参照图1-4,一种纺织机的纺织线定位装置,包括固定架13,固定架13内分别开设有第一空间18和第二空间20,固定架13上设置有缓冲机构,缓冲机构包括两个第三伸缩杆12和两个第二伸缩杆10,两个第三伸缩杆12对称固定安装在固定架13的上端面,两个第二伸缩杆10对称固定安装在第一空间18的上端面,每个第三伸缩杆12的上端面均固定安装有第三支撑板11,每个第三支撑板11的上端均转动连接有第三传动辊16,每个第三伸缩杆12上均套设有第三弹簧15,每个第三弹簧15的上端均固定安装在第三支撑板11的底端面,每个第三弹簧15的下端均固定安装在固定架13的上端面,两个第二伸缩杆10对称固定安装在第一空间18的上端面,每个第二伸缩杆10的下端均固定安装有第二支撑板7,第一空间18上端面设置有清洁机构,固定架13内开设有滑腔30,滑腔30内设置有调节机构,支撑钢管32,支撑钢管32的上端贯穿第一空间18的底端面并固定安装有第一支撑板2,第一支撑板2的上端面转动连接有第一传动辊4,支撑钢管32的下端面固定安装有螺纹块33,螺纹块33滑动连接在滑腔30内,螺纹块33的中心处竖直设置有丝杆31,丝杆31螺纹连接在螺纹块33内,丝杆31的上端贯穿支撑钢管32的底端面并滑动连接在支撑钢管32内,支撑钢管32内开设有与丝杆31相匹配的滑腔,丝杆31滑动连接在滑腔内,丝杆31的下端贯滑腔30的底端面并延伸至第二空间20内,丝杆31的下端转动连接在滑腔30的底侧壁内,第二空间20的底端面内设置固定安装有伺服电机19,伺服电机19上端通过输出轴与丝杆31的下端固定连接,螺纹块33的下端对称固定连接有两个压杆34,每个压杆34的下端面均转动连接有第四伸缩杆35,第四伸缩杆35的中心设置有竖板1,竖板1的下端固定安装在第二空间20的底端面上,竖板1与第四伸缩杆35之间转动连接,第四伸缩杆35的另一端转动连接有压杆34,第一空间18的底端面对称设置有两个湿润机构,每个湿润机构均包括储水箱26,水管内设置有单向阀27,储水箱26固定安装在第一空间18的底端面,储水箱26内横向设置有密封板23,密封板23固定安装在储水箱26内,密封板23上等间距的设置有多个通孔,储水箱26内上端面等间距的固定安装有多个复位弹簧22,每个复位弹簧22的下端均固定连接有密封球28,每个密封球28均抵在通孔上,每个密封球28的直径均大于通孔的直径,储水箱26的上端面固定安装有雾化喷头29,雾化喷头29通过两个出水孔21与储水箱26内相连通,储水箱26的侧壁通过水管与水箱相连通,储水箱26内设置有密封滑塞24,密封滑塞24密封滑动连接在储水箱26内,密封滑塞24下端的中心处固定安装有活塞杆25,活塞杆25的下端贯穿储水箱26和第二空间20的上端面并转动连接在第四伸缩杆35背离压杆34的一端,第一空间18的内壁上对称固定安装有两个吸尘机17。
本发明中,首先,线条通过第三传动辊16和第二传动辊3传动,第三弹簧15和第二弹簧14对线条具有一定的缓冲作用,可以自动对线条进行缓冲,减小了线条断裂的几率,其次,当线条过紧时,启动伺服电机19,伺服电机19通过上端的输出轴带动丝杆31转动,使得螺纹块33通过支撑钢管32带动第一传动辊4向下移动,对第一传动辊4上的线条进行放松,同时螺纹块33下滑的过程中会推动压杆34向下运动,挤压第四伸缩杆35的右端,利用杠杆原理,使得第四伸缩杆35的左端向上抬起活塞杆25,使得活塞杆25的上端推动密封滑塞24在储水箱26内向上运动,将储水箱26内的水溶液通过通孔排入储水箱26的上半部分,水溶液再通过出水孔21排入雾化喷头29内,雾化喷头29将溶液雾化后喷在线条上,增强线条的韧性,进一步的减小了线条断裂的几率;当线条过松时,伺服电机19通过输出轴带动丝杆31翻转,使得螺纹块33向上运动,进而通过支撑钢管32推动第一传动辊4向上运动,使得线条张紧,同时,螺纹块33会带动压杆34向上运动,使得第四伸缩杆35的右端向上运动,使得第四伸缩杆35的左端向下运动,带动活塞杆25向下运动,此时密封球28在复位弹簧22弹力的作用下将通孔堵住,储水箱26内的压强减小,水箱内的水溶液通过水管和单项阀27排入储水箱26内,以便于对线条的湿润,第一伸缩杆8通过压板6下端的清洁海绵5对线条进行清洁,保证了线条的干净。

  1. 一种纺织机的纺织线定位装置,包括固定架(13),其特征在于,所述固定架(13)内分别开设有第一空间(18)和第二空间(20),所述固定架(13)上设置有缓冲机构,所述第一空间(18)上端面设置有清洁机构,所述固定架(13)内开设有滑腔(30),所述滑腔(30)内设置有调节机构,所述支撑钢管(32),所述支撑钢管(32)的上端贯穿第一空间(18)的底端面并固定安装有第一支撑板(2),所述第一支撑板(2)的上端面转动连接有第一传动辊(4),所述支撑钢管(32)的下端面固定安装有螺纹块(33),所述螺纹块(33)滑动连接在滑腔(30)内,所述螺纹块(33)的中心处竖直设置有丝杆(31),所述丝杆(31)螺纹连接在螺纹块(33)内,所述丝杆(31)的上端贯穿支撑钢管(32)的底端面并滑动连接在支撑钢管(32)内,所述支撑钢管(32)内开设有与丝杆(31)相匹配的滑腔,所述丝杆(31)滑动连接在滑腔内,所述丝杆(31)的下端贯滑腔(30)的底端面并延伸至第二空间(20)内,所述丝杆(31)的下端转动连接在滑腔(30)的底侧壁内,所述第二空间(20)的底端面内设置固定安装有伺服电机(19),所述伺服电机(19)上端通过输出轴与丝杆(31)的下端固定连接,所述螺纹块(33)的下端对称固定连接有两个压杆(34),每个所述压杆(34)的下端面均转动连接有第四伸缩杆(35),所述第四伸缩杆(35)的中心设置有竖板(1),所述竖板(1)的下端固定安装在第二空间(20)的底端面上,所述竖板(1)与第四伸缩杆(35)之间转动连接,所述第四伸缩杆(35)的另一端转动连接有压杆(34),所述第一空间(18)的底端面对称设置有两个湿润机构,所述第一空间(18)的内壁上对称固定安装有两个吸尘机(17)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织机的纺织线定位装置,其特征在于,每个所述湿润机构均包括储水箱(26),所述储水箱(26)固定安装在第一空间(18)的底端面,所述储水箱(26)内横向设置有密封板(23),所述密封板(23)固定安装在储水箱(26)内,所述密封板(23)上等间距的设置有多个通孔,所述储水箱(26)内上端面等间距的固定安装有多个复位弹簧(22),每个所述复位弹簧(22)的下端均固定连接有密封球(28),每个所述密封球(28)均抵在通孔上,每个所述密封球(28)的直径均大于通孔的直径,所述储水箱(26)的上端面固定安装有雾化喷头(29),所述雾化喷头(29)通过两个出水孔(21)与储水箱(26)内相连通,所述储水箱(26)的侧壁通过水管与水箱相连通,所述水管内设置有单向阀(27)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织机的纺织线定位装置,其特征在于,所述储水箱(26)内设置有密封滑塞(24),所述密封滑塞(24)密封滑动连接在储水箱(26)内,所述密封滑塞(24)下端的中心处固定安装有活塞杆(25),所述活塞杆(25)的下端贯穿储水箱(26)和第二空间(20)的上端面并转动连接在第四伸缩杆(35)背离压杆(34)的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织机的纺织线定位装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲机构包括两个第三伸缩杆(12)和两个第二伸缩杆(10),两个所述第三伸缩杆(12)对称固定安装在固定架(13)的上端面,两个所述第二伸缩杆(10)对称固定安装在第一空间(18)的上端面,每个所述第三伸缩杆(12)的上端面均固定安装有第三支撑板(11),每个所述第三支撑板(11)的上端均转动连接有第三传动辊(16)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种纺织机的纺织线定位装置,其特征在于,每个所述第三伸缩杆(12)上均套设有第三弹簧(15),每个所述第三弹簧(15)的上端均固定安装在第三支撑板(11)的底端面,每个所述第三弹簧(15)的下端均固定安装在固定架(13)的上端面,两个所述第二伸缩杆(10)对称固定安装在第一空间(18)的上端面,每个所述第二伸缩杆(10)的下端均固定安装有第二支撑板(7)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种纺织机的纺织线定位装置,其特征在于,每个所述第二支撑板(7)的下端均转动连接有第二传动辊(3),每个所述第二伸缩杆(10)上均套设有第二弹簧(14),每个所述第二弹簧(14)一端固定安装在第一空间(18)的上端面,所述第二弹簧(14)的另一端固定安装在第二支撑板(7)的侧壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织机的纺织线定位装置,其特征在于,所述清洁机构包括第一伸缩杆(8),所述第一伸缩杆(8)的下端固定安装有压板(6),所述压板(6)的下端面固定安装有清洁海绵(5),所述清洁海绵(5)与第一传动辊(4)的上端面相抵,所述第一伸缩杆(8)上套设有第一弹簧(9),所述第一弹簧(9)的上端固定安装在第一空间(18)的上端面,所述第一弹簧(9)的下端固定安装在压板(6)的上端面。
