净化装置以及净化装置的制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及除臭杀菌领域,尤其涉及一种净化装置以及净化装置的制造方法。
背景技术
目前,冰箱已经成为家庭必备的家用电器,用户往往将家庭内的大多数食材存储于冰箱内部。由于不同种类的食材散发出不同的味道,当冰箱内存储多种食材时,多种食材气味混合,往往会产生难闻的刺激性气味。同时,冰箱内部因存储食材繁杂,极易滋生细菌对用户健康造成损害。
为了消除冰箱内的异味和细菌,往往会在冰箱中放置净化装置,净化装置的壳体上开设有风孔,冰箱内的冷气通过风孔进入净化装置内部经活性炭等净化模块净化后再流入冰箱。净化装置长时间使用后内部的净化模块可能会失效,因此,净化装置内部可能会安装有寿命提示模块。但由于冰箱内水汽较多,寿命提示模块容易短路失效。
发明内容
本发明提供一种净化装置和净化装置的制造方法,能够防止水汽损坏净化装置内部的寿命提示模块。
本发明一实施方式提供的净化装置,包括壳体、置于所述壳体内的净化模块和寿命提示模块,所述壳体包括主壳体,所述主壳体具有顶部、与所述顶部相对的底部以及连接所述顶部和所述底部的侧壁,所述净化模块置于所述顶部和所述底部之间,所述寿命提示模块包括计时电路板,所述顶部上连接有上盖,所述上盖内侧设置有支撑筋,所述计时电路板支撑在所述支撑筋上以在所述上盖和所述计时电路板之间形成间隙,所述间隙中填充有防水胶,所述计时电路板朝向所述底部的表面涂覆有防水胶。
优选的,所述计时电路板呈圆形,所述支撑筋包括至少两段间隔设置的弧形筋板且所述弧形筋板支撑于所述计时电路板的边缘。
优选的,所述寿命提示模块还包括指示灯和导光件,所述导光件上具有聚光部,所述指示灯置于所述聚光部内,所述导光件置于所述间隙中,所述导光件与所述弧形筋板间隔分布且置于所述计时电路板的边缘。
优选的,所述导光件上设置有定位孔,所述定位孔靠近所述上盖一侧的截面面积小于另一侧的截面面积,所述上盖设置有与所述定位孔配合的定位柱,所述定位柱的长度大于所述定位孔的 长度,所述定位柱热熔后熔料填充于所述定位孔内。
优选的,所述定位孔包括配合部和容料部,所述配合部靠近所述上盖一侧,所述配合部与所述定位柱形状配合,所述容料部沿平行于所述定位孔高度方向的截面为梯形。
优选的,所述上盖的内侧还设置有卡钩,所述卡钩沿所述计时电路板的边缘与所述弧形筋板间隔设置,所述计时电路板的边缘设置有与所述卡钩配合的槽口,所述卡钩钩于所述计时电路板的表面。
优选的,所述净化模块支撑于所述顶部和所述底部之间,所述上盖上还设置有抵接所述净化模块的限位板。
优选的,所述寿命提示模块还包括为所述计时电路板供电的电池以及用于连通或断开所述电池与所述计时电路板上的电连接的计时控制开关,所述计时电路板与所述电池的连接电路上设置有断开的第一电触点和第二电触点,所述计时控制开关包括控制弹片和穿过所述壳体的触点隔片,所述控制弹片的一端固定于所述计时电路板上并与所述第一电触点电连接,另一端呈悬臂状且具有朝向所述第二电触点的凸起,所述触点隔片的一端置于所述凸起与所述第二电触点之间以阻断所述凸起与所述第二电触点的电连接。

本发明另一实施方式提供了一种净化装置的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
将计时电路板置于壳体内侧的支撑筋上;
在所述壳体与所述计时电路板之间的间隙中填充防水胶并在所述计时电路板的朝向所述壳体的底部的表面涂覆防水胶。
优选的,在步骤“将计时电路板置于壳体内侧的支撑筋上”之前,还包括步骤:
将导光件的定位孔与所述壳体上的定位柱配合以将所述导光件安装在预定位置;
热熔熔化所述定位柱以使所述定位柱的熔料填充于所述定位孔内。
优选的,在步骤“在所述壳体与所述计时电路板之间的间隙中填充防水胶并在所述计时电路板朝向所述壳体的底部的表面涂覆防水胶”之前,还包括步骤:

本发明提供的净化装置以及净化装置的制造方法通过在计时电路板与上盖之间的间隙中填充防水胶冰箱计时电路板背离上盖一侧涂覆防水胶,能够防止水汽损坏计时电路板;同时,防水胶的填充不会影响计时控制开关的安装和使用。

参照图1、图2,净化装置包括壳体以及安装于壳体内的净化模块,壳体上开设有若干风孔,净化模块可以为活性炭、纳米银等用于吸附异味或冰箱内细菌的物理或化学模块。当净化装置安装到冰箱内部时,冰箱内带有异味的气体经过壳体上的风孔进入壳体内部流经净化模块后返回冰箱箱体内。
在本发明一种实施方式中,壳体上若干风孔由外向内的延伸方向呈穿过净化模块的汇聚状,保证进入壳体内部的冷气全部穿过内部的净化模块,提升净化效果。优选的,壳体呈圆台状,净化模块设置于壳体内侧沿径向方向的中间位置,至少部分的风孔由外向内的延伸方向穿过壳体的 底部的中心。壳体呈圆台状时,壳体的底部呈圆形,壳体顶部的面积小于底部的面积。
进一步的,壳体包括主壳体30,主壳体30具有顶部、与顶部相对的底部以及连接顶部和底部的侧壁,净化模块置于主壳体30的顶部和底部之间。壳体还包括导风板20,导风板20连接在主壳体30顶部的开口处,若干风孔形成在导风板20和/或主壳体30的侧壁上。
具体的,在本实施例中,导风板20和主壳体30的侧壁上沿圆周方向均开设有风孔,导风板20上的风孔形成顶面风口203,侧壁上的风孔形成侧面风口301,形成顶面风口203和侧面风口301的风孔均呈汇聚状。一部分形成于导风板20上的风孔由外向内的延伸方向与一部分形成于侧壁上的风孔由外向内的延伸方向的夹角为80-100度。具体的,主壳体30为圆台状,分别置于主壳体30的中心轴线两侧的顶面风口203和侧面风口301由外向内的延伸方向的夹角在80-100度之间,优选的为90度。
由于冰箱内风向固定,顶面风口203和侧面风口301中的一个形成主要进风口,另一个形成主要出风口,大部分的气流会经主要进风口进入净化装置的壳体内部,在内部循环后经主要出风口排入冰箱内部。当用户改变净化装置的放置方向时,净化装置的主要进风口和主要出风口位置互换,顶面风口203和侧面风口301均呈汇聚状,保证用户无论以何种方式放置净化装置,净化装置均有对应的最佳进风口,进入壳体内部的风均能穿过净化模块。
且侧面风口301和顶面风口203设置在不同的方向上,尤其当顶面风口203和侧面风口301的夹角为80-100度时,顶面风口203和侧面风口301接近垂直,能够防止经净化模块净化后的冷气回流到壳体内部。
在本发明另一种实施方式中,壳体上若干风孔由外向内的延伸方向与自主壳体30的顶部到底部竖直方向的夹角为锐角。优选的,主壳体呈圆台状,主壳体30的顶部和底部均呈圆形,至少部分风孔由外向内的延伸方向穿过主壳体30的底部的中心。如此,使得进入壳体内的风均朝同一个方向流动,且均穿过净化模块,净化效果好。
进一步的,若干风孔设置在导风板20和/或主壳体30的侧壁上。设置在主壳体30的侧壁上的风孔形成侧面风口301,设置在导风板20上的风孔形成顶面风口203。具体的,在本实施例中,侧面风口301由外向内的延伸方向与壳体的中心轴线的夹角为锐角,顶面风口203由外向内的延伸方向与壳体的中心轴线的夹角为锐角,如此,当用户以不同方向放置净化装置导致主要进风口和主要出风口转换时,均能保证冷气穿过净化模块,达到较好的净化效果。
进一步的,导风板20和主壳体30的侧壁上均形成有风孔,至少一部分形成在导风板20上的风孔由外向内的延伸方向与至少一部分形成在主壳体30的侧壁上的风孔由外向内的延伸方向的夹角为80-100度,具体的,分别置于主壳体30的中心轴线两侧的顶面风口203和侧面风口 301由外向内的延伸方向的夹角在80-100度之间,优选的为90度,如此,大部分气流的进风方向和出风方向接近垂直,能够防止气体回流到壳体内部。
进一步的,导风板20设置有至少两个,且至少两个导风板20重叠设置。至少两个导风板20上均设置有风孔,且两个导风板20上的风孔对应贯通,如此,通过设置多个导风板20,能够延长顶面风口203的长度,进而延长内部风路,增强进化效果。
具体的,导风板20包括第一导风板201和第二导风板202,第一导风板201与主壳体30一体成型,第二导风板202叠加于第一导风板201背离主壳体30底部的一侧。具体的,第一导风板201置于主壳体30的内部,与主壳体30的顶部之间留有间距,即主壳体30侧壁朝向顶部的边缘高于第一导风板201,主壳体30侧壁与第一导风板201之间形成内凹空间,第二导风板202安装于内凹空间内。如此,便于多个导风板20的安装,且第二导风板202可以根据用户的喜好更换不同颜色,提高净化装置的美观度。
进一步的,参见图2、图3,第一导风板201和第二导风板202均呈环形,第一导风板201和第二导风板202的内环呈非中心对称设置,第二导风板202具有沿内环边缘设置的翻边205,翻边205朝向第一导风板201翻折,处于装配状态时,翻边205紧贴第一导风板201的内环边缘。如此,通过将内环设置成非中心对称,方便安装时第一导风板201和第二导风板202的定位,减小安装误差。
进一步的,参见图1至图3,壳体还包括上盖10,上盖10安装于导风板20的上方,且上盖10的边缘覆盖若干风孔的一部分。具体的,上盖10连接于主壳体30的顶部且安装于导风板20外侧并覆盖导风板20的内环,上盖10的边缘覆盖顶面风口203的一部分。上盖10呈圆形,形成顶面风口203的若干个风孔沿导风板20的周向分布,且若干个风孔的中心的连线为圆形,上盖10的边缘覆盖顶面风口203的一部分即上盖10的边缘覆盖形成在导风板20上的风孔的边缘,如此,能够防止多个导风板20因制造误差导致上下风孔参差不齐而影响视觉效果。
第二导风板202朝向第一导风板201一侧还设置有卡爪,第一导风板201上设置有对应的开口,第二导风板202通过卡爪固定在第一导风板201上。参见图6,上盖10内侧设置有固定钩105。装配状态时,固定钩105沿导风板20的内边缘分布,上盖10装配到导风板20时,固定钩105扣持于第一导风板201朝向底部的表面上。如此,通过隐藏的卡钩结构安装上盖10和导风板20,提升外观的美观度。
进一步的,参见图3至图8,上盖10内侧还安装有寿命提示模块。第一导风板201和第二导风板202的环形内缘设置有凹槽206,寿命提示模块的一部分置于第一导风板201和第二导风板202的凹槽206内,且与凹槽206内缘形状匹配设计,使得整体结构紧凑。
参见图5至图8,上盖10内设置有支撑筋101,支撑筋101支撑于寿命提示模块的边缘使得寿命提示模块和上盖10之间留有间隙。具体的,寿命提示模块包括设置有计时电路的计时电路板60、设置在计时电路板60朝向上盖10一侧的指示灯以及固定在上盖10和计时电路板60之间的导光件50。导光件50上设置有聚光部501,指示灯置于聚光部501内以提升指示灯的发光效果。计时电路板60支撑在支撑筋101上以与上盖10之间形成间隙,上盖10和计时电路板60之间填充有防水胶,防止水汽损坏计时电路板60。导光件50设置在计时电路板60和上盖10之间。具体的,计时电路板60呈圆形,支撑筋101包括两段间隔分布的弧形筋板,导光件50的外轮廓为四边形且一条边为弧形边,装配状态时,导光件50的弧形边边缘超出计时电路板60的边缘。
参见图2至图4,第一导风板201和第二导风板202环形内缘的凹槽206包括圆弧面,导光件50的弧形边与凹槽206的圆弧面形状配合。具体的,导风板20的内环包括一段与外环同心的优弧207、一段与外环同心的劣弧208以及连接优弧207和劣弧208的两段连接弧209,劣弧208的半径大于优弧207的半径,劣弧208以及两段连接弧209之间的部分形成导风板20内缘处的凹槽206。寿命提示模块安装于靠近劣弧208一侧,导光件50的弧形边缘与劣弧208的曲率相同,导光件50置于凹槽206内且弧形边缘与劣弧208配合。如此,安装上盖10时可通过导光件50和导风板20的内环进行定位,安装方便,且合理利用壳体内部空间,整体结构紧凑。
进一步的,参见图3和图6,导风板20呈轴对称设置,导风板20上还设置有导向孔204,上盖10上设置有与导向孔204配合的导向柱104。具体的,导向孔204设置有三个,分别位于导风板20的对称轴上,以及导风板20内环的连接弧209两侧。如此,便于加工制造时确定导向孔204的位置,减少制造误差。通过导向柱104和导向孔204的配合能进一步提高壳体安装组合的效率。
进一步的,参见图2和图9,主壳体30的底部设置有开口,壳体还包括安装于主壳体30的底部开口处的底座40,净化模块支撑在底座40上且与底座40之间留有间隙,形成气流通道。底座40包括底板401和设置于底板401上的支撑座,所述支撑座具有围框403和自围框403四个叫向下延伸的支脚402,支脚402形成有延伸至围框403内部下方的支撑块,净化模块支撑于支脚402的支撑块上且置于围框403内部。围框403的底部与底板401之间留有缺口,气流通道形成在净化模块与底板401之间。净化模块为正方体或长方体。
主壳体30侧壁的底端设置有朝向主壳体30的中心凸出的凸筋302,以及从置于侧壁内表面向底部延伸的导引板303,底座40还包括沿底板401的边缘朝向顶部凸伸的安装筋板406,安装筋板406的侧壁上设置有与凸筋302对应的通孔408,底座40通过通孔408与凸筋302的配合 安装于主壳体30上。安装筋板406的侧壁具有断开的导引缺口407,导引缺407口与导引板303配合以对底座40进行安装定位。
参见图6,上盖10内表面还设置有限位板106,限位板106为自上盖10向底部延伸的筋板且抵接在净化模块的表面上,具体的,限位板106为弧形筋板,装配状态时,限位板106置于导风板20的内环内。
如此,通过上盖10上的限位板106底座40上的支脚402和围框403限制净化模块的移动,且使得净化模块与上盖10、导风板20、底座40以及主壳体30的侧壁之间均留有间隙,允许冷气通过,有利于进入壳体内部的冷气循环,提升净化效果。
当用户以不同方向放置净化装置时,根据冰箱内的风向,顶面风口203和侧面风口301中的一个形成主要进风口,另一个形成主要出风口,如此,从壳体上顶面风口203或侧面风口301进入壳体内部的冷气经过净化模块后,流经净化模块与底板401之间的气流通道然后从顶面风口203或侧面风口301流道壳体外部,形成完整的风路,净化效果好。
进一步的,参见图2,底座40的外侧还安装有可拆卸的把手70,用户使用时,可以通过把手70将净化装置挂到冰箱内部的瓶座、储物盒、搁架等位置,也可以将把手70拆除后,将净化装置平放在搁物架上,使用灵活方便,且便于更换。当用户使用把手70将净化装置挂放和将把手70拆除将净化装置平放时,主要出风口和主要进风口互换。
参见图9至图11,为底座40以及把手70的具体结构。
底座40的外侧安装有把手70。底座40背离主壳体30一侧底面内凹形成有固定座404,固定座404上形成有固定结构405,把手70通过固定结构405可拆卸的连接于固定座404。如此,通过在底座40上内凹的固定座404内设置连接把手70的固定结构405,保证拆卸把手70后不影响底面的平整度,便于在冰箱内放置净化装置。
进一步的,固定结构405包括自固定座404的内底面凸伸的固定块4052,把手70的端部呈U形,当把手70与底座40处于装配状态时,固定块4052置于U形端部的两侧面之间,U形端部的至少一个侧壁上设置有卡钩,固定块4052上设置有与卡钩配合的固定槽4051。卡钩通过自身弹性力实现与固定座404的安装拆卸。
进一步的,固定座404具有收容把手70的U形端部的收容部4041、自收容部与固定块4052平行的一侧内壁突伸的挡块4042。U形端部仅有一侧上设置有卡钩,另一侧置于挡块4042和固定块4052之间。当把手70与底座40处于装配状态时,挡块4042能够增强把手70连接的稳定性;当用户想要拆卸把手70时,可朝向挡块4042一侧旋转把手,同时向外拔动把手,将卡钩与底座40快速脱离配合。如此,仅在把手70的一侧设置卡钩即能实现把手70的固定,且装拆卸 把手更加省力,
进一步的,固定块4052的凸伸末端面呈圆弧状,把手70的U形端部具有与固定块4052圆弧末端面相匹配的弧形连接壁701。如此,用户拆卸把手70时,能够轻松旋转把手70,同时能够减小固定块4052与把手70端部之间的磨损。
挡块4042远离固定座404的内底面一端呈自外向内的倾斜状延伸,当用户安装把手70时,便于U形端部的一侧插入固定块4052和挡块4042之间;当用户拆卸把手70时,用户朝向挡块4042一侧旋转把手,当把手70与挡块4042抵接时,挡块4042倾斜状的端部允许用户继续施力使得卡钩脱离扣持关系,能够提升把手70拆卸的便利性。
进一步的,连接壁701朝向固定块4052一侧突伸形成限位柱702,固定块4052上开设有与限位柱702配合的限位槽4053。限位柱702与限位槽4053的配合,能够引导用户安装把手70。
进一步的,把手70还包括连接在连接壁701背离固定块4052一侧的手柄703,手柄703和底座40之间留有间隙,如此可以通过把手70将净化装置挂在冰箱内部的瓶座、搁板等位置。手柄703上具有朝向底座40突出的防翻筋704,防翻筋704的边缘为弧形。用户将净化装置挂在冰箱内部时,防翻筋704能够起到支撑作用,保证净化装置安装的稳定性,同时防翻筋704的边缘为弧形能够起到引导作用,在使用时便于悬挂且不会损伤其他物品。
参见图4、图5,为导光件50的具体结构。
导光件50呈条形,导光件50上设置有聚光部501,指示灯至少部分置于聚光部501内,壳体上设置有对应聚光部501的通光孔107。具体的,通光孔107为开设于上盖10上的通孔。如此,指示灯发出的灯光经导光件50的聚光部501汇聚后通过壳体的通光孔107显示,显示效果较好。
聚光部501为开设于导光件50上的槽,聚光部501靠近通光孔107一侧的横截面积小于另一侧的横截面积。具体的,聚光部501的内壁面包括4个相互连接的梯形面,且梯形面靠近通光孔107的一侧朝向聚光部501的中心倾斜。如此,能够提升聚光效果。
进一步的,导光件50为透明元件,指示灯发出的光照射到聚光部501的内壁面上发生反射和折射,将光汇聚到聚光部501朝向通光孔107一侧,增强指示灯的显示亮度。导光件50还具有自聚光部501朝向通光孔107一侧凸伸的聚光块502,聚光块置于通光孔107内。如此,通过设置聚光块502避免光线直接射出刺激用户的眼睛。
参见图4至图8,导光件50上还设置有定位孔503,上盖10上设置有与定位孔503配合的定位柱103,导光件50通过定位孔503与定位柱103的配合安装于上盖10。定位孔503靠近上盖10一侧的截面积小于另一侧的截面积,定位柱103的长度大于定位孔503的长度,定位柱103 置于定位孔503内,定位柱103热熔后的熔料填充在定位孔503中,待定位柱103的熔料凝固后,导光件50即被固定安装在上盖10上。
具体的,定位孔503设置有两个,分别位于聚光部501的两侧,定位孔503包括配合部5031和容料部5032,配合部5031靠近上盖10一侧,配合部5031与定位柱103形状配合,方便安装定位。容料部5032为锥形孔,用于收容定位柱103热熔后的熔料。当定位柱103热熔后,熔料全部填充在容料部5032中,熔料凝固后不会伸出定位孔503,如此无需设置其他单独的固定结构安装导光件50,导光件50不会干涉壳体内的其他元件。导光件50安装于上盖10与计时电路板60之间时,在安装固定导光件50后再安装计时电路板60,方便计时电路板60的安装。
参见图6至图8,为计时电路板60的具体结构及安装结构。
计时电路板60上设置有计时电路,计时电路板60上连接有指示灯,计时电路启动计时到预设时长时,会通过指示灯发出提示,提示用户净化模块已经失效,需要更换。计时电路板60安装在上盖10内侧,上盖10内侧设置有支撑筋101,计时电路板60支撑在支撑筋101上,计时电路板60与上盖10之间留有间隙,在计时电路板60和上盖10的间隙中填充有防水胶,且在计时电路板60背向上盖10的表面上涂覆有防水胶,即计时电路板60朝向主壳体30的底部的面上涂覆有防水胶。如此,当净化装置安装在冰箱内部时,能够防止冰箱内部的水汽损坏计时电路板60导致寿命提示模块失效。
进一步的,计时电路板60呈圆形,支撑筋101包括至少两段间隔设置的弧形筋板,计时电路板60的边缘支撑在弧形筋板上。如此,便于从多段弧形筋板之间的间隔处注入防水胶,且多段弧形筋板能够防止防水胶外漏。
上盖10内侧还设置有卡钩,计时电路板60的边缘设置有槽口,卡扣伸入计时电路板60边缘的槽口内,且卡钩扣持于计时电路板60的表面,以将计时电路板60固定在上盖10上。具体的,装配状态时,卡钩与多段弧形筋板均沿计时电路板60的边缘间隔分布。
进一步的,寿命提示模块还包括电池603,电池603用于向计时电路板60供电。寿命提示模块还包括计时控制开关,计时控制开关用于连通或断开电池603与计时电路板60的电连接,计时控制开关包括控制弹片601和触点隔片602。在计时电路板60与电池603的连接电路上设置有断开的第一电触点605和第二电触点606,当第一电触点605和第二电触点606导通时,电池603向计时电路板60供电。控制弹片601的一端固定在计时电路板60上且与第一电触点605电连接,另一端为悬臂且设置有朝向第二电触点606的凸起,凸起可以与第二电触点电连接。触点隔片602穿过壳体且一端设置在控制弹片601的凸起与第二电触点606之间,用户可以拉动触点隔片602将触点隔片602拆除。控制弹片601为导体,触点隔片602为绝缘体,当触点隔片 602的一端设置在控制弹片601的凸起和第二电触点606之间时,计时电路板60与电池603之间的电连接断开,当触点隔片602被拆除时,控制弹片601的凸起与第二电触点606接触,控制弹片601连通第一电触点605和第二电触点606,电池603与计时电路之间的电连接被导通,计时电路开始工作,如此,用户可以在使用时拆除触点隔片602,启动寿命提示模块,提高寿命提示的准确性。
进一步的,计时电路板60上设置有通孔,上盖10上设置有对应通孔的螺钉柱102,控制弹片601的一端通过螺钉固定在上盖10上。第一电触点设置在通孔处,螺钉在固定控制弹片601的同时能够电连接第一电触点和控制弹片601,结构简单,方便安装制造。
控制弹片601呈L形,一端还设置有向计时电路板60弯折的折边6011,计时电路板60上设置有与折边6011配合的槽孔604,折边6011插入槽孔604内以对控制弹片601进行安装定位,保证控制弹片601上的凸起能够与第二电触点606接触。
在计时电路板60背向上盖10的表面上,除第一电触点605、第二电触点606以及控制弹片601覆盖处,其他区域均涂覆防水胶,计时控制开关的设置方便控制述寿命提示模块的开启,也方便防水胶的涂覆。
进一步的,参见图1和图9,底座40和主壳体30之间设置有开口,触点隔片602的另一端从底座40和主壳体30之间穿出。具体的,沿底板401边缘设置朝向顶部凸伸的安装筋板406上还设置有断开的开口用于穿设触点隔片602。
本发明还提供一种净化装置的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将计时电路板60置于壳体内侧的支撑筋101上;
在所述壳体与所述计时电路板60之间的间隙中填充有防水胶并在所述计时电路板60的外表面涂覆防水胶。
其中,壳体包括主壳体30,主壳体30具有顶部、与顶部相对的底部以及连接顶部和底部的侧壁,壳体还包括连接于所述主壳体30的顶部处的上盖10,支撑筋101设置在上盖10内表面。计时电路板60的外表面即背向上盖10一侧的表面。
进一步的,还包括位于步骤“将计时电路板60置于壳体内侧的支撑筋101上”之前的步骤:
将导光件50的定位孔503与壳体上的定位柱103配合以将导光件50安装在预定位置;
热熔熔化所述定位柱103以使所述定位柱103的熔料填充于所述定位孔503内。
具体的,定位孔503靠近壳体一侧截面积小于另一侧的截面积,定位孔503包括配合部5031和容料部5032,配合部5031与定位柱103形状配合以进行安装定位,容料部5032的截面积大于定位柱103以便容纳定位柱103的熔料,定位柱103的熔料凝固后,导光件50固定于上盖10 上。
进一步的,还包括位于步骤“在壳体与计时电路板60之间的间隙中填充防水胶并在所述计时电路板60的外表面涂覆防水胶”之前的步骤:
将计时电路板60的通孔插入壳体的螺钉柱102上;
将控制弹片601一端的折边6011插入计时电路板60的槽孔604内,使用螺钉固定控制弹片601。
进一步的,“将计时电路板60置于壳体内侧的支撑筋101上”,包括:
将计时电路板60边缘处的槽口与壳体内侧的卡钩配合;
按压计时电路板60使卡钩发生弹性变形以将计时电路板60固定支撑在支撑筋101上。
其中,在具体实施例中,计时电路板60呈圆形,支撑筋101包括多段间隔设置的弧形筋板,卡钩与弧形筋板间隔分布,且均沿计时电路板60的边缘分布,多段弧形筋板之间的间隔便于向计时电路板60和壳体之间的间隙注入防水胶。
在具体实施方式中,在生产制造净化装置时,首先将导光件50的定位孔503与上盖10上的定位柱103配合将导光件50安装到预设位置,然后热熔定位柱103,定位柱103熔化的熔料填充在定位孔503中,当熔料凝固后,导光件50即固定在上盖10上。然后将计时电路板60的槽口与上盖10上的卡钩配合,按压计时电路板60,将计时电路板60固定在上盖10的支撑筋101上。将控制弹片601一端的折边6011插入计时电路板60的槽孔604内,使用螺钉固定控制弹片601。
上盖10上元件安装到位后,通过支撑筋101之间的间隔向计时电路板60和上盖10之间的间隙中注入防水胶,使防水胶填充计时电路板60和上盖10之间的间隙,并在计时电路板60背离上盖10的一侧表面涂覆防水胶,以防止计时电路板60被水汽损坏。在防水胶凝固后在控制弹片601和计时电路板60的第二电触点之间插入触点隔片602。
利用第二导风板202内环的翻折205定位将第二导风板202安装在第一导风板201上。然后将上盖10上的导向柱104插入导风板上的导向孔204中,按压上盖10将上盖10固定到主壳体30上。将净化模块置于底座40的围框403内,将主壳体30的导引板303与底座40插入底座40上对应的导引缺口407,并将触点隔片602从底座40和主壳体30之间的间隙穿出,按压主壳体30使主壳体30与底座40固定。
虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种净化装置,包括壳体、置于所述壳体内的净化模块和寿命提示模块,所述壳体包括主壳体,所述主壳体具有顶部、与所述顶部相对的底部以及连接所述顶部和所述底部的侧壁,所述净化模块置于所述顶部和所述底部之间,所述寿命提示模块包括计时电路板,其特征在于,所述顶部上连接有上盖,所述上盖内侧设置有支撑筋,所述计时电路板支撑在所述支撑筋上以在所述上盖和所述计时电路板之间形成间隙,所述间隙中填充有防水胶,所述计时电路板朝向所述底部的表面涂覆有防水胶。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的净化装置,其特征在于,所述计时电路板呈圆形,所述支撑筋包括至少两段间隔设置的弧形筋板且所述弧形筋板支撑于所述计时电路板的边缘。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的净化装置,其特征在于,所述寿命提示模块还包括指示灯和导光件,所述导光件上具有聚光部,所述指示灯置于所述聚光部内,所述导光件置于所述间隙中,所述导光件与所述弧形筋板间隔分布且置于所述计时电路板的边缘。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的净化装置,其特征在于,所述导光件上设置有定位孔,所述定位孔靠近所述上盖一侧的截面面积小于另一侧的截面面积,所述上盖设置有与所述定位孔配合的定位柱,所述定位柱的长度大于所述定位孔的长度,所述定位柱热熔后熔料填充于所述定位孔内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的净化装置,其特征在于,所述定位孔包括配合部和容料部,所述配合部靠近所述上盖一侧,所述配合部与所述定位柱形状配合,所述容料部沿平行于所述定位孔高度方向的截面为梯形。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的净化装置,其特征在于,所述上盖的内侧还设置有卡钩,所述卡钩沿所述计时电路板的边缘与所述弧形筋板间隔设置,所述计时电路板的边缘设置有与所述卡钩配合的槽口,所述卡钩钩于所述计时电路板的表面。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的净化装置,其特征在于,所述净化模块支撑于所述顶部和所述底部之间,所述上盖上还设置有抵接所述净化模块的限位板。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的净化装置,其特征在于,所述寿命提示模块还包括为所述计时电路板供电的电池以及用于连通或断开所述电池与所述计时电路板上的电连接的计时控制开关,所述计时电路板与所述电池的连接电路上设置有断开的第一电触点和第二电触点,所述计时控制开关包括控制弹片和穿过所述壳体的触点隔片,所述控制弹片的一端固定于所述计时电路板上并与所述第一电触点电连接,另一端呈悬臂状且具有朝向所述第二电触点的凸起,所述触点隔片的一端置于所述凸起与所述第二电触点之间以阻断所述凸起与所述第二电触点的电连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的净化装置,其特征在于,所述计时电路板上设置有通孔,所述上盖上设置有对应所述通孔的螺钉柱,所述第一电触点设置于所述通孔处,所述控制弹片的一端通过螺钉固定于所述螺钉柱并通过所述螺钉与所述第一电触点电连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的净化装置,其特征在于,所述控制弹片呈L形,一端具有朝下弯折的折边,所述计时电路板上设置有与所述折边配合的槽孔。
  11. 一种净化装置的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    将计时电路板置于壳体内侧的支撑筋上;
    在所述壳体与所述计时电路板之间的间隙中填充防水胶并在所述计时电路板的朝向所述壳体的底部的表面涂覆防水胶。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的净化装置的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤“将计时电路板置于壳体内侧的支撑筋上”之前,还包括步骤:
    将导光件的定位孔与所述壳体上的定位柱配合以将所述导光件安装在预定位置;
    热熔熔化所述定位柱以使所述定位柱的熔料填充于所述定位孔内。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的净化装置的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤“在所述壳体与所述计时电路板之间的间隙中填充防水胶并在所述计时电路板朝向所述壳体的底部的表面涂覆防水胶”之前,还包括步骤:
    将所述计时电路板上的通孔插入所述壳体的螺钉柱上;
    将控制弹片一端的折边插入所述计时电路板上的槽孔内,使用螺钉固定所述控制弹片。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的净化装置的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤“将计时电路板置于壳体内侧的支撑筋上”包括步骤:
    将所述计时电路上的槽口与所述壳体内侧的卡钩配合;
    按压所述计时电路板使所述卡钩发生弹性变形以将所述计时电路板固定在支撑筋上。
