装置主体、拧紧模块2、电源模块、角度调节模块4、控制模块以及连接件3;装置主体包括操作杆以及工具主体;工具主体通过连接件3与操作杆连接;拧紧模块2安装于工具主体上;角度调节模块4安装于工具主体上,且与连接件3连接,用于驱动工具主体转动;电源模块安装于装置主体上,且分别与拧紧模块2、角度调节模块4以及控制模块电连接;控制模块分别与角度调节模块4以及拧紧模块2电连接。
在一实施例中,操作杆结构可以是包括杆体以及与连接件3连接配合的连接结构。本实施例中将电源模块安装于工具主体上,这样集成度更好,整体结构也更加紧凑。再者,通过角度调节模块4能够使得工具主体可转动调节,以调节拧紧模块2的转动角度,适应不同位置的螺栓、例如狭小缝隙、作业对象背面等,提高使用的便利性以及适用性。
以上为本申请实施例提供的一种电动拧紧装置的实施例一,以下为本申请实施例提供的一种电动拧紧装置的实施例二,请参阅图1至图3。
一种电动拧紧装置,包括:装置主体、拧紧模块2、电源模块、角度调节模块4、控制模块以及连接件3;装置主体包括操作杆以及工具主体;工具主体通过连接件3与操作杆连接;拧紧模块2安装于工具主体上;角度调节模块4安装于工具主体上,且与连接件3连接,用于驱动工具主体转动;电源模块安装于装置主体上,且分别与拧紧模块2、角度调节模块4以及控制模块电连接;控制模块分别与角度调节模块4以及拧紧模块2电连接。
可选地,控制模块包括主控器以及与主控器分离连接的子控器;主控器安 装于工具主体上,且与拧紧模块2、角度调节模块4以及电源模块电连接;子控器与主控器电连接,且子控器上设有操作面板。
在一实施例中,主控器用于实现对拧紧模块2以及角度调节模块4的控制,而子控器则用于远距离控制主控器,以提高控制的便利性。为了操作方便,子控器可以是可拆卸安装于操作杆上的。在一实施例中,子控器与主控器之间可以通过无线蓝牙通信模块、无线射频通信模块等无线模块进行无线通信,减少线缆的布置,提高使用的便利性。主控器可以包括主控制板以及无线发射模块,而子控器可以包括外壳、子控制板、与无线发射模块配对的无线接收模块以及用于供电的电池,实现主控器与子控器之间的无线通信连接。使用时,可以通过磁铁等磁吸件将子控器贴固在操作杆上靠近握柄位置,方便作业员操作控制子控器的操作面板以实现对主控器的控制,向主控器发出相应的控制指令,以控制拧紧模块2。主控制板以及子控制板均可以是常规PLC控制板或者微处理器等。
当然,本申请中子控器与主控器之间也可以是有线连接,通过连接线可以实现子控器与主控器之间的通信连接,以及与电源模块之间的电连接。安装时,连接线可以沿操作杆长度方向紧贴操作杆分布,可以通过相应的卡箍对连接线进行卡固。较于无线连接方式来说,优先连接方式可以节约一定的成本,但是布线以及后续的维护较为麻烦。以上为本申请针对子控器与主控器之间的通信连接的应用实施例,当然也不仅仅局限于上述两种情况,本领域技术人员可以以此为基础做适当的变换。
另外,就方便子控器可拆卸安装于操作杆上的设计可以是例如下:在子控器的外壳上嵌固磁铁,操作杆上于靠近握柄位置可以贴固与磁铁磁吸配合的磁吸件,从而方便子控器的安装固定。当然,也可以是在外壳上设置一个横截面呈T形的插条,对应在操作杆上设置一个凸块,并在凸块上设置一个与插条配合的插槽。当然,也不仅仅局限于上述应用手段,本领域技术人员可以以此为基础做适当的变换。
在一实施例中,就工具主体的结构来说,其起到承载拧紧模块2、电源模块以及主控器作用,在一实施例中,工具主体可以包括第一固定座11以及第二固定座12;拧紧模块2垂直安装于第一固定座11的第一侧壁上;第二固定座12垂直安装于第二固定座12的第一侧壁上,且用于支撑拧紧模块2。利用第一固定座11与第二固定座12构建成L型的工具主体,以方便拧紧模块2的安装固 定,其中拧紧模块2垂直于第一固定座11的第一侧壁上,并可以被第二固定座12所支托/支撑,整体结构紧凑,拧紧模块2安装固定稳固。
在一实施例中,第一固定座11包括第一座壳111以及第一密封板112;拧紧模块2以及第二固定座12分别垂直安装于第一座壳111的第一侧壁上;第一座壳111上与第一侧壁对立的第二侧壁开设有安装口;第一密封板112可拆卸安装于安装口上;主控器安装于第一座壳111内。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,第一座壳111搭配第一密封板112结构构成的第一固定座11内部具有一定的安装空间,这样方便主控器以及电源模块的安装固定,同时也方便主控器与垂直安装于第一座壳111第一侧壁上的拧紧模块2的电连接,整体结构更加紧凑。另外,就第一密封板112位置处可以设置多个散热条形孔,提高散热的同时,也能够减轻整体的重量。
在一实施例中,拧紧模块2包括固定壳21、第一旋转电机22以及卡盘23;固定壳21垂直安装于第一固定座11的第一侧壁上,且与第二固定座12顶部接触相抵;第一旋转电机22安装于固定壳21内,第一旋转电机22的固定端与第一固定座11的第一侧壁垂直连接,输出端与卡盘23连接。
在一实施例中,固定壳21可以对第一旋转电机22起到支撑固定作用,也方便与第二固定座12之间安装连接,再者能够对第一旋转电机22起到保护作用,其形状可以是与第一旋转电机22相适配的筒状。卡盘23的作用是方便夹持固定拧紧头231,其结构可以是常规电动拧紧机的卡盘23结构。再者,固定壳21上可以开设有多个第一镂空孔211,能够减轻整体的质量,同时提高第一旋转电机22的散热效果。
在一实施例中,本申请电源模块可以不是安装于第一固定座11内,在一实施例中,本申请还可以包括电源支架5;电源支架5安装于固定壳21上,且设有用于容置电源模块的安装工位。利用电源支架5,将电池模块安装固定在电源支架5上,这样独立设置一个电源直接来安装电源模块,能够安装固定体积容量更大的电源模块,有利于提高整体的续航能力。电源模块可以是常规的锂电池等。
在一实施例中,第二固定座12包括第二座壳121以及第二密封板122;第二密封板122与第一固定座11的第一侧壁垂直连接;第二座壳121安装于第一密封板112上;角度调节模块4安装于第二座壳121内。
在一实施例中,第二固定座12的结构设计可以类似第一固定座11结构, 通过第二座壳121与第二密封板122构成具有内部安装空间的第二固定座12,这样方便安装固定角度调节模块4;本实施例中第二座壳121上可以设置多个第二镂空孔1211,同样可以减轻整体质量,同时有助于提高角度调节模块4的散热。
在一实施例中,角度调节模块4包括第二旋转电机41以及减速器42;第二旋转电机41安装于第一密封板112上;减速器42安装于第一密封板112上,且减速器42的输入轴与第二旋转电机41的输出轴同步转动连接,减速器42的输出轴伸出第二座壳121,且与连接件3的同步转动连接。主控器控制第二旋转电机41转动,第二旋转电机41经过减速器42输出带动工具主体转动,以实现角度调节。
在一实施例中,连接件3可以包括第一连接头31以及第二连接头32;第一连接头31呈Y形,第一连接头31的第一端上设有用于避让第一座壳111的避让槽311,第一连接头31于避让槽311的侧壁上开设有与减速器42的输出轴同步转动连接的轴孔312;第二连接头32与第一连接头31的第二端连接。
在一实施例中,以第一连接头31结构呈Y形为例,减速器42的输出轴与输入轴之间可以是呈T形分布,这样减速器42的输出轴方便与第一连接头31结构配合;如图3所示,为了方便减速器42输出轴与第一连接头31拆卸维护,轴孔312向上延伸出第一连接头31,使得第一连接头31与减速器42输出轴配合的部分形成夹持部,并设置螺栓进行紧固。对应的第二连接头32则可以用于与操作杆连接固定用,第一连接头31的第二端设有凸起部,凸起部设有供第二连接头32可拆卸插入的内凹孔,其中第二连接头32的第一配合面上设有多个绕中心孔圆周均匀分布的齿块,对应的操作杆上与第二连接头32连接配合的连接结构可以是与第二连接头32相同结构的连接头结构,从而方便与第二连接头32配合。通过这样结构设计的连接头可以实现多角度连接,连接更加方便。能够实现通过调节操作杆与连接件3连接角度而调整拧紧模块2角度,实现第一级的调节,同时利用角度调节模块4也可以调节拧紧模块2角度,实现第二级的调节,整体使用更加灵活方便,大幅度扩大作业范围。
另外,本申请中的第二旋转电机41以及第一旋转电机22均采用可正反转无刷电机,不仅能够实现拧紧作业,同时也可以实现松卸作业,提高使用的便利性。而且体积小,安装方便,也有利于减轻整体体积以及重量,更方便作业员操作。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本申请通过设置装置主体、拧紧模块2、电源模块、角度调节模块4、控制模块以及连接件3,以构成电动拧紧装置,其中装置主体有操作杆以及通过连接件3与操作杆连接的工具主体构成,角度调节模块4安装于工具主体上且与连接件3连接,这样能够通过控制模块来控制角度调节模块4,以实现对工具主体的转动调节,从而使得拧紧模块2能够多角度灵活调节使用,能够适应更多作业条件,适用性好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动拧紧装置,包括:装置主体、拧紧模块、电源模块、角度调节模块、控制模块以及连接件;
    所述装置主体包括操作杆以及工具主体;
    所述工具主体通过连接件与所述操作杆连接;
    所述拧紧模块安装于所述工具主体上;
    所述角度调节模块安装于所述工具主体上,且与所述连接件连接,用于驱动所述工具主体转动;
    所述电源模块安装于装置主体上,且分别与所述拧紧模块、所述角度调节模块以及所述控制模块电连接;
    所述控制模块分别与所述角度调节模块以及所述拧紧模块电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动拧紧装置,其中,所述控制模块包括主控器以及子控器;
    所述主控器安装于所述工具主体上,且与所述拧紧模块、所述角度调节模块以及所述电源模块电连接;
    所述子控器与所述主控器电连接,且所述子控器上设有操作面板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动拧紧装置,其中,所述工具主体包括第一固定座以及第二固定座;
    所述拧紧模块垂直安装于所述第一固定座的第一侧壁上;
    所述第二固定座垂直安装于所述第二固定座的第一侧壁上,且用于支撑所述拧紧模块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动拧紧装置,其中,所述第一固定座包括第一座壳以及第一密封板;
    所述拧紧模块以及所述第二固定座分别垂直安装于所述第一座壳的第一侧壁上;
    所述第一座壳上与第一侧壁对立的第二侧壁开设有第一安装口;
    所述第一密封板可拆卸安装于所述第一安装口上;
    所述主控器安装于所述第一座壳内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电动拧紧装置,其中,所述拧紧模块包括固定壳、第一旋转电机以及卡盘;
    所述固定壳垂直安装于所述第一固定座的第一侧壁上,且与所述第二固定座顶部接触相抵;
    所述第一旋转电机安装于所述固定壳内,所述第一旋转电机的固定端与所述第一固定座的第一侧壁垂直连接,输出端与所述卡盘连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电动拧紧装置,其中,所述固定壳上开设有多个第一镂空孔。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电动拧紧装置,还包括电源支架;
    所述电源支架安装于所述固定壳上,且设有用于容置电源模块的安装工位。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的电动拧紧装置,其中,第二固定座包括第二座壳以及第二密封板;
    所述第二密封板与所述第一固定座的第一侧壁垂直连接;
    所述第二座壳安装于所述第一密封板上;
    所述角度调节模块安装于所述第二座壳内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电动拧紧装置,其中,所述角度调节模块包括第二旋转电机以及减速器;
    所述第二旋转电机安装于所述第一密封板上;
    所述减速器安装于所述第一密封板上,且所述减速器的输入轴与所述第二旋转电机的输出轴同步转动连接,所述减速器的输出轴伸出所述第二座壳,且与所述连接件的同步转动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电动拧紧装置,其中,所述连接件包括第一连接头以及第二连接头;
    所述第一连接头呈Y形,所述第一连接头的第一端上设有用于避让所述第一座壳的避让槽,所述第一连接头于所述避让槽的侧壁上开设有与所述减速器的输出轴同步转动连接的轴孔;
    所述第二连接头与所述第一连接头的第二端连接。
