Description

保護カバー部材及び部材供給用シート
 本発明は、開口を有する面を持つ対象物の当該面に配置される保護カバー部材と、当該部材を供給するための部材供給用テープとに関する。
 開口を有する面を持つ対象物の当該面に配置されて上記開口への異物の侵入を防ぐ保護カバー部材が知られている。保護カバー部材は、通常、当該部材が上記面に配置されたときに上記開口への異物の侵入を防ぐ保護膜と、当該部材を上記面に固定する粘着剤層とを備える。特許文献1には、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(以下、「PTFE」と記載)を主成分とし、気体及び/又は音が通過することを許容しつつ水滴等の異物が通過することを阻止する多孔質膜と、多孔質膜を別部品に固定するために多孔質膜の少なくとも一方の主面上の制限された領域に配置された耐熱性両面粘着シートと、を備える部材が開示されている。特許文献1では、対象物である回路基板の表面に部材を固定する両面粘着シートの基材に着目することで、ハンダリフロー時の高温に対する部材の耐熱性の確保が試みられている。

 近年、微小電気機械システム(Micro Electro Mechanical Systems;以下、「MEMS」と記載)等の微細な製品の開口に対して保護カバー部材を配置する要請がある。また、外表面だけではなく、製品内部の面に保護カバー部材を配置する要請もあり、対応のために、保護膜の小面積化が進む状況にある。この状況では、保護膜を介した通気性及び/又は通音性をできるだけ確保するためには、通気及び通音の妨げとなる粘着剤層の面積を縮小する、例えば保護膜の周縁部に配置された粘着剤層の幅を狭くする、ことが余儀なくされる。本発明者らの検討によれば、粘着剤層の面積を縮小した場合には、ハンダリフロー等の高温下において保護カバー部材の変形や上記面(配置面)からの剥離が生じる傾向にある。特許文献1では、上記状況は考慮されていない。
 本発明は、ハンダリフロー等の高温下においても、変形や配置面からの剥離が抑制された保護カバー部材の提供を目的とする。
 本発明は、

 本発明者らの検討によれば、高温下での粘着剤層の収縮が上記変形や剥離の原因の一つである。本発明の保護カバー部材では、粘着剤層が、特定のシリコーン系硬化粘着層を備えている。当該粘着剤層は、高温下での収縮が少ない。したがって、高温下における上記変形や剥離を抑制しうる。

 以下、本発明の実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。本発明は、以下の実施形態に限定されない。
 [保護カバー部材]
 本発明の保護カバー部材の一例を図1A及び図1Bに示す。図1Bは、図1Aの保護カバー部材1を粘着剤層3の側から見た平面図である。図1Aには、図1Bの断面A-Aが示されている。保護カバー部材1は、開口を有する面を持つ対象物の当該面(配置面)に配置される部材である。配置面への保護カバー部材1の配置により、例えば、上記開口への及び/又は上記開口からの異物の侵入、換言すれば、上記開口を介した異物の侵入、を防ぎうる。保護カバー部材1は、開口を有する面を持つ対象物の当該面に配置されて、上記開口への異物の侵入を防ぐ部材であってもよい。保護カバー部材1は、保護膜2と粘着剤層3とを含む積層体4から構成される。保護膜2は、保護カバー部材1が上記面に配置されたときに上記開口を覆う形状を有する。粘着剤層3は、保護膜2の一方の主面の側に位置している。粘着剤層3は、保護膜2と接合している。保護カバー部材1は、粘着剤層3により、対象物の配置面に固定できる。
 粘着剤層3は、付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を含むシリコーン粘着剤組成物A(以下、「組成物A」と記載)の硬化粘着層11を備える。硬化粘着層11は、組成物Aの硬化層であり、粘着性を有している。硬化粘着層11は、組成物Aの硬化(キュア)により形成される。図1A及び図1Bの粘着剤層3は、硬化粘着層11からなる。硬化粘着層11は、保護膜2と接している。また、硬化粘着層11は、対象物の配置面に対する保護カバー部材1の接合面12となりうる。硬化粘着層11及び硬化粘着層11を含む粘着剤層3は、高温での収縮が少ない。このため、収縮による保護膜2の変形、並びに保護膜2及び/又は配置面からの粘着剤層3の剥離を抑制できる。
 組成物Aは、付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を含み、好ましくは、付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を主成分として含む。本明細書において主成分とは、含有率の最も大きな成分を意味する。主成分の含有率は、例えば50重量%以上であり、60重量%以上、70重量%以上、80重量%以上、90重量%以上、95重量%以上、更には99重量%以上であってもよい。組成物Aは、付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤からなってもよい。組成物Aは、好ましくは、過酸化物硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を含まない。過酸化物硬化型シリコーン粘着剤の硬化粘着層は、高温での収縮が大きい。
 付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤の硬化粘着層と、過酸化物硬化型シリコーン粘着剤の硬化粘着層との高温での収縮率の差は、反応機構の相違に基づく架橋点の分布状態の相違に基づくと推定される。付加反応硬化型では、架橋点となる付加反応基が組成物中に均一に存在しており、また、架橋点を多く持つヒドロシラン化合物による3次元の架橋が進行するため、硬化粘着層における架橋点の分布は比較的均一となる。一方、過酸化物硬化型では、シリコーン分子が有しうる複数の官能基のうち、ランダムかつ競合的にラジカルが生成した官能基が架橋点となる反応が進行するため、シリコーン分子によって架橋点の位置及び数が異なり、硬化粘着層における架橋点の分布は、よりランダムとなる。この相違が、高温での収縮率の差をもたらすと推定される。
 組成物Aは、通常、付加反応基を有するシリコーン化合物(成分A)、シリコーンレジン(成分B)、ヒドロシラン化合物(成分C)及び触媒(成分D)を含む。
 付加反応基を有するシリコーン化合物(成分A)の例は、付加反応基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン及びその部分縮合物である。オルガノポリシロキサンは、モノオルガノポリシロキサン、ジオルガノポリシロキサン及びトリオルガノポリシロキサンのいずれであってもよく、好ましくは、モノオルガノポリシロキサン及びジオルガノポリシロキサンから選ばれる少なくとも1つであり、より好ましくは、ジオルガノポリシロキサンである。オルガノポリシロキサンのオルガノ基の例は、炭素数1~8の炭化水素基であり、好ましくは、炭素数1~4の炭化水素基、より好ましくは、炭素数1~4のアルキル基(直鎖であっても分岐を有していてもよい)である。オルガノ基の典型的な例は、メチル基である。オルガノ基の一部が水酸基に置換されていてもよい。付加反応基の例は、アルケニル基を含有する1価の有機基であり、典型的な例は、ビニル基及びアリル基であり、好ましくは、ビニル基である。付加反応基は、通常、成分Aの分子の少なくとも一方の末端に存在し、双方の末端に存在していてもよい。成分Aの具体例は、ビニルジメチルポリシロキサン、ビニルジエチルポリシロキサン、ビニルイソプロピルポリシロキサン、ビニルフェニルメチルシロキサンである。成分Aにおける付加反応基の含有量は、シリコーン化合物100gあたり、例えば、0.0005モル以上0.5モル以下である。成分Aは、通常、Q単位(SiO2)及びSi-H基を有さない。
 成分Aの重量平均分子量は、例えば10万~100万であり、10万~50万であってもよい。成分Aは、オイル状であっても生ゴム状(シリコーンゴム)であってもよい。
 組成物Aにおける成分Aの含有率は、例えば20~80重量%であり、30~70重量%であってもよい。
 組成物Aは、2種以上の成分Aを含んでいてもよい。
 シリコーンレジン(成分B)の例は、Q単位と、M単位(R3SiO1/2)、D単位(R2SiO)及びT単位(RSiO3/2)から選ばれる少なくとも1種の単位とを有するオルガノポリシロキサン及びその部分縮合物である。M単位、D単位及びT単位におけるRの例は、互いに独立して、炭素数1~8の炭化水素基であり、好ましくは、炭素数1~4の炭化水素基、より好ましくは、炭素数1~4のアルキル基(直鎖であっても分岐を有していてもよい)である。Rの典型的な例は、メチル基である。Rの一部が水酸基に置換されていてもよい。成分Bは、通常、付加反応基を有さない。成分Bは、好ましくは、M単位及びQ単位により構成される、いわゆるMQレジンである。MQレジンにおけるM単位のRは、メチル基であってもよい。
 MQレジンにおけるM単位及びQ単位の含有率比(モル比)は、M単位:Q単位で表して、例えば0.3:1~1.5:1であり、0.5:1~1.3:1であってもよい。
 成分Bの重量平均分子量は、例えば1000~10000であり、3000~8000であってもよい。
 組成物Aにおける成分Bの含有率は、例えば20~80重量%であり、30~70重量%であってもよい。
 組成物Aは、2種以上の成分Bを含んでいてもよい。
 組成物Aにおける成分A及び成分Bの配合比(質量比)は、成分A:成分Bで表して、例えば20:80~80:20であり、25:75~50:50であってもよい。
 ヒドロシラン化合物(成分C)は、Si-H基を有し、成分Aの付加反応基と反応して架橋構造を形成する成分である。成分Cの例は、ハイドロジェンオルガノポリシロキサン及びその部分縮合物である。ハイドロジェンオルガノポリシロキサンは、ハイドロジェンモノオルガノポリシロキサン及びハイドロジェンジオルガノポリシロキサンのいずれであってもよい。オルガノ基の例は、好ましい態様を含め、成分Aのオルガノ基の例と同じである。オルガノ基の一部が水酸基に置換されていてもよい。成分Cの具体例は、ハイドロジェンモノメチルポリシロキサン及びハイドロジェンジメチルポリシロキサンであり、ハイドロジェンモノメチルシロキサンとハイドロジェンジメチルシロキサンとの共重合体であってもよい。
 成分Cの重量平均分子量は、例えば100~10000であり、100~1000であってもよい。成分Cは、オイル状であっても生ゴム状(シリコーンゴム)であってもよい。
 成分Cは、組成物Aに含まれる付加反応基、例えばアルケニル基を含有する一価の有機基、に対する成分C中のSi-H基のモル比が、例えば0.5~20、特に0.8~15となるように組成物Aに配合することが好ましい。
 組成物Aは、2種以上の成分Cを含んでいてもよい。
 触媒(成分D)は、組成物Aの硬化反応を促進する成分である。触媒は、典型的には、白金族元素を含有する触媒であり、好ましくは、白金系触媒である。成分Dに含まれる白金族元素は、硬化粘着層11に残留する。
 組成物Aにおける成分Dの含有率は、例えば5~500ppm(重量基準、以下同じ)であり、10~200ppmであってもよい。
 組成物Aは、本発明の効果が得られる限り、上述した以外の他の成分を含んでいてもよい。他の成分の例は、成分A、成分B及び成分C以外のシリコーン化合物、反応制御剤、酸化防止剤、並びに紫外線吸収剤である。
 付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤として、市販の付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を使用してもよい。上述した例に含まれない付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を使用することもできる。
 硬化粘着層11は、面内の少なくとも1つの方向について、260℃での収縮率Xが15%以下であってもよい。収縮率Xは、14%以下、13%以下、12%以下、11%以下、更には10%以下であってもよい。収縮率Xの下限は、例えば0.01%以上である。硬化粘着層11は、面内の少なくとも2以上の方向において上記範囲の収縮率Xを有していてもよく、面内の全方向において上記範囲の収縮率Xを有していてもよい。硬化粘着層11の形成にあたり、後述する基材13A等のベースシートの表面に対して組成物Aを一方向に塗布する場合、硬化粘着層11は、MD(組成物Aの塗布方向)及び/又はTD(硬化粘着層11の面内におけるMDに垂直な方向)において上記範囲の収縮率Xを有していてもよい。収縮率Xは、ポリイミド基材(厚さ25μm)上に形成された状態で260℃に保持した加熱槽に1分間保持する加熱処理前の時点における上記方向の寸法をD0とし、上記加熱処理後の当該方向の寸法をD1として、式:(D0-D1)/D0×100(%)により求めることができる。なお、寸法D0及びD1の測定は、温度25℃±5℃及び湿度50±5%RHの環境下で実施する。
 硬化粘着層11のゲル分率は、例えば25~80重量%である。ゲル分率は、好ましくは、25~65重量%、30~60重量%、更には35~55重量%である。ゲル分率が上記好ましい範囲にある場合、PTFE膜に対する硬化粘着層11の初期接着力(投錨性)及び/又は260℃での加熱処理後の接着力を向上できる。保護膜2には、PTFE延伸多孔質膜をはじめとするPTFE膜が使用されることがある。しかし、PTFEは、被接着性の低い物質である。硬化粘着層11と保護膜2とが接合している保護カバー部材1では、硬化粘着剤層11のゲル分率が上記好ましい範囲にあると、向上した接着力に基づき、高温下での保護カバー部材1の変形や保護膜2と粘着剤層3との剥離の抑制が確実となる。
 硬化粘着層11のゲル分率は、以下の方法で求めることができる。評価対象の硬化粘着層11から採取した約0.1gの試験片を、平均孔径0.2μmのPTFE延伸多孔質膜(一例として、日東電工製、NTF1122)に包んだ後、たこ糸で縛って測定サンプルとする。次に、測定サンプルの重量(浸漬前重量C)を測定する。浸漬前重量Cは、試験片、PTFE延伸多孔質膜及びたこ糸の総重量に相当する。上記とは別に、PTFE延伸多孔質膜とたこ糸との合計重量である包袋重量Bを測定しておく。次に、トルエンで満たした内容積50mLの容器に測定サンプルを収容し、23℃で7日間静置する。次に、酢酸エチルによって測定サンプルごと容器内を洗浄した後、測定サンプルを取り出してアルミニウム製カップに移し、130℃で2時間乾燥して酢酸エチルを除去する。次に、測定サンプルの重量(浸漬後重量A)を測定する。ゲル分率は、式:ゲル分率(重量%)=(浸漬後重量A-包袋重量B)/(浸漬前重量C-包袋重量B)×100より求めることができる。重量測定は、温度25±5℃及び湿度50±5%RHの環境下で実施する。
 PTFE膜に対する硬化粘着層11の初期接着力は、例えば1.5N/20mm以上であり、1.7N/20mm以上、1.8N/20mm以上、2.0N/20mm以上、2.5N/20mm以上、3.0N/20mm以上、3.5N/20mm以上、更には4.0N/20mm以上であってもよい。初期接着力の上限は、例えば100N/20mm以下である。加熱処理(260℃、1分間)後におけるPTFE膜に対する接着力は、例えば1.5N/20mm以上であり、1.7N/20mm以上、1.8N/20mm以上、2.0N/20mm以上、2.4N/20mm以上、2.5N/20mm以上、3.0N/20mm以上、3.5N/20mm以上、更には4.0N/20mm以上であってもよい。当該接着力の上限は、例えば100N/20mm以下である。
 硬化粘着層11の250℃での弾性率(貯蔵弾性率G’)は、例えば5.0×104Pa以上であり、5.5×104Pa以上、6.0×104Pa以上、更には6.5×104Pa以上であってもよい。250℃での弾性率の上限は、例えば1.0×108Pa以下である。弾性率は、レオメーターを用いた以下の方法により測定できる。測定対象である硬化粘着層11を切り出した後、面方向の面積が75mm2以上、厚さが3mm以上となるように積層して測定サンプルとする。次に、測定サンプルに対して、レオメーター(例えば、Rheometric Scientific製、Advanced Rheometric Expansion System (ARES))を用いて、せん断モード、周波数1Hz及び昇温速度5℃/分の測定条件下、測定開始温度25℃からの昇温測定を実施し、250℃に達したときの弾性率を求める。
 図1Bの粘着剤層3及び硬化粘着層11は、保護膜2と接合している。ただし、粘着剤層3及び/又は硬化粘着層11と保護膜2との間には、他の層が配置されていてもよい。硬化粘着層11の収縮は、積層体4に含まれる他の層にまで波及しうる。このため、他の層が間に配置されている場合においても、本発明の効果を得ることができる。
 図1A及び図1Bの保護カバー部材の対象物に対する配置の態様の一例を図2に示す。図2の例では、開口52を有する面53を持つ対象物51の面53に、保護カバー部材1が配置されている。保護カバー部材1は、粘着剤層3を介して、面53に固定されている。この例では、粘着剤層3(硬化粘着層11)が、対象物51の面53との接合面12を構成する。
 粘着剤層3は、硬化粘着層11を備える限り、積層構造を有していてもよい。積層構造は、2以上の粘着層を備えていてもよく、当該2以上の粘着層から選ばれる少なくとも1つの粘着層又は全ての粘着層が硬化粘着層11であってもよい。
 粘着剤層3は、基材と、基材の少なくとも一方の面に配置された硬化粘着層11とを含む粘着テープを備えていてもよい。粘着テープは、両面粘着テープであってもよい。当該態様の一例を図3に示す。図3の粘着剤層3は、基材13Aと、基材13Aの双方の面に各々設けられた粘着層13Bとを有する両面粘着テープ14である。一方の粘着層13Bは、保護膜2と接している。他方の粘着層13Bは、保護カバー部材1の接合面12を構成する。2つの粘着層13Bから選ばれる少なくとも1つが硬化粘着層11であり、双方が硬化粘着層11であってもよい。両面粘着テープ14は、基材13Aを有さない基材レステープであってもよい。
 図4A及び図4Bの粘着剤層3は、基材13Aと、基材13Aの片面に設けられた粘着層13Bとを有する片面粘着テープ15と、粘着層13Cとが組み合わされた積層構造体である。図4Aの粘着剤層3では、片面粘着テープ15の粘着層13Bが接合面12を構成し、粘着層13Cが保護膜2と接している。図4Bの粘着剤層3では、片面粘着テープ15の粘着層13Bが保護膜2と接し、粘着層13Cが接合面12を構成する。粘着層13B又は粘着層13Cが硬化粘着層11であり、粘着層13B及び粘着層13Cの双方が硬化粘着層11であってもよい。また、粘着層13Cは、粘着剤層3と同じ構成(上記積層構造を有する態様を含む)を有していてもよく、上述した両面粘着テープ14であってもよい。
 基材13Aは、例えば、樹脂、金属又はこれらの複合材料のフィルム、不織布又はフォームである。樹脂の例は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等のポリオレフィン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)等のポリエステル、シリコーン樹脂、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、フッ素樹脂である。フッ素樹脂の例は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、テトラフルオロエチレン-パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体(PFA)、テトラフルオロエチレン-ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)、テトラフルオロエチレン-エチレン共重合体(ETFE)である。金属の例は、ステンレス及びアルミニウムである。ただし、樹脂及び金属は、上記例に限定されない。
 基材13Aは、耐熱性材料を含んでいてもよい。この場合、保護カバー部材1を構成する他の層の材料によっては、高温下での使用に対してより確実な対応が可能である。耐熱性材料の例は、金属及び耐熱性樹脂である。耐熱性樹脂は、典型的には、150℃以上の融点を有する。耐熱性樹脂の融点は、160℃以上、200℃以上、250℃以上、260℃以上、更には300℃以上であってもよい。耐熱性樹脂の例は、シリコーン樹脂、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、PEEK及びフッ素樹脂である。フッ素樹脂は、PTFEであってもよい。PTFEは、耐熱性に特に優れている。
 図1Bの粘着剤層3は、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見て、保護膜2の一部の領域に配置されている。図1Bの粘着剤層3の形状は、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見て、保護膜2の周縁部の形状であり、より具体的には、額縁状である。この場合、粘着剤層3が形成されていない保護膜2の領域Pにおいて、粘着剤層3が形成されている領域に比べて良好な通気及び/又は通音が可能となる。ただし、粘着剤層3の形状は上記例に限定されない。
 保護膜2の領域Pの面積は、例えば、20mm2以下である。領域Pの面積が当該範囲にある保護カバー部材1は、例えば、小径の開口を通常有する回路基板やMEMSへの配置に適している。領域Pの面積の下限は、例えば、0.008mm2以上である。ただし、領域Pの面積は、保護カバー部材1が配置される対象物の種類によっては、より大きな範囲であってもよい。
 粘着剤層3の厚さは、例えば、10~200μmである。
 保護膜2は、厚さ方向に非通気性であっても、厚さ方向の通気性を有していてもよい。保護膜2が厚さ方向の通気性を有する場合、保護カバー部材1の配置により、例えば、対象物の開口を介した異物の侵入を防ぎながら上記開口の通気性を確保できる。通気性の確保により、例えば、対象物の開口を介した圧力の調整や圧力の変動の緩和が可能となる。圧力の変動を緩和する一例を以下に示す。回路基板に設けられた貫通孔の一方の開口を覆うように半導体素子を配置した状態で、ハンダリフロー等の加熱処理を施すことがある。ここで、他方の開口を覆うように保護カバー部材1を配置することで、加熱処理時における貫通孔を介した素子への異物の侵入を抑制できる。保護膜2が厚さ方向の通気性を有すると、加熱による貫通孔内の圧力上昇が緩和されて、圧力上昇による素子の損傷を防ぐことができる。半導体素子の例は、マイクロフォン、圧力センサー、加速度センサー等のMEMSである。これらの素子は、通気又は通音可能な開口を有しており、当該開口が上記貫通孔に面するように回路基板に配置しうる。保護カバー部材1は、製造後の半導体素子の開口を覆うように当該素子に配置されてもよい。保護膜2が厚さ方向の通気性を有する場合、配置された保護カバー部材1は、例えば、対象物の開口を介した異物の侵入を防ぎながら当該開口を介した通気性が確保される通気部材、及び/又は、対象物の開口を介した異物の侵入を防ぎながら当該開口を介した通音性が確保される通音部材として機能しうる。なお、保護膜2が厚さ方向に非通気性である場合にも、保護膜2の振動による音の伝達が可能であることから、配置後の保護カバー部材1は通音部材として機能しうる。
 厚さ方向の通気性を有する保護膜2の当該通気度は、JIS L1096に定められた通気性測定B法(ガーレー形法)に準拠して求めた空気透過度(ガーレー通気度)により表示して、例えば100秒/100mL以下である。
 保護膜2は、防水性を有していてもよい。防水性を有する保護膜2を備える保護カバー部材1は、対象物への配置後に、例えば防水通気部材及び/又は防水通音部材として機能しうる。防水性を有する保護膜2の耐水圧は、JIS L1092に定められた耐水度試験A法(低水圧法)又はB法(高水圧法)に準拠して求めた値にして、例えば5kPa以上である。
 保護膜2を構成する材料の例は、金属、樹脂及びこれらの複合材料である。
 保護膜2を構成しうる樹脂及び金属の例は、基材13Aを構成しうる樹脂及び金属の例と同じである。ただし、樹脂及び金属は上記例に限定されない。
 保護膜2は、耐熱性材料から構成されてもよい。この場合、保護カバー部材1を構成する他の層の材料によっては、ハンダリフロー等の高温下での処理に対してより確実な対応が可能である。耐熱性材料の例は、基材13Aの説明において上述したとおりである。一例として、保護膜2はPTFE膜を含んでいてもよい。
 厚さ方向の通気性を有する保護膜2は、延伸多孔質膜を含んでいてもよい。延伸多孔質膜は、フッ素樹脂の延伸多孔質膜、特にPTFE延伸多孔質膜、であってもよい。PTFE延伸多孔質膜は、通常、PTFE粒子を含むペースト押出物又はキャスト膜を延伸して形成される。PTFE延伸多孔質膜は、PTFEの微細なフィブリルにより構成され、フィブリルに比べてPTFEが凝集した状態にあるノードを有することもある。PTFE延伸多孔質膜によれば、異物の侵入を防ぐ性能及び通気性を高いレベルで両立させることが可能である。保護膜2には、公知の延伸多孔質膜を使用できる。
 延伸多孔質膜は高温により収縮しやすい。このため、保護膜2が延伸多孔質膜を含む場合、とりわけ硬化粘着層11が保護膜2と接するとき、に、高温下においても保護カバー部材1の変形や配置面からの剥離が抑制される本発明の効果はより有利となる。
 厚さ方向の通気性を有する保護膜2は、双方の主面を接続する複数の貫通孔が形成された穿孔膜を含んでいてもよい。穿孔膜は、非多孔質の基質構造を有する原膜、例えば無孔膜、に複数の貫通孔が設けられた膜であってもよい。穿孔膜は、上記複数の貫通孔以外に、厚さ方向の通気経路を有していなくてもよい。貫通孔は、穿孔膜の厚さ方向に延びていてもよく、厚さ方向に直線状に延びるストレート孔であってもよい。貫通孔の開口の形状は、穿孔膜の主面に垂直に見て、円又は楕円であってもよい。穿孔膜は、例えば、原膜に対するレーザー加工、又は、イオンビーム照射及びこれに続く化学エッチングによる孔開け加工により形成できる。
 厚さ方向の通気性を有する保護膜2は、不織布、織布、メッシュ、ネットを含んでいてもよい。
 保護膜2は、上記例に限定されない。
 図1Bの保護膜2の形状は、その主面に垂直に見て、長方形である。ただし、保護膜2の形状は上記例に限定されず、例えば、その主面に垂直に見て、正方形及び長方形を含む多角形、円、楕円であってもよい。多角形は、正多角形であってもよい。多角形の角は、丸められていてもよい。
 保護膜2の厚さは、例えば、1~100μmである。
 保護膜2の面積は、例えば、175mm2以下であり、150mm2以下、125mm2以下、100mm2以下、75mm2以下、50mm2以下、25mm2以下、20mm2以下、15mm2以下、10mm2以下、更には7.5mm2以下であってもよい。保護膜2の面積が上記範囲にある保護カバー部材1は、例えば、小径の開口を通常有する回路基板やMEMSへの配置に適している。保護膜2の面積の下限は、例えば、0.20mm2以上である。ただし、保護膜2の面積は、保護カバー部材1が配置される対象物の種類によっては、より大きくてもよい。
 図1Bの粘着剤層3は、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見て、保護膜2の周縁部に配置されている。このとき、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見て、保護膜2の中心Oから保護膜2の外周に至る線分のうち最短の線分Sminの長さL1に対する、当該線分Sminにおける粘着剤層3と重複する部分の長さL2の比L2/L1は、0.5以下であってもよく、0.3以下、0.2以下、更には0.1以下であってもよい。比L2/L1の下限は、例えば0.05以上である。比L2/L1が小さいほど、粘着剤層3の収縮が保護カバー部材1に与える影響は大きくなり、とりわけ、保護膜2及び/又は配置面と粘着剤層3との剥離が起きやすくなる。このため、比L2/L1が上記範囲にある場合に、本発明の効果はより有利となる。なお、保護膜2の中心Oは、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見たときの保護膜2の形状の重心として定めることができる。
 積層体4は、保護膜2の一方の主面の側に位置する第1の粘着剤層と、保護膜2の他方の主面の側に位置する第2の粘着剤層と、を含んでいてもよい。この場合、例えば、第1の粘着剤層及び第2の粘着剤層から選ばれる一方の粘着剤層によって対象物の面への配置が可能になると共に、他方の粘着剤層上に更なる層を配置させたり、他方の粘着剤層を任意の部材及び/又は表面等に接合させたりできる。第1の粘着剤層及び第2の粘着剤層から選ばれる少なくとも1つの粘着剤層が、硬化粘着層11を備える粘着剤層3であってもよい。図5に示すように、保護膜2の一方の主面16Aの側に位置する第1の粘着剤層と、他方の主面16Bの側に位置する第2の粘着剤層との双方が、硬化粘着層11を備える粘着剤層3(3A,3B)であってもよい。双方が粘着剤層3である場合、高温下における保護カバー部材1の変形や配置面からの剥離の抑制がより確実となる。
 図5の粘着剤層3Bの形状は、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見て、粘着剤層3Aの形状と同じである。この場合、粘着剤層3Bが形成されていない保護膜2の領域Qにおいて、粘着剤層3Bが形成されている領域に比べて良好な通気及び/又は通音が可能となる。ただし、粘着剤層3Bの形状は、上記例に限定されない。粘着剤層3Bの形状は、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見て、粘着剤層3Aの形状と異なっていてもよい。領域Qの面積は、領域Pの面積と同じ範囲をとりうる。領域Qの面積は、領域Pの面積と同じであってもよい。
 保護カバー部材1の積層体4は、保護膜2及び粘着剤層3以外の層を備えていてもよい。更なる層を備える保護カバー部材1の例を図6に示す。
 図6の積層体4は、保護膜2の他方の主面16Bの側(粘着剤層3Bの側)に、保護膜2を覆うカバーフィルム5を更に備える以外は、図5の積層体4と同じである。カバーフィルム5は、粘着剤層3B上に配置されている。粘着剤層3Bとカバーフィルム5との間には、他の層が配置されていてもよい。カバーフィルム5は、例えば、対象物に保護カバー部材1が配置されるまでの間、保護膜2を保護する保護フィルムとして機能する。カバーフィルム5は、保護カバー部材1の対象物への配置後に剥離してもよい。カバーフィルム5は、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見て、保護膜2の全体を覆っていても、一部を覆っていてもよい。
 図6のカバーフィルム5は、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見て、保護膜2の外周よりも外方に突出した部分であるタブ6を有する。タブ6は、カバーフィルム5の剥離に利用可能である。ただし、カバーフィルム5の形状は、上記例に限定されない。
 カバーフィルム5を構成する材料の例は、金属、樹脂及びこれらの複合材料である。カバーフィルム5を構成しうる材料の具体例は、基材13Aを構成しうる材料の具体例と同じである。
 カバーフィルム5の厚さは、例えば、200~1000μmである。
 図1A及び図1Bの保護カバー部材1の形状は、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見て、長方形である。ただし、保護カバー部材1の形状は、上記例に限定されない。形状は、保護膜2の主面に垂直に見て、正方形及び長方形を含む多角形、円、楕円であってもよい。多角形は、正多角形であってもよい。多角形の角は、丸められていてもよい。
 保護カバー部材1の面積(保護膜2の主面に垂直に見たときの面積)は、例えば、175mm2以下であり、150mm2以下、125mm2以下、100mm2以下、75mm2以下、50mm2以下、25mm2以下、20mm2以下、15mm2以下、10mm2以下、更には7.5mm2以下であってもよい。面積が上記範囲にある保護カバー部材1は、例えば、小径の開口を通常有する回路基板やMEMSへの配置に適している。保護カバー部材1の面積の下限は、例えば、0.20mm2以上である。ただし、保護カバー部材1の面積は、配置される対象物の種類によっては、より大きな値であってもよい。なお、保護カバー部材1の面積が小さいほど、高温下における変形や配置面からの剥離が生じやすい。このため、保護カバー部材1の面積が上記範囲にある場合に、本発明の効果は特に有利となる。
 保護カバー部材1を配置する対象物は、例えば、MEMS等の半導体素子、回路基板である。換言すれば、保護カバー部材1は、半導体素子、回路基板又はMEMSを対象物とする半導体素子用、回路基板用又はMEMS用の部材であってもよい。MEMSは、パッケージの表面に通気孔を有する非密閉系の素子であってもよい。非密閉系MEMSの例は、気圧、湿度、ガス、エアフロー等を検出する各種のセンサー及びスピーカーやマイクロフォン等の電気音響変換素子である。また、対象物は、製造後の半導体素子や回路基板に限られず、製造工程にあるこれらの素子や基板の中間製造物であってもよい。この場合、保護カバー部材1によって、製造工程における中間製造物の保護が可能となる。製造工程の例は、ハンダリフロー工程、ダイシング工程、ボンディング工程、実装工程である。製造工程は、ハンダリフロー工程をはじめとして、高温下で実施される工程であってもよい。高温は、例えば200℃以上であり、220℃以上、240℃以上、更には260℃以上であってもよい。ハンダリフロー工程は、通常、260℃程度で実施される。ただし、対象物は、上記例に限定されない。
 保護カバー部材1が配置されうる対象物の面は、典型的には、対象物の外表面である。面は、対象物の内部の面であってもよい。面は、平面であっても曲面であってもよい。また、対象物の開口は、凹部の開口であっても、貫通孔の開口であってもよい。
 保護カバー部材1は、例えば、保護膜2及び粘着剤層3の積層により製造できる。
 [部材供給用シート]
 本発明の部材供給用シートの一例を図7に示す。図7の部材供給用シート21は、基材シート22と、基材シート22上に配置された複数の保護カバー部材1とを備える。部材供給用シート21は、保護カバー部材1を供給するためのシートである。部材供給用シート21によれば、例えば、対象物の面に配置する工程に対して、保護カバー部材1を効率的に供給できる。
 図7の例では、基材シート22上に2以上の保護カバー部材1が配置されている。基材シート22上に配置された保護カバー部材1の数は、1つであってもよい。
 図7の例では、基材シート22上に2以上の保護カバー部材1が規則的に配置されている。より具体的には、保護カバー部材1は、基材シート22の表面に垂直に見て、各々の保護カバー部材1の中心が長方格子の交点(格子点)に位置するように配置されている。ただし、規則的に配置された保護カバー部材1の配列は上記例に限定されない。各々の保護カバー部材1の中心が、正方格子、斜方格子、菱形格子等の種々の格子の交点に位置するように規則的に配置されていてもよい。また、保護カバー部材1の配置の態様は、上記例に限定されない。例えば、基材シート22の表面に垂直に見て、保護カバー部材1が千鳥状に配置されていてもよい。なお、保護カバー部材1の中心は、基材シート22の表面に垂直に見たときの当該部材1の形状の重心として定めることができる。
 基材シート22を構成する材料の例は、紙、金属、樹脂及びこれらの複合材料である。金属は、例えば、ステンレス及びアルミニウムである。樹脂は、例えば、PET等のポリエステル、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレン等のポリオレフィンである。ただし、基材シート22を構成する材料は、上記例に限定されない。
 保護カバー部材1は、当該部材1が備える粘着層(例えば、粘着剤層3)を介して基材シート22上に配置されていてもよい。このとき、基材シート22における保護カバー部材1の配置面には、基材シート22からの離型性を向上させる離型処理が施されていてもよい。離型処理は、公知の方法により実施できる。
 保護カバー部材1は、基材シート22における保護カバー部材1の配置面に設けられた粘着層、典型的には弱粘着層、を介して基材シート22上に配置されていてもよい。
 基材シート22の厚さは、例えば、1~200μmである。
 図7の基材シート22は、長方形の形状を有する枚葉状である。枚葉状である基材シート22の形状は上記例に限定されず、正方形及び長方形を含む多角形、円、楕円等であってもよい。基材シート22が枚葉状である場合、部材供給用シート21は枚葉の状態で流通及び使用できる。基材シート22は帯状であってもよく、この場合、部材供給用シート21も帯状となる。帯状の部材供給用シート21は、巻芯に巻回した巻回体として流通できる。
 部材供給用シート21は、基材シート22の表面に保護カバー部材1を配置して製造できる。
 以下、実施例により、本発明を更に詳細に説明する。本発明は、以下に示す実施例に限定されない。
 最初に、硬化粘着層(ただし、比較例4においてはアクリル系粘着層。以下、同じ)の評価方法を記載する。
 [ゲル分率]
 硬化粘着層のゲル分率は、上述の方法により求めた。測定環境の温度は25℃、湿度は50%RHとした。
 [250℃での弾性率]
 硬化粘着層の貯蔵弾性率(250℃)は、上述の方法により求めた。レオメーターには、Rheometric Scientific製、Advanced Rheometric Expansion System (ARES)を使用した。測定サンプルは円形とし、面方向の面積は78.5mm2、厚さは5mmとした。
 [260℃での収縮率X]
 硬化粘着層の260℃での収縮率Xは、以下のようにして求めた。各実施例及び比較例において作製したサンプルB(硬化粘着層/ポリイミド基材(厚さ25μm)/硬化粘着層の3層構造を有する一辺が1.7mmの正方形)に対して、260℃に保持した加熱槽に1分間保持する加熱処理を実施した。処理後、サンプルを放冷して25℃とし、硬化粘着層のMD及びTDの双方の方向について、それぞれ、硬化粘着層の最短の寸法Dminを測定した。ポリイミド基材を挟持する2つの硬化粘着層の各々に対して求めた最短の寸法Dminの平均値を、加熱処理後の各方向の寸法D1とした。求めたD1から、式:収縮率X=(1.7-D1)/1.7×100(%)により、収縮率X(%)を算出した。最短の寸法Dminは、光学顕微鏡による拡大観察像(倍率47倍)の画像解析により求めた。最短の寸法Dminの測定は、温度25℃及び湿度50%RHで実施した。
 [PTFE膜に対する接着力]
 PTFE膜に対する硬化粘着層の初期接着力及び加熱処理(260℃、1分間)後の接着力は、180°引きはがし試験により、以下のように求めた。
 各実施例及び比較例において作製したサンプルA(硬化粘着層/ポリイミド基材(厚さ25μm)/硬化粘着層の3層構造を有する、幅20mm及び長さ150mmの帯状)を、一方の硬化粘着層を介して、サンプルAに比べて大きな長さ及び幅を有すると共に、試験中に変形しない十分な厚さを有する長方形の固定板(ステンレス製)の表面に貼り合わせた。サンプルAの貼り合わせは、双方の長辺及び短辺が、それぞれ、互いに平行となるように実施した。次に、帯状のPTFE膜(厚さ10μm、幅50mm及び長さ150mmの帯状、平均孔径0.5μm以下、空孔率40%の微多孔膜)を、当該PTFE膜と他方の硬化粘着層とが接するように、サンプルAに貼り合わせた。平均孔径0.5μm以下及び空孔率30~50%程度の微多孔膜では、引きはがし試験時にもPTFE膜が凝集破壊せず、また、多孔質膜との接合をも考慮した硬化粘着層との間の接触状態を適切に確保できるため、PTFE膜に対する接着力の適切な測定が可能である。なお、PTFE膜の平均孔径の測定法について、ASTM F316-86に記載されている方法が一般的に普及しており、測定には、自動化された測定装置(例えば、米国Porous Materials Inc.より入手可能なPerm Porometer)を利用可能である。PTFE膜の空孔率は、式:空孔率(%)={1-(膜質量[g]/(膜厚[cm]×膜面積[cm2]×PTFEの真密度))}×100より求めることができる。PTFEの真密度は、2.18g/cm2である。
 引きはがし試験に用いたPTFE膜は、以下のように作製した。PTFEディスパージョン(PTFE粉末の濃度40質量%、PTFE粉末の平均粒径0.2μm、ノニオン性界面活性剤をPTFE100質量部に対して6質量部含有)に、フッ素系界面活性剤(DIC社製、メガファックF-142D)をPTFE100質量部に対して1質量部添加した。次に、長尺のポリイミドフィルム(厚さ125μm)をPTFEディスパージョンに浸漬して引き上げ、当該フィルム上にPTFEディスパージョンの塗布膜を形成した。このとき、計量バーにより、塗布膜の厚さを20μmとした。次に、塗布膜を100℃で1分間、続いて390℃で1分間加熱することにより、ディスパージョンに含まれる水を蒸発させて除去すると共に、残るPTFE粒子同士を互いに結着させた。上記浸漬及び加熱を更に2回繰り返した後、形成されたPTFE原膜(厚さ25μm)をポリイミドフィルムから剥離させた。次に、得られたPTFE原膜を2.5倍の圧延倍率でMD方向に圧延した後、テンターによって2.0倍の延伸倍率でTD方向に延伸し、上記PTFE膜を得た。圧延にはロール圧延装置を使用し、ロールの設定温度は170℃とした。延伸温度は170℃であった。
 サンプルAとPTFE膜との貼り合わせは、PTFE膜がサンプルAの全体を覆うと共に、双方の長辺が互いに平行となるように実施した。その後、PTFE膜、サンプルA及び固定板を圧着させる手動ローラ(JIS Z0237:2009に定められた質量2kgのもの)を、固定板を下にして、一往復させた。次に、引張試験装置の上部チャックに固定板の一方の短辺を固定すると共に、PTFE膜における上部チャック側の端部をサンプルAから剥がして180°折り返し、引張試験装置の下部チャックに固定して、PTFE膜をサンプルAから引き剥がす180°引きはがし試験を実施した。引張速度は300mm/分とした。測定精度を確保するために、試験開始後、最初の20mmの長さの測定値は無視し、その後、サンプルAから引きはがされた少なくとも60mmの粘着力の測定値を平均して、これを硬化粘着層の接着力(単位:N/20mm)とした。引きはがし試験は、温度25℃及び湿度50%RHの環境下で実施した。上記試験を、加熱処理の前後の各々のタイミングで実施し、加熱処理前の接着力(初期接着力)及び加熱処理後の接着力を求めた。加熱処理は、260℃に保持した加熱槽にサンプルAを1分間保持して実施した。
 (実施例1)
 付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物Aとして、100重量部の信越化学工業製KR3700と、0.05重量部の白金触媒(信越化学製、CAT-PL-50T)との混合物(組成物a)を準備した。KR3700は、主たる成分Aとしてジメチルポリシロキサン、主たる成分BとしてMQレジン、主たる成分Cとしてハイドロジェンジメチルポリシロキサンを含む。また、KR3700は、過酸化物硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を含まない。
 次に、ポリイミド基材(厚さ25μm、幅20mm及び長さ150mmの帯状)の双方の主面に対して組成物aを一方向に塗布し、全体を130℃で2分加熱することで組成物aの塗布膜を硬化させて、硬化粘着層/ポリイミド基材/硬化粘着層の3層構造を有するサンプルAを得た。組成物aの塗布は、アプリケーターを使用して、硬化後の厚さが30μmとなるように実施した。また、組成物aの塗布の方向は、ポリイミド基材の双方の主面において同一とした。サンプルBは、一辺が1.7mmの正方形にサンプルAを切り出して得た。正方形の各辺の方向は、硬化粘着層のMD(組成物aの塗布方向)又はTD(硬化粘着層の面内においてMDと直交する方向)とした。
 (実施例2)
 付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物Aとして、100重量部の信越化学工業製X-40-3240と、0.05重量部の白金触媒(信越化学製、CAT-PL-50T)との混合物を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、実施例2のサンプルA(帯状)及びサンプルB(正方形)を得た。X-40-3240は、主たる成分Aとしてジメチルポリシロキサン、主たる成分BとしてMQレジン、主たる成分Cとしてハイドロジェンジメチルポリシロキサンを含む。また、X-40-3240は、過酸化物硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を含まない。
 (実施例3)
 付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物Aとして、75重量部の信越化学工業製KR3700と、25重量部の信越化学工業製KR3704と、0.05重量部の白金触媒(信越化学製、CAT-PL-50T)との混合物を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、実施例3のサンプルA(帯状)及びサンプルB(正方形)を得た。KR3704は、主たる成分Aとしてジメチルポリシロキサン、主たる成分BとしてMQレジン、主たる成分Cとしてハイドロジェンジメチルポリシロキサンを含む。また、KR3704は、過酸化物硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を含まない。
 (実施例4)
 付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物Aとして、25重量部の信越化学工業製KR3700と、75重量部の信越化学工業製KR3704と、0.05重量部の白金触媒(信越化学製、CAT-PL-50T)との混合物を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、実施例4のサンプルA(帯状)及びサンプルB(正方形)を得た。
 (比較例1)
 付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物Aの代わりに、過酸化物硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物(東レ・ダウコーニング製、SH4280(過酸化物の配合量1.2重量部))を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、比較例1のサンプルA(帯状)及びサンプルB(正方形)を得た。ただし、塗布膜の硬化条件は、200℃及び3分とした。
 (比較例2)
 付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物Aの代わりに、過酸化物硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物(東レ・ダウコーニング製、SH4280(過酸化物の配合量2.4重量部))を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、比較例2のサンプルA(帯状)及びサンプルB(正方形)を得た。ただし、塗布膜の硬化条件は、200℃及び3分とした。
 (比較例3)
 付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物Aの代わりに、過酸化物硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物(信越化学工業製、KR101-10(過酸化物の配合量2.4重量部))を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、比較例3のサンプルA(帯状)及びサンプルB(正方形)を得た。ただし、塗布膜の硬化条件は、200℃及び3分とした。
 (比較例4)
 付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤組成物Aの代わりに、アクリル系粘着剤組成物(日東電工製、No.5919)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、比較例4のサンプルA(帯状)及びサンプルB(正方形)を得た。ただし、塗布後の硬化の代わりに、120℃、3分の加熱による塗布膜の乾燥を実施した。また、粘着剤組成物の塗布は、乾燥後の厚さが50μmとなるように実施した。
 評価結果を以下の表1A及び表1Bに示す。また、収縮率Xの評価にあたって実施した加熱処理(260℃、1分間)後の各実施例及び比較例のサンプルBの外観を図8に示す。

 表1A及び表1Bに示すように、比較例に比べて実施例では、加熱処理による硬化粘着層の収縮が抑制された。また、ゲル分率が25~65重量%の範囲にある実施例1~3では、ゲル分率が上記範囲外にある実施例4に比べてPTFEに対する接着力が向上すると共に、加熱処理後の当該接着力が初期接着力よりも向上した。なお、図8に示すように、比較例1では、ポリイミド基材からの硬化粘着層の剥がれ61が発生した。剥がれ61は、サンプルBの外周から符号62で示される部分まで進行した。
 本発明の保護カバー部材は、例えば、MEMS等の半導体素子及び/又は当該素子を備える回路基板の製造に利用できる。

Claims (16)

  1.  開口を有する面を持つ対象物の前記面に配置される保護カバー部材であって、
     前記部材が前記面に配置されたときに前記開口を覆う形状を有する保護膜と、粘着剤層と、を含む積層体から構成され、
     前記粘着剤層は、付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を含むシリコーン粘着剤組成物の硬化粘着層を備える、保護カバー部材。
  2.  前記シリコーン粘着剤組成物は、前記付加反応硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を主成分として含む、請求項1に記載の保護カバー部材。
  3.  前記シリコーン粘着剤組成物は、過酸化物硬化型シリコーン粘着剤を含まない、請求項1に記載の保護カバー部材。
  4.  前記硬化粘着層のゲル分率が25~65重量%である、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材。
  5.  前記粘着剤層及び/又は前記硬化粘着層が前記保護膜と接している、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材。
  6.  前記粘着剤層及び/又は前記硬化粘着層が、前記対象物の前記面との接合面となる、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材。
  7.  前記積層体は、前記保護膜の一方の主面の側に位置する第1の前記粘着剤層と、前記保護膜の他方の主面の側に位置する第2の前記粘着剤層と、含む、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材。
  8.  前記粘着剤層は、基材と、前記基材の少なくとも一方の面に配置された前記硬化粘着層と、を含む粘着テープを備える、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材。
  9.  前記粘着テープが両面粘着テープである、請求項8に記載の保護カバー部材。
  10.  前記基材が耐熱性樹脂を含む、請求項8に記載の保護カバー部材。
  11.  前記保護膜は厚さ方向の通気性を有する、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材。
  12.  前記保護膜はポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜を含む、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材。
  13.  前記保護膜の面積が175mm2以下である請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材。
  14.  前記保護膜の主面に垂直に見て、
      前記粘着剤層は、前記保護膜の周縁部に配置されており、
      前記保護膜の中心から前記保護膜の外周に至る線分のうち最短の前記線分の長さL1に対する、前記最短の線分における前記粘着剤層と重複する部分の長さL2の比L2/L1が0.3以下である、請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材。
  15.  微小電気機械システム(MEMS)用である、請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材。
  16.  基材シートと、前記基材シート上に配置された1又は2以上の保護カバー部材と、を備え、
     前記保護カバー部材は、請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の保護カバー部材である部材供給用シート。
