电子烟通常是将烟液经过雾化器雾化供使用者使用,烟液在制作时,去除了焦油等危害身体的物质,消除了对于人体的危害。
现有的电子烟芯片中的贴片式电容,通常为在电容中接出两个引脚,在组合电子烟时,需要将两个引脚对准后焊接在PCB板上,组合工序繁琐,加大了安装人员的工作强度,降低了电子烟的生产效率,并且现有的电子烟芯片里的贴片式电容通常与电容检测电路集成为一体,当需要降低电容的外壳高度时,降低铜环高度会导致电容检测电路与外壳内的膜片出现接触的风险,影响了电子烟的性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种基于贴片式电容的电子烟芯片及电子烟。

在进一步的实施例中,极板15与膜片14之间设有绝缘垫片16;由于正极接触件121、铜环13以及膜片14构成电容1的正极、极板15、外壳11、第一负极接触件122与第二负极接触件123构成电容1的负极,当正极与负极接触时,电容1会出现短路,绝缘垫片16将极板15与膜片14隔开,防止正极与负极接触造成电容发生短路。
在进一步的实施例中,极板15上设有若干个用于供气流通过的气孔151,第二PCB板12上相应设置有泄压孔124;用户对电子烟有吸烟动作时,气流从气孔151通过,膜片14受到气流的变化,与极板15之间的间距变小,贴片式电容的电容值增大,电容检测电路3检测到电容值发生变化,对电子烟芯片内的发热丝驱动电路输出打开信号,电子烟的发热丝发热,产生烟雾,达到吸烟的效果,泄压孔124用于当电容1内出现气流变化时,排出部分空腔18内的气体,以平衡电容1内的气压。
在进一步的实施例中,铜环13位于外壳11内;铜环13与外壳11的内侧壁之间设有绝缘环17;铜环13与外壳11同轴设置,由于正极接触件121、铜环13以及膜片14构成电容的正极,而第一负极接触件122、第二负极接触件123、外壳11以及极板15构成电容的负极,电容1的正极与负极接触时会发生短路,当铜环13的直径远小于外壳11直径时,由于在使用过程中,外壳11与铜环13不会出现接触而造成短路,可以不在铜环11与外壳13的内侧壁 之间设置绝缘环17;当铜环13与外壳11的直径较为接近时,需要在铜环13与外壳11的内侧壁之间设置绝缘环17,防止电容1的正极与负极接触而造成短路,保证电子烟能够正常使用。
在另一实施例中,结合图1可得,本发明还提供一种基于贴片式电容的电子烟,包括电池4及发热丝5,还包括如前述中任一项的电子烟芯片;第一PCB板2上设有相应的铜片触点,电热丝5及电池4分别连接在相应的铜片触点上,以实现与第一PCB板2电连接,当电子烟有吸烟动作时,气流从气孔151通过,膜片14受到气流的变化,与极板15之间的间距变小,贴片式电容的电容值增大,电容检测电路3检测到电容值发生变化,对电子烟芯片内的发热丝驱动电路输出打开信号,发热丝5收到信号后开始发热,对内置在电子烟中的烟液进行加热,烟液产生烟雾,达到吸烟的效果,电池4为电子烟芯片以及发热丝5供电,将电容检测电路3与电容1分离,电容1内不设置检测芯片,当需要降低电容1的外壳11高度时,检测芯片不会与电容1内部的膜片14发生接触,保证电子烟的性能不受影响;电容1直接贴合在第一PCB板2上,无需对电容1进行焊接,简化电子烟的组合工序,降低安装人员的工作强度,提高电子烟的生产效率。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种基于贴片式电容的电子烟芯片,其特征在于,包括电容、第一PCB板及电容检测电路;所述电容检测电路安装在所述第一PCB板上;所述电容贴合在所述第一PCB板上与所述电容检测电路相反的一面;所述电容包括外壳以及设置在所述外壳中的导电组件;所述导电组件上设有用于进行贴片组装的正极接触件及第一负极接触件;所述正极接触件及第一负极接触件均与所述电容检测电路电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟芯片,其特征在于,所述导电组件包括第二PCB板、铜环及膜片;所述正极接触件及所述第一负极接触件均设置在所述第二PCB板上;所述铜环一端与所述正极接触件电连接,另一端与所述膜片电连接;所述膜片与所述第二PCB板之间形成空腔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟芯片,其特征在于,所述导电组件还包括极板;所述极板设置于所述外壳内底部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟芯片,其特征在于,所述第二PCB板上设有与所述第一负极接触件电连接的第二负极接触件,所述极板通过所述外壳与所述第二负极接触件电连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟芯片,其特征在于,所述外壳包括顶盖与底座;所述第二PCB板、所述正极单元及所述负极单元均设置在所述底座中;所述顶盖安装在所述底座上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟芯片,其特征在于,所述极板、所述膜片、所述铜环、所述第二PCB板依次排布设置在所述底座内;所述顶盖压紧装配于所述底座上靠近所述PCB板的一端;所述顶盖与所述底座构成一个导电体 将所述第二负极接触件与所述极板电连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟芯片,其特征在于,所述极板与所述膜片之间设有绝缘垫片。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟芯片,其特征在于,所述极板上设有若干个用于供气流通过的气孔,所述第二PCB板上相应设置有泄压孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟芯片,其特征在于,所述铜环位于所述外壳内;所述铜环与所述外壳的内侧壁之间设有绝缘环。
- 一种基于贴片式电容的电子烟,包括电池及发热丝,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的电子烟芯片。
