一种空气放大式吹风机,包括有手柄(1)、外筒(2)、内筒(3)、风机(4)以及控制电路(5),风机(4)安装在手柄(1)的风道内,外筒(2)和内筒(3)之间形成连通风道的环形腔,环形腔的前端形成环形喷嘴(6),控制电路(5)容置在环形腔的末段,手柄(1)的末段开设横向的隧道状孔(1.1)作为进风口,阻挡了风机(4)噪音的直传通道,可在一定的程度上减低噪音;再将风机(4)套装在消音筒(7)内,并将消音筒(7)的进风段(7.1)设成台阶状收缩,该台阶可从风机(4)的源头上挡住一部分噪音外传;内筒(3)上开设斜喷孔(3.1)可进一步地加强吸入内筒(3)气流的流速,从而增大风量;而将内筒(3)的出口段(3.2)设成喇叭口状,一方面可为从斜喷孔(3.1)进入的气流提供扩容通道,另一方面可扩大风束的角度,从而扩大风束吹拂范围。

Description

空气放大式吹风机 技术领域
本发明涉及吹风机技术领域,具体是指采用空气放大式的吹风机。
背景技术
空气放大式吹风机主要由手柄、外筒、内筒、风机以及控制电路构成。手柄具有作为风道的内腔,风机安装在手柄的风道内。外筒和内筒构成空气放大器,外筒和内筒之间形成连通风道的环形腔,环形腔的前端形成环形喷嘴,控制电路容置在环形腔的末段。带有热风功能的,就在环形腔内安装电热元件。手柄的末端开有进风口。空气被风机吸入手柄的风道内,形成高速气流进入空气放大器的环形风道,最后从环形喷嘴喷出。喷出的高速环形气流使内筒形成负压区,因而会吸入周围大量的空气进入内筒,与高速环形气流汇合成高速、高流量的气流从空气放大器吹出。而目前的空气放大式吹风机还属于新兴产品,在噪音、风束吹拂范围及放大的风量等方面都有很大的提升空间。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可降低噪音、扩大风束吹拂 范围、增大风量的空气放大式吹风机。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种空气放大式吹风机,包括有手柄、外筒、内筒、风机以及控制电路,风机安装在手柄的风道内,外筒和内筒之间形成连通风道的环形腔,环形腔的前端形成环形喷嘴,控制电路容置在环形腔的末段,其特征在于:所述手柄的末段开一横向的隧道状孔,隧道状孔的周壁设成格栅状,风机套装在消音筒内,且消音筒的进风段呈台阶状收缩,所述内筒在中段位置开有若干周向布设的向着出风口倾斜的喷孔,且从喷孔到出口的这段内筒设成稍外扩的喇叭口状。
在上述基础上,所述隧道状孔的手柄风道内的表面安装过滤网。
在上述基础上,所述外筒形成有把控制电路与环形腔和手柄风道隔离的挡板。
在上述基础上,所述风机套装在胶套筒内。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:由于本发明空气放大式吹风机在手柄开设横向的隧道状孔作为进风口,阻挡了风机噪音的直传通道,可在一定的程度上减低噪音;再加上风机套装在消音筒内,并将消音筒的进风段设成台阶状收缩,该台阶可从风机的源头上挡住一部分噪音外传。内筒上开设的斜喷孔可进一步地加强吸入内筒气流的流速,从而增大风量;而将内筒的出口段设成喇叭口状,一方面可为从斜喷孔进入的气流提供扩容通道,另一方面可扩大风束的角度,从而扩大风束吹拂范围。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种空气放大式吹风机,包括有手柄1、外筒2、内筒3、风机4以及控制电路5(风机4和控制电路5均为常规部件,图中标示的是安装位置,并未标示其具体形状),风机4安装在手柄1的风道内,外筒2和内筒3之间形成连通风道的环形腔,环形腔的前端形成环形喷嘴6,控制电路5容置在环形腔的末段。在本发明中,所述手柄1的末段开一横向的隧道状孔1.1,隧道状孔1.1的周壁设成格栅状,风机4套装在消音筒7内,且消音筒7的进风段7.1呈台阶状收缩,所述内筒3在中段位置开有若干周向布设的向着出风口倾斜的喷孔3.1,且从喷孔3.1到出口的这段内筒3设成稍外扩的喇叭口状。
空气被风机4从横向的隧道状孔1.1吸入手柄1的风道内,形成高速气流进入外筒2和内筒3之间的环形腔,最后从环形喷嘴6喷出。喷出的高速环形气流使内筒3形成负压区,因而会吸入周围大量的空气进入内筒3,与高速环形气流汇合成高速、高流量的气流从空气放大器吹出。横向的隧道状孔1.1作为手柄1的进风口,可阻挡风机噪音直向外传的通道,可在一定的程度上降低噪音;再加上风机4 套装在消音筒7内,并将消音筒7的进风段7.1设成台阶状收缩,该台阶可从风机4的源头上挡住一部分噪音外传,进一步降低噪音。内筒3上开设的斜喷孔3.1可进一步地增强吸入内筒3气流的流速,从而增大风量;而将内筒3的出口段3.2设成喇叭口状,一方面可为从斜喷孔3.1进入的气流提供扩容通道,另一方面可扩大吹风机风束的角度,从而扩大吹风机风束的吹拂范围。
为防止更加细小的异物吸入风机内,所述隧道状孔1.1的手柄1风道内的表面安装过滤网8。为的使得气流在风机内的流动更加顺畅,所述外筒2形成有把控制电路5与环形腔和手柄风道隔离的挡板2.1。为进一步降低风机的振动与噪音,所述风机4套装在胶套筒9内,比如可采用硅胶套筒。
至于吹风机的各个零部件的结构形式可根据该机的功能结构进行具体设计,以便于成型、加工及装配,这并非本发明改进创新所在。在本实施例中,主体外壳10和手柄1为连体结构,沿着手柄1的纵切面和主体外壳10的横切面把该连体结构分成前后两部分,以便于其它内部零部件的装配。隧道状孔1.1设成一个独立的腰型孔的孔套11,周壁布设网孔,过滤网8套在孔套11的外壁。消音筒7可设计成上下两部分,以便于装嵌风机4。外筒2和内筒3均分成前后两部分,外筒2的前部分和内筒3的前部分一体成型,并形成环形喷嘴6和环形腔的风道部分,外筒2的后部分独立成型,并形成容置控制电路5的环形腔。内筒3的后部分独立成型,嵌装在后部分外筒2的腔孔内。挡板2.1独立成型,装配在外筒2的前后两部分之间,把风道部分的 环形腔和容置控制电路5部分的环形腔分隔开来。控制按键面板12则可安装在便于操作的手柄1的顶端。

  1. 一种空气放大式吹风机,包括有手柄、外筒、内筒、风机以及控制电路,风机安装在手柄的风道内,外筒和内筒之间形成连通风道的环形腔,环形腔的前端形成环形喷嘴,控制电路容置在环形腔的末段,其特征在于:所述手柄的末段开一横向的隧道状孔,隧道状孔的周壁设成格栅状,风机套装在消音筒内,且消音筒的进风段呈台阶状收缩,所述内筒在中段位置开有若干周向布设的向着出风口倾斜的喷孔,且从喷孔到出口的这段内筒设成稍外扩的喇叭口状。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气放大式吹风机,其特征在于:所述隧道状孔的手柄风道内的表面安装过滤网。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空气放大式吹风机,其特征在于:所述外筒形成有把控制电路与环形腔和手柄风道隔离的挡板。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的空气放大式吹风机,其特征在于:所述风机套装在胶套筒内。
