动。
本申请实施例对第三结构件204与所述第一滑槽的连接方式以及第四结构件214与所述第二滑槽的连接方式不做限制,只需实现滑动连接即可。
在柔性屏10的折叠过程中,所述第一结构件201相对于所述第三结构件204,沿靠近所述转轴203的方向滑动,所述第二结构件202相对于所述第四结构件214,沿靠近所述转轴203的方向滑动。由此,第一结构件201能够相对于第三结构件204滑动,第二结构件214能够相对于第四结构件214滑动,可以释放部分弯折力,减小了对柔性屏的拉扯力,避免弯折过程中对柔性屏的拉扯力过大。
在柔性屏10的展开过程中,所述第一结构件201相对于所述第三结构件204,沿远离所述转轴203的方向滑动;所述第二结构件202相对于所述第四结构件214,沿远离所述转轴203的方向滑动。由此,第一结构件201能够相对于第三结构件204滑动,第二结构件214能够相对于第四结构件214滑动,可以释放部分伸展力,减小了对柔性屏的拉扯力,避免伸展过程中对柔性屏的拉扯力过大。
本申请实施例提供的转动机构,所述第三结构件与所述第一结构件滑动连接,所述第四结构件与所述第二结构件滑动连接,减小了第一结构件、第二结构件和转轴对柔性屏的拉扯力,提高了柔性屏的平整性。

  1. 一种折叠组件,其特征在于,所述折叠组件用于承载柔性屏;所述折叠组件包括:
    转轴;
    第一结构件、第二结构件;所述第一结构件与所述第二结构件通过所述转轴转动连接;
    第一保护机构,所述第一保护机构包括:承载冲击头,所述承载冲击头与所述转轴的一端可拆卸连接;
    其中,所述柔性屏包括:背离所述转轴的第一表面,所述承载冲击头高于或等于所述柔性屏的第一表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述转轴的一端设有凸部,所述承载冲击头靠近所述转轴的端面上设有凹部,或,所述转轴的一端设有凹部,所述承载冲击头靠近所述转轴的端面上设有凸部,所述凸部与所述凹部可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述凸部和所述凹部通过粘胶粘接固定。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述第一保护机构还包括:连接件,所述凸部和所述凹部上均设有与所述连接件匹配的连接孔,所述连接件穿设于所述凸部和所述凹部的连接孔中。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述凸部的外侧壁上设有第一卡接件,所述凹部的内侧壁上设有第二卡接件,所述第一卡接件和所述第二卡接件配合卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述凸部的横截面为D形、规则的多边形或不规则形状。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述凸部的横截面为圆形、所述凸部的外表面设置有外螺纹,所述凹部的内表面设有与所述外螺纹匹配的内螺纹,所述凸部与所述凹部螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,还包括:第二保护机构和第三保护机构,
    所述第二保护机构与所述第一结构件伸出所述柔性屏周边的端面连接,所述第二保护机构高于或等于所述柔性屏的第一表面;
    所述第三保护机构与所述第二结构件伸出所述柔性屏周边的端面连接,所述第三保护机构高于或等于所述柔性屏的第一表面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述第二保护机构与所述第一结构件一体成型,所述第三保护机构与所述第二结构件一体成型。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述承载冲击头的端面上设有支架接口。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    弯折支撑件,位于所述转轴朝向所述柔性屏的一侧,并与所述转轴、所述第一结构件、所述第二结构件相连接;
    所述弯折支撑件包括柔性连接层,以及多条间隔的,且沿所述转轴轴线方向设置的刚性支撑条;所述刚性支撑条与所述柔性连接层相连接;所述柔性连接层通过胶层与所述柔性屏的弯折区相连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述弯折支撑件的端面与所述承载冲击头之间设有第一弹性部件。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述承载冲击头的抗冲击强度大于或等于转轴的抗冲击强度,所述承载冲击头的材料包括非晶金属、钛合金、防弹钢。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,所述承载冲击头的头部设有第二弹性部件。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的折叠组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一结构件上设有第二凸起,所述转轴上设有与所述第二凸起匹配的第二凹部,所述第二凸起位于所述第二凹部内;
    所述第二结构件上设有第三凸起,所述转轴上设有与所述第三凸起匹配的第三凹部,所述第三凸起位于所述第三凹部内。
  16. 一种折叠显示终端,其特征在于,包括柔性显示屏,以及如权利要求1-15任一项所述的折叠组件;
    所述柔性显示屏的第一非弯折区与所述折叠组件中的第一结构件相连接;
    所述柔性显示屏的第二非弯折区与所述折叠组件中的第二结构件相连接;
    所述柔性显示屏的弯折区与所述折叠组件中的弯折支撑件相连接;
    其中,所述弯折区位于所述第一非弯折区和所述第二非弯折区之间。
