背景技术
现有的电视设备例如电视机,在通过高清接口接收信号源后进行相应的视频播放时,该信号源是实时直播的以及无法暂停的,在用户离开电视机后可能会错过当前播放的内容,从而影响用户的观看体验。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题之一,本申请提供了一种智慧屏反向投屏方法、系统、装置、智慧屏和可读存储介质,以使用户利用智慧屏可以在离开电视设备后仍能继续收看显示屏上播放的视频,满足用户的观看需求,提高用户的体验度。
为了至少部分地实现上述目的之一,本申请采用如下的技术方案:
一种智慧屏反向投屏方法,包括:
在电视设备启动后通过无线网络连接电视设备;
发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备,并与所述电视设备建立反向投屏传输链接;
接收所述电视设备根据所述传输链接发送的实时视频流,对所述实时视频流进行解码播放。
可选地,所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法中,所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏连接至网络云端服务器,通过所述网络云端服务器管理所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏之间的通讯消息,所述“发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备”包括:
发送所述反向投屏指令至所述网络云端服务器,以使所述网络云端服务器转发所述反向投屏指令至所述电视设备。
可选地,所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法中,所述方法还包括:

步骤S11:在电视设备启动后通过无线网络连接电视设备。
本申请实施例中,电视设备包括电视机以及各种显示器,可以连接至数字机顶盒或者其他信号源,进行视频的播放,其中,信号源一般是通过数字机顶盒或者其他信号发射端的高清传输接口传输至电视设备,由电视设备进行解码后进行播放。除此之外,该电视设备还通过无线连接有智慧屏。而智慧屏可以是一种便携式的显示屏,用于通过无线网络连接至各种家居电器,以通过指令控制家居电器或者接受家居电器的状态信息,以及通过应用程序与家居电器产生联动。
本申请实施例中,在电视设备启动后,可以通过无线网络连接至智慧屏,示例性地,该电视设备在启动后可以向智慧屏发送一个连接请求信息,该智慧屏在接收到连接请求信息后,可以通过无线网络与该电视设备进行无线通信。而该连接请求信息可以通过电视设备连接的路由进行转发,或者由管理通信消息的网络云端服务器来进行转发,这里不做限定。
步骤S12:发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备,并与所述电视设备建立反向投屏传输链接。
本申请实施例中,用户可以通过操作智慧屏,在智慧屏上生成反向投屏指令至电视设备,以便电视设备在接收到该反向投屏指令后,利用图像采集模块实时采集播放的视频流。 尤其是一些非网络视频,例如数字电视机顶盒的信号源,这种信号源是无法通过互联网来进行传播的,而用户需要在便携的智慧屏上进行观看时,则可通过发送反向投屏指令至正在进行播放的电视设备,如电视机,该电视设备则可实时采集画面上播放的视频流,以便传输至智慧屏端进行播放。
本申请实施例中,电视设备在接收到反向投屏指令后,可以与智慧屏建立一个反向投屏的传输链接,该传输链接仅用于传输实时的视频流,以保证实时视频流不会中断,以及保证其延误比较小。其中,上述建立反向投屏传输链接的过程可以利用应用程序来实现,例如在智慧屏以及电视设备中都设置有用于建立传输链接的应用程序,通过两端的应用程序建立一条专门用于传输实时视频流的传输链接。
步骤S13:接收所述电视设备根据所述传输链接发送的实时视频流,对所述实时视频流进行解码播放。
本申请实施例中,智慧屏在接收电视设备利用传输链接发送的实时视频流后,将对实时视频流进行解码播放,以实现将电视设备中播放的画面实时反向投屏至智慧屏。其中,该智慧屏中的画面是与显示屏中的画面同步的,若电视设备中存在视频的播放进度时,该智慧屏也会在当前的播放进度进行相应视频的播放。通过本申请的上述步骤,可以将电视设备中播放的画面实时反向投屏至智慧屏,以便用户利用智慧屏可以在离开电视设备后仍能继续收看显示屏上播放的视频,提高用户的体验度。
图2是本申请实施例提供的一种智慧屏反向投屏方法的另一流程图,包括如下步骤:
步骤S21:在所述电视设备启动后,通过无线网络连接所述电视设备。
此步骤与上述步骤S11一致,在此不再赘述。
步骤S22:发送所述反向投屏指令至所述网络云端服务器,以使所述网络云端服务器转发所述反向投屏指令至所述电视设备,并与所述电视设备建立反向投屏传输链接。
本申请实施例中,所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏可以连接至网络云端服务器,通过所述网络云端服务器管理所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏之间的通讯消息。也即,可以通过网络云端服务器统一管理智慧屏与电视设备之间各种消息的相互传输,以便在智慧屏距离电视设备比较远的时候,无法做到直接的通信,或者两者处于不同的路由连接时,仍可以通过网络云端服务器进行消息的交互。而反向投屏指令同样也可由智慧屏发送至网络云端服务器,再由网络云端服务器将该反向投屏指令转发至电视设备。利用网络云端服务器有利于智慧屏的提供商监控服务质量,以便对智慧屏与电视设备之间的通信做出改进,从而提高用户的体验度。
步骤S23:接收所述电视设备根据所述传输链接发送的实时视频流,对所述实时视频流进行解码播放。
此步骤与上述步骤S13一致,在此不再赘述。
步骤S24:在检测到与所述电视设备的距离超过第一预设距离,和/或与所述电视设备的所述传输链接中断时,通过所述网络云端服务器接收所述实时视频流。
本申请实施例中,在电视设备与智慧屏中还可以设置有检测相互间距离的传感器,智慧屏在检测到与电视设备的距离超过第一预设距离时,或者传输链接中断时,或者两者都发生的情况下,可以选择网络云端服务器来建立与电视设备的视频流连接,以便电视设备通过无线网络将实时视频流传输至网络云端服务器,再由网络云端服务器转发至智慧屏。上述情况例如可以应用在如下场景中,如用户在通过电视设备观看电视节目时,突然有其它事情需要离开一下,但是电视节目是由机顶盒播放的实时节目,过后无法重播,这时就可以拿上智慧屏进行反向投屏,在携带智慧屏距离电视设备比较远后,为了避免通信上的中断,这时则通过专用网络云端服务器来进行视频流的转发。该电视设备中同样也设置有距离传感器,在检测到超过第一预设距离时,或者传输链接中断时,或者两者都发生的情况下,选择将视频流传输至网络云端服务器。
图3是本申请实施例提供的一种智慧屏反向投屏方法的另一流程图,还可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S25:在检测到与所述电视设备的距离小于或等于所述第一预设距离,并且重新连接所述传输链接时,从与所述网络云端服务器连接切换至通过所述传输链接接收所述实时视频流。
本申请实施例中,在用户携带智慧屏距离电视设备较远的时候,通过网络云端服务器进行视频流的转发过程会使视频的播放存在时间上的延误,因此,在用户重新回到电视设备的附近时,以及传输链接重新连接上时,则可从网络云端服务器转发的模式切换回利用传输链接模式,重新利用传输链接进行实时视频流的反向投屏,以降低播放的延误。
图4是本申请实施提供的一种智慧屏反向投屏方法的另一流程图,包括如下步骤:
步骤S41:在所述电视设备启动后,通过无线网络连接所述电视设备。
此步骤与上述步骤S11一致,在此不再赘述。
步骤S42:在检测到与所述电视设备的距离超过第二预设距离,和/或检测到离开预设区域时,生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备,并与所述电视设备建立反向投屏 传输链接。
本申请实施例中,在智慧屏中可以设置有距离检测传感器,以及超宽屏芯片,通过距离检测传感器检测与电视设备之间的距离,通过该超宽屏芯片以定位智慧屏的室内位置以及识别电视设备的室内位置。同样地,该电视设备中也可以设置有距离检测传感器以及超宽屏芯片,用于检测与智慧屏之间的距离以及识别智慧屏的位置。智慧屏在检测到智慧屏与电视设备的距离超过第二预设距离,或者检测到智慧屏离开预设区域后,或者两者同时满足时,则可生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备,以便进行反向投屏操作。上述步骤可以应用于用户需要从当前电视设备位置前往其他房间,而又不想错过电视设备播放的实时节目时的场景,该智慧屏可以放置在电视设备附近的预设区域中,当用户携带智慧屏离开该区域,或者距离电视设备较远时,则可自动触发反向投屏。

在上述基础上,本申请实施例还提供一种智慧屏反向投屏装置,应用于智慧屏,所述智慧屏反向投屏装置包括:网络连接模块和传输模块。
网络连接模块配置成在电视设备启动后通过无线网络连接电视设备;传输模块配置成发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备,并与所述电视设备建立反向投屏传输链接;接收所述电视设备根据所述传输链接发送的实时视频流,对所述实时视频流进行解码播放。
在一种实现方式中,所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏连接至网络云端服务器,通过所述网络云端服务器管理所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏之间的通讯消息,所述传输模块配置成通过以下步骤“发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备”:发送所述反向投屏指令至所述网络云端服务器,以使所述网络云端服务器转发所述反向投屏指令至所述电视设备。
在一种实现方式中,所述传输模块还配置成:在检测到与所述电视设备的距离超过第一预设距离,和/或与所述电视设备的所述传输链接中断时,通过所述网络云端服务器接收所述实时视频流。
在一种实现方式中,所述传输模块还配置成:在检测到与所述电视设备的距离小于或等于所述第一预设距离,并且重新连接所述传输链接时,从与所述网络云端服务器连接切换至通过所述传输链接接收所述实时视频流。
在一种实现方式中,所述传输模块配置成通过以下步骤“发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备”:在检测到与所述电视设备的距离超过第二预设距离,和/或检测到离开预设区域时,生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备;或响应于用户触发反向投屏开关,生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备。
本申请实施例还提供一种智慧屏反向投屏方法,应用于电视设备,所述方法包括:通过无线网络连接智慧屏;在接收到所述智慧屏发送的反向投屏指令后,实时采集画面上播放的视频流,得到实时视频流;将所述实时视频流发送至所述智慧屏进行解码播放。
在一种实现方式中,所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏连接至网络云端服务器,通过所述网络云端服务器管理所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏之间的通讯消息,所述电视设备通过所述网络云端服务器接收所述智慧屏发送的反向投屏指令。
在一种实现方式中,所述电视设备与所述智慧屏通过传输链接实现所述反向投屏指令传输,所述方法还包括:在检测到与所述智慧屏的距离超过第一预设距离,和/或与所述智慧屏的所述传输链接中断时,通过所述网络云端服务器发送所述实时视频流。
在一种实现方式中,所述方法还包括:在检测到与所述智慧屏的距离小于或等于所述第一预设距离,并且重新连接所述传输链接时,从与所述网络云端服务器连接切换至通过所述传输链接发送所述实时视频流。
本申请实施例还提供一种智慧屏反向投屏装置,应用于电视设备,所述智慧屏反向投屏装置包括:信息传输模块和信息处理模块。
信息传输模块配置成通过无线网络连接智慧屏;信息处理模块配置成在接收到所述智慧屏发送的反向投屏指令后,实时采集画面上播放的视频流,得到实时视频流,将所述实时视频流发送至所述智慧屏进行解码播放。
图5是本申请实施例1提供的一种智慧屏反向投屏系统的结构示意图。
该智慧屏反向投屏系统500包括智慧屏510以及电视设备520;
所述电视设备520以及所述智慧屏510在启动后通过无线网络连接;
所述智慧屏510通过无线网络发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备520,并与所述电视设备520建立反向投屏传输链接;
所述电视设备520在接收所述反向投屏指令后,采集实时视频流,并将所述实时视频流经过编码后通过所述传输链接发送至所述智慧屏510;
所述智慧屏510通过所述传输链接接收所述实时视频流,进行解码播放。
如图6所示,该智慧屏反向投屏系统500还可以包括网络云端服务器530;
所述网络云端服务器530管理所述电视设备520以及所述智慧屏510之间的通讯消息, 接收所述智慧屏510的所述反向投屏指令并转发至所述电视设备520;
所述电视设备520在检测到与所述智慧屏510的距离超过第一预设距离,和/或与所述智慧屏510的所述传输链接中断时,发送所述实时视频流至所述网络云端服务器530;
所述智慧屏510检测到与所述电视设备520的距离超过所述第一预设距离,和/或与所述电视设备520的所述传输链接中断时,通过所述网络云端服务器530接收所述实时视频流。
所述智慧屏510还在检测到与所述电视设备520的距离超过第二预设距离,和/或检测到离开预设区域时,生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备520。
本申请实施例中,上述各个设备之间更加详细的功能描述可以参考前述实施例中相应部分的内容,在此不再赘述。
此外,本申请还提供了一种智慧屏,该智慧屏包括存储器和处理器,存储器可用于存储计算机程序,处理器通过运行所述计算机程序,从而使智慧屏执行上述由智慧屏执行的方法或者上述系统中的智慧屏包括的各个模块的功能。
存储器可包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据智慧屏的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
本实施例还提供了一种可读存储介质,用于储存上述智慧屏中使用的计算机程序。

所述功能如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是智能手机、个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本申请实施例提供的智慧屏反向投屏方法、系统、装置、智慧屏和可读存储介质,使得用户利用智慧屏可以在离开电视设备后仍能继续收看显示屏上播放的视频,以满足用户的观看需求,提高用户的体验度。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种智慧屏反向投屏方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在电视设备启动后通过无线网络连接电视设备;
    发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备,并与所述电视设备建立反向投屏传输链接;
    接收所述电视设备根据所述传输链接发送的实时视频流,对所述实时视频流进行解码播放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法,其特征在于,所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏连接至网络云端服务器,通过所述网络云端服务器管理所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏之间的通讯消息,所述“发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备”包括:
    发送所述反向投屏指令至所述网络云端服务器,以使所述网络云端服务器转发所述反向投屏指令至所述电视设备。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到与所述电视设备的距离超过第一预设距离,和/或与所述电视设备的所述传输链接中断时,通过所述网络云端服务器接收所述实时视频流。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到与所述电视设备的距离小于或等于所述第一预设距离,并且重新连接所述传输链接时,从与所述网络云端服务器连接切换至通过所述传输链接接收所述实时视频流。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法,其特征在于,所述“发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备”包括:
    在检测到与所述电视设备的距离超过第二预设距离,和/或检测到离开预设区域时,生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备;
    或响应于用户触发反向投屏开关,生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备。
  6. 一种智慧屏反向投屏装置,其特征在于,应用于智慧屏,所述智慧屏反向投屏装置包括:
    网络连接模块,配置成在电视设备启动后通过无线网络连接电视设备;
    传输模块,配置成发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备,并与所述电视设备建立反向投屏传输链接;接收所述电视设备根据所述传输链接发送的实时视频流,对所述实时视频流进行解码播放。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智慧屏反向投屏装置,其特征在于,所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏连接至网络云端服务器,通过所述网络云端服务器管理所述电视设备以及所述智慧 屏之间的通讯消息,所述传输模块配置成通过以下步骤“发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备”:发送所述反向投屏指令至所述网络云端服务器,以使所述网络云端服务器转发所述反向投屏指令至所述电视设备。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智慧屏反向投屏装置,其特征在于,所述传输模块还配置成:在检测到与所述电视设备的距离超过第一预设距离,和/或与所述电视设备的所述传输链接中断时,通过所述网络云端服务器接收所述实时视频流。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智慧屏反向投屏装置,其特征在于,所述传输模块还配置成:在检测到与所述电视设备的距离小于或等于所述第一预设距离,并且重新连接所述传输链接时,从与所述网络云端服务器连接切换至通过所述传输链接接收所述实时视频流。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任意一项所述的智慧屏反向投屏装置,其特征在于,所述传输模块配置成通过以下步骤“发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备”:
    在检测到与所述电视设备的距离超过第二预设距离,和/或检测到离开预设区域时,生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备;
    或响应于用户触发反向投屏开关,生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备。
  11. 一种智慧屏反向投屏方法,其特征在于,应用于电视设备,所述方法包括:
    通过无线网络连接智慧屏;
    在接收到所述智慧屏发送的反向投屏指令后,实时采集画面上播放的视频流,得到实时视频流;
    将所述实时视频流发送至所述智慧屏进行解码播放。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法,其特征在于,所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏连接至网络云端服务器,通过所述网络云端服务器管理所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏之间的通讯消息,所述电视设备通过所述网络云端服务器接收所述智慧屏发送的反向投屏指令。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法,其特征在于,所述电视设备与所述智慧屏通过传输链接实现所述反向投屏指令传输,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到与所述智慧屏的距离超过第一预设距离,和/或与所述智慧屏的所述传输链接中断时,通过所述网络云端服务器发送所述实时视频流。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到与所述智慧屏的距离小于或等于所述第一预设距离,并且重新连接所述传输链接时,从与所述网络云端服务器连接切换至通过所述传输链接发送所述实时视频流。
  15. 一种智慧屏反向投屏装置,其特征在于,应用于电视设备,所述智慧屏反向投屏装 置包括:
    信息传输模块,配置成通过无线网络连接智慧屏;
    信息处理模块,配置成在接收到所述智慧屏发送的反向投屏指令后,实时采集画面上播放的视频流,得到实时视频流,将所述实时视频流发送至所述智慧屏进行解码播放。
  16. 一种智慧屏反向投屏系统,其特征在于,包括智慧屏以及电视设备;
    所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏在启动后通过无线网络连接;
    所述智慧屏通过无线网络发送反向投屏指令至所述电视设备,并与所述电视设备建立反向投屏传输链接;
    所述电视设备在接收所述反向投屏指令后,采集实时视频流,并将所述实时视频流经过编码后通过所述传输链接发送至所述智慧屏;
    所述智慧屏通过所述传输链接接收所述实时视频流,进行解码播放。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的智慧屏反向投屏系统,其特征在于,所述智慧屏反向投屏系统还包括网络云端服务器;
    所述网络云端服务器管理所述电视设备以及所述智慧屏之间的通讯消息,接收所述智慧屏的所述反向投屏指令并转发至所述电视设备;
    所述电视设备在检测到与所述智慧屏的距离超过第一预设距离,和/或与所述智慧屏的所述传输链接中断时,发送所述实时视频流至所述网络云端服务器;
    所述智慧屏检测到与所述电视设备的距离超过所述第一预设距离,和/或与所述电视设备的所述传输链接中断时,通过所述网络云端服务器接收所述实时视频流。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的智慧屏反向投屏系统,其特征在于,所述智慧屏还在检测到与所述电视设备的距离超过第二预设距离,和/或检测到离开预设区域时,生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备;或响应于用户触发反向投屏开关,生成所述反向投屏指令并发送至所述电视设备。
  19. 一种智慧屏,其特征在于,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序以使所述智慧屏执行根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法。
  20. 一种可读存储介质,其特征在于,其存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序在处理器上运行时执行权利要求1至5中任一项所述的智慧屏反向投屏方法。
