- the display 275 can be installed on a wall or a bracket through the rotating assembly 276.
- the controller 250 can control the rotating assembly 276 to rotate, thereby driving the display 275 to rotate.
- the display 275 will be in the same posture.
- the display 275 with a rectangular structure includes two long sides and two short sides. When the two long sides are in a horizontal state, the display 275 is in a horizontal screen state; when the two long sides of the indicator 275 are in a vertical state, the display 275 is in a vertical screen state.
- the horizontal screen state refers to a state in which the length (width) in the horizontal direction of the display 275 is greater than the length (height) in the vertical direction when viewed from the front of the display 275; When the display 275 is viewed from the front, the length (width) of the display 275 in the horizontal direction is smaller than the length (height) in the vertical direction.
- the vertical direction in the present application refers to substantially vertical, and the horizontal direction also refers to substantially horizontal.
- the horizontal screen state is mainly used to display horizontal media assets such as TV series and movies, as shown in Figure 6, and the vertical screen state is mainly used to display vertical media assets such as short videos and comics, as shown in Figure 7.
- horizontal screen state and vertical screen state are just two different display states and do not limit the displayed content.
- vertical media assets such as short videos and comics can still be displayed in the horizontal screen state
- Horizontal media assets such as TV series and movies can still be displayed in the vertical screen state, but the inconsistent display windows need to be compressed and adjusted in this state.
- the aforementioned display states such as the horizontal screen state and the vertical screen state are referred to as the standard state.
- the standard state the display 275 can normally display the playback screen and the UI interface.
- the display 275 can display horizontal screen media assets such as movies and TV shows in full screen.
- the placement posture of the display 275 other than the standard state is referred to as the locked-rotor state. As shown in FIG. 5, in the locked state, the display 275 is usually tilted, so it cannot be displayed normally or the displayed picture is tilted.
- the locked-rotor state is an abnormal condition of the display 275, which usually occurs in the case of power failure, foreign object blockage, artificial blockage, and the like. For example, a sudden power failure during the process of rotating the display 275 from the horizontal screen state to the vertical screen state causes the rotating assembly 276 to stop rotating. At this time, the display 275 will stagnate in a tilted state, that is, a locked state. In addition, in practical applications, it is also possible that the display 275 is in a locked-rotation state due to manual operation, for example, the display 275 is artificially rotated to make the display 275 out of the standard state. Therefore, in order not to affect the user's viewing effect, the locked-rotor state needs to be restored.
- the restoration of the locked-rotor state in this application is to adjust the display 275 from the locked-rotor state to the standard state through the rotating assembly 276.
- the locked-rotor state caused by power outage and man-made blocking
- the problems of power outage and man-made blocking will generally be solved before restoration
- the locked-rotor state can be completed directly through the rotating action of the rotating assembly 276.
- Recovery
- the locked-rotor state formed by the blockage of foreign matter the blocked foreign matter needs to be removed first, and then the display 275 is rotated to the standard state through the rotating assembly 276.
- the locked-rotor state of the display 275 may occur when it is turned on or when it is turned off, a resident service application needs to be built in the display device 200 to monitor the rotation state of the display 275.
- the corresponding locked-rotor state recovery program is started to adjust the rotation state of the display 275.
- the resident service application can automatically run with the startup of the operating system during the startup process of the display device 200, and will always be in a background running state during the operation of the display device 200 after startup.
- the controller 250 of the display device 200 can manually or automatically trigger a control program to rotate the display 275 to a standard state before the media is officially played, so as to reduce the influence of the locked-rotor state on the viewing effect.
- the present application provides a display device 200.
- the controller 250 in the display device 200 is configured to execute the following program steps:
- the booting process refers to after the user performs a booting operation, such as by pressing (touching) the boot button on the control device 100 to control the display device 200 to start running; or by pressing (touching) the display
- the power button on the device 200 controls the startup process of the display device 200.
- the hardware in the display device 200 is powered on first, and then enters the control homepage by executing the operating system program.
- the controller 250 may detect the current rotation state of the display 275 in response to the startup of the display device 200 after monitoring the power-on event of the display device 200, so as to determine whether the display 275 is in a locked state.
- the specific detection method can detect the posture of the display 275 relative to the standard state or the initial position through the built-in posture sensor in the display 275 or the angle sensor set on the rotation component 276 to determine the rotation state of the display 275.
- the controller 250 can execute different control programs according to the rotation state of the display 275. If the display 275 is in a locked-rotor state, a rotation instruction is obtained, where the rotation instruction is a control instruction actively sent by the user.
- the control device 100 may be provided with a rotation key, and the user can generate a rotation instruction by pressing the rotation key on the control device 100.
- the control device 100 may also send the rotation instruction to the display device 200 through wireless transmission methods such as infrared transmission, Bluetooth, and cellular network.
- the rotation instruction can also be generated by voice input, that is, the display device 200 has a built-in intelligent voice system, and the user can perform voice input through the voice system, so that the controller 250 can execute the control program corresponding to the voice.
- the user can call the input mode of the intelligent voice system by inputting a designated outgoing word through far-field voice, such as "Hi! ⁇ "; or by pressing the voice input key on the control device 100, the input mode of the intelligent voice system can be activated. After the input mode is activated, the user then enters a specific word by voice, such as "rotate” and "rotate screen", which triggers the generation of a rotation instruction.
- the controller 250 can parse the rotation instruction, extract the specified rotation mode, and generate a corresponding control instruction to control the rotation component 276 to rotate, thereby rotating the display 275 to a standard state.
- the standard state to which the display 275 is rotated can be specified in the rotation command, or can be specified according to a preset locked-rotor state recovery mode, and can also be automatically rotated to any standard state according to the current posture of the display 275.
- a posture sensor is built in the display 275, and the posture sensor is used to detect the posture of the display 275. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, in the step of detecting the current rotation state of the display 275 in response to the activation of the display device 200, the controller 250 is further configured to:
- S111 Acquire real-time posture data detected by the posture sensor.
- the posture sensor refers to a sensor that can detect the posture change of the display 275, such as a gyroscope, a gravity acceleration sensor, a magnetic sensor, and so on. Since the installation position of the posture sensor in the display 275 is fixed, the posture of the display 275 relative to the directional signals such as gravity can be determined by detecting signals with directions such as gravity and the geomagnetic field.
- a spatial rectangular coordinate system can be constructed according to the placement posture of the display 275.
- the display screen of the display 275 is parallel to the wall by default. From the user's viewing direction, the vertical upward direction is used as the X axis, the horizontal left direction is used as the Y axis, and the direction perpendicular to the outside of the front of the screen is used as the Z axis.
- the controller 250 can detect the components of the current gravitational acceleration on the three coordinate axes in the space coordinate system through the gravitational acceleration sensor as the real-time posture data (x, y, z) of the display 275, thereby It is determined that the current display 275 corresponds to the posture.
- the controller 250 may compare the real-time posture data with the standard posture data to determine the posture judgment value.
- the standard posture data is the detection value of the posture sensor when the display 275 is in the standard state.
- the standard posture data can be set according to the detection accuracy of the posture sensor.
- the set standard posture data is the components of the acceleration of gravity on the three coordinate axes in the space coordinate system in the horizontal screen state, namely (x0, y0, z0), and the real-time posture data (x, y) can be compared respectively.
- the posture data can also be converted into a rotation angle through a spatial geometric relationship, and the rotation angle can be compared with the initial zero angle. Generate attitude judgment value.
- the posture judgment value can be further judged to determine whether it is greater than the maximum allowable deviation value. If the posture judgment value is greater than the maximum allowable deviation value, it means that the current posture of the display 275 is not within the allowable deviation range, that is, the display 275 has a large angle tilt relative to the standard state, that is, the display 275 is in a locked state.
- the maximum allowable deviation value may also include the components of the gravity direction corresponding to the maximum deviation value on the three coordinate axes, for example, the maximum allowable deviation on the x-axis is x'; the maximum allowable deviation on the y-axis is y'; z The maximum allowable deviation on the axis is z'.
- the maximum allowable deviation value can be set according to the detection accuracy of the attitude sensor.
- the display 275 since the display 275 is tilted at a relatively small angle during practical application, such as 0-3 degrees, it will not have a significant impact on the user's viewing effect. Therefore, for ordinary household display devices 200, especially display devices 200 with small screens (under 65 inches), the maximum allowable deviation can be appropriately relaxed to adapt to the return deviation of the rotating assembly 276 and the impact of fluctuations in the environment, and to avoid impact on the display 275. Perform too frequent rotation corrections.
- an angle sensor is provided on the rotating component 276, and the angle sensor is used to detect the rotation angle of the rotating component.
- the angle sensor can be any form of angle sensor that can meet the detection accuracy requirements, such as a grating angle sensor, an electromagnetic angle sensor, a sliding resistor, and the like.
- the angle sensor can directly detect the rotation angle of the display 275 relative to the initial 0 position, which is convenient for subsequent calculations. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, the controller 250 is further configured to:
- the angle sensor can directly detect the angle corresponding to the current rotating component 276.
- the initial 0-position angle of the angle sensor can be determined according to any standard state. For example, set the angle value detected by the angle sensor in the landscape mode to the initial 0-position angle. Based on the initial 0-position angle, the angle sensor can detect the relative rotation angle in other rotation states. For example, the vertical screen state is a rotation of +90 degrees or -90 degrees relative to the initial 0-position angle. Therefore, in this embodiment, the rotation angle detected by the angle sensor may be the angle difference with respect to the initial zero angle.
- the controller 250 may also calculate the angle judgment value by comparing the rotation angle with a preset standard angle.
- the standard angle is the angle detected by the angle sensor when the display is in a standard state.
- the standard angle can have multiple forms such as horizontal screen state and vertical screen state
- the standard angle also has multiple angle values.
- the corresponding standard angle in the horizontal screen state is 0 degrees
- the generated angle judgment value can be compared with the maximum error angle to determine the rotation state of the display 275. Since there are multiple angle judgment values, in practical applications, if any angle judgment value is less than the maximum error angle, it is judged that the current display 275 is in a standard state.
- the rotation instruction of the present application can be used to instruct the controller 250 to run a control program and control the rotation component 276 to start rotation.
- the input rotation instruction can also be different.
- the user can operate the control on the UI interface to generate a rotation instruction; it can also generate a rotation instruction through the rotation button on the control device 100; Input the password related to the rotation through the intelligent voice system to generate the rotation instruction.
- the rotation instruction includes a directional instruction and a non-directional instruction.
- the directivity instruction is a rotation instruction that includes the standard state of the rotation target.
- the user inputs "rotate to portrait state” through an intelligent voice system, that is, the input rotation instruction includes the standard state of the rotation target as "portrait state”.
- the non-directional instruction is a rotation instruction that does not include the standard state of the rotation target, for example, the user inputs "rotation” through an intelligent voice system, that is, the input rotation instruction does not include the standard state of the rotation target.
- the controller 250 is further configured to:
- the rotation component 276 can be controlled to rotate to rotate the display 275 to the corresponding target state.
- the controller 250 controls the rotating assembly 276 to rotate 60 degrees counterclockwise to rotate the display 275 to the vertical screen state.
- the controller 250 can only issue an instruction to the rotating component 276 to rotate in the direction of the target state, and in different standard states, physical methods such as limit switches can be used to force the rotating component 276 to rotate in the direction of the target state.
- the rotation is stopped so that the display 275 rotates to the corresponding target state. For example, if the rotation instruction input by the user is "rotate to the vertical screen state", the controller 250 controls the rotation component 276 to rotate counterclockwise until the display 275 rotates to the vertical screen state.
- the controller 250 is further configured to:
- the recording instruction is a rotation instruction recorded by the display device when the locked-rotor state was triggered last time.
- This embodiment is more suitable for a locked-rotor state caused by a power failure.
- a background program may be configured by default for recording the user's rotation instruction.
- the recording instruction can be obtained to determine the target state that the user wants to rotate to during the last rotation according to the recording instruction. Then, according to the same calculation method in the foregoing embodiment, the rotating component 276 is controlled to rotate the display 275 to the second target state.
- the detection of the current locked-rotor state is: the display 275 is in a 30-degree tilt state.
- the controller 250 will obtain the recording instruction from the memory of the display device 200.
- the recording instruction is "rotate from the vertical screen state to the horizontal screen state", that is, the second target state is the horizontal screen state (0 degrees).
- the rotating component 276 can be controlled to rotate 30 degrees clockwise to rotate the display to the landscape state.
- the display device 200 may not record the rotation command of the last rotation process. Therefore, in one implementation, as shown in FIG. 13, if the rotation command is a non-directional command, the controller 250 is further Configured as:
- S331 Calculate the angle difference between the current locked-rotor state and all standard states, and determine the third target state
- S332 Control the rotating component to rotate the display to the third target state.
- the third target state is a standard state with the smallest angle difference from the current locked rotor state. If the rotation command is a non-directional command, by calculating the angle difference between the current locked-rotor state and all standard states, the standard state with the smallest angle difference from the current locked-rotor state is determined as the target state. Then, according to the rotation control method in the above embodiment, the display 275 is rotated to the target state.
- the detection of the current locked-rotor state is: the display 275 is in a 30-degree tilt state. If the rotation command is a non-directional command, the angle difference between the current locked-rotor state and the horizontal screen state (0 degrees) and the vertical screen state (90 degrees) is calculated respectively, that is, 30 degrees and 60 degrees, respectively. At this time, it can be determined that the angle difference between the current locked-rotor state and the horizontal screen state is the smallest, and the horizontal screen state is determined to be the third target state. Therefore, the rotating assembly 276 can be controlled to rotate 30 degrees clockwise to rotate the display 275 to the horizontal screen. state.
- controller 250 is further configured to:
- the display 275 can normally display the control homepage corresponding to the standard state after being powered on.
- the controller 250 may control the display 275 to present the landscape homepage corresponding to the landscape state.
- the controller 250 may also interact with the server 300. That is, when the display 275 is in the landscape state, in response to the activation of the display device 200, the controller 250 sends a landscape homepage data request to the server 300. And receive the horizontal screen homepage data fed back by the server 300 in response to the horizontal screen homepage data request; then according to the horizontal screen homepage data, control the display 275 to display the horizontal screen homepage.
- the controller 250 may also obtain a rotation instruction, thereby controlling the rotation of the rotation component 276 according to the rotation instruction, so as to rotate the display 275 to a standard state specified in the rotation instruction.
- the current rotation state of the display 275 is the horizontal screen state
- the user inputs a rotation command by operating the rotation key on the device 100.
- the controller 250 controls the rotating component 276 to rotate 90 degrees clockwise to rotate the display 275 to the vertical screen state. .
- this application also provides a method for restoring a locked rotor state, including:
- the controller 250 of the display device 200 can detect the current rotation state of the display 275 in response to the startup of the display device 200;
- the rotation component 276 is commanded to rotate to rotate the display 275 to a standard state.
- the rotation command is a control command sent actively by the user.
- the user can control the rotating assembly 276 to rotate through key operations, voice operations, etc., and automatically adjust the rotation state of the display 275 to restore the locked-rotor state to the standard state.
- the user after determining that the display 275 is in the locked-rotor state, the user is required to actively input a rotation instruction to recover from the locked-rotor state.
- the user will not input a rotation instruction, for example, because the tilt angle is small, the user does not notice the locked-rotation state of the display 275.
- This situation will cause the display device 200 to be in a locked-rotor state for a long time, will affect the detection accuracy of the orientation sensor in the display device 200, and affect the display control accuracy.
- another embodiment of the present application further provides a display device 200, including: a display 275, a rotating component 276, and a controller 250, wherein the rotating component 276 is used to rotate the display 275, So that the display 275 is in different rotation states; the rotation state includes a standard state and a locked-rotor state; the locked-rotor state is any intermediate state of the display 275 in the process of switching between the two standard states.
- controller 250 is configured to execute the following program steps:
- the locked-rotor state of the display 275 can be automatically restored by acquiring the type of the application started by the user.
- the standard state includes the horizontal screen state and the vertical screen state
- the startup application type includes the first type of application that only supports the horizontal screen state, such as live TV applications, movie and TV series applications, etc.
- the second type that only supports the vertical screen state Types of applications, such as short video applications, comics applications, etc.

- the controller 250 may extract the state supported by the launched application, that is, the standard state supported by the launched application. Then, the rotating component 276 is controlled to rotate to rotate the display 275 to a state supported by the launched application.
- the controller 250 will determine whether the live TV application supports the application after receiving the application instruction. Screen status. Obviously, the live TV application only supports the horizontal screen state, and the display 275 is rotated to the horizontal screen state, and the live TV screen is presented.
