Hereinafter, an example of providing this service will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an example of an outline of the service to which the server according to the embodiment of the information processing apparatus of the present invention is applied.
In this service of the example of FIG. 1, one or more seats arranged in the space to be rented are used as a unit for renting, and a person (for example, an employee, etc.) belonging to a predetermined organization (for example, a business operator YA of a company, etc.) is selected. This is a service for renting out seats for each unit as users YB1 and YB2.
Specifically, in this service, the lender KA has the lender KA register information on one or more seats to be rented placed in the rental space managed by the lender KA in the seat management DB 400, and the lender KA registers the information. The seats that can be rented out every hour and minute are used as the unit of use, and those who belong to the business operator YA, such as employees, are set as users YB1 and YB2. It is used as a seat for co-working, and the usage fee for the section of the seat is collected from the business operator YA to which the users YB1 and YB2 belong. The range of seats that can be rented for each seat is called a rental seat. The lender KA includes, for example, store and vehicle owners, space providers, and the like.
Rental spaces include, for example, inside a camper, inside a high-speed bus, inside a night bus, inside a railroad vehicle, inside the lender KA's home, on the floor of a corporate office, in a waiting room at a gas station, in a corner of a restaurant or cafeteria floor, etc. Includes karaoke shop rooms or boxes, convenience store break rooms and eat-in corners, rooms such as music classes and language classes, and locations (property) such as hotel breakfast venues. Of these, at least one place (property) is included in the rental space.
That is, this service is an intermediary service for the lender KA to lend unused seats to users YB1 and YB2 as coworking seats.
Hereinafter, this service will be described in detail step by step. As an example, it is assumed that the lender KA is, for example, the owner of a restaurant, and there are a plurality of table seats on the floor of the restaurant, and one or more of the table seats are unused at a predetermined time. .. Each table seat is for multiple seats (for example, for four seats) and shall be provided with a plurality of seats.
In this way, when there are unused table seats for four people on the restaurant floor during the predetermined time zone, in step S11, the lender KA gives the vacant space information (restaurant location, store name, etc.) and the restaurant floor. Stock information on the number (seat identification information) of each of the four table seats for four people to be rented (seat identification information) and the period during which the rented seat can be rented (used) (from what time to what time) To the service provider SA.
In step S12, the service provider SA registers the inventory information received from the lender KA in the seat management DB 400.
Further, in step S13, since the lender KA notifies the service provider SA of the rental seat operation information according to the reservation status and usage status of the rental seat with the passage of time, the service provider SA notifies the service provider SA of the notified operation of the rental seat. The operation status DB 500 is updated based on the information.
Further, in step S14, when the number of vacant seats for rent increases or decreases on the side of the lender KA, the information on the change in the number of vacant seats is notified to the service provider SA from the side of the lender KA. The inventory information of DB400 is also updated.
The inventory information of the rental seats is provided by the application software for smartphones provided by the service provider SA and the reservation site published on the network N.
In step S15, among the users YB1 and YB2 who are employees of the business operator YA, when the user YB1 pre-orders a desired rental seat on the reservation site from his / her terminal WP, the service provider SA in step S16 Make a reservation request to the lender KA for the reservation information of the pre-order.
When the lender KA responds that the reservation for the rental seat has been confirmed, the service provider SA registers the confirmed reservation information for the rental seat in the operation status DB 500, and then in step S17, completes the reservation at the terminal of the user YB1. Notify WP.
After that, when the rental seat is used by the user YB1, the lender KA notifies the service provider SA of the usage record.
In addition, when the evaluation when the user YB1 uses the rental seat is input to the My Page or the like of the reservation site, the evaluation is notified to the service provider SA in step S18.
In step S19, the service provider SA, which has received the notification of the usage record from the lender KA, reports the usage status of the rental seat of the user YB1 by uploading it to My Page of the reservation site or notifying it by e-mail or the like. ..
Further, in step S20, the service provider SA requests the business operator YA for the usage fee including the usage status by e-mail or the like together with the above-mentioned usage status report or once a month.
In step S21, when the usage fee is paid by the invoiced business operator YA by withdrawal or transfer of the financial institution, the service provider SA pays the lender KA a fee according to the contract.
Seats, desks, tables, etc. are arranged in the rental seats, and one of these seats, desks, and tables is subject to rental (use target).
The vacant space is divided into one or more sections, identification information (section number) is given to each section to identify each section, and rental seats are managed for each section.
When there is a one-to-one correspondence between the lots and the seats and desks, the seats and desks may be numbered to manage the lots to be rented.
In this service, in addition to cases where users YB1 and YB2 reserve seats for rent in advance and come to the store, there are also cases where users YB1 and YB2 come directly to the store without reservation and use the vacant seats at that time. It is also possible to handle such cases.
In this way, according to this service, among the spaces used by the lender KA for the main purposes, the unused empty space seats are rented to the users YB1 and YB2, so that the users YB1 and YB2 can use them. If there are seats rented nearby, work can be done using the rented seats, so it is possible to realize a seat-based rental service that is highly convenient for users YB1 and YB2.
In addition, the space used by the lender KA for the main purpose is, for example, the floor of a restaurant, and one of the unused seats should be registered on the reservation site and used by users YB1 and YB2 as rental seats. As a result, usage income can be obtained from unused seats, and the lender KA side can also improve the utilization efficiency of the floor of the store and improve the profit.

In addition, contract information between the service provider SA and the lender KA is also stored. This contract information includes information that splits the usage fee in half.
In the seat management DB 400, information regarding a predetermined seat that the lender KA wants to rent is stored as inventory information. The seats that the lender KA wants to rent include seats that are unused at each time zone and seats that are placed in unused spaces.
Specifically, information on seats is, for example, in the case of table seats for 4 people on the floor of a restaurant, vacant space information (restaurant location, store name, etc.) and table seats for 4 people are subject to rental. Includes the seat (rental seat) number (seat identification information) and the period during which the rental seat can be rented (used) (from what time to what time).
Of the seats that can be rented by the lender KA, some of the seats that are used by the lender KA are rented out. Seats that can be rented are those that are used as "seats" on the spot rather than being actually taken out.
One section of the seat to be rented is called a rented seat. One section means, for example, in the case of a table seat, a certain range of the seat and the table or floor in front of the seat.
The operation status management DB 500 stores the seat reservation status, vacancy status, and operation status on the reservation site.
The operation status DB 500 stores the reservation information of the reserved seats reserved for use by the user YB. The reservation information is, for example, a user ID, a reservation date and time (time zone), an identification number of a reserved seat in a reserved store, and the like.
Specifically, the rental seat number that the user will use in the future and the usage time zone (year, month, weekday, time) are stored for each user ID.
Further, in the operation status DB 500, the usage information of the user YB who actually visits the store, accepts the seat, and uses the rented seat is stored as a history in association with the user ID.
The history includes the user ID, the usage time zone (use start time and use end time), information on using the optional service while renting a seat, payment amount (usage fee), and the like. The usage start time has the same meaning as the store visit reception time. Optional services include, for example, lending of electronic devices such as computers.
That is, the operation status management DB 500 stores the reservation status, vacancy status, operation status, and usage status (usage history) of the rental seats on the reservation site.
The usage history obtained by copying a part of the usage time zone of the usage information of the seat management DB 400 may be registered in the operation status DB 500, and the usage history and the usage schedule of the user may be collectively managed in the operation status DB 500.
Further, when the processes corresponding to steps S11 to S21 of FIG. 1 are executed, the user management unit 111, the seat inventory management unit 112, the reservation unit 113, and the usage status management unit are executed in the CPU 11 of the server 1. 114 works.
The user management unit 111 registers and manages the information registered as the user YB by the business operator YA or a person (employee) belonging to the business operator YA from this service and the reservation site in the user information DB 300. That is, the user management unit 111 manages information about the user by the usage information DB 300.
The user management unit 111 has a public unit 121. The public unit 121 publishes a reservation site (website) on a network N such as the Internet as one means of providing this service.
Specifically, the public unit 121 publishes a reservation site for renting seats stored in the seat management DB 400 to users on a seat-by-seat and hourly-by-hour basis. Lending means using the seat compartment (place) rather than actually taking out and returning the seat.
On the reservation site, among the seats stored in the seat management DB 400, the rental seats that can be used in hour and minute units are disclosed. The reservation site has a user's My Page.
The user's My Page is displayed when the user who has accessed the reservation site operates the login button to log in as a user. A screen for displaying the usage history of rental seats is prepared on the user's My Page, and can be viewed by logging in from the user terminal 3 and the business terminal 4.
The seat inventory management unit 112 stores and manages the rental seat information input from the lender KA in the seat management DB 400.
The seat inventory management unit 112 registers and renews the rental seats in the seat management DB 400 in response to the request for registration and renewal of the rental seats from the lender KA.
The reservation unit 113 accepts the reservation for the rental seat of the user YB by the reservation operation from the user YB's My Page, and provides the reservation information including the reservation date and time for the rental seat for which the usage reservation is received from the user YB in the operation status DB 500. Register in the reservation table (not shown).
When the usage information when the user YB who has reserved the rental seat actually uses the rental seat is input by the lender terminal 2, the usage status management unit 114 registers the usage information in the operation status DB 500. The usage information includes the reception time when the user YB arrives, the end time when the use ends, the user ID, and the rental seat number.
The usage status management unit 114 has a history management unit 201 and a billing management unit 202.
The history management unit 201 acquires a list (usage status) of usage information used by the user YB as a history from the operation status DB 500 by the predetermined seat as a unit for which the usage reservation is accepted from the reservation unit 113.
The billing management unit 202 charges the rental seat usage fee to the business operator YA to which the user YB who used the rental seat belongs based on the history of the user YB acquired by the history management unit 201.
Specifically, the billing management unit 202 determines the rental seats used by the user YB at regular intervals (for example, for one month) based on the history of the user YB and the information of the user YB in the user information DB 300. Charge the usage fee to the business operator YA at regular intervals (for example, once a month).
By configuring the information processing system in this way, the user YB who reserved the rented seat keeps the usage history of actually using the rented seat in the operation status DB 500, and the business operator YA to which the user YB1 who used the rented seat belongs. Since the rental seat usage fee is charged to the user YB, the user YB can use the nearby rental seats for business without going to a fixed workplace, and can improve the business efficiency. The same applies to user YB.
In addition, when the rented seat is, for example, a table seat in a restaurant, the users of the next seat who use the rented seat can easily talk with each other. It can be used as a place for matching. Also, on the restaurant side, the ability to attract customers can be enhanced by using the rental seats as a place for business matching by users.
As a result, it is possible to provide a seat rental service that benefits both the user YB1 and the restaurant T.
Next, the operation of the above-mentioned server will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the server in the information processing system.
In step S31 of FIG. 5, the lender KA accesses the reservation site published by the public unit 121 of the server 1 from the lender terminal 2, inputs his / her own information as the seat lender, and performs the registration operation. Then, the user management unit 111 registers the lender's information in the user information DB 300.
After registration, a My Page for the lender will be created on the reservation site. Information on rental seats is registered in the seat management DB 400.
The information registered as the lender KA is, for example, the lender ID for identifying the lender, the lender's contact information, the account information for the service provider SA to transfer the rental seat usage fee (price) paid according to the contract, and the like. ..
The information regarding the rental seats is, for example, the location of the location of the space managed by the lender KA, information on the seats arranged in the space, and the like.
When the user YB belonging to the business operator YA uses this service, he / she accesses the reservation site from the user terminal 3 and presses the initial registration button, and the public unit 121 displays the initial registration screen on the user terminal 3. indicate.
An input form is provided on the initial registration screen. After the user YB inputs his / her own information in the input form, the user ID is issued and associated with the user ID by pressing the registration button. The user information is registered in the user information DB 300 by the user management unit 111.
When reserving a rental seat after registering the user information in step S32, the user YB logs in with his / her own user ID on the reservation site, selects the desired rental seat from the displayed rental seat list screen, and selects the desired rental seat, such as the date and time. When the reservation button is pressed after specifying, the reservation information is received by the reservation unit 113, and the reservation information is registered in the reservation table (not shown) of the operation status DB 500.
After registering the reservation information, the reservation unit 113 sends information indicating the reservation result to the contact address of the user (user terminal 3), and the user YB can confirm the reservation contents of the reserved seat for rent. ..
After that, in step S33, when the user YB visits the reserved seat place, for example, a restaurant, etc. at the reserved time and informs the clerk (lender KA) of the reservation contents, the clerk accepts the use of the rented seat on the screen of the lender terminal 2. When the input operation of is performed, the usage record information is transmitted from the lender terminal 2 to the server 1.
In the server 1, the usage record information received from the lender terminal 2 is registered as the usage status (history) in the operation status DB 500 by the history management unit 201 of the usage status management unit 114.
In step S34, after the usage status is registered, the history management unit 201 notifies (reports) the usage status (history) registered in the operation status DB 500 to the addresses of individual user YB, business operator YA, and the like. It is not essential to report the usage status to the business operator YA.
After that, at a predetermined timing, in step S35, the billing management unit 202 of the usage status management unit 114 makes a request regarding the use of the rental seat to the business operator YA to which the user YB belongs. The predetermined timing is a timing such as once a month (end of the month) or once a week (weekend).
Specifically, the billing management unit 202 sends billing data including a list of rental seat locations, usage dates, usage fees, etc. used by user YB belonging to business YA to the address of business YA once a month, for example. Send.
In the business operator YA, after the administrator of the business operator YA browses the billing data received from the server 1 to the business terminal 4, the administrator of the business operator YA prints it out and sends it to the accounting staff as an invoice, and the billing amount is sent to the service provider's account. Payment procedure is performed by transferring to etc.
As described above, according to the information processing system of this embodiment, for example, when there is an unused 4-seat table seat in a corner of the restaurant floor, the lender KA, who is the owner of the restaurant, has each of the 4-seat table seats. The seats for which the seats are rented are registered on the reservation site, and reservations for the use of rented seats are accepted from the user YB belonging to the business operator YA.
Then, when the rented seat is actually used by the user YB, the history management unit 201 acquires the usage status (history), and based on the history of the user YB, to the business operator YA to which the user YB belongs. Since the billing management unit 202 makes a request regarding the use of the predetermined seat, the user YB belonging to the business operator YA can perform the business at the nearest place where the reserved seat is located.
As a result, among the properties and spaces such as restaurants managed by the lender KA, by utilizing the seats arranged in the unused properties and spaces as rental seats, it is possible to earn profits from the unused properties and spaces. You can improve your profits.
In addition, in the case of work using a portable computer, user YB can also work without going to the office if there is a rental seat nearby, so the time spent on the move can be effectively utilized to improve work efficiency. can do.
In addition, the business operator YA can also reduce fixed costs because it is possible to minimize the maintenance of a fixed workplace space by opening the work place outside the company to employees.
That is, it is possible to provide a service that benefits both the lender KA side that lends the rental seat and the side that rents the rental seat (user YB and business operator YA).
In this service, the unit to be rented as a rental seat is "one seat", that is, the "seat" is rented instead of renting the floor area or space, so that the sales and profit per floor area can be increased.
Since it is a service that rents out "seats", there is no need for people to manage them, so at the discretion of the lender KA, "seats" that are placed in unused places can be rented out at any time during their free time. Therefore, it can be operated 24 hours a day.
As a result of 24-hour operation, it will lead to an increase in sales and profits per day and per floor area, and as a lender KA, it will be possible to improve profitability. In addition, since the existing "seats" are rented out, there is no investment cost for renting out the "seats", and it is possible to easily enter this service as a lender KA.
(Advantages of the lender KA who rents seats)
By utilizing this service, it is possible to make money for each seat during the free time (idle time) of the empty space that originally does not generate money, so the effect of increasing sales and profit per day and floor area There is.
Since you only need to rent out the "seats" of the existing space, you can utilize the existing equipment, so you can start even if the investment cost of the lender KA is zero.
Since the existing equipment is only rented out, there is no need to prepare for operation, so the service can be deployed immediately. It is also possible to cancel the service immediately.
That is, since the company has not invested in existing equipment, it is possible to immediately stop or start the service.
Since the service can be started without investment cost and preparation period for free time and free space that originally does not generate money, it is possible to increase profits even with low price setting because it does not cost money.

(Advantages on the side of using rental seats)
When you want to send an e-mail to a customer immediately on the go, spread your computer or tablet and work for 5 or 10 minutes, you can always work in the vacant space of various facilities.
If there is a rental seat near the user's home, they can work there, so they can work while doing child-rearing, long-term care, private life, hobbies, etc.
When working from home, the efficiency of working from home decreases when there is no suitable desk and chair at home, but by using this service, you can work near your home. You will be able to work in a rented seat with a desk and chair of appropriate height.
In the means of transportation such as home, hotel / accommodation / cafe / restaurant, high-speed bus / night bus operator, rental camper company, gas station office, convenience store, corporate office, music class, karaoke, If there is free time / space in the facility such as language classes, breakfast venues in hotels / restaurants, etc., you can work at any time and place you like, so please expand this service nationwide. If you do, you will be able to work anywhere in the country. This leads to work style reform.

When working outside, you may work at a coffee shop or restaurant, but in that case you will have to pay for coffee and meals, but since this service only rents "seats", coffee and meals You can work cheaply without extra costs such as charges.
To summarize the above,
1. Advantages of seat management 1.1 Viewpoint of space utilization The minimum unit / minimum space where people can work, eat, and perform various tasks is the space of "seats" where one chair can work and act. ..
As long as you can secure a space for "seats", you can eat and drink such as eating lunch.
If one "desk" can be placed in front of the "seat", it is possible to operate a personal computer (hereinafter referred to as "personal computer") for teleworking or worcation, or to write letters or pictures on paper on the desk. , Envelopes can be used to enclose documents and other work by one or more people.
In other words, if the space for "seats" can be secured, it is possible for one or more people to do some work, eat and drink, and so on.
The fact that one or more people can do some kind of work, eat and drink, etc. means that if there is space for this "seat", it will be possible to provide a service that allows one or more people to work, so it is possible to provide a service that takes money. It will be possible.
For example, in the case of work using a personal computer or the like, if there is a "desk" in front of the "seat", it is possible to provide a workspace, and it is possible to provide a service that takes money.
From the viewpoint of effective use of space, it is necessary to obtain the effect with the minimum investment in order to obtain the return on investment.
In the case of work, the smallest unit as a working space is one "seat" and "desk" as explained above.
One "seat" is the smallest unit for activities that do not require a desk for tasks such as eating and drinking and operating smartphones. If only this minimum unit can be secured, the investment in the return on investment will be minimized, and the possibility of obtaining a large return on investment will increase.
1.2 Viewpoint from the user It can be used in small pieces such as 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 3 hours.
Space can be used without asking for food and drink such as coffee at cafes, karaoke shops, family restaurants, and other stores for food and drink purposes.
Space can be used without renting a room at stores for accommodation purposes such as hotels, inns, and private lodgings.
In spaces such as convenience stores and gas stations, when using it for work, the clerk "does not want to stay longer", "if you use it for work, you want to give priority to other customers who eat and drink, so please do not use this space" There is a possibility that you will be told such things.
In this service, by securing the right to use the seat, the user can sit upright and do work and other work, lowering the psychological hurdle in the user's use of space. be able to.
In stores for accommodation purposes such as hotels, inns, and private lodgings, long hours such as daily, half-day, and up to 3 hours are included in the usage fee. If the user uses the service for a short time such as 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc., charges other than the time actually used by the user will be charged, but the user will be charged for this service. By using, you will be able to pay a fee close to the time you actually used it.
1.3 From the perspective of the lender (space provider, store, vehicle owner, etc.) A space that does not generate money from the perspective of the space provider or the owner who owns the space is an “idle asset”. Idle space, which is an idle asset, can monetize places that are not originally used or are not intended for profit.
It is possible to earn profits by having other users utilize the space that is not used depending on the month, day, day of the week, time zone, period, etc. In other words, cash points can be increased.
Opportunities to earn profits will increase by having users who are different from the users expected from the beginning when the space is provided use it for different purposes. In other words, cash points will increase.
By providing the user with "seats" in the vacant space as rental seats even in small hours such as 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 1 hour, it becomes possible to use that place as a source of revenue.
By providing this way the "seat" of free space to the user as a Kashiseki, will be "Revenue per hour m 2" and "time per m 2 unit price" is increased, owns a space provider or space It is possible to improve the return on investment and productivity of the owner.
This service differs greatly from the existing transportation such as trains and reservations for facilities such as movie theaters, conference rooms for rent, karaoke shops, restaurants, etc. from the viewpoint of the purpose of use.
Generally, the purpose of users to use the facility is to get on the train to move in the case of a train, to watch a movie in the case of a movie theater, and to hold a meeting in the conference room in the case of a rental conference room. , Karaoke at a karaoke shop, eating and drinking at a restaurant.
On the other hand, this service can be used for purposes other than those mentioned above, which makes it possible to attract users for purposes other than the needs of the initially assumed purpose of use. It is possible to expand the profit opportunities of the facility lender.
In addition, this service is significantly different from the usage of existing equipment in that rental seats can be used in small hours.
For example, in the case of movie theaters, we do not lend less time than the screening time. The rental conference room is set to 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc., and no small time such as 5 minutes or 10 minutes is assumed.
In terms of rationality when using space, this service differs greatly from existing equipment.
For example, in existing facilities such as rental conference rooms, karaoke shops, restaurants, etc., the area that the user wants to use is only the space for one seat and one desk, but the space for one seat and one desk is secured. It is necessary, and the user's usage fee will be charged for the space exceeding one seat and one desk, but with this service, the user only has to pay the usage fee for one seat and one desk. , Reasonable.
1.4 About the point that rental seats can be used at a low price The lender can start the service for the free time and free space that originally does not generate money, regardless of the investment cost and the preparation period, so there is no cost. Since there is no such thing, it is possible to increase profits even with low price setting.
Generally, when an office worker takes a notebook computer or the like out of the workplace to work, he or she may work in a cafeteria, coffee shop, restaurant, etc. In that case, coffee or meal charges are required to secure space. Will take.
Since this service rents only "seats", it does not cost coffee or meals, and it is possible to work at low cost.
1.5 Examples of places to use Spaces that have been provided free of charge up to now are spaces that were originally "idle assets" that were not intended to make money, but in this service, from "idle assets" It will be possible to earn money.
"Idle assets" include, for example, one seat in a break room at a gas station, one seat in a break room at a convenience store, and a breakfast space at a business hotel (the hours after 6:00 to 10:00, which is breakfast time, generate profits. First, the space is vacant), the vacant space where the family restaurant is not operating, the vacant space during the off-hours, the vacant space where the karaoke shop is not operating, the vacant space during the off-hours, the English conversation class Unoccupied space where various classrooms are not operating, vacant space during off-hours, vacant space where offices of each company are not operating, vacant space during off-hours, private lodgings, houses, hotels, etc. This includes vacant time zones such as inns (30 minutes, 3 hours, etc., which are not accommodations).
When a salesperson is traveling in a sales vehicle and there is a request such as receiving an email from a customer and confirming it, confirming the email from within the company, sending drawings, data, materials, etc. In addition, it is necessary to start up a personal computer or tablet to work, but it may be difficult to work on the personal computer or tablet in a car.
In such a case, by utilizing the vacant space of convenience stores, business hotels, and gas stations, which have many stores nationwide nearby, it becomes possible to work with PCs, tablets, etc., and work efficiency. Can be improved.
Also, when a salesperson goes out, he wants to work in a place with a desk or chair when a customer contacts him or a company contacts him and he has to send and receive an amount of information that cannot be confirmed with a smartphone or mobile phone. There is a need.
In such cases, convenience stores, business hotels, gas stations, karaoke stores, etc., which have a relatively large number of stores, are located all over the country, so salespeople can immediately rent seats at nearby stores when they think of it. You will be able to make a reservation and work immediately at the rental seat.

Further, for example, the above-mentioned series of processes can be executed by hardware or software.
In other words, the functional configuration of FIG. 4 is merely an example and is not particularly limited.
That is, it suffices if the information processing system is provided with a function capable of executing the above-mentioned series of processes as a whole, and what kind of functional block is used to realize this function is not particularly limited to the example of FIG. Further, the location of the functional block is not particularly limited to FIG. 4, and may be arbitrary. For example, the functional block of the server 1 may be transferred to the lender terminal 2 or the user terminal 3. Further, one functional block may be configured by a single piece of hardware, a single piece of software, or a combination thereof.
Also, for example, when a series of processes are executed by software, the programs constituting the software are installed on a computer or the like from a network or a recording medium. The computer may be a computer embedded in dedicated hardware. Further, the computer may be a computer capable of executing various functions by installing various programs, for example, a general-purpose smartphone or a personal computer in addition to a server.
Further, for example, a recording medium containing such a program is not only composed of a removable medium (not shown) distributed separately from the main body of the device in order to provide the program to the user, but is also preliminarily incorporated in the main body of the device. It is composed of a recording medium or the like provided to the user U in the state.

In the present specification, the steps for describing a program to be recorded on a recording medium are not necessarily processed in chronological order, but also in parallel or individually, even if they are not necessarily processed in chronological order. It also includes the processing to be executed.
Further, in the present specification, the term of the system means an overall device composed of a plurality of devices, a plurality of means, and the like.
In other words, the information processing apparatus to which the present invention is applied can take various embodiments having the following configurations.
That is, the information processing device to which the present invention is applied (for example, the server 1 in FIGS. 1 to 4) is
Reservation to accept reservations for use from the user YB, with one or more seats arranged in the space to be rented as the unit of use, and a person belonging to a predetermined group (business operator YA) as the user YB. Reception means (for example, reservation unit 113 in FIG. 4) and
A history acquisition means (for example, history management unit 201 in FIG. 4) for acquiring a history (usage status) of a predetermined seat (rental seat) as a unit for which a reservation has been accepted by the reservation reception means has been used by the user YB. Etc.) and
A billing means for making a request (billing of usage fee) regarding the use of the predetermined seat (rental seat) to the predetermined group (business operator YA) to which the user YB belongs based on the history of the user YB. (For example, the billing management unit 202 in FIG. 4) and
To be equipped.
With this configuration, for example, if there are unused table seats in a corner of the restaurant floor, the owner of the restaurant, KA, registers each table seat as a rental unit on the reservation site. Since the seats are rented to the user YB who made a reservation from the reservation site, the lender KA can use the unused table seats, and the user YB can use a corner of the floor of a nearby restaurant without going to the office. One of the table seats will be available as a workplace.
As a result, it is possible to realize a seat-based rental service that benefits both the lender KA and the business operator YA.
The seat that is the unit is
Campers, high-speed buses, night buses, railroad vehicles, lender KA's homes, corporate offices, gas station waiting rooms, cafeterias, karaoke shop rooms or boxes, convenience store break rooms or eat-in corners, music classes, language classes, accommodations Pre-located in at least one of the breakfast venues of the facility you are using,
Therefore, since the seats already placed in a part of the assets including the vehicle managed by the lender KA are only used by the user as the rental seat, the existing equipment can be utilized and the investment cost of the lender KA can be started even if it is zero. .. In addition, since the existing equipment is only rented out, there is no need to prepare for operation, so service development is possible quickly. It is also possible to cancel the service immediately.
Of the seats that can be rented by the lender KA, some of the seats that are not used by the lender KA are rented out.
As a result, the seats that the lender KA always uses do not have to be rented, and only the unused seats can be effectively used.
The billing means
Based on the history of the user, the usage fee of the seat used by the user is charged at regular intervals.
As a result, the user YB can use the rental seat without paying each time the seat is rented, and the convenience of the user YB can be improved. In addition, since the rental seat usage fee is paid by the business operator YA on the lender KA side as well, the user YB can use it with peace of mind without worrying about the payment.
