Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of sanitary ware, and is particularly related to a spray washing assembly used in a smart toilet and an assembly method of the spray washing assembly.
- the existing smart toilet lid has a large overall volume, especially a large thickness, lacks overall aesthetics and is inconvenient to use, and takes up a lot of space.
- the specific reason is: the overall height of the smart toilet lid depends on the height of the spray rod; the nozzle extending or retracting from the smart toilet lid needs to be driven by a motor, and the gear on the motor meshes with the rack on the spray rod to drive The spray rod slides relative to the housing.
- the above structure causes the motor to be set close to the water outlet to drive the displacement of the spray rod; therefore, the height composed of the overall height of the nozzle and the size of the motor is the most basic height of the smart toilet lid. Therefore, the existing smart toilet cover is very thick and has poor aesthetics; in addition, because the motor of the smart toilet cover is close to the spray nozzle, it is easy to be damaged by damp, which seriously affects its service life;
- the embodiment of the present application provides a spray washing assembly for a smart toilet cover, which includes: a base, a spray bar, and a first motor; the base is provided with a slide; the spray bar is connected to the first motor With a matched rack, the first motor drives the spray rod to slide along the base; the first motor is installed at an end far away from the spray nozzle of the spray rod and drives the displacement of the spray rod through a transmission structure; the transmission structure includes The driving gear, the double-tooth transmission wheel and the transmission belt; the driving gear and the output shaft of the first motor are in anti-rotation cooperation; the double-tooth transmission wheel meshes with the transmission belt and the rack on the spray rod respectively; A gear and a double-tooth transmission wheel; wherein the first motor drives the driving gear to rotate, and is driven by a double-tooth transmission wheel linked with a transmission belt to drive the spray rod to move along the slide of the base.

- the base is provided with a accommodating cavity for the first and second hose parts to be placed; the width of the accommodating cavity is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of one hose with the largest diameter and less than two flexible hoses. The sum of the outside diameter of the tube.
- the length of the first hose is greater than the length of the second hose.
- the conductive wire of the second motor is parallel to the first and second hoses They are not arranged in a staggered manner, and are located on the outer side of the curved arc section of the first hose.
- the wire harness structure for limiting the length of the conductive wire;
- the wire harness structure includes a wire buckle and a receiving groove, the receiving groove is formed at the bottom of the base; the wire buckle is slidingly sleeved on The conductive wire is installed on the receiving groove to adjust the length of the conductive wire from the wire buckle to the second motor.
- the water inlet air intake member is arranged at the middle position of the bottom of the base, and is located between the first motor and the injection port of the spray rod.
- the water inlet and air inlet include a water outlet, a water inlet, an air inlet, a holding part, a connecting part, and a limiting protrusion; the water inlet and the air inlet are located on one side of the water outlet, so The connecting portion and the limiting protrusion formed on the connecting portion are connected to the other side of the water outlet through the holding portion, and the water inlet, the air intake portion, the holding portion and the limiting protrusion are parallel and vertical to each other In the axial direction of the water outlet; the connecting portion is parallel to the axis of the water outlet; wherein, the water inlet and air inlet are installed on the base through an attachment structure, and the supporting portion is pressed against the The transmission belt is used to tension the transmission belt.

- the air inlet portion, the holding portion and the limiting protrusion are respectively parallel to each other and all perpendicular to the axial direction of the water outlet;
- the connecting portion is parallel to the axis of the water outlet;
- the assembly method includes: the inlet of the water inlet The
- the spray washing component and the method for assembling the spray washing component of the smart toilet provided by the technical solution are simple in structure, simple to manufacture and easy to realize.
- the first motor is placed at the back of the base, and
- the transmission structure is used to drive the spray rod to slide the spray rod relative to the base. This design not only protects the first motor, but also the thickness of the toilet cover only needs to meet the height of the spray rod. The overall thickness It can be greatly reduced to achieve a small and extraordinar smart toilet cover;
- a water diversion unit is added to make the spray rod have multiple flushing functions; the switching body of the water diversion unit and the water inlet air inlet are connected by the first hose, and the curved section of the first hose is located The outer side of the curved section of the second hose (that is, the two pipes are arranged up and down), so that the volume of the base can be reduced (that is, the width of the base is reduced), so that the volume of the entire spray washing assembly is reduced, and further Realize the effect of reducing the thickness of the smart toilet;
- the width of the accommodating cavity of the base of the present invention is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the largest pipe diameter, and smaller than the sum of the outer diameters of the two hoses, and the length of the first hose is greater than the length of the second hose Specifically: during the movement of the spray rod, the first and second hoses stretch or bend with the spray rod. Through the above structure, it can be ensured that the two hoses are in sliding motion with the spray rod.
- the direction of bending or extension is the same as the direction of the spray rod.
- the first and second hoses are bent or stretched to maintain relative positions. Therefore, it can effectively ensure that the first and second hoses are not entangled with each other and the hoses will not cross each other. Ensure smooth movement and prevent staggered hoses from affecting the normal operation of spray washing components;
- the present invention uses a second motor to drive the switch body in the water diversion unit, and the switch body corresponds to any water channel on the spray rod to conduct the water outlet;
- the conductive wire of the second motor is connected to the first and second hoses. Arranged side by side and not staggered, and located on the outside of the curved section of the first hose. This arrangement enables the conductive wire to be parallel to the first and second hoses when the second motor slides with the boom. The relative position prevents the first and second hoses from being staggered or entangled with the conductive wires;
- the present invention also provides a wire harness structure to adjust the length of the conductive wire between the wire buckle and the second motor through the wire harness structure to prevent the conductive wire from being entangled with the first and second hoses when the conductive wire is too long or too short;
- the water inlet of the present invention is arranged between the bottom of the base and between the first motor and the spray nozzle of the spray rod; this makes the length of the first and second hoses the shortest. If the air intake is close to the spray nozzle of the spray rod, the first and second hoses will be too long; if it is close to the first motor, the first and second hoses will be arched when the spray rod moves, which takes up a lot of space;
- the water inlet air fitting of the present invention When the water inlet air fitting of the present invention is installed on the base and located near the transmission belt, and the water inlet air fitting is installed and fixed through the attachment structure, it can also hold the transmission belt to tension the transmission belt.
- the design is not only compact in structure and ingenious layout, but also realizes one thing and two functions, ensuring effective transmission between the first motor and the boom, and realizing intelligent and precise control;
- an assembly groove and an assembly hole are arranged on the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity of the base, and the assembly groove has a triangular structure.
- the inlet of the water inlet is installed, and the water inlet is rotated so that the limiting protrusion of the water inlet and air inlet is matched with the assembly hole; the limiting protrusion is limited and fixed by the assembly hole, and the water inlet and the air inlet enter the triangle respectively
- the two limit ends (first and second ends) of the assembling groove make the entire water inlet and air inlet piece be firmly installed on the base.
- the holding part will follow Push against the outside of the transmission belt to play the role of tensioning the transmission belt;
