Abstract
一种冰箱(100),所述冰箱(100)包括箱体(1)、位于箱体(1)下方的压机仓及覆盖压机仓的后盖板(2),所述后盖板(2)活动固定于所述箱体(1)上,使得在上下方向上,所述后盖板(2)相较所述箱体(1)具有一定的连续调节空间,通过所述后盖板(2)与所述箱体(1)之间的活动设置,在冰箱运输过程发生跌落情况时,带动所述后盖板(2)受力上下运动,使得后盖板(2)不会变形,结构简单,延长了使用寿命。
Description
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱。
在现有的冰箱中,一般通过将后盖板安装在冰箱主体的背部下方,即覆盖冰箱的压机仓的开口,从而防止人为地接触压机室内的压缩机等的内部部件。
然而冰箱在运输过程中如果发生跌落,往往会造成压机后盖板变形,这是由于压机后盖板与后背为刚性固定,跌落过程中底钢发生变形时,压机后盖板跟随受力变形,底钢变形回弹,压机后盖板无法回弹导致变形。
因此,有必要提出一种改进的冰箱的后盖板以解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种冰箱。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种冰箱,包括箱体、位于箱体下方的压机仓及覆盖压机仓的后盖板,所述后盖板活动固定于所述箱体上,使得在上下方向上,所述后盖板相较所述箱体具有一定的连续调节空间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述箱体具有背板,所述后盖板活动设置于所述背板上,所述后盖板包括上盖板、活动设置于所述上盖板上的下盖板,所述上盖板和下盖板中的至少一个活动设置于所述背板上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述背板开设有对应压机仓位置的开口,所述上盖板固定连接于所述背板上,下盖板一侧活动设置于所述上盖板, 另一侧抵持于所述开口下侧边上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述下盖板还具有抵持结构,所述抵持结构为自所述下盖板远离所述上盖板的一侧向前弯折后再向下且向后弯折形成,所述背板具有配合所述抵持结构设置的支撑部,所述支撑部自所述开口下侧边向前且向上倾斜延伸形成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述上盖板和下盖板相靠近的一侧上,所述上盖板和下盖板均开设有滑动槽,所述后盖板还具有穿过所述两个滑动槽以在所述两个滑动槽内滑动的配合部件。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述滑动槽呈沿上下方向延伸的长条状。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述配合部件具有本体和自所述本体远离所述箱体的一端在竖直平面上延伸的隔挡件,所述本体的外径小于所述滑动槽的内径,所述滑动槽在横向的最大内径小于所述隔挡件的外径。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述背板对应所述上盖板远离所述下盖板的一侧开设有至少两个卡接口,所述上盖板具有配合卡接于所述卡接口的卡扣。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述背板对应所述上盖板左右两侧位置开设有插口,所述上盖板具有与所述插口配合固定的插钩。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的冰箱,通过所述后盖板与所述箱体之间的活动设置,在冰箱运输过程发生跌落情况时,带动所述后盖板受力上下运动,使得后盖板不会变形,结构简单,延长了使用寿命。

参图1至图7所示,本发明提出了一种冰箱100,所述冰箱100包括箱体1、位于箱体1下方的压机仓及覆盖压机仓的后盖板2,所述后盖板2活动固定于所述箱体1上,使得在上下方向上,所述后盖板2相较所述箱体1具有一定的连续调节空间,使得在冰箱100运输过程发生跌落情况时,带动所述后盖板2受力上下运动,使得后盖板2不会变形,结构简单,延长了使用寿命。
具体的,所述箱体1具有背板11,所述后盖板2活动设置于所述背板11上,所述后盖板2包括上盖板21、活动设置于所述上盖板21上的下盖板22,所述上盖板21和下盖板22中的至少一个活动设置于所述背板11上,由于一般的后盖板2均较大,通过分开设置的上盖板21和下 盖板22,能够便于安装。
在具体实施方式中,所述上盖板21和下盖板22均可活动设置于所述背板11上,也可两者中的一个活动设置于所述背板11上,另一个固定在所述背板11上,在所述冰箱100跌落时,带动所述上盖板21或下盖板22受力上下运动,使得后盖板2不会变形,减轻所述后盖板2的损伤。
如图3和图4所示,在本发明具体实施方式中,所述背板11开设有对应压机仓位置的开口111,所述上盖板21固定连接于所述背板11上,下盖板22一侧活动设置于所述上盖板21,另一侧抵持于所述开口111下侧边上,使得在冰箱100运输过程发生跌落情况时,带动所述下盖板22受力上下运动,所述下盖板22不会变形,所述上盖板21不受力,使得所述上盖板21也不会变形,从而减轻所述后盖板2的损伤,延长了使用寿命。
具体可参图6和图7所示,通过计算机仿真技术进行检验的效果显示,可以清晰的看出,在冰箱跌落状态时,下盖板22上移但不会变形,进一步证实了本发明的冰箱后盖板结构设计能够保证后盖板不会变形,延长了使用寿命。
具体的,如图2和图3所示,所述下盖板22还具有抵持结构221,所述抵持结构221为自所述下盖板22远离所述上盖板21的一侧向前弯折后再向下且向后弯折形成,所述背板11具有配合所述抵持结构221设置的支撑部112,所述支撑部112自所述开口111下侧边向前且向上倾斜延伸形成,一方面所述抵持结构221和所述支撑部112的配合设置能够防止人为地接触压机仓内的压缩机等内部部件,另一方面所述抵持结构221和所述支撑部112的斜面设置,能够起到所述冰箱100跌落时对所述后盖板2的缓冲作用,减小了所述后盖板2变形的风险。
如图3所示,在所述上盖板21和下盖板22相靠近的一侧上,所述上盖板21和下盖板22均开设有滑动槽222,所述后盖板2还具有穿过 所述两个滑动槽222以在所述两个滑动槽222内滑动的配合部件23,使得所述配合部件23可于所述滑动槽222内上下运动,当冰箱100跌落时,所述下盖板22上移,所述配合部件23于所述滑动槽222内运动,此时所述上盖板21不会运动,使得所述上盖板21和下盖板22均不会变形。
所述滑动槽222呈沿上下方向延伸的长条状,便于所述配合部件23在所述滑动槽222沿上下方向运动。
所述配合部件23具有本体231和自所述本体231远离所述箱体1的一端在竖直平面上延伸的隔挡件232,所述本体231的外径小于所述滑动槽222的内径,所述滑动槽222在横向的最大内径小于所述隔挡件232的外径,避免所述冰箱100在跌落时,所述下盖板22从所述上盖板21上脱离的现象。
如图5所示,所述背板11对应所述上盖板21远离所述下盖板22的一侧开设有至少两个卡接口113,所述上盖板21具有配合卡接于所述卡接口113的卡扣212,相比现有的螺钉固定,更便于所述上盖板21的安装固定,省时省力。
所述背板11对应所述上盖板21左右两侧位置开设有插口114,所述上盖板21具有与所述插口114配合固定的插钩213,便于所述上盖板21的定位安装,省时省力。
综上所述,本发明涉及一种冰箱100,所述冰箱100包括箱体1、位于箱体1下方的压机仓及覆盖压机仓的后盖板2,所述后盖板2活动固定于所述箱体1上,使得在上下方向上,所述后盖板2相较所述箱体1具有一定的连续调节空间,通过所述后盖板2与所述箱体1之间的活动设置,在冰箱100运输过程发生跌落情况时,带动所述后盖板2受力上下运动,使得后盖板2不会变形,结构简单,延长了使用寿命。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

- 一种冰箱,包括箱体、位于箱体下方的压机仓及覆盖压机仓的后盖板,其特征在于,所述后盖板活动固定于所述箱体上,使得在上下方向上,所述后盖板相较所述箱体具有一定的连续调节空间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述箱体具有背板,所述后盖板活动设置于所述背板上,所述后盖板包括上盖板、活动设置于所述上盖板上的下盖板,所述上盖板和下盖板中的至少一个活动设置于所述背板上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述背板开设有对应压机仓位置的开口,所述上盖板固定连接于所述背板上,下盖板一侧活动设置于所述上盖板,另一侧抵持于所述开口下侧边上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述下盖板还具有抵持结构,所述抵持结构为自所述下盖板远离所述上盖板的一侧向前弯折后再向下且向后弯折形成,所述背板具有配合所述抵持结构设置的支撑部,所述支撑部自所述开口下侧边向前且向上倾斜延伸形成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在所述上盖板和下盖板相靠近的一侧上,所述上盖板和下盖板均开设有滑动槽,所述后盖板还具有穿过所述两个滑动槽以在所述两个滑动槽内滑动的配合部件。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述滑动槽呈沿上下方向延伸的长条状。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述配合部件具有本体和自所述本体远离所述箱体的一端在竖直平面上延伸的隔挡件,所述本体的外径小于所述滑动槽的内径,所述滑动槽在横向的最大内径小于所述隔挡件的外径。
