优选地,所述第一底架100靠近所述第二底架200的一端设置有用于安装铰轴的固定板260,所述固定板260相对所述第一底架100的端面向外延伸形成凸起。
具体实施时,如图3和图4所示,第一底架100靠近所述第二底架200的一端设置有用于安装铰轴的固定板260,固定板260相对第一底架100的端面向外延伸形成凸起,即固定板260略微高出第一底架100的端面,在展开时候可以使第一底架100和第二底架200的端面准确接合,起导正定位作用。
优选地,所述第一底架100与第二底架200的结合端面自上而下依次由垂直切面和倾斜切面构成。
具体实施时,如图1-图4所示,第一底架100与第二底架200的结合端面自上而下依次由垂直切面和倾斜切面构成,采用这种结构的切面,在向上提拉折叠把手230时,可以防止划船器的两端翘起,有助于第一底架100与第二底架200自然收折;若仅采用垂直切面,在向上提拉折叠把手230时,远离折叠把手230的其中一端容易随之翘起,不利于收折。
优选地,第一底架100和所述第二底架200对应设有固定组件,以阻止折叠后的所述第一底架100与第二底架200展开。
具体实施时,通过在第一底架100和所述第二底架200的侧面对应设置有固定组件,以防止折叠后的第一底架与第二底架意外展开,避免损坏。
优选地,所述固定组件包括相互配合第一挡柱110和转把210,所述转把210铰接于第二底架200的侧面,通过转动所述转把210与所述第一挡柱110相互配合,以阻止折叠后的所述第一底架100与第二底架200展开。
具体实施时,如图1和图2所示,固定组件包括相互配合第一挡柱110和转把210,第一底架100和第二底架200的内侧面对应设置有第一挡柱110和转把210,转把210铰接于第二底架200的内侧面,具体地,转把210通过安装轴240与第二底架200铰接,安装轴240的一端穿过转把210上的安装孔212固定在第 二底架200上,另一端设有用于阻止转把210脱落的挡板;具体地,安装轴240通过螺纹固定于第二底架200上;
通过转动转把210与第一挡柱110相互卡接,具体地,转把210与第一挡柱110接触的一端设有卡爪213,呈“L”形,以阻止折叠后的第一底架100与第二底架200展开;
通过在第一底架和第二底架的侧面对应设置有第一挡柱和转把,使转把和第一挡柱相互卡接,以防止折叠后的第一底架与第二底架意外展开,避免损坏。
优选地,所述第二底架200的侧面还设有第二挡柱220,所述转把210与所述第二挡柱220的材质为互为相吸的磁性材料,以使所述转把210的一端固定于与所述第二挡柱220上。
具体实施时,如图1所示,第二底架200的内侧面还设有第二挡柱220,转把210与第二挡柱220的材质为互为相吸的磁性材料,以使转把210的一端固定于与所述第二挡柱220上,当第一底架100和第二底架200成展开平铺状态时,可以转动转把210使其一端磁吸在第二挡柱220上实现固定,避免转把210随意晃动。
优选地,所述转把210上还螺纹连接有拧转件211,通过转动所述拧转件211带动所述转把210移动以使折叠后的所述第一底架100与第二底架200相互锁紧固定。
具体实施时,如图1和图2所示,转把210上还螺纹连接有拧转件211,拧转件211设置在转把210上远离卡爪213的一端,其轴向与转把210的长度方向平行,由于安装孔212的半径大于安装轴240的半径,转把210在安装轴240的径向上有移动的空间,通过拧转件211的一端与安装轴240相接触,以使拧转件211可原位转动,由于拧转件211与转把210螺纹连接,因此拧转件211的原位转动会带动转把210径向移动,直到转把210与第一挡柱110紧紧卡接,在搬动折叠后的划船器时,转把210不会轻易与第一挡柱110分离,从而使折叠后的所述第一底架100与第二底架200相互锁紧固定,防止折叠后的第一底架100与第二底架200又意外展开,避免损坏。
优选地,所述拧转件211为手拧螺栓。
具体实施时,拧转件211为手拧螺栓,相较于普通螺栓在使用时需采用螺丝 刀等工具进行旋拧,采用手拧螺栓在使用时可以直接由人手拧动即可实现紧固过程,无需借助工具,提高锁紧的便利性。
优选地,所述第一底架100的底部和第二底架200的底部对应设置有相吸的磁板。
具体实施时,第一底架100的底部和第二底架200的底部对应设置有相吸的磁板,进一步增加折叠时第一底架100的底部和第二底架200的底部结合的牢固度,防止第一底架100和第二底架200意外展开。
优选地,所述第一底架100的底部和第二底架200的底部设置有缓冲装置。
具体实施时,第一底架100的底部和第二底架200的底部设置有缓冲装置,以减小第一底架100和第二底架200展开下落时的冲击力,避免器材损坏;具体地,缓冲装置为具有弹性的材料,如弹簧、海绵垫或橡胶垫等。
尽管本文中较多的使用了诸如底架、挡柱、转把、拧转件、折叠把手等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

工业实用性
一种可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其中,包括相铰接的第一底架和第二底架,第二底架底部可折叠至与第一底架底部相贴合;第一底架和第二底架的侧面对应设置有第一挡柱和转把,转把铰接于第二底架的侧面,通过转动转把与第一挡柱相互卡接,以阻止折叠后的第一底架与第二底架展开;转把上还螺纹连接有拧转件,通过转动拧转件带动转把移动以使折叠后的第一底架与第二底架相互锁紧固定。该划船器,通过设置相铰接的第一底架和第二底架,使得该划船器可折叠,减少占用空间,便于健身后划船器的摆放和收纳;通过拧转件将第一挡柱和转把相互锁紧,以防止折叠后的第一底架与第二底架意外展开,避免损坏。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于,包括相铰接的第一底架(100)和第二底架(200),所述第二底架(200)底部可折叠至与所述第一底架(100)底部相贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述第一底架(100)和所述第二底架(200)相互远离的一端的底部均设置有滚轮(250)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述第二底架(200)与第一底架(100)铰接的一端还设置有折叠把手(230)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述第一底架(100)靠近所述第二底架(200)的一端设置有用于安装铰轴的固定板(260),所述固定板(260)相对所述第一底架(100)的端面向外延伸形成凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述第一底架(100)与第二底架(200)的结合端面自上而下依次由垂直切面和倾斜切面构成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:第一底架(100)和所述第二底架(200)对应设有固定组件,以阻止折叠后的所述第一底架(100)与第二底架(200)展开。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述固定组件包括相互配合第一挡柱(110)和转把(210),所述转把(210)铰接于第二底架(200)的侧面,通过转动所述转把(210)与所述第一挡柱(110)相互配合,以阻止折叠后的所述第一底架(100)与第二底架(200)展开。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述第二底架(200)的侧面还设有第二挡柱(220),所述转把(210)与所述第 二挡柱(220)的材质为互为相吸的磁性材料,以使所述转把(210)的一端固定于与所述第二挡柱(220)上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述转把(210)通过安装轴(240)与第二底架(200)铰接,所述安装轴(240)的一端穿过所述转把(210)上的安装孔(212)固定在所述第二底架(200)上,另一端设有用于阻止所述转把(210)脱落的挡板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述安装轴(240)与所述第二底架(200)通过螺纹固定连接。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述转把(210)上还螺纹连接有拧转件(211),通过转动所述拧转件(211)带动所述转把(210)移动以使折叠后的所述第一底架(100)与第二底架(200)相互锁紧固定。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述拧转件(211)为手拧螺栓。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述拧转件(211)的轴向与所述转把(210)的长度方向平行,通过拧转件(211)的一端与安装轴(240)相接触,以使拧转件(211)原位转动。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述第一底架(100)的底部和第二底架(200)的底部对应设置有相吸的磁板。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述第一底架(100)的底部和第二底架(200)的底部设置有缓冲装置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠收纳的新型划船器,其特征在于:所述缓冲装置为弹簧、海绵垫或橡胶垫。
