所述的传动装置采用同步带传动装置，同步带传动装置包括主动轮、从动轮、同步带，从动轮通过从动轴安装在从动轮支架上，主动轮安装在带减速器的电机输出轴上，带减速器的电机安装在电机支架上；

Claims (9)

  1. 一种机械结构结合多媒体展示装置，安装在展台的门头(1)上，门头(1)安装在竖向受力墙体顶部，其特征在于：所述的门头(1)包括门头支架(101)，门头支架(101)的内部中心设置有传动装置，门头支架(101)的前端面和后端面内均设置有第一多媒体屏幕(8)，两块第一多媒体屏幕(8)与传动装置沿着同一方向布置，两块第一多媒体屏幕(8)的外侧分别设置有商号牌(2)，两块商号牌(2)能在传动装置的带动下沿着支架(101)运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械结构结合多媒体展示装置，其特征在于：所述的门头支架(101)的上方设置有防护罩(3)；门头支架(101)为长方形框架结构，门头支架(101)顶部设置有平行布置的直线导轨(4)，任意一根直线导轨(4)上均设置有商号牌(2)；
    所述的传动装置采用同步带传动装置，同步带传动装置包括主动轮、从动轮、同步带(7)，从动轮通过从动轴安装在从动轮支架上，主动轮安装在带减速器的电机输出轴上，带减速器的电机安装在电机支架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械结构结合多媒体展示装置，其特征在于：任意一件所述的商号牌(2)均为倒置且不等边的U型结构，其中U型结构的内部远离开口的一端通过两个间距布置的滑块安装在直线导轨(4)上，U型结构的长边均位于门头支架(101)的外侧，U型结构的短边均依次通过橡胶垫、连接板与同步带(7)的皮带一侧连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种机械结构结合多媒体展示装置，其特征在于：所述的门头支架(101)内从左到右依次设置有第一固定座(5)和第二固定座(6)，其中第一固定座(5)上安装有从动轮支架；第二固定座(6)上安装有电机支架。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种机械结构结合多媒体展示装置，其特征在于：所述的门头支架(101)下方设置有夹层墙体(9)，夹层墙体(9)与任意一侧的竖向受力墙体成直角布置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种机械结构结合多媒体展示装置，其特征在于：所述的夹层墙体(9)的前后端面中部均设置有第二多媒体屏幕(10)，两块第二多媒体屏幕(10)均朝向远离门头支架(101)中心线一侧；
    两块第一多媒体屏幕(8)与两块第二多媒体屏幕(10)的朝向一致。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种机械结构结合多媒体展示装置，其特征在于：所述的门头支架(101)上还设置有两个行程开关，两个行程开关能让商号牌(2)进行自动往返运动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种机械结构结合多媒体展示装置，其特征在于：任意一件所述的商号牌(2)的长边上设置有与商号LOGO、产品模型中的任意一种或两者组合的面积相同的空白区域，空白区域采用透明亚克力的材质填充后与商号牌(2)粘合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种机械结构结合多媒体展示装置，其特征在于：两件所述的商号牌(2)分别安装在同步带(7)的两侧平行的皮带上。
