一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件及该喷洗组件装配方法 技术领域
本发明涉卫生洁具领域,尤其与一种用于智能坐便器的喷洗组件及喷洗组件的装配方法有关。
背景技术
现今,随着智能普及,智能马桶盖也广泛的运用于各家庭及公共场所等地方;
现有的智能马桶盖上虽功能逐步健全,但细节部分仍存在不足,例如:现有的智能马桶盖整体体积大,尤其是厚度大,整体美观度不足且使用不方便,而且对空间占用大,具体原因在于:智能马桶盖的整体高度取决于喷杆的高度;喷管从智能马桶盖内部伸出或回缩需要电机来驱动,电机上的齿轮与喷杆上的齿条啮合,以带动喷杆相对壳体滑动,上述结构即导致电机必须设置靠近出水口处,这样才能带动喷杆位移;因此喷管整体高度与电机的大小共同组成的高度即为智能马桶盖的最基础的高度,故现有的智能马桶盖厚度非常厚且美观性差;此外,由于智能马桶盖的电机靠近喷杆喷射口,容易受潮而损坏,进而严重影响其使用寿命;
综上,现今的智能马桶盖的喷洗组件仍具有一定改进空间。

本申请实施例提供了一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,其包括:基座、喷杆及第一电机;所述基座上设有滑道;所述喷杆具有与第一电机配合的齿条,所述第一电机驱使喷杆沿基座滑动;第一电机,其装设在远离所述喷杆喷射口的一端,且通过传动结构带动喷杆位移;传动结构,其包括主动齿轮、双齿传动轮及传动带;所述主动齿轮与第一电机的输出轴止转配合;所述双齿传动轮分别与传动带、喷杆上的齿条啮合;所述传动带绕设于主动齿轮及双齿传动轮;其中,所述第一电机驱动所述主动齿轮转动,且经传动带联动双齿传动轮传动,以带动所述喷杆沿基座的滑道移动。
进一步地,还包括一分水单元,该分水单元包括进水进气件、切换体及自洁接头;所述喷杆设有若干水路,各所述水路的进水口与切换体的出水口切换导通;所述进水进气件与切换体通过第一软管连通;所述自洁接头与喷杆的其中一水路通过第二软管连通;其中,第一软管的弯弧段位于第二软管的弯弧段的外侧。

本申请实施例还提供了一种喷洗组件装配方法,所述喷洗组件包括基座、电机、传动带、喷杆及进水进气件;所述基座具有容纳腔供所述传动带置入;所述电机装设于基座并通过传动带带动喷杆相对基座滑动;位于容纳腔两侧壁设有装配槽与装配孔,其中装配槽包括一开口及第一、第二端;所述开口开设于基座的侧壁边缘,且与第一、第二端构成三角状的装配槽;所述进水进气件包括出水部、进水部、进气部、顶持部、连接部及限位凸起;所述进水部、进气部位于出水部一侧,所述连接部及限位凸起通过顶持部相接于出水部另一侧,且所述进水部、进气部、顶持部及限位凸起分别相互平行且皆垂直于出水部的轴向;所述连接部与出水部轴线平行;所述装配方法包括:所述进水进气件的进水部、进气部依序从开口进入装配槽,直至进水部位移至所述第一端、进气部亦位于所述开口与第二端之间,且使所述出水部、顶持部、连接部及限位凸起位于所述容纳腔内;以所述进水部的轴线为轴转动所述进 水进气件,使所述进气部进入装配槽的第二端、且所述连接部弹性形变并联动限位凸起落入装配孔,此时,所述顶持部顶抵于传动带外壁使传动带张紧。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,相对于现有技术,本发明具有的如下有益效果:
1、本技术方案所提供的一种用于智能坐便器的喷洗组件及喷洗组件的装配方法,其结构简单、制作简便且易实现,将第一电机后置于基座后部,并通过传动结构实现对喷杆的驱动使喷杆相对基座滑动,此设计不仅对第一电机起到很好的保护作用,而且马桶盖在厚度设计时仅需满足喷杆高度即可,整体厚度可大幅度减小,实现空间占用小且精美的智能马桶盖;
2、本发明所述还增设分水单元,使得喷杆具备多种冲洗功能;分水单元的切换体与进水进气件利用第一软管连通,且第一软管的弯弧段位于第二软管的弯弧段的外侧(即两个管上下排布),使得基座的体积可以减小(即基座的宽度减小),这样使得整个喷洗组件的体积减小,进一步实现减小智能坐便器厚度的效果;
3、本发明所述基座的容纳腔宽度大于或等于管径最大一条软管的外径,小于两条软管的外径之和,且第一软管的长度大于第二软管的长度;具体为:所述喷杆移动过程中,第一、第二软管随着喷杆伸展或弯曲,通过上述结构能够保证两条软管在随喷杆做滑移运动时,两软管于弯折或伸展方向与喷杆方向一致,第一、第二软管弯曲或伸展都保持相对位置,因此,有效保证第一、第二软管互不缠绕,不会产生软管相互交错现象,保证移动顺畅,防止出现软管交错而影响喷洗组件的正常运作;
4、本发明采用第二电机驱动分水单元中的切换体,通过切换体与喷杆上任一水路对应以导通该出水路;所述第二电机的导电线与第一、第二软管并列且不交错的布设,且位于第一软管弯弧段的外侧,此设置使得导电线在第二电机随喷杆滑动时,导电线也能够与第一、第二软管保持平行且保持相对位置,防止第一、第二软管与导电线发生交错、缠绕现象;
5、本发明还设置一线束结构,通过线束结构调节线扣至第二电机之间导电线长度,防止出现导电线过长或过短时与第一、第二软管发生缠绕现象;
6、本发明的进水进气件设置于基座底部的之间位置,且位于第一电机与喷杆的喷射口之间;这样使得第一、第二软管的长度最短,若进水进气件靠近喷杆的喷射口,则导致第一、第二软管过长;若靠近第一电机,则导致第一、第二软管随喷杆运动时拱起,对空间占用大;
7、本发明的进水进气件装设在基座上,且位于传动带附近,并通过装接结构实现进水进气件安装固定的情况下,还能顶持传动带以张紧传动带,此设计不仅结构紧凑、布局巧妙以外,还实现一物双功能,保证第一电机与喷杆之间的有效传动,实现智能精准控制;
8、本发明在基座的容纳腔的腔壁上设置装配槽与装配孔,且该装配槽呈三角状结构,将进水进气件的进水部、进气部依序从三角装配槽的入口装入,并转动进水进气件,使得进水进气件的限位凸起与装配孔配合;限位凸起被装配孔限位固定,进水部与进气部分别进入三角装配槽的两限位端(第一、第二端),使得整个进水进气件稳固装设于基座,与此同时,在 转动进水进气件过程中,顶持部也随之顶抵传动带外部,以起到张紧传动带的作用;
9、本发明所述的喷洗组件安装方法简介、无需任何工具,徒手即能实现安装,此外整体安装成本低、效率高,且便于维护及更换;稳定性佳,尤其是安装后能够稳定的顶抵传送带以实现张紧功能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
参见图1至图5,本发明所述一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,该喷洗组件被构建于智能马桶盖上,通过驱动装置带动喷杆1从智能马桶盖主体内伸出至坐便器盆体,并通过喷射清洁水对臀部进行清洗;现有的智能马桶盖厚度太厚,重量过重且对空间占用大,从整体上看给予一种厚重的视觉效果,当然更无精美可言;而厚度太厚的其中一重要原因在于,喷杆1伸出智能马桶盖的位置设置驱动电机,驱动电机的体积加上喷杆1的体积便是智能马桶盖首先要保证的基础厚度,在此厚度基础上,盖体相对安装喷杆1的座体翻转时需要更大的空 间才能实现,因此整个盖体又得增加高度(最基本也得于座体高度平齐),这是现有智能马桶盖整体厚重的主要原因之一;而本发明所提供的喷组件,有效解决上述缺陷;
所述喷洗组件主要包括以下部件:喷杆1、基座2、第一电机3、第二电机4、主动齿轮51、双齿传动轮52、传动带53、进水进气件6、切换体71、自洁接头72、线束结构73、杀菌单元8及弹簧9;
所述基座2上设有滑道2A、成型于基座2端部的导向部20及容纳腔21;所述容纳腔21由基座2两侧壁构建而成,且两侧壁对应设置有供进水进气件6装设的装配槽22及装配孔23;
第一电机3,其装设在基座2上且远离喷杆1喷射口的一端,并通过传动结构5带动喷杆1沿基座2滑动且于导向部20往复穿设;
传动结构5,如图5所示,包括主动齿轮51、双齿传动轮52及传动带53;所述主动齿轮51与第一电机3的输出轴止转配合;所述双齿传动轮52分别传动带53及喷杆1上的齿槽配合;需说明的是,喷杆1沿其轴向布设有齿条,该齿条与双齿传动轮52啮合;本发明所述双齿传动轮52包括一级齿盘521及二级齿盘522,一级、二级齿盘521、522同轴设置,且通过转轴装设于容纳腔21内,其中一级齿盘521与喷杆1齿条配合,二级齿盘522则通过传动带53与主动齿轮51配合以实现动力传送;
其中,所述第一电机3驱动所述主动齿轮51转动,且经传动带53联动双齿传动轮52传动,以带动所述喷杆1沿基座2的滑道2A移动;本发明将第一电机3后置到基座2后侧(即远离喷杆1出水口的位置),故,马桶盖在整体厚度考虑上只需满足到喷杆1的高度即可,轻松实现轻薄智能马桶盖;
在减小厚度的基础上,还需保证整体功能实现,本发明还设置有分水单元,其包括进水进气件6、切换体71及自洁接头72;
所述喷杆1设有若干水路10(若干水路10包括臀洗、妇洗、自洁、强洗等功能水路),各所述水路10的进水口与切换体71的出水口切换导通;需说明的是,所述切换体71通过设置在喷杆1上的第二电机4实现该切换体71相对喷杆1运动,该第二电机4与切换体71同样采用齿轮齿条结构实现传动;
所述进水进气件6与切换体71通过第一软管A连通;需说明的是,所述进水进气件6设置在第一电机3与导向部20之间,这样第一软管A所需的长度最小,经过合理布局第一软管A长度,以达到减小喷杆1组件整体体积的效果;
所述进水进气件6包括进水部61、进气部62、出水部63、顶持部64、连接部65及限位凸起66;所述进水部61、进气部62位于出水部63一侧;限位凸起66、连接部65通过顶持部64相接于出水部63另一侧,且所述进水部61、进气部62、顶持部64及限位凸起66相互平行且皆垂直于出水部63的轴向;所述连接部65平行于出水部63的轴线;需说明的是,所 述第一软管A的一端连接出水部63,另一端则与切换体71导通;所述进水进气件6通过一装接结构装设于基座2,且使进水进气件6的顶持部64顶抵于所述传动带53以张紧所述传动带53;
所述自洁接头72装设导向部20下方,且与喷杆1的其中一水路10A通过第二软管B连通,即当需要清洗喷杆1外壁时,切换体71与喷杆1其中一水路10A导通,水流经第二软管B至自洁接头72,从自洁接头72喷向喷杆1外壁进行清洗;
其中,所述第一软管A的弯弧段位于第二软管B弯弧段的外侧(第二软管弯弧段的外侧指:第一软管的弯弧段相较第二软管弯弧段更远离于第二软管弯弧段轮廓大致界定的圆心;),这里的第一、第二软管A、B为胶管,可以实现弯曲;本发明将第一软管A设置在第二软管B上方,进一步减小喷杆1组件的体积;
为防止第一、第二软管A、B在于随喷杆1位移时两软管缠绕在一起,本发明将所述容纳腔21的宽度设置为大于一条软管的外径并小于两条软管外径之和,且所述第一软管A的长度大于第二软管B的长度,此布局紧凑、巧妙,而且不会干涉喷杆1的运动,同时两软管也不会因挤压而导致水流不顺畅等;此外还在第二软管B的外壁还套设一弹簧9,用于防止第二软管B过度弯折,第二软管B在弯折过程中位于第一软管A内径范围,容易产生过度弯折,通过弹簧9设置,不仅保证第二软管B不会产生过度弯折现象,而且即便是在第一、第二软管A、B发生碰撞,能够减小第一、第二软管A、B的摩擦与干涉;
此外,如图1-3、6、7所示,本发明第二电机4的导电线40与第一、第二软管A、B平行布设,且位于第一软管A的外侧;此设置使得导电线40在第二电机4随喷杆1滑动时,导电线40也能够与第一、第二软管A、B保持平行且保持相对位置,防止第一、第二软管A、B与导电线40发生交错、缠绕现象;更具体地,还通过设置线束结构73来实现防缠绕;所述线束结构73包括线扣731及容纳槽732,所述容纳槽732成型于所述基座2底部;所述线扣731滑动套设于导电线40,并装设在所述容纳槽732上,以调节所述导电线40从线扣731至第二电机4之间的距离;
所述的进水进气件6通过一装接结构装设于基座2底部,且位于第一电机3与喷杆1喷射口之间,且使进水进气件6的顶持部64顶抵于所述传动带53以张紧所述传动带53;具体地,所述装接结构包括开设在基座2容纳腔21的两侧壁上的装配槽22与装配孔23;
所述装配槽22与装配孔23分别设于容纳腔21两侧壁;所述装配孔23供限位凸起66装设;其中,装配槽22供进水部61及进气部62装设;该装配槽22包括一开口221及第一、第二端222、223;所述开口221设于基座2的侧壁边缘,且该开口221与第一、第二端222、223构成三角状的装配槽22;所述第一、第二端222、223分别供进水部61与进气部62装设;
所述喷杆1组件装配方法如下:(如图1-8所示)
一、将喷杆1对应基座2的滑槽装入,使得喷杆1沿滑槽滑动,且喷杆1的喷口相对导向部20位移;
二、将第一电机3固定于基座2侧壁,且使其输出轴与主动齿轮51止转配合;
三、通过销轴或转轴将双齿传动轮52固定于所述容纳腔21内,并使一级齿盘521啮合喷杆1,二级齿盘522通过传动带53与主动齿轮51配合;
四、将自洁接头72固定于导向部20下方并使出水口对准喷杆1,再将套设有弹簧9的第二软管B从容纳腔21装入,使第二软管B两端分别与喷杆1、自洁接头72连接;
五、将第二电机4固定于喷杆1,且通过齿轮传动组与切换体71配合,并能够带动切换体71相对喷杆1位移,再将第一软管A的一端与切换体71连接,另一端与进水进气件6的出水部63相接;
六、将所述进水进气件6的进水部61、进气部62从基座2侧壁边缘的开口221依序装入,此时的进水部61先进入,进气部62后进入到装配槽22(如图9所示),直至进水部61位移至所述第一端222、进气部62亦位于所述开口221与第二端223之间,且使所述出水部63、顶持部64、连接部65及限位凸起66位于所述容纳腔21内;需说明的是,此时的顶持部64还未顶抵传动带53,而且限位凸起66也还未进入到装配孔23中(如图10所示);
七、以位于第一端222处的所述进水部61的轴线为轴(如图11所示),转动所述进水进气件6,使所述进气部62进入装配槽22的第二端223且所述连接部65弹性形变联动限位凸起66落入装配孔23,与此同时,所述顶持部64因转动一定角度后顶抵于传动带53外壁使传动带53张紧;而且使得第一软管A位于容纳腔21内且在第二软管B的上方;
八、将第二电机4的导电线40通过线扣731调节好长度(此长度指的是从第二电机4至线扣731的长度),调整好长度,并将其设置在第一软管A的上方后,将线扣731插入钩挂部,最终导电线40、第一软管A、第二软管B从上至下依序排列,且在运动过程中都能保持相对位置,不会产生缠绕;
九、将所述紫外线杀菌灯8装设导向部20上,以完成整个喷杆1组件的装配;
实际使用时,第一电机3接收信号开启,通过主动齿轮51、传动带53及双齿传动轮52的传动,以带动喷杆1相对基座2滑移;在此运动过程中,喷杆1的运动带动第一、第二软管A、B及导电线40发生形变;水流及气体通过进水进气件6进入,并通过第一软管A传输至切换体71,切换体71受控于第二电机4位移,以对应到相应的水路10,水流及气体进而从导通的水流喷出,最终实现臀洗、妇洗、自洁、强洗等功能。

  1. 一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,其包括:基座、喷杆及第一电机;所述基座上设有滑道;所述喷杆具有与第一电机配合的齿条,所述第一电机驱使喷杆沿基座滑动;其特征在于:
    第一电机,其装设在远离所述喷杆喷射口的一端,且通过传动结构带动喷杆位移;
    传动结构,其包括主动齿轮、双齿传动轮及传动带;所述主动齿轮与第一电机的输出轴止转配合;所述双齿传动轮分别与传动带、喷杆上的齿条啮合;所述传动带绕设于主动齿轮及双齿传动轮;
    其中,所述第一电机驱动所述主动齿轮转动,且经传动带联动双齿传动轮传动,以带动所述喷杆沿基座的滑道移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,其特征是:还包括一分水单元,该分水单元包括进水进气件、切换体及自洁接头;所述喷杆设有若干水路,各所述水路的进水口与切换体的出水口切换导通;所述进水进气件与切换体通过第一软管连通;所述自洁接头与喷杆的其中一水路通过第二软管连通;其中,第一软管的弯弧段位于第二软管的弯弧段的外侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,其特征是:所述基座开设有供所述第一、第二软管部分置入的容纳腔;所述容纳腔的宽度大于或等于管径最大的一条软管的外径并小于两条软管外径之和。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,其特征是:所述第一软管的长度大于第二软管的长度。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,其特征是:还包括第二电机,其设置于所述喷杆上,且用于驱动切换体相对所述喷杆位移;所述第二电机的导电线与所述第一、第二软管并列不交错布设,且位于所述第一软管弯弧段的外侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,其特征是:还包括一线束结构,其用于限制所述导电线长度;所述线束结构包括线扣及容纳槽,所述容纳槽成型于所述基座底部;所述线扣滑动套设于导电线,并装设在所述容纳槽上,以调节所述导电线从线扣至第二电机之间的长度。
  7. 如权利要求2-6任一项所述的一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,其特征是:所述进水进气件设置于基座底部的中间位置,且位于第一电机与喷杆的喷射口之间。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,其特征是:所述进水进气件包括出水部、进水部、进气部、顶持部、连接部及限位凸起;所述进水部、进气部位于出水部一侧,所述连接部及成型于连接部的限位凸起通过顶持部相接于出水部另一侧,且所述进水部、进气部、顶持部及限位凸起相互平行且皆垂直于出水部的轴向;所述连接部平行于所述出水部的轴线;其中,该进水进气件通过一装接结构装设于基座,且使所述顶持部顶抵于所述传动带以张紧所述传动带。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种用于智能马桶盖的喷洗组件,其特征是:所述装接结构包括装配槽与装配孔,所述装配槽与装配孔分别设于容纳腔两侧壁;所述装配孔供限位凸起装设;其中,装配槽供进水部及进气部装设,其包括一开口及第一、第二端;所述开口设于基座侧壁的底部,且该开口与第一、第二端构成三角状的装配槽;所述第一端供进气部或进水部装设,第二端端分别供进水部或进气部装设。
  10. 一种喷洗组件装配方法,其特征在于,所述喷洗组件包括基座、电机、传动带、喷杆及进水进气件;所述基座具有容纳腔供所述传动带置入;所述电机装设于基座并通过传动带带动喷杆相对基座滑动;位于容纳腔两侧壁设有装配槽与装配孔,其中装配槽包括一开口及第一、第二端;所述开口开设于基座的侧壁边缘,且与第一、第二端构成三角状的装配槽;所述进水进气件包括出水部、进水部、进气部、顶持部、连接部及限位凸起;所述进水部、进气部位于出水部一侧,所述连接部及限位凸起通过顶持部相接于出水部另一侧,且所述进水部、进气部、顶持部及限位凸起分别相互平行且皆垂直于出水部的轴向;所述连接部与出水部轴线平行;
    所述装配方法包括:
    所述进水进气件的进水部、进气部依序从开口进入装配槽,直至进水部位移至所述第一端、进气部亦位于所述开口与第二端之间,且使所述出水部、顶持部、连接部及限位凸起位于所述容纳腔内;
    以所述进水部的轴线为轴转动所述进水进气件,使所述进气部进入装配槽的第二端、且所述连接部弹性形变并联动限位凸起落入装配孔,此时,所述顶持部顶抵于传动带外壁使传动带张紧。
