Description

一种固定件及引入系统 技术领域
本发明涉及线缆安装领域,特别是涉及一种固定件及引入系统。
背景技术
电缆引入系统又称穿线板或走线模块,用于电缆安装防护。电缆引入系统安装于配电柜、接线盒、电器等用电设备的电缆引入部位。
目前的电缆引入系统包括两种产品或技术方案。
第一种为密封部位采用的是软橡胶或塑料,外部支撑用的是硬塑料,这类产品仅适用于没有端部处理的电缆裸线,如果电缆端部处理好的线束(带水晶头的网线,有大接口的数据线,压制了大端子的电源线等),穿线时大端子会卡在硬塑料部位,无法穿过过线孔。
而且,各种不同尺寸的穿线孔位置是固定的,相对约束了电缆的内部走向,不同的电缆布线时交叉、不利于维护检查。
第二种为,密封部位设置有裙边,在同一块引入系统上设置多个过线孔,过线孔排布分散,产品点用空间大,过线孔规格不一,可选零部件较多,零部件分散,安装要求高。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种固定件及引入系统,具有安装灵活、防护性好的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本申请记载了一种固定件,用于固定线缆,其特征在于,包括抱紧组件和用于对抱紧组件施加压力的压力件;所述抱紧组件包括若干弹性件和连接件,所述弹性件包括与所述线缆配合的第一过线孔;弹性件的上部和下部均设置有连接件,位于连接件之间的弹性件为柱体结构;所述柱体结构在压力件的压力作用下发生的弹性变形,所述弹性变形的方向指向所述第一过线孔的轴线,并抵压所述线缆。
优选的,所述柱体结构的中部直径小于两侧的直径,所述柱体结构的轴线与第一过线孔的轴线重合。
所述第一过线孔侧部设有沿第一过线孔的轴线方向贯穿所述弹性件和连接件的间隙,所述间隙与第一过线孔内部连通。
优选的,所述抱紧组件还包括设置在弹性件和压力件之间的承压件,承压件下表面紧贴连接件,承压件的上表面与弹性件的端面平齐。
优选的,所述连接件为板状结构,弹性件的端面设有加强筋,所述加强筋的一端与弹性件的外壁固结,另一端沿着所述板状结构的表面延展。
本申请还记载了一种引入系统,用于将线缆引入至用电设备,其特征在于,包括底座以及上述结构的固定件,所述底座上设有若干个过线槽口,所述抱紧组件嵌入在所述过线槽口中。
可选的,引入系统还包括若干个塞子以及将塞子连接在一起的串接件,所述塞子塞入未连接有线缆的第一过线孔,所述串接件可拆卸连接在所述底座上。
可选的,所述底座靠近用电设备的一面设有密封圈,密封圈环绕在过线槽口外周;所述底座与所述用电设备贴合压紧所述密封圈,密封圈密封所述过线槽口所在的底座与用电设备之间的区域。
可选的,所述压力件包括两块对合的第一拼接板和第二拼接板,其中第一拼接板的一端压合在第二拼接板的一端的上部,第二拼接板的另一端压合在第一拼接板的另一端的上部;
可选的,第一拼接板和第二拼接板对合处设有与所述第一过线孔位置对应的第二过线孔;所述第一拼接板和第二拼接板的两端相应位置设置有连接孔。
优选的,所述弹性件和连接件由弹性材质一体成型;所述压力件通过与所述连接孔配合的螺纹件连接所述底座。
与现有技术相比,本申请实现的有益效果:本申请利用固定件的受压变形抱紧固定线缆,安装简单,可在相同模组上设置更多的过线孔,安装空间的要求更小,同样空间可容纳的电缆根数更多。通过对过线孔内部结构及压力件、密封件的优化设计,减少了安装所需的部件,使线缆与引入系统的防水、防尘效果得到提高。

为更进一步阐述本实用新型为达成预定实用新型目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本申请提出的固定件、引入系统及其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。在下述说明中,不同的“一实施例”或“实施例”指的不一定是同一实施例。此外,一或多个实施例中的特定特征、结构、或特点可由任何合适形式组合。
本说明书中所引用的如“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“中间”及“一”等的用语,亦仅为便于叙述的说明,而非用以限定本发明可实施的范围,其相对关系的改变或调整,在无实质变更技术内容下,当亦视为本申请可实施的范畴。
如图11-27所示,一方面,本申请记载了一种固定件,用于固定线缆,包括
抱紧组件和用于对抱紧组件施加压力的压力件;所述抱紧组件包括若干弹性件101和连 接件102,所述弹性件101包括与所述线缆3配合的第一过线孔1011;弹性件101的上部和下部均设置有连接件102,位于连接件102之间的弹性件101为柱体结构;所述柱体结构在压力件的压力作用下发生的弹性变形,所述弹性变形的方向指向所述第一过线孔1011的轴线,并抵压所述线缆3。压力件为压紧所述抱紧组件的板面或块,弹性件101受到压力时变形。
所述柱体结构采用图18、21-22所示的第一种实施结构,该柱体结构的中部直径小于两侧的直径,所述柱体结构的轴线与第一过线孔1011的轴线重合。柱体结构可采用哑铃状或沙漏状,当采用如图所示的哑铃状时,所述哑铃状是中部直径小于两侧任意一处的直径的柱体;当受到压力时,其中位于连接件102之间的柱体结构向第一过线孔1011的轴线发生弹性变形,形成足以抵压所述线缆3的凸起1015,该凸起1015随着压力的增大不断增加,直至抵压所述线缆3的外壁。环绕在线缆3外周的柱体结构形成抱紧所述线缆3侧壁的凸起1015,如图21-22所示弹性件101与线缆在施加压力前后的变化过程。采用上述结构的所述柱体结构当受到轴向挤压力F1时,该挤压力F1沿着柱体结构侧壁传递,由于柱体结构侧壁结构采用如图19所示,垂直的挤压力F1沿着柱体结构侧壁,形成如所示方向的压力F2,压力F2与柱体结构的轴向有一定的夹角,使得柱体结构在压力F2的作用下具有指向所述第一过线孔1011轴线的弹性变形,在足够大的压力F2作用下,所述柱体结构中部形成所述凸起1015,如图22所示,所述凸起1015抵压紧线缆3外周侧壁,以固定线缆3位置。
所述柱体结构采用图19所示的第二种实施结构,在压力下,位于连接件102之间的柱体结构向第一过线孔1011的轴线发生两处弹性变形,形成足以抵压所述线缆3的两处凸起1015,其原理与过程同上,不再赘述。
本申请柱体结构的具体结构不局限于上述示例性形状,柱体结构还可以采用中部厚度小于上方和下方的厚度,当受到轴向挤压时,厚度较小的中部向内侧径向变形,也可形成所述凸起1015。
弹性件101和连接件102一体成型,均为橡胶制品或柔性塑料制品,承压件103为硬质塑料;连接件102作为密封件。弹性件101为多个,连接件102为板状结构,将多个并列的弹性件101通过连接件102构成一个整体,可同时固定多个线缆3。如图13-14所示的第一种实施例,该实施例的弹性件101为10孔结构,如图15-20所示的第二种实施例,该实施例的弹性件101为4孔结构。
所述第一过线孔1011侧部设有沿第一过线孔1011的轴线方向贯穿所述弹性件101和连接件102的间隙1012,所述间隙1012与第一过线孔1011内部连通。弹性件101和连接件102为弹性材料,有大端子的线缆安装可以沿着间隙1012掰开第一过线孔1011,将电缆塞进第 一过线孔1011,便于大端子电缆顺利穿过,使固定件可以兼容多种类的电缆安装。如裸线缆、带大端子的细线缆可通过单一规格的弹性件101抱紧固定。
所述抱紧组件还包括设置在弹性件101和压力件2之间的承压件103,承压件103下表面紧贴连接件102,承压件103的上表面与弹性件101的端部平齐。所述压力件为与所述承压件103作用的板状结构,包括压板201和设置在压板201上的螺纹件202,螺纹件202包括螺杆和位于螺杆上的螺帽,螺纹件202与螺母配合,用于调节压紧力。
两块压板201分别位于抱紧组件1的上方和下方,压板201紧贴在所述承压件103上,压板201设有与所述第一过线孔1011一一对应的第二过线孔203,压板201的两端设有与所述螺杆配合的连接孔2013,螺杆穿过连接孔2013,如图11和12所示,螺杆背离螺帽的一端连接螺母,调节螺母位于螺杆上的位置,使得两块压板201靠拢压紧,从而通过承压件103向弹性件101施加与所述第一过线孔1011的轴线平行的压力,使弹性件101向第一过线孔1011内侧变形,抱紧插入第一过线孔1011内的线缆3。
所述连接件102为板状结构,弹性件101的端面设有加强筋1013,所述端面可以为弹性件101的上端面或下端面,所述加强筋1013的一端与弹性件101的外壁固结,另一端沿着所述板状结构的表面延展。弹性件101的上端和下端延伸出连接件102的上表面,弹性件101的上端和下端延均设置有加强筋1013;加强筋1013至少包括两条,沿着弹性件101的轴线对称,均为矩形块状结构。所述间隙1012贯穿其中一条加强筋1013,如图14和16所示。
所述加强筋1013的端部与连接件102的侧壁平齐,相邻弹性件101、加强筋1013及连接件102之间形成卡接槽1014,所述承压件103具有与卡接槽1014配合的外形,卡接在所述卡接槽1014中,承压件103的上表面与所述101的端面平齐。
如图23-24所示的抱紧组件的第三种实施例,弹性件101和连接件102为弹性硅胶一体成型,由于硅胶成型中,增加了方向性,所述承压件103也具有方向性。为避免承压件103反装,所述承压件103采用与所述弹性件101和连接件102样色不同的硬质材料制成。承压件103为阶梯结构或T字形结构,承压件103包括较小端1032和与较小端1032相对的较大端,其中承压件103的较大端靠近连接件102。与所述承压件103安装面背离的弹性件101和连接件102一面的相应位置还设置了标识,如图24所示,所述标识可以是数字、文字或符号,以提示承压件10于连接件102的正确安装面。方便区分弹性件101、连接件102和承压件103,利于使用者对承压件103正确安装。
如图25-27所示的抱紧组件的第四种实施例,弹性件101和连接件102为弹性硅胶一体成型,为避免承压件103反装,所述承压件103采用与所述弹性件101和连接件102样色不同 的硬质材料制成。还为了提高抱紧组件结构稳定性,承压件103靠近连接件102的一面设有若干个凸起卡块1031,如图26及27所示,连接件102相应位置设有与凸起卡块1031配合的卡位槽1021;如图所示实施例中,所述凸起卡块1031与卡位槽1021均为矩形结构。在承压件103压紧靠近连接件102时,凸起卡块1031卡入卡位槽1021,被弹性的卡位槽1021压紧卡住,防止承压件103从连接件102上脱落,保证抱紧组件的结构稳定性。
如图1-10所示,第二方面,本申请记载了一种引入系统,用于将线缆3引入至用电设备,包括底座4以及上述结构的固定件,所述底座4上设有若干个过线槽口401,所述抱紧组件1嵌入在所述过线槽口401中。抱紧组件1厚度适当大于过线槽口401的深度,预留必要的弹性变形余量。
抱紧组件1的所述弹性件101和连接件102可由弹性材质一体成型,包括但不限于软橡胶、硅胶等。连接件102位于弹性件101的上部和下部,且连接件102在装入过线槽口401后不受力状态下,连接件102的外侧壁紧靠或贴合过线槽口401的内侧壁。
当压力施加到连接件102时,位于弹性件101上部和下部的连接件102均会发生弹性变形,与过线槽口401的内侧壁压紧贴合,形成密封。底座4开长方形过线槽口401;位于弹性件101上部和下部的连接件102和矩形槽侧壁配合实现双线密封,如图28-30所示的上密封和下密封。
所述底座4由铸造成型,由铝合金材料制成。所述过线槽口401具有倒立的梯形结构,方便拔模铸造。当抱紧组件1嵌入在所述过线槽口401中时,位于弹性件101下部的连接件102首先压紧密封过线槽口401,形成下密封,随着外部施加压力,位于弹性件101上部的连接件102通过受压弹性变形,与过线槽口401配合形成上密封,实现双线密封。
底座4与固定件的连接至少包括如下实施例
第一实施例,底座4上设有若干个螺纹孔403,所述压力件2位于底座4背离用电设备的一面,压板201紧贴在所述承压件103上,压板201的两端设有与所述螺杆配合的连接孔2013,螺杆穿过连接孔2013,螺杆背离螺帽的一端螺纹连接所述底座4的螺纹孔403,通过螺杆与螺纹孔403的配合,调节压板201对抱紧组件1的压紧力。
第二实施例,所述用电设备设置有若干个螺纹孔,所述压力件2位于底座4背离用电设备的一面,压板201紧贴在所述承压件103上,压板201的两端设有与所述螺杆配合的连接孔2013,螺杆穿过连接孔2013,螺杆背离螺帽的一端螺纹连接在用电设备的螺纹孔,通过螺杆与螺纹孔的配合,调节压板201对抱紧组件1的压紧力。
当所述抱紧组件采用上述图23-24所示第三种实施例结构时,所述过线槽口401底部具有 与承压件103结构配合的T字形结构。承压件103具有与底座4的过线槽口401底部配合的较小端1032,只有当较小端1032朝下安装时,才能顺利卡入到过线槽口401的底部,如图29所示。但是,当所述承压件103反装时,承压件103的较大端无法顺利卡入到过线槽口401底部,抱紧组件的顶部明显超过底座4的上表面,或通过设置螺纹件202的螺杆长度,使得承压件103反装时,上述螺杆端部无法插入到螺纹孔403,这样引入系统将无法顺利完整装配,可提醒使用者正确装配和使用该引入系统。
引入系统还包括若干个塞子5以及将塞子5连接在一起的串接件6,所述塞子5塞入未连接有线缆3的第一过线孔1011,所述串接件6可拆卸连接在所述底座4上。
串接件6与塞子5一体成型,均为弹性橡胶材质;塞子5的数量与抱紧组件1中第一过线孔1011的数量和位置一一对应,塞子5的长度不小于第一过线孔1011的深度,塞子5靠近靠近第一过线孔1011的入口处设置有防尘帽,所述防尘帽的直径大于第一过线孔1011的直径。串接件6与塞子5整串使用,避免单一塞子5使用时脱落遗失,柔软的橡胶材料安装时可任意弯曲。
当第一过线孔1011没有连接线缆3时,将塞子5塞入到第一过线孔1011及第二过线孔203中,塞子5配合防尘帽起到防尘密封作用。串接件6任意弯曲,其端部插入位于底座4相应的孔位上,并通过端部的卡环601固定,所述卡环601为与串接件6一体成型的弹性圈,其直径大于孔位的直径,并在外力作用下变形缩小,当外力足够大时,所述卡环601具有足够的变形,使其能从孔位中拔出,此时串接件6与底座4脱离。所述卡环601也可以为可拆卸的金属环,扣接在串接件6的端部。
在安装时,取出塞子5、压力件2和连接件102,将电缆3从抱紧组件1上相应孔位卡入,然后将压力件2和连接件102原样装回,没有安装电缆3的孔位使用塞子5塞住,通过相应的紧固件固定压力件2,使其对抱紧组件1持续施加压力。塞子5为柔性或弹性材料,安装电缆时相应部位的塞子悬在一边即可。
串接件6与塞子5在过线孔无线缆时,塞子5塞入密封过线孔,避免灰尘进入影响后续线缆固定的效果。当过线孔满载时,塞子5取出,由串接件6将塞子5悬置连接在底座4的侧部,避免塞子5遗失,也方便后续的再次使用。
所述底座4靠近用电设备的一面设有密封圈7,密封圈7环绕在过线槽口401外周;所述底座4与所述用电设备贴合压紧所述密封圈7,密封圈7密封所述过线槽口401所在的底座4与用电设备之间的区域。
如图1-10所示,固定件包括横向四排的第一固定件和纵向一排的第二固定件,其中第一 固定件共有40孔,第二固定件共有4孔,第一固定件上的孔与第二固定件具有两种不同的规格。
密封圈7环绕在过线槽口401外周,如图所示3和4所示,密封圈7为整体结构,为矩形或环形;也可以为分体结构,当采用分体结构时,密封圈7包括两部分,分别为第一部分和第二部分,其中,第一部分环绕在用于安装横向四排的第一固定件的过线槽口401外周,第二部分环绕在用于安装纵向一排的第二固定件的过线槽口401外周。
所述底座4上设有用于安装密封圈7的凹槽,所述密封圈7由弹性橡胶材质制成,过盈嵌入在所述凹槽402中,过盈式嵌入结构使其不需要粘性化学材料固定,安装更方便。
所述底座4靠近用电设备的一面设有若干个安装孔,所述密封圈7对应位置设有与所述安装孔配合的弹性垫片701,如图4所示。安装孔为沉头孔,所述弹性垫片701的中心孔与安装孔的中心轴共线,且弹性垫片701卡嵌到安装孔的沉头结构中。
如图11和12所示,所述压力件2包括两块对合的第一拼接板2011和第二拼接板2012,其中第一拼接板2011的一端压合在第二拼接板2012的一端的上部,第二拼接板2012的另一端压合在第一拼接板2011的另一端的上部;第一拼接板2011和第二拼接板2012对合处设有与所述第一过线孔1011位置对应的第二过线孔203;所述第一拼接板2011和第二拼接板2012的两端相应位置设置有连接孔2013。塞子5的长度不小于第一过线孔1011和第二过线孔203的深度之和,塞子5靠近第二过线孔203的入口处设置有防尘帽,所述防尘帽的直径大于第二过线孔203的直径。
所述压力件2通过与所述连接孔2013配合的螺纹件202连接所述底座4,底座4上设有与所述螺纹件202配合的螺纹孔403。压力件2为对称式设计,两个基本相同的部件,如上所述的第一拼接板2011和第二拼接板2012,第一拼接板2011和第二拼接板2012相对扣合一起后形成一个整体受力件,在两颗螺纹件202的锁紧力下压紧抱紧组件。

    抱紧组件(1)和用于对抱紧组件(1)施加压力的压力件(2);
    所述抱紧组件(1)包括若干弹性件(101)和连接件(102),所述弹性件(101)包括与所述线缆(3)配合的第一过线孔(1011);
    弹性件(101)的上部和下部均设置有连接件(102),位于连接件(102)之间的弹性件(101)为柱体结构;
    所述柱体结构在压力件(2)的压力作用下发生弹性变形,所述弹性变形的方向指向所述第一过线孔(1011)的轴线,并抵压所述线缆(3)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的固定件,其特征在于,所述柱体结构的中部直径小于两侧的直径,所述柱体结构的轴线与第一过线孔(1011)的轴线重合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的固定件,其特征在于,所述第一过线孔(1011)侧部设有沿第一过线孔(1011)的轴线方向贯穿所述弹性件(101)和连接件(102)的间隙(1012),所述间隙(1012)与第一过线孔(1011)内部连通。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的固定件,其特征在于,所述抱紧组件(1)还包括设置在弹性件(101)和压力件(2)之间的承压件(103),承压件(103)下表面紧贴连接件(102),承压件(103)的上表面与弹性件(101)的端面平齐。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的固定件,其特征在于,所述连接件(102)为板状结构,弹性件(101)的端面设有加强筋(1013),所述加强筋(1013)的一端与弹性件(101)的外壁固结,另一端沿着所述板状结构的表面延展。
  6. 一种引入系统,用于将线缆引入至用电设备,其特征在于,包括底座(4)以及权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的固定件,所述底座(4)上设有若干个过线槽口(401),所述抱紧组件(1)嵌入在所述过线槽口(401)中。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的引入系统,其特征在于,包括若干个塞子(5)以及将塞子(5)连接在一起的串接件(6);
    当第一过线孔(1011)没连接有线缆(3)时,所述塞子(5)塞入并密封所述第一过线孔(1011);
    所述串接件(6)可拆卸连接在所述底座(4)上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的引入系统,其特征在于,所述底座(4)靠近用电设备的一面设有密封圈(7),密封圈(7)环绕在过线槽口(401)外周;
    所述底座(4)与所述用电设备贴合压紧所述密封圈(7),密封圈(7)密封所述过线槽 口(401)所在的底座(4)与用电设备之间的区域。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的引入系统,其特征在于,所述压力件(2)包括两块对合的第一拼接板(2011)和第二拼接板(2012),其中第一拼接板(2011)的一端压合在第二拼接板(2012)的一端的上部,第二拼接板(2012)的另一端压合在第一拼接板(2011)的另一端的上部;
    第一拼接板(2011)和第二拼接板(2012)对合处设有与所述第一过线孔(1011)位置对应的第二过线孔(203);
    所述第一拼接板(2011)和第二拼接板(2012)的两端相应位置设置有连接孔(2013)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的引入系统,其特征在于,所述弹性件(101)和连接件(102)由弹性材质一体成型;
    所述压力件(2)通过与所述连接孔(2013)配合的螺纹件(202)连接所述底座(4)。
