有鉴于此,本发明提供一种基于运动的呼叫处理方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,能够根据用户的运动状态对呼叫进行智能化处理,提升了设备和用户交互的效率。
本申请的一些实施方式提供了一种基于运动的呼叫处理方法。以下从多个方面介绍本申请,以下多个方面的实施方式和有益效果可互相参考。
第一方面,本申请提供一种基于运动的呼叫处理方法,由电子装置执行,包括:获取来自至少一个传感器检测到的用户的运动数据,电子装置可以包括手机、智能通信手表、智能通信手环、芯片等,运动数据用于表征用户当前的运动状态,例如,用户在跑步或游泳的运动中,手臂或身体有规律的摆动,通过其摆动的速度和角度等运动数据可以识别用户处于跑步状态或者游泳状态等,其中,运动数据可以通过加速度传感器、陀螺仪、重力传感器或定位系统中的一种或多种组合传感器检测得到。当电子装置所在的系统接收到呼叫时,根据所述确定的用户当前的运动状态确定对当前呼叫对应的处理动作并执行,其中,呼叫可以包括设备的呼叫、语音呼叫和视频呼叫等,对应的动作可以是拒接该呼叫,向呼叫方的号码发送消息,或者接听呼叫。也可以是依据客户的设定等待呼叫自动结束等。
根据本申请的实施方式,电子装置可以通过检测用户的运动数据,在电子装置收到呼叫时,通过运动数据确定用户的运动状态,进而根据用户的运动状态智能处理呼叫方的呼叫,提升了设备和用户交互的效率。
在上述第一方面的一种可能的实现中,电子装置根据运动数据确定用户是否开始运动, 当判断用户开始运动时,开启呼叫智能处理模式。例如,用户跑步时手臂的摆动速度和摆动角度与非跑步时的手臂的摆动速度和摆动角度会有不同,当传感器感知到用户的手臂摆动速度和角度表明用户进入跑步状态时,此时,电子装置可以自动开启呼叫智能处理模式,以便用户在运动时,能够根据用户当前的运动状态确定当前呼叫对应的处理动作,可以避免用户手动开启该呼叫智能处理模式,提升用户的体验。
在上述第一方面的一种可能的实现中,当电子装置所在的系统接收到呼叫时,电子装置根据用户当前的运动状态确定对当前呼叫对应的动作,具体包括:电子装置根据用户的运动状态确定用户处于第一状态或第二状态,其中,第一状态表明用户有接听呼叫的意愿,第二状态表明用户无接听呼叫的意愿,运动状态可以包括用户运动的连续性和停顿,通过用户运动的连续性和停顿可以进一步判断用户是想接通电话,或者不想接通。也就是说,用户连续性运动通常是用户并没有理会该呼叫,可以表明用户并没有意愿接听,用户连续性的运动规律突然变化,如正在有规律摆动的手臂突然在收到呼叫后开始放慢速度,或速度为0,此时可以判断为停顿,可以表明客户可能观看了该呼叫方,并有可能接听该呼叫,或者拒绝该呼叫。当判断用户处于第一状态(有接听呼叫的意愿时),自动接听该呼叫;当判断用户处于第二运动状态(无接听呼叫的意愿时),自动回复呼叫方用户预先设定的回复内容。进而通过判断客户的主观意愿而智能处理接收的呼叫,进一步提高用户体验。
在上述第一方面的一种可能的实现中,用户可以根据实际情况预先设置并保存不同呼叫方的回复内容。例如,可以根据家人、朋友或同事进行分组,在电子装置可以识别呼叫方号码归属的组别,并回复相对应的设置的消息。也可以对每一个联系人的回复内容进行编辑,以使得呼叫方可以收到针对性的回复内容,提高了用户的体验。
在上述第一方面的一种可能的实现中,电子装置根据用户的运动状态确定用户处于第一状态,即有接听呼叫的意愿,具体包括根据用户的运动数据判断用户的运动状态是否为符合预设要求的停顿,其中,符合预设要求的停顿可以是用户停止运动,或用户的运动速度降低到设定要求等,例如,用户正在以平均为4米/秒的速度跑步运动,在收到呼叫时,用户停止跑步,速度为0,该情况认为是停顿,或是用户跑步的速度在某一段时间内降低至2米/秒,此时也可以认为是停顿。当判断用户的运动状态符合预设要求的停顿时,进一步判断用户的运动的停顿时间是否达到预设时间,当停顿时间达到预设时间,则判断用户有接听呼叫的意愿,例如,当预设时间为5秒,用户停顿时间达到5秒,则确定用户有接听呼叫的意愿,并自动接听该呼叫,可以进一步提高对用户有无接听呼叫的意愿的判断。
在上述第一方面的一种可能的实现中,当用户的运动的停顿时间未达到预设时间,则判断用户处于第二状态,即用户无接听呼叫的意愿,例如,当预设时间为5秒,用户在停顿时间为4秒后,又进入运动状态,则确定用户无接听呼叫的意愿,此时,可以通过发送信息的方式回复呼叫方,以使呼叫方可以及时得知用户的情况,为用户和呼叫方双方带来良好的体验。
在上述第一方面的另一种可能的实现中,根据用户的运动数据判断用户的运动状态是否符合预设要求的停顿,包括电子装置判断运动数据是否大于等于预设阈值,当用户的运动数据大于等于预设阈值,则确定用户的运动状态为停顿。
在上述第一方面的另一种可能的实现中,判断用户处于第二状态,即用户无接听呼叫的意愿,还包括:根据用户的运动数据判断用户的运动状态是否为符合预设要求的连续运 动,其中,是否为符合预设要求的连续运动可以判断运动数据是否小于预设阈值,当用户的运动数据小于预设阈值,则判断用户的运动为连续运动。当判断用户的运动状态为连续运动,则确定用户处于第二状态,即无接听呼叫的意愿,进而可以通过信息的方式向呼叫方号码发送预先设置的回复内容,以免直接拒接或不接听给呼叫方带来焦虑或不愉快。
第二方面,本申请提供一种电子装置,电子装置可以包括、手机、智能通信手表、智能通信手环、芯片等,具体包括:至少一个传感器,传感器可以包括重力传感器、陀螺仪、加速度计或定位系统中的一种或多种组合,传感器用于获取用户的运动数据,运动数据用于表征用户当前的运动状态,例如,用户在跑步或游泳的运动中,手臂或身体有规律的摆动,通过其摆动的速度和角度等运动数据可以识别用户处于跑步状态或者游泳状态等;处理器,当电子装置所在的系统接收到呼叫时,处理器根据用户当前的运动状态确定并执行对当前呼叫对应的处理动作。其中,呼叫可以包括设备的呼叫、语音呼叫和视频呼叫等,对应的动作可以是拒接该呼叫,向呼叫方的号码发送消息,或者接听呼叫。也可以是依据客户的设定等待呼叫自动结束等。
根据本申请的实施方式,电子装置可以通过检测用户的运动数据,在电子装置收到呼叫时,通过运动数据确定用户的运动状态,进而根据用户的运动状态智能处理呼叫方的呼叫,提升了设备和用户交互的效率。

在上述第二方面的一种可能的实现中,处理器具体进一步用于:当用户的运动的停顿 时间未达到预设时间,则判断用户处于第二状态,即无接听呼叫的意愿。例如,当预设时间为5秒,用户在停顿时间为4秒后,又进入运动状态,则判断用户处于第二状态,即无接听呼叫的意愿,此时,可以通过发送信息的方式回复呼叫方,以使呼叫方可以及时得知用户的情况,为用户和呼叫方双方带来良好的体验。
在上述第二方面的一种可能的实现中,处理器根据用户的运动数据判断用户的运动状态是否符合预设要求的停顿,包括:判断运动数据是否大于等于预设阈值,当用户的运动数据大于等于预设阈值,则判断用户的运动状态为停顿。
在上述第二方面的一种可能的实现中,处理器还用于:根据用户的运动数据判断用户的运动状态是否为符合预设要求的连续运动,当判断用户的运动状态为连续运动,则判断用户处于第二状态,即无接听呼叫的意愿。
在上述第二方面的一种可能的实现中,处理器判断用户的运动状态是否为连续运动,包括:根据运动数据判断用户的运动数据是否小于预设阈值,当用户的运动数据小于预设阈值,则判断用户的运动为连续运动。
第三方面,本申请提供一种电子设备,包含一个或多个存储器,与所述存储器耦合的一个或多个处理器,以及一个或多个程序,其中所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中,其特征在于,所述电子设备用于执行上述实施例中第一方面公开的方法。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
可以理解的是,如本文所使用的,术语“模块””可以指代或者包括专用集成电路(ASIC)、电子电路、执行一个或多个软件或固件程序的处理器(共享、专用、或群组)和/或存储器、组合逻辑电路、和/或提供所描述的功能的其他适当硬件组件,或者可以作为这些硬件组件的一部分。
可以理解的是,在本申请各实施例中,处理器可以是微处理器、数字信号处理器、微控制器等,和/或其任何组合。根据另一个方面,处理器可以是单核处理器,多核处理器等,和/或其任何组合。
图1为本申请一个实施例提供的系统的结构示意图,该系统中可以包括至少两个电子装置,图1中以包括三个电子装置为例,分别为呼叫方的移动终端11(被叫方)、穿戴设备12(被叫方)和呼叫方的电子装置13(呼叫方),三个电子装置可以通过无线连接接口与网络设备14进行通信,也就是说,移动终端11作为被叫方可以与呼叫方通过网络设备14进行通信连接,穿戴设备12也可以作为被叫方与呼叫方通过网络设备14进行通信连接。需要说明的是,本申请适用于图1所示的系统的结构示意图,但不限于此。
本申请中的电子装置是指可以向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备,该电子装置可以经至少一个核心网或无线接入网进行通信。该电子装置可以是电子装置,例如手机、智能通信手表、智能通信手环等便于携带或穿戴的通信设备,在此不作限定。
本申请中涉及的网络设备可以是全球移动通讯(Global System for Mobile Communication,GSM)或码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)中的基站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS),也可以是宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)中的基站(NodeB.NB),还可以是WLAN中的接入点(Access Point,AP)或者中继站等,在此并不作为限定。
本申请中的电子设备可以为手机,所述电子装置所在的系统可以为所述手机;或者所述电子装置为芯片,所述电子装置所在系统为所述芯片所在移动终端,在此并不作为限定。
下面将结合附图对本申请的实施例作进一步地详细描述。
根据本申请的一些实施例公开了一种基于运动的呼叫处理方法。图2示出了基于运动的呼叫处理方法的流程图,下面以佩戴在用户身上的电子装置为执行主体对呼叫处理方法进行说明,如图2所示,该呼叫处理方法包括:
步骤S210,电子装置获取来自至少一个传感器检测到的用户的运动数据,运动数据用于表征用户当前的运动状态。其中,传感器可以是加速度传感器、陀螺仪、重力传感器或定位系统中的一种或多种组合,通过上述传感器可以获得表征用户当前运动状态的运动数据,例如,用户正在跑步时,电子装置可以根据传感器检测到用户的(跑步的)速度、手臂摆动速度、手臂摆动角度等运动数据。并进一步根据这些运动数据判断出用户的运动状态,电子装置实时监测这些数据并保存这些运动数据,当用户停止跑步或减慢速度时,电子装置根据运动数据前后变化可以判断出用户是处于停止跑步、保持原有速度或减慢速度 等运动状态。
步骤S220,当电子装置所在的系统接收到呼叫时,电子装置根据用根据所述确定的用户当前的运动状态确定对当前呼叫对应的处理动作并执行。其中,对应的处理动作可以包括直接拒接该呼叫后向该呼叫号码发送对应的回复内容,或接听该呼叫等。例如,电子装置接收到呼叫后,用户当前的运动状态是一直保持匀速跑步,此时可以拒接该呼叫,并通过发送短消息的方式回复呼叫方“我正在跑步,稍后给您回电”,可以根据用户当前运动状态自动处理当前呼叫,既不影响用户的运动,又可以避免用户直接拒接或不接听该呼叫,使呼叫方感到不愉快或产生焦虑等。因此能提升终端的智能性,提升用户的体验。此外,本申请中的呼叫可以包括普通电话的呼叫,语音或视频通信的呼叫等,在此并不作为限定。
需要说明的是,本申请中的运动可以包括跑步运动、游泳运动和登山运动、攀岩、球类、跳操等,在此并不作为限定。
根据本申请的一个实施例,电子装置通过传感器确定用户是否开始运动,当判断用户开始运动时,开启呼叫智能处理模式。例如,用户开始跑步时,电子装置的传感器检测到用户的跑步的运动数据,并判断出用户开始跑步,此时电子装置可以自动开启呼叫智能处理模式,并根据用户的运动状态确定并执行与当前呼叫对应的处理动作。可以避免用户每次手动开启,提高人机交互的效率。
图3a为本申请一实施例提供的开启呼叫智能处理模式的界面示意图,如图3a所示,电子装置开启呼叫智能处理模式时的界面31,用户在运动前可以预设运动模式,当电子装置检测用户的运动数据,如速度、加速度,角速度,高度等满足预设条件,进入预设运动模式,例如跑步、游泳、登山、攀岩等运动模式。以跑步运动为例进行说明,人在跑步时的跑动速度通常是正常行走时的走动速度的3倍以上,而通常人走动的速度在1.75m/s-2m/s,将1.75m/s作为计算标准,当电子装置检测到用户的运动数据为以5.25m/s的速度前进时,达到正常行走时3倍的速度,则判断用户开始了跑步运动的预设模式,此时,电子装置的呼叫智能处理模式将被开启,并在电子装置的界面31的显示栏中出现呼叫智能处理模式的图标32,用户可以通过观看图标32得知呼叫智能处理模式是否被开启,当电子装置确定用户停止运动如跑步后,如,用户的跑动速度由平均的5.25m/s降到2m/s以下时,则可以确定用户停止跑步运动,呼叫智能处理模式被自动关闭,电子装置的界面31上的图标32将消失。
图3b为本申请一实施例提供的通话界面示意图,如图3b所示,在呼叫智能处理模式开启后,电子装置接收到呼叫,当电子装置根据用户当前的运动状态,通过呼叫智能处理模式自动接听该呼叫后,显示通话界面33,该通话界面33可以显示呼叫方的头像,也可以显示呼叫方的号码等,并显示通话中,此时被叫方与呼叫方可以直接通话。接通电话后,呼叫智能处理模式依然为开启状态,用户依然可以看到叫智能处理模式的图标32,此时,电子装置可以对用户的运动数据继续监测,当确定用户停止当前运动(跑步)时,呼叫智能处理模式被自动关闭,电子装置的界面33上的图标32将消失。此外,该电子装置也可以与被叫方的蓝牙耳机等播放设备连接,以便于用户通话。
图3c为本申请一实施例提供的拒接呼叫的界面示意图,如图3c所示,在呼叫智能处理模式开启后,电子装置接收到呼叫,当电子装置根据用户当前的运动状态自动拒接呼叫 后,显示拒接呼叫界面34,该界面34上会显示未接听呼叫图标35,以提醒被叫方有未接呼叫,当有多个未接呼叫时,会在未接听呼叫图标35的右上方标有相应的阿拉伯数字。同时,电子装置获取呼叫方的号码并向呼叫方号码发送被叫方预先设定的回复内容,并在拒接呼叫界面34上显示发送消息的图标36,用户可以点开该图标36,查看发送的内容。本申请中的图标的表现形式仅是示例性的说明,可以有其他表现形式,在此并不作为限定。
下面以电子装置为例对本申请的运动呼叫处理方法进行详细描述,图4示出了电子装置的内部结构图示意图及各部件的呼叫处理方法的流程图。如图4所示,电子装置包括微处理器410和通信模块420以及四个传感器,微处理器410分别通过四个接口3、接口4、接口5和接口6与陀螺仪430、加速度传感器440和重力传感器450以及定位系统460四个传感器连接,微处理器410通过传感器检测的运动数据判断出用户开始运动时,微处理器410通过接口2启动呼叫智能处理模式,通过接口8与通讯模块420连接,通过接口1调取通讯录中呼叫方号码及分组,以确定用户针对该呼叫方预先设定的回复内容,并通过通信模块420向呼叫方号码发送对应的回复内容或接听电话。例如,当微处理器410判断用户有接听呼叫的意愿时,可以调用接口7和接口9将判断用户想要接听电话的意愿传输给通信模块420,通信模块420通过接口11触发接听键自动接听该呼叫。当微处理器410判断用户无接听呼叫的意愿时,可以通过接口10获取该回复内容并向呼叫方号码发送对应的回复内容,以使呼叫方可以及时得知用户的情况。
本申请中,微处理器410判断用户有接听呼叫的意愿需要经过两次判断,如图4所示,微处理器410可以通过传感器检测的运动数据判断用户的运动是连续的或者是停顿,当判断用户的运动是停顿时,进一步地,微处理器410可以通过接口7来判断用户停顿时间是否满足用户想接听电话的条件,例如设定停顿时间为5秒,当用户停顿时间达到5秒,则微处理器410判断用户有接听电话的意愿,并通过接口9和接口11及通信模块420完成自动接听的动作。微处理器410判断用户无接听呼叫的意愿,可以通过第一次判断用户的运动是连续的来确定,或者在第一次判断用户停顿后,在经过第二次判断用户停顿时间没有达到规定的5秒时判断得到。需要说明的是,本申请的具体参数数值如停顿时间的阈值5秒仅是示例性的说明,在此并不作为限定,此外,本申请提到的传感器不仅仅限于本申请中提到的四种传感器,这里仅是示例性的说明,并不作为对本申请的限定。
下面结合附图对本申请的呼叫处理方法进一步详细的描述,图5示出了运动中的呼叫处理方法的交互流程图,该方法包括被叫方的电子装置和呼叫方的电子装置,如图5所示,上述步骤S220包括如下步骤:
步骤510,呼叫方向被叫方发起呼叫。例如,发起电话的呼叫、语音的呼叫或视频的呼叫等。被叫方电子装置执行上述步骤S220,包括步骤S520至步骤S530,具体为:
步骤520,被叫方接收到呼叫方的呼叫。
步骤530,被叫方接收到该呼叫后,根据用户的运动状态判断用户是否处于第一状态或第二状态,即是否有接听呼叫的意愿,并根据判断的结果向呼叫方反馈。
步骤540,呼叫方接收被叫方的反馈。
本申请中的根据判断的结果向呼叫方反馈可以包括以下两种情况:
当判断用户有接听呼叫的意愿时,自动接听该呼叫,以实现呼叫方与被呼叫方的通信 连接。此外在判断用户有接听呼叫的意愿时,电子装置可以开启外放,或与用户佩戴的耳机连接,便于用户与呼叫方用户沟通。
当判断用户无接听呼叫的意愿时,自动回复呼叫方预先设定的回复内容。其中预先设定的回复内容,可以是用户在运动前编辑的短消息,用户可以根据实际情况预先设置并保存不同呼叫方的回复内容。例如,可以根据家人、朋友或同事进行分组,在电子装置可以识别呼叫方号码归属的组别,并回复相对应的设置的消息,例如,家人组别中,女儿的呼叫可以设置为“女儿,我正在游泳,来XX地方找我”,同事和朋友组别中可以设置“我现在不方便,稍后给您电话”等。也可以对每一个联系人的回复内容进行编辑,以使得呼叫方可以收到针对性的回复内容。此外,预先设定的回复内容还可以是电子装置的智能回复内容,例如,用户正处于游泳的运动中,电子装置回复“主人正在游泳,无法接听电话,请留言或稍后再拨”。更进一步地,电子装置可以是根据用户是否停顿智能回复不同内容,例如,若用户没有停顿,则认为主人没有听到或不愿被打扰,则回复“请留言或稍后再拨”。若用户停顿,但持续时间未到预设时长,例如5秒,则回复:“主人正在游泳,无法接听电话,稍晚回复您。从而能够使呼叫方及时了解用户的状态,避免呼叫方不了解被叫方的情况而焦虑,提高用户的体验。
需要说明的是,本申请中的第一状态用于表明用户有接听呼叫的意愿,第二状态表明用户无接听呼叫的意愿,下面实施例中分别使用有接听呼叫的意愿和无接听呼叫的意愿进行描述,也就是说,有接听呼叫的意愿即为本申请中的用户的第一状态,无接听呼叫的意愿即为用户的第二状态。
本申请中判断用户是否有接听呼叫的意愿,通过用户在接收到呼叫时,用户的常规反应对用户的运动数据的影响作为判断依据,例如,正在跑步的用户,其身上佩戴的电子装置突然收到呼叫,通常情况下,用户根本不想接听任何人发来的呼叫时,用户可以忽略该呼叫而保持跑步的运动状态,该呼叫并不会影响到用户的运动数据。换句话说,响应于该呼叫,通过传感器检测到的用户肢体部位运动的运动数据,如手臂摆动的角度、电子装置的重力加速度、运行方向的加速度等用于表明用户整体或肢体部位运动快慢的物理参数(作为运动数据的示例)不会发生很大的变化。若用户需要通过观察电子装置上的呼叫方进一步判断是否要接听时,用户通常会有将电子装置靠近面部并观察的动作,此时会影响到用户跑步的速度,或手持电子装置靠近面部的动作会影响到手臂的摆动幅度,如手臂摆动突然抬高、摆动角度变大等,出现了这样的运动状态的变化之后,电子装置可以通过重力传感器测量出由于重力引起的加速度,并计算出电子装置相对于水平面的倾斜角度,通过加速度传感器测出手臂摆动方向上的速度的变化,通过陀螺仪可以测出手臂摆动的方向和手臂摆动的角度,进而电子装置可根据这些运动数据判断出用户的运动状态。可以理解的是,当用户在跑步或游泳等其他动作时的运动数据也会被相应的传感器检测得到,以使电子装置根据这些运动数据了解用户的运动状态,以判断用户是否有接听的意愿,当用户观察后在又快速的恢复到原来的跑步状态,此时可表明用户并没有接听的意愿,若用户观察后一段时间并没有恢复到原来的跑步状态,可以表明用户想接听该呼叫。上述提到的用户观察后在又快速的恢复到原来的跑步状态,以及用户观察后一段时间并没有恢复到原来的跑步状态等状态下的运动数据,都可以由电子装置的传感器检测并记录,以使电子装置根据这些运动数据的变化判断用户是否有接听的意愿。基于上述判断,可以在电子装置接收 到呼叫前后,持续对用户的运动数据进行监测,以判断用户是否有接听的意愿,进而可以判断用户的主观意愿,以实现辅助用户处理接收的呼叫,提高用户的体验。
此外,用户在跑步的过程中,若用户在下蹲或摔倒时,重心会突然下降,此时,通过重力传感器的监测得到用户的向下方向(即重力方向)重力加速度增大,若在设定的参数3秒内重力加速度再次增大,且与3秒前的重力加速度的方向相反(重力的相反方向),可以表明用户再次站立,若在设定的3秒之后,重力加速度在设定时间内一直为0m/s 2,移动终端可以判断用户并没有站起,可能摔伤,此时自动向用户预先设定的紧急联系人发起呼叫或发送相应的信息,以使得用户得到更好的保护。本申请中参数仅是示例性的说明,在此,并不作为对本申请的限定。
下面结合附图对本申请的上述步骤530,被叫方接收到该呼叫后,据根据用户的运动状态判断用户是否有接听呼叫的意愿进行详细的说明。
图6示出了基于用户的运动状态对呼叫进行反馈的流程图,如图6所示,上述步骤S530中,电子装置判断用户是否有接听呼叫的意愿,具体包括:
步骤S600,根据用户的运动数据判断用户的运动状态是否为连续性运动,当电子装置判断用户的运动状态为连续性运动时,可以直接判断出用户没有接听电话的意愿。此时,电子装置可以执行步骤640,即向呼叫方发送预先设定的回复内容,即用户在运动前编辑的内容,或者电子装置的智能回复内容,具体可参见上述实施例的描述。若电子装置判断用户的运动为不连续运动,即用户的运动状态属于停顿,此时,电子装置执行步骤610,以进一步判断用户是否有接听呼叫的意愿。
下面结合具体实施例,对上述步骤S530中的步骤S600进行详细的说明。
结合图4所示,微处理器410将运动数据与预设阈值进行比较,其中,预设阈值可以是介于运动连续性与停顿之间的临界运动数据,当运动数据小于该预设阈值,则微处理器410判断该用户为连续性运动,当用户的运动数据大于等于预设阈值,则微处理器410判断用户的运动为不连续,即为停顿,其中运动数据包括在电子装置接收到呼叫时起至某一时刻用户的运动加速度,如陀螺仪监测手臂摆动的角度和方向,重力传感器检测的电子装置的重力加速度、加速度传感器监测的用户的运动方向上的加速度、定位系统检测的用户的移动移动距离等。举例说明,用户跑步状态中,通常用户手臂相对躯干左右摆动的角度小于30度,在电子装置接收到呼叫后,若陀螺仪检测到用户手臂的摆动角度始终保持小于30度,此时用户的运动是连续性运动,表明用户无接听该呼叫的意愿。或电子装置接收到呼叫后,加速度传感器与陀螺仪监测到用户始终保持运动方向的加速度为0m/s 2,即用户处于匀速运动,表明用户的运动是连续性运动,此时,微处理器410判断用户无接听该呼叫的意愿,此时,电子装置可以拒接该呼叫,并通过向呼叫方号码发送预先设置的回复内容,以免直接拒接或不接听给呼叫方带来焦虑或不愉快。需要说明的是,本申请中的预设阈值也可以是根据用户的不同运动状态设定为不同的参数,本申请中仅是示例性的说明,并不作为对本申请的限定。
如图4和图6所示,结合上述实施例,当用户的运动数据大于等于预设阈值,则微处理器410判断用户的运动为不连续,即为停顿,此时,微处理器410执行步骤S610,微处理器410可以根据用户的运动数据判断用户的运动状态是否为符合预设要求的停顿。举例来说,用户手臂佩戴或手持电子装置跑步,手臂摆动的位置突然抬高,电子装置可以通过 重力传感器450检测的重力加速度或陀螺仪检测手臂摆动的角度和方向,加速度传感器440检测出在手臂摆动方向上的加速度变化得出准确的判断。通常用户在运动中,手臂的摆动的中心位置是固定的,重力传感器450可以检测到电子装置此时的重力加速度为0m/s 2,突然抬高的动作会使重力加速度迅速的增大,如由0m/s 2变成5m/s 2。若将重力加速度达到5m/s 2时作为符合预设要求的停顿,此时,微处理器410可以判断用户此时的运动状态为停顿。此外,符合预设要求的停顿也可以是用户完全静止不动,运动方向上的速度为0m/s此时判断用户的运动处于停顿。本申请中,运动数据可以通过陀螺仪、加速度传感器和重力传感器以及定位系统传感器中一种或多种组合获得,以上的运动状态及对应的阈值参数只是示例性说明,在此并不作为限定。
下面以智能通信手表作为电子装置为例,对电子装置判断用户的运动不连续进行说明,该通信手表佩戴在用户的手腕上,用户跑步时,手臂带动手腕会有规律的动作连续摆动,手表的陀螺仪、重力传感器、加速度传感器会记录这一规律的摆动的角度、摆动的方向和摆动的速度,当手表接收到呼叫时,用户如果抬手观察手表界面的瞬间的动作,会传感器识别并记录,由于跑步时手臂有规律的摆动与抬手时的三维空间的摆动角度均会发生变化,若将手臂摆动角度的变化作为判断依据,手表可以将手臂相对用户躯干左右摆动的角度与预先在手表中设置的阈值30度进行比较,进而判断出用户是否在观察智能通信手表,例如,用户跑步时,用户手臂相对躯干摆动角度值正常应该是小于30度,在响铃后,若手臂抬起摆动角度大于30度,表明用户在抬起手臂观看智能通信手表的界面,则判断用户符合要求的停顿。本申请通过用户的肢体运动情况来判断用户的是否接听呼叫的意愿,可以给用户带来良好的体验。需要说明的是,判断可以是多个传感器检测的多个运动数据来判断用户的运动状态,以提高判断的准确性,此处示例仅是示例性的说明,并不作为对本申请的限定。
如图4和图6所示,当微处理器410判断用户的运动状态符合预设要求的停顿时,进一步,执行步骤S620,即判断用户的运动的停顿时间是否满足有接听意愿的预设时间,如,预先在电子装置中设置的预设时间5秒。结合上述实施例的手臂摆动为例,当重力传感器450监测手臂摆动的重力加速度突然由0m/s 2变成5m/s 2后,用户手臂保持不动,基于上述实施例的描述,表明用户正处于观看电子装置上的呼叫方,此时重力加速度由5m/s 2变为0m/s 2,从重力加速度由5m/s 2变为0m/s 2时刻作为停顿开始计时的始端,如果重力加速度为0保持到5秒,即停顿时间达到预设时间5秒,则微处理器410判断用户有接听呼叫的意愿,此时微处理器410可以通过通信模块420调用接口11并触发接听键自动接听该呼叫,可以进一步提高对用户有无接听呼叫的意愿的判断。
当微处理器410判断用户的运动的停顿时间未达到预设时间5秒,则判断用户无接听呼叫的意愿,例如,结合上述实施例的手臂摆动进行说明,当重力传感器450监测手臂的重力加速度突然由0m/s 2变成5m/s 2后,用户手臂保持不动维持在4秒后,重力加速度突然增加并达到6m/s 2,即用户的停顿时间为4秒,停顿时间4秒未达到预设时间5秒的要求,则微处理器410判断用户无接听呼叫的意愿,并向呼叫方发送短消息,短消息的内容可以是用户根据不同联系人编辑的回复内容。例如,微处理器410通过接口1调取通讯录中呼叫方号码及分组,以确定用户针对该呼叫方预先设定的回复内容,并通过接口10获取该回复内容并向呼叫方号码发送对应的回复内容,以使呼叫方可以及时得知用户的情况, 为双方带来良好的体验。
本申请实施例的运动中的呼叫处理方法,能够自动判断用户的运动状态,并判断用户在运动中对于呼叫的处理意图,根据用户的处理意图辅助用户完成呼叫的接听或发送回复内容,可以有效避免呼叫方没有及时接收到反馈时,产生焦虑,且对于被叫方主观想接或拒绝两种方式处理,可以及时作出反馈,提升了双方的体验。
基于上面的描述,下面具体描述本申请的呼叫处理的电子装置,该电子装置用于执行上述各方法实施例。图7示出了电子装置的结构示意图。如图7所示,该电子装置包括:
检测模块710,获取用户的运动数据,运动数据用于表征用户当前的运动状态,其中,检测模块可以包括重力传感器、陀螺仪、加速度计或定位系统中的一种或多种组合。
处理模块720,当处理模块收到呼叫时,电子装置根据用户当前的运动状态确定并通过通信模块730执行对当前呼叫对应的处理动作,其中,其中,对应的处理动作可以包括直接拒接该呼叫后向该呼叫号码发送对应的回复内容,或接听该呼叫等。
根据本申请的一个实施例,处理模块720通过传感器确定用户是否开始运动,当判断用户开始运动时,开启呼叫智能处理模式,以是电子装置可以自动处理收到的呼叫。
根据本申请的一个实施例,当电子装置接收到呼叫时,处理模块根据用户当前的运动状态确定对当前呼叫对应的动作,进一步包括:处理模块根据用户的运动状态判断用户是否有接听呼叫的意愿,当判断用户处于第一状态,即有接听呼叫的意愿时,自动接听呼叫;当判断用户处于第二状态,即无接听呼叫的意愿时,自动回复呼叫方用户预先设定的回复内容,其中回复内容用户可以根据联系人跟自己的关系分成组别,如家人组别中,女儿的呼叫可以设置为“女儿,我正在游泳,来XX地方找我”,同事和朋友组别中可以设置“我现在不方便,稍后给您电话”等,进行相应的设定。
根据本申请的一个实施例,该电子装置还包括存储模块,存储模块将用户预先设置的不同呼叫方的回复内容保存。
根据本申请的一个实施例,,处理模块720具体用于:根据用户的运动数据判断用户的运动状态是否为符合预设要求的停顿,当判断用户的运动状态符合预设要求的停顿时,进一步判断用户的运动的停顿时间是否达到预设时间,当停顿时间达到预设时间,则判断用户处于第一状态,即有接听呼叫的意愿。
根据本申请的一个实施例,处理模块720具体用于:当用户的运动的停顿时间未达到预设时间,则判断用户处于第二状态,即无接听呼叫的意愿。
根据本申请的一个实施例,处理模块720具体用于:判断运动数据是否大于等于预设阈值,当用户的运动数据大于等于预设阈值,则判断用户的运动状态为停顿。
根据本申请的一个实施例,处理模块720具体用于:根据用户的运动数据判断用户的运动状态是否为符合预设要求的连续运动,当判断用户的运动状态为连续运动,则判断用户处于第二状态,即无接听呼叫的意愿。
根据本申请的一个实施例,处理模块720具体用于:判断运动数据是否小于预设阈值,当用户的运动数据小于预设阈值,则判断用户的运动为连续运动。
本申请中的电子装置的具体工作过程,在上述实施例中已经详细的说明,具体可参考上述实施例的方法,在此不在赘述。
本申请实施例的电子装置,能够自动判断用户的运动状态,并判断用户在运动中对于呼叫的处理意图,根据用户的处理意图辅助用户完成呼叫的接听或发送回复内容,可以有效避免呼叫方没有及时接收到反馈时,产生焦虑,且对于被叫方主观想接或拒绝两种方式处理,可以及时作出反馈,提升了双方的体验。
本申请还提供了一种电子设备,如图8所示,该电子设备包括处理器801、存储器802和传感器803,其中,传感器803用于获取用户的运动数据,该运动数据用于表征用户当前的运动状态,其中,传感器可以包括重力传感器、陀螺仪、加速度计或定位系统中的一种或多种组合。
在存储器802中存储有计算机程序指令,其中,在计算机程序指令被处理器801运行时,使得处理器801执行以下步骤:当接收到呼叫时,根据用户当前的运动状态确定并执行与当前呼叫对应的处理动作。其中,对应的处理动作可以包括直接拒接该呼叫后向该呼叫号码发送对应的回复内容,或接听该呼叫等。其具体执行的步骤,可参见上述实施例,在此不在赘述。
本申请还提供了一种芯片,该芯片用于上述实施例的装置和电子设备中,如图9所示,所述芯片包括处理器901和存储器902,存储器可以包括用于存储代码或程序的一个或多个计算机可读介质,该计算机可读存储介质中可以存储有指令,具体而言,存储有该指令的暂时和永久副本。处理器901用于执行存储器902存储的指令,该指令可以包括:由中央处理器执行指令时使芯片执行根据上述实施例中的基于运动的呼叫处理方法,具体可参照上述实施例图2到图6描述的方法,在此不再赘述。
现在参考图10,所示为根据本申请的一个实施例的设备1200的框图。设备1200可以包括耦合到控制器中枢1203的一个或多个处理器1201。对于至少一个实施例,控制器中枢1203经由诸如前端总线(Front Side Bus,FSB)之类的多分支总线、诸如快速通道互连(Quick Path Interconnect,QPI)之类的点对点接口、或者类似的连接1206与处理器1201进行通信。处理器1201执行控制一般类型的数据处理操作的指令。在一实施例中,控制器中枢1203包括,但不局限于,图形存储器控制器中枢(Graphics Memory Controller Hub,GMCH)(未示出)和输入/输出中枢(Input Output Hub,IOH)(其可以在分开的芯片上)(未示出),其中GMCH包括存储器和图形控制器并与IOH耦合。
设备1200还可包括耦合到控制器中枢1203的协处理器1202和存储器1204。或者,存储器和GMCH中的一个或两者可以被集成在处理器内(如本申请中所描述的),存储器1204和协处理器1202直接耦合到处理器1201以及控制器中枢1203,控制器中枢1203与IOH处于单个芯片中。存储器1204可以是例如动态随机存取存储器(Dynamic Random Access Memory,DRAM)、相变存储器(Phase Change Memory,PCM)或这两者的组合。在一个实施例中,协处理器1202是专用处理器,诸如例如高吞吐量MIC处理器(Many Integerated Core,MIC)、网络或通信处理器、压缩引擎、图形处理器、通用图形处理器(General Purpose Computing on GPU,GPGPU)、或嵌入式处理器等等。协处理器1202的任选性质用虚线表示在图10中。
存储器1204作为计算机可读存储介质,可以包括用于存储数据和/或指令的一个或多个有形的、非暂时性计算机可读介质。例如,存储器1204可以包括闪存等任何合适的非易失性存储器和/或任何合适的非易失性存储设备,例如一个或多个硬盘驱动器 (Hard-Disk Drive,HDD(s)),一个或多个光盘(Compact Disc,CD)驱动器,和/或一个或多个数字通用光盘(Digital Versatile Disc,DVD)驱动器。
在一个实施例中,设备1200可以进一步包括网络接口(Network Interface Controller,NIC)1206。网络接口1206可以包括收发器,用于为设备1200提供无线电接口,进而与任何其他合适的设备(如前端模块,天线等)进行通信。在各种实施例中,网络接口1206可以与设备1200的其他组件集成。网络接口1206可以实现上述实施例中的通信单元的功能。
设备1200可以进一步包括输入/输出(Input/Output,I/O)设备1205。I/O 1205可以包括:用户界面,该设计使得用户能够与设备1200进行交互;外围组件接口的设计使得外围组件也能够与设备1200交互;和/或传感器设计用于确定与设备1200相关的环境条件和/或位置信息。
值得注意的是,图10仅是示例性的。即虽然图10中示出了设备1200包括处理器1201、控制器中枢1203、存储器1204等多个器件,但是,在实际的应用中,使用本申请各方法的设备,可以仅包括设备1200各器件中的一部分器件,例如,可以仅包含处理器1201和NIC1206。图10中可选器件的性质用虚线示出。
根据本申请的一些实施例,作为计算机可读存储介质的存储器1204上存储有指令,该指令在计算机上执行时使系统1200执行根据上述实施例中的方法,具体可参照上述实施例的方法,在此不再赘述。
现在参考图11,所示为根据本申请的一实施例的SoC(System on Chip,片上系统)1300的框图。在图11中,相似的部件具有同样的附图标记。另外,虚线框是更先进的SoC的可选特征。在图11中,SoC1300包括:互连单元1350,其被耦合至应用处理器1310;系统代理单元1380;总线控制器单元1390;集成存储器控制器单元1340;一组或一个或多个协处理器1320,其可包括集成图形逻辑、图像处理器、音频处理器和视频处理器;静态随机存取存储器(Static Random Access Memory,SRAM)单元1330;直接存储器存取(DMA)单元1360。在一个实施例中,协处理器1320包括专用处理器,诸如例如网络或通信处理器、压缩引擎、GPGPU、高吞吐量MIC处理器、或嵌入式处理器等。
静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)单元1330中可以包括用于存储数据和/或指令的一个或多个计算机可读介质。计算机可读存储介质中可以存储有指令,具体而言,存储有该指令的暂时和永久副本。该指令可以包括:由处理器中的至少一个单元执行时使Soc1300执行根据上述实施例中的基于运动的呼叫处理方法,具体可参照上述实施例的方法,在此不再赘述。
本申请公开的机制的各实施例可以被实现在硬件、软件、固件或这些实现方法的组合中。本申请的实施例可实现为在可编程系统上执行的计算机程序或程序代码,该可编程系统包括至少一个处理器、存储系统(包括易失性和非易失性存储器和/或存储元件)、至少一个输入设备以及至少一个输出设备。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种基于运动中的呼叫处理方法,由电子装置执行,其特征在于,包括:
    获取来自至少一个传感器检测到的用户的运动数据;
    确定所述电子装置的用户的运动状态,所述运动数据用于表征用户当前的运动状态;
    当所述电子装置所在的系统接收到呼叫时,根据所述确定的用户当前的运动状态确定对当前呼叫对应的处理动作并执行。
  2. 根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述电子装置根据所述运动数据确定用户是否开始运动,当确定用户开始运动时,指示开启呼叫智能处理模式。
  3. 根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,当所述电子装置所在的系统接收到呼叫时,电子装置根据用户当前的运动状态确定对当前呼叫对应的动作,具体包括:
    所述电子装置根据所述用户的运动状态确定用户处于第一状态,则自动接听该呼叫;
    所述电子装置根据所述用户的运动状态确定用户处于第二状态,则自动回复呼叫方预先设定的回复内容,其中所述第一状态和第二状态不相同。
  4. 根据权利要求3的方法,其特征在于,所述预先设定的回复内容包括用户预先设定的回复内容或电子装置预先存储的回复内容。
  5. 根据权利要求3的方法,其特征在于,所述电子装置根据所述用户的运动状态确定用户处于所述第一状态,具体包括:
    根据所述用户的运动数据判断所述用户的运动状态是否为符合预设要求的停顿,当判断所述用户的运动状态符合预设要求的停顿时,进一步判断用户的运动的停顿时间是否达到预设时间,当所述停顿时间达到所述预设时间,则确定用户处于所述第一状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5的方法,其特征在于,所述电子装置根据所述用户的运动状态确定用户处于所述第二状态,包括:
    当用户的运动的所述停顿时间未达到所述预设时间,则确定用户处于所述第二状态。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一的方法,其特征在于,所述电子装置为手机,所述电子装置所在的系统为所述手机;或者所述电子装置为芯片,所述电子装置所在系统为所述芯片所在移动终端。
  8. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个接收器,用于获取用户的运动数据,所述运动数据用于表征用户当前的运动状态;
    处理器,根据所述接收器获取的用户运动数据,确定用户当前的运动状态;确定所述电子设备所在的系统接收到呼叫时,根据所述用户当前的运动状态确定对当前呼叫对应的处理动作并执行。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于根据所述获取的运动数据确定用户开始运动,则指示开启呼叫智能处理模式。
  10. 根据权利要求8的电子装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户当前的运动状态确定对当前呼叫对应的处理动作具体包括:
    根据所述用户当前的运动状态确定用户处于第一状态,则自动接听该呼叫;
    根据所述用户当前的运动状态确定用户处于第二状态,则自动回复呼叫方预先设定的回复内容。
  11. 根据权利要求10的电子装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户当前的运动状态确定用户处于第一状态,具体包括:
    根据所述用户当前的运动数据判断所述用户的运动状态是否为符合预设要求的停顿,当判断所述用户的运动状态符合预设要求的停顿时,进一步判断所述用户的运动的停顿时间是否达到预设时间,当所述停顿时间达到所述预设时间,则确定用户处于所述第一状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11的电子装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户当前的运动状态确定用户处于第二状态包括:
    当用户的运动的所述停顿时间未达到所述预设时间,则确定用户处于所述第二状态。
  13. 根据权利要求9-12中任一的电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置为手机,所述电子装置所在的系统为所述手机;或者所述电子装置为芯片,所述电子装置所在系统为所述芯片所在移动终端。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包含一个或多个存储器,与所述存储器耦合的一个或多个处理器,以及一个或多个程序,其中所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中,其特征在于,所述电子设备用于执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器运行时,使得处理器执行权利要求1-7任一项的方法。
  16. 一种包含指令的计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当该计算机程序产品在电子设备上运行时,使得处理器执行权利要求1-7任一项的方法。
