共享充电宝是指企业提供的充电租赁设备,用户使用移动设备扫描设备屏幕上的二维码交付押金,即可租借一个充电宝,充电宝成功归还后,押金可随时提现并退回账户,2017年12月13日,共享充电宝入选国家语言资源监测与研究中心发布的“2017年度中国媒体十大新词语”,2019年8月,有消费者反应,多个共享充电宝品牌悄悄涨价;共享充电宝的借取流程大致可以分为四步,扫码——注册——付款——借出,一般情况下整个流程花费不到3分钟。归还方式则类似于共享单车,用户可以在公众号平台上根据充电宝的GPS定位,就近归还。
但是常见的共享电源中,使用时电源的制锁与解锁操作时较为费力,使用起来较为不便,给使用者的使用体验造成了与影响,且常见的装置中缺少隔热装置,电源充电时产生的热量会影响电源的使用寿命。
技术解决方案
本申请的目的在于:为了解决上述提出的问题,提供一种共享电源制锁与解锁的装置。
本申请采用的技术方案如下:一种共享电源制锁与解锁的装置,包括电池仓,所述电池仓的右侧内壁固定安装有锁扣,所述锁扣的右侧末端通过固定连接有锁扣支架,所述电池仓的底部内壁固定插接有顶针,所述顶针的远离所述电池仓的底部内壁的一端放置有移动电源;
所述电池仓的右侧外壁固定安装有检测开关一,所述电池仓的下方固定安装有控制板,所述控制板的表面固定安装有检测开关二,所述电池仓的底部外壁四个边角处固定安装有POGOPIN顶针四个。
在一实施方式中,所述检测开关二的底部外壁固定安装有支架,所述支架的上表面靠近边缘处开设有与所述POGOPIN顶针相匹配的固定插孔。
在一实施方式中,所述支架的底部螺纹螺丝连接有旋转支架,所述旋转支架的底部固定安装有电磁铁。

2、本申请中,控制板采用了隔热性较好的材料制成,从而防止电池仓的内部的移动电源在充电时产生的热量传导到控制板后面的元器件的内部,从而对控制板后面的元器件进行保护,延长了该装置的使用寿命。

参照图1-4,一种共享电源制锁与解锁的装置,包括电池仓3,电池仓3的表面采用了散热性较好的材料制成;电池仓3的表面前端粘接有用于固定组装的固定块;电池仓3的右侧内壁固定安装有锁扣4,锁扣4的右侧末端固定连接有锁扣支架5,锁扣支架5的内部套接有弹簧6,弹簧6采用了耐用的弹性系数较高的弹簧;电池仓3的底部内壁固定插接有顶针2,顶针2的远离电池仓3的底部内壁的一端放置有移动电源1;电池仓3的右侧外壁固定安装有检测开关一7,检测开关一7的表面固定安装有作用检测器,检测开关一7受到挤压之后会进行对应的反应;电池仓3的下方固定安装有控制板13,控制板13采用了耐热性较好的材料制成,控制板13内部的材料可以对电池仓3产生的热量进行阻隔,控制板13采用了隔热性较好的材料制成,从而防止电池仓3的内部的移动电源1在充电时产生的热量传导到控制板13后面的元器件的内部,从而对控制板13后面的元器件进行保护,延长了该装置的使用寿命;控制板13的表面固定安装有检测开关二12,检测开关二12的底部外壁固定安装有支架9,支架9的底部通过螺纹螺丝连接有旋转支架10,旋转支架10的底部固定安装有电磁铁11;支架9的上表面靠近边缘处开设有与POGOPIN顶针8相匹配的固定插孔;电池仓3的底部外壁四个边角处固定安装有POGOPIN顶针8四个,锁扣4配合弹簧6可以及时对共享电源进行解锁与制锁,从而防止使用者在取用共享电源时难以将电源取出,从而方便使用者对共享电源进行取用。
工作原理:该共享电源制锁与解锁的装置使用时,可先将该装置组装好,可以将多个相同的该装置固定在一个较大的安装台的内部,接通电源,连接好通信网络之后,该装置即可使用,当移动电源1插入到电池仓3的内部时,锁扣4压缩弹簧弹簧6使其平行位移打开,等到移动电源1完全插入电池仓3的内部时,此时弹簧6回弹力推动锁扣4复位锁入移移动电源1锁扣槽,实现移动电源1的锁紧,此时移动电源1会被装配到电池仓3的底部进行保存充电移动电源1在电池仓3的内部进行充电的过程中,电池仓3的内部由于充电时放热,因此会产生热量,此时由于控制板13采用了隔热性较好的材料制成,因此热量便不会传导到控制板13的后方,对控制板13后部的零部件造成损害,当移动电源1需要进行解锁时,控制板13会在受到信息后,控制电磁铁11推动旋转支架10旋转,作用再锁扣4上,并压缩弹簧6,锁扣4会平行位移打开,顶针2作用1弹出打开,弹簧6由于弹性形变产生的回弹力作用在锁扣4的内部,使锁扣4复位,从而实现移动电源1的解锁功能,此时可以取出共享电源,进行充电使用。
该共享电源制锁与解锁的装置中,锁扣4配合弹簧6可以及时对共享电源进行解锁与制锁,从而防止使用者在取用共享电源时难以将电源取出,从而方便使用者对共享电源进行取用。
该共享电源制锁与解锁的装置中,控制板13采用了隔热性较好的材料制成,从而防止电池仓3的内部的移动电源1在充电时产生的热量传导到控制板13后面的元器件的内部,从而对控制板13后面的元器件进行保护,延长了该装置的使用寿命。
