背景技术
随着互联网技术的高度发展,支付机构提供的线上支付服务已经成为金融领域的重要业务组成部分。同时,随着国际化交流的日益频繁,越来越多的境外用户有跨境线上支付的需求。
然而相关技术中,对于在一个国家或地区部署的线上支付而言,如果境外用户需要只用这些服务,需要事先办理该国家的银行的银行卡,将该银行卡与支付机构账户绑定,才能使用支付服务。
然而由于境外用户的特殊性,对于大多数国家法律法规而言,境外用户办理本国银行卡的流程较为复杂,许多境外用户甚至无法完成境外银行卡的办理,从而导致境外用户无法便捷地接受支付机构提供的支付服务。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种数据处理方法、装置、电子设备及计算机可读存储介质,能够提高境外用户接受支付机构提供的支付服务以及支付外服务的便捷度。
本申请实施例公开了一种数据处理方法,所述方法包括:
生成与用户账户相关联的唯一标识信息,并将所述唯一标识信息发送给所述用户账户,以使所述用户账户将所述唯一标识信息提供给金融机构;
获取由所述金融机构发送的所述唯一标识信息以及支付外服务请求;
基于所述唯一标识信息识别所述用户账户,并基于所述支付外服务请 求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务。
本申请实施例公开了一种数据处理装置,所述装置包括:
生成模块,配置为生成与用户账户相关联的唯一标识信息,并将所述唯一标识信息发送给所述用户账户,以使所述用户账户将所述唯一标识信息提供给金融机构;
获取模块,配置为获取所述唯一标识信息以及支付外服务请求;
服务提供模块,配置为识别所述用户账户,并基于所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务。
本申请实施例公开了一种数据处理电子设备,包括:存储器,存储有计算机可读指令;处理器,读取存储器存储的计算机可读指令,以执行以上权利要求中的任一个所述的数据处理方法。

本申请实施例中,支付机构是直接根据金融机构发送的相关信息,间接地接收用户账户的支付外服务请求,进而为用户账户提供支付外服务的。使得每一次提供支付外服务,支付机构都会得到金融机构针对此次支付外服务的实时保障。在此基础上,用户是否办理了银行的银行卡便无需暴露给支付机构。从而使得即使是没有办理银行卡的境外用户,也能便捷地享受到支付机构提供的支付外服务,进而可以便捷地享受境外支付机构提供的支付服务。

下面对本申请实施例涉及的部分概念进行简要解释。
金融机构指的是金融体系中,主要从事金融业的机构。例如:银行机构、证券机构、保险机构。
支付机构指的是依法获准办理互联网支付、移动电话支付、固定电话支付、数字电视支付等网络支付业务的非金融机构。例如:财付通、微信钱包。
用户账户指的是由支付机构生成的、向用户提供该支付机构的相关服务的账户。例如:财付通账户、微信钱包账户。
唯一标识信息指的是在特定时间段内独一无二的用于标识的信息。例如:在当前时间点所处的自然天内独一无二的用于标识的字符串、在当前时间点所处的自然周内独一无二的用于标识的二维码。
支付外服务指的是由支付机构提供的、除了支付服务外的其它服务。例如:由支付机构提供的用户账户激活服务、由支付机构提供的用户账户充值服务。
实名认证指的是登记并采取有效措施验证用户的真实身份信息,在与用户的业务关系存续期间采取持续的身份识别措施,确保有效核实用户身份及其真实意愿。
单位识别码(uin,Unit Identification Number),是一段唯一的、支付机构识别用户账户时所主要使用的标识信息。
开放标识(Openid),是一段唯一的、小程序识别用户账户时所主要使用的标识信息。
需要说明的是,上述有关部分概念的简要解释中所举的例子只是示例性的说明,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围造成限制。
下面参考图1对本申请实施例的基本体系构架进行描述。
图1示出了本申请实施例的基本体系构架组成:支付机构服务器10、 金融机构服务器20a、金融机构端20b、用户端30。其中,支付机构服务器10与金融机构服务器20a位于云端;金融机构端20b指的是金融机构服务器20a的前端(例如:银行工作人员用于处理银行业务的个人电脑),主要用于暴露给金融机构的工作人员;用户端30指的是用户所使用的终端(例如:用户的手机)。
该实施例中,针对特定用户,支付机构中的支付机构服务器10生成与该用户的用户账户相关联的唯一标识信息,通过该唯一标识信息支付机构服务器10能够识别、定位该用户的用户账户;用户接收到该唯一标识信息后,可以将该唯一标识信息提供给金融机构,进而通过该金融机构向支付机构请求支付外服务。例如,在如下应用场景中,用户将该唯一标识信息提供给金融机构工作人员,并向金融机构工作人员提出支付外服务请求,即金融机构端20b接收到银行工作人员输入的唯一标识信息,金融机构端20b通过金融机构服务器20a将该唯一标识信息与该支付外服务请求发送给支付机构服务器10,从而实现通过该金融机构向支付机构请求支付外服务。
支付机构服务器10基于从该金融机构接收到的唯一标识信息,识别出该用户账户;进而基于从该金融机构接收到的支付外服务请求,为该用户账户提供相应的支付外服务。
例如:一来到中国大陆旅游的外国游客,在中国大陆滞留期间,出于便捷消费的考虑,想要通过即时通信客户端(例如微信)接受支付机构的线上快捷支付服务。在游客使用的终端(手机)上先注册一个用户账户,注册完成后,支付机构服务器会生成与该用户账户相关联的由8位数字组成的身份码,并将该身份码发送到该游客的终端(手机)上。该身份码在当天内有效且唯一。
该游客线下来到一与支付机构合作的银行处,将该身份码提供给该银行的工作人员,并向工作人员说明其要激活该身份码所关联的用户账户。根据相关法律法规,工作人员对该游客进行实名认证,验证该游客的身份信息。
实名认证通过后,工作人员通过处理银行业务的个人电脑,经由该银行的服务器,将该身份码以及账户激活请求发送给支付机构服务器。支付机构服务器接收到该身份码后,识别出该游客的用户账户;进而根据账户 激活请求激活该游客的用户账户,使得该游客的用户账户能够正常使用。
在一些实施例中,支付机构服务器或者金融机构服务器可以是独立的物理服务器,也可以是多个物理服务器构成的服务器集群或者分布式系统,还可以是提供云服务、云数据库、云计算、云函数、云存储、网络服务、云通信、中间件服务、域名服务、安全服务、CDN、以及大数据和人工智能平台等基础云计算服务的云服务器。用户端可以是智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式计算机、智能音箱、智能手表等,但并不局限于此。用户端以及服务器可以通过有线或无线通信方式进行直接或间接地连接,本申请实施例中不做限制。
需要说明的是,该实施例只是示例性的说明,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围造成限制。
下面对本申请实施例的具体实施过程进行描述。需要说明的是,出于简要说明的目的,可以理解的,以下描述中的“支付机构”可以指的是“支付机构服务器”,“金融机构”可以指的是“金融机构服务器”以及“金融机构端”的结合,“用户”可以指的是“用户端”。
本申请实施例的执行主体为计算机设备,计算机设备可以为支付机构服务器。如图2所示,一种数据处理方法,包括:
步骤S410、生成与用户账户相关联的唯一标识信息,并将所述唯一标识信息发送给所述用户账户,以使所述用户账户将所述唯一标识信息提供给金融机构;
步骤S420、获取由所述金融机构发送的所述唯一标识信息以及支付外服务请求;
步骤S430、基于所述唯一标识信息识别所述用户账户,并基于所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务。
本申请实施例中,支付机构是通过金融机构间接地接收用户账户的支付外服务请求,进而为用户账户提供相应的支付外服务的。具体的,支付机构是直接根据金融机构发送的相关信息,间接地接收用户账户的支付外服务请求,进而为用户账户提供支付外服务的。这种方法使得每一次支付外服务的提供,支付机构都会得到金融机构针对此次支付外服务的实时保 障。在此基础上,用户是否办理了银行的银行卡便无需暴露给支付机构。从而使得即使是没有办理银行卡的用户,也能便捷地享受到支付机构提供的支付外服务,进而可以便捷地享受支付机构提供的支付服务。尤其是当用户是短期来某一国家旅游的外国游客,不便办理该国家的银行卡时,本申请实施例能够显著地提升该用户接受支付机构提供的支付服务以及支付外服务的便捷度。
下面对本申请实施例的具体实施过程进行详细描述。
下面具体以外国人来中国后使用中国的支付服务为例进行详细描述,但是根据下文的理解,本申请的方案同样适用于其他国家对境外用户提供支付服务的情况。
在步骤S410中,生成与用户账户相关联的唯一标识信息,并将该唯一标识信息发送给该用户账户,以使该用户账户将该唯一标识信息提供给金融机构。
本申请实施例中,在用户账户注册之后,支付机构会生成与该用户账户相关联的唯一标识信息,并将该唯一标识信息发送给该用户账户。从而当用户账户需要接受支付机构的支付外服务时,该用户账户将该唯一标识信息提供给金融机构,进而通过金融机构向支付机构请求支付外服务。
例如:一处于中国大陆的外国游客,在手机上注册了一用户账户后,支付机构生成与该用户账户相关联的唯一标识信息,并将该唯一标识信息发送到该游客的手机上。当该游客要激活该用户账户时,该游客可以线下来到一与支付机构合作的银行处,将该唯一标识信息提供给该银行。进而当该游客通过该银行的一系列认证后(例如:实名认证),该银行可以将该唯一标识信息发送给支付机构,并向支付机构请求激活该唯一标识信息所关联的用户账户。
需要说明的是,上述示例只是示例性的说明,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围造成限制。
在一些实施例中,唯一标识信息包括:由字符串组成的唯一身份码、由几何图形组成的唯一二维码。
本申请实施例中,支付机构所生成的唯一标识信息可以是由字符串组 成的唯一的身份码,也可以是由几何图形组成的唯一的二维码。
例如:一处于中国大陆的外国游客,在手机上注册了一用户账户后,支付机构生成与该用户账户相关联的、由8位数字组成的唯一的身份码,并将该唯一标识信息发送到该游客的手机上。从而该游客线下来到一银行后,可以将该身份码口头告知该银行的工作人员。进而该银行可以将该身份码发送给支付机构,并向支付机构请求激活该身份码所关联的用户账户。
又例如:一处于中国大陆的外国游客,在手机上注册了一用户账户后,支付机构生成与该用户账户相关联的、由几何图形组成的唯一的二维码,并将该二维码发送到该游客的手机上。从而该游客线下来到一银行后,该银行的工作人员可以通过扫描终端采集到该二维码。进而该银行可以将该二维码发送给支付机构,并向支付机构请求激活该二维码所关联的用户账户。
需要说明的是,上述示例只是示例性的说明,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围造成限制。
在一些实施例中,预先设置更新时间点,每至该更新时间点,更新该唯一标识信息。
本申请实施例中,唯一标识信息会动态地更新。具体的,支付机构预先设置更新时间点,每至该更新时间点,便更新与用户账户相关联的唯一标识信息。例如:支付机构预先设置的更新时间点为每天的00:00。在2019年11月20日,一外国游客注册了一用户账户,支付机构在当日生成与该用户账户相关联的身份码“01234567”,“01234567”在2019年11月20日内唯一;在2019年11月21日的00:00,支付机构将与该用户账户相关联的身份码更新为“22222222”,“22222222”在2019年11月21日内唯一。
本申请实施例上述方案的优点在于,通过动态更新唯一标识信息,降低了唯一标识信息泄露的可能性,提高了用户账户的安全性。

在步骤S420中,获取由该金融机构发送的该唯一标识信息以及支付外 服务请求。
本申请实施例中,用户账户将唯一标识信息提供给金融机构后,若该金融机构根据相关法律法规,确定该用户账户符合接受支付机构的相关服务的条件时(例如:该用户账户的用户通过该金融机构的实名认证时),金融机构将该用户账户所提供的唯一标识信息发送给支付机构,并将该用户的支付外服务请求发送给支付机构。
例如:一外国游客注册一用户账户后,将支付机构生成的与该用户账户相关联的唯一的身份码线下提供给银行,并告知银行其要激活该身份码所关联的用户账户。银行根据相关法律法规,对该游客进行实名认证。当该游客通过实名认证后,银行将该身份码发送给支付机构,并将账户激活请求发送给支付机构。
在步骤S430中,基于该唯一标识信息识别该用户账户,并基于该支付外服务请求,为该用户账户提供相应的支付外服务。
本申请实施例中,支付机构从金融机构处获取到唯一标识信息以及支付外服务请求后,基于唯一标识信息识别出该唯一标识信息所关联的用户账户,进而基于该支付外服务请求为该用户账户提供相应的支付外服务。
例如:支付机构从银行处获取到身份码以及账户激活请求后,即可确定该身份码所关联的用户账户通过了银行的一系列认证,根据相关法律法规可以接受支付机构提供的相关服务。则支付机构根据该身份码识别出对应的用户账户,进而激活该用户账户。
下面对不同类型的支付外服务请求的情况下,本申请实施例的具体过程进行详细描述。
首先对支付外服务请求为账户激活请求的情况下,本申请实施例的具体过程进行详细描述。
在一些实施例中,该用户账户未激活,该支付外服务请求包括账户激活请求。基于该支付外服务请求,为该用户账户提供相应的支付外服务,包括:基于该账户激活请求,为该用户账户提供相应的账户激活服务。
本申请实施例中,用户账户将相关联的唯一标识信息提供给金融机构 时,用户账户尚未激活,无法完成充值、支付。这种情况下,用户账户通过金融机构,向支付机构发送账户激活请求,以请求激活该用户账户。
支付机构从金融机构处获取到唯一标识信息以及账户激活请求后,即可确定该唯一标识信息所关联的用户账户通过了金融机构的一系列认证,根据相关法律法规可以接受支付机构提供的相关服务。则支付机构根据该唯一标识信息识别出对应的用户账户,进而激活该用户账户。
在一些实施例中,本申请实施例提供的数据处理方法还包括以下技术方案:获取由该金融机构基于该用户账户对应的身份信息为该用户账户配置的用户安全等级;为该用户账户配置与该用户安全等级相匹配的账户权限。
本申请实施例中,支付机构接收到账户激活请求后,除了激活用户账户外,还会为该用户账户配置相应的账户权限,以限制该用户账户所能接受服务的范围、类型。
具体的,金融机构对用户账户完成一系列认证后,还会基于该用户账户对应的身份信息为该用户账户配置相应的用户安全等级,用以标识该用户账户的可信任程度。金融机构将配置的用户安全等级发送给支付机构,从而支付机构根据该用户安全等级,为该用户账户配置与该用户安全等级相匹配的账户权限,以限制该用户账户所能接受服务的范围、类型。
例如:预先设置一套用户安全等级标准,在该用户安全等级标准中,用户安全等级从等级1到等级3,等级越高,代表对应的用户账户的可信任程度越高。
若支付机构从金融机构获取到的用户安全等级为1,则为对应的用户账户配置100元人民币的额度的同时,不开放线上转账功能;若支付机构从金融机构获取到的用户安全等级为2,则为对应的用户账户配置500元人民币的额度的同时,不开放线上转账功能;若支付机构从金融机构获取到的用户安全等级为3,则为对应的用户账户配置1000元人民币的额度的同时,开放线上转账功能。
本申请实施例上述方案的优点在于,由金融机构配置用户安全等级,进而支付机构在此基础上进行账户权限的配置,使得支付机构能够对用户账户提供服务所可能存在的风险进行一定程度的控制。
需要说明的是,上述示例是示例性的说明,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围造成限制。
下面,对支付外服务请求为账户充值请求的情况下,本申请实施例的具体过程进行详细描述。
在一些实施例中,该用户账户已激活,该支付外服务请求包括账户充值请求。基于该支付外服务请求,为该用户账户提供相应的支付外服务,包括:基于该账户充值请求,为该用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务。
本申请实施例中,用户账户将相关联的唯一标识信息提供给金融机构时,用户账户已完成激活,可以进行充值、支付。这种情况下,用户账户通过金融机构,向支付机构发送账户充值请求,以请求向该用户账户进行充值(需要说明的是,用户账户在进行支付的过程中,是不需要金融机构的介入的)。
支付机构从金融机构处获取到唯一标识信息以及账户充值请求后,即可确定该唯一标识信息所关联的用户账户通过了金融机构的一系列认证,根据相关法律法规可以接受支付机构提供的相关服务。则支付机构基于该唯一标识信息识别出对应的用户账户,进而基于账户充值请求所描述的具体充值金额向该用户账户进行充值。
例如:一外国游客注册并激活一用户账户后,将支付机构生成的与该用户账户相关联的唯一的身份码线下提供给银行,并告知银行其要向该身份码所关联的用户账户充值500元人民币。银行根据相关法律法规,对该游客进行实名认证。当该游客通过实名认证且该银行收取该游客的500元人民币或者等价的外国货币后,银行将该身份码发送给支付机构,并将账户充值请求发送给支付机构。
支付机构从银行处接收到该身份码以及该账户充值请求后,即可基于该身份码识别出该游客的用户账户;进而基于该账户充值请求,向该游客的用户账户中充值500元人民币。
需要说明的是,该实施例只是示例性的说明,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围造成限制。
在一些实施例中,该用户账户配置有对应的账户权限。上述基于该账 户充值请求,为该用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务的步骤,可以通过以下技术方案实现:基于该账户权限,验证该账户充值请求的合法性;若所述账户充值请求合法,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务。
本申请实施例中,支付机构针对已激活的用户账户,还配置有对应的账户权限,以限制该用户账户所能接受服务的范围、类型。
支付机构从金融机构处获取到唯一标识信息以及账户充值请求后,基于该唯一标识信息识别出对应的用户账户后,并不直接基于账户充值请求所描述的具体充值金额向该用户账户进行充值,而是在基于该用户账户的账户权限验证该账户充值请求的合法性之后,再根据该账户充值请求是否合法,确定是否向该用户账户进行充值。
若该账户充值请求合法,则向该用户账户进行充值;若该账户充值请求不合法,则拒绝向该用户账户进行充值。

支付机构从银行处接收到该身份码以及该账户充值请求后,即可基于该身份码识别出该游客的用户账户;进而根据该用户账户中当前剩余金额以及激活该用户账户时为该用户账户配置的额度,确定出该用户账户的当前剩余额度若该当前剩余额度大于500元人民币,则确定该账户充值请求合法,进而向该用户账户中充值500元人民币;若该当前剩余额度小于500元人民币,则确定该账户充值请求不合法,则拒绝向该用户账户进行充值。
本申请实施例的方案的优点在于,基于账户权限进行账户充值请求的合法性验证,提高了账户充值这一过程的安全性。

本申请实施例中,采取预下单的机制进行充值。具体的,支付机构在确定账户充值请求合法后,并不直接向用户账户进行充值。而是先基于账户充值请求生成相应的充值订单,并将该充值订单发送给金融机构,使得金融机构能够基于该充值订单引导用户将待充值资金交到金融机构处即,由金融机构代支付机构收取待充值资金。
金融机构收取到待充值资金后,即完成了该充值订单;进而金融机构将充值订单完成的信息,作为对该充值订单的响应信息返回给支付机构;从而支付机构能够确定金融机构已经接收到待充值资金,进而支付机构再向用户账户中充值该待充值资金。

进而支付机构确定该账户充值请求的合法性,若支付机构确定该账户充值请求合法,则支付机构基于该账户充值请求生成相应的充值订单,并发送给银行,以指示银行收取该游客的500元人民币。
银行接收到该充值订单后,即向该游客收取500元人民币。收取成功后,银行将充值订单完成的通知返回给支付机构。支付机构接收到充值订单完成的通知后,再将500元人民币充值到该游客的用户账户中。
本申请实施例的方案的优点在于,通过预下单机制的引入,使得支付机构在确定金融机构确实代充值完成后,才会对用户账户进行充值,避免了因网络原因产生交易短款的风险。

本申请实施例的方案的优点在于,支付机构在激活用户账户时,通过存储对应的用户身份信息并与用户账户进行关联,使得后续过程中能够进一步验证该用户账户的用户身份信息,提高了对用户账户管理的安全性。
在一些实施例中,还可以执行以下技术方案:基于该用户身份信息,对该用户账户配置相应的用户安全等级;为该用户账户配置与该用户安全等级相匹配的账户权限。
本申请实施例中,支付机构从金融机构处获取到用户身份信息后,亲自对用户账户配置相应的用户安全等级,进而为用户账户配置与该用户安全等级相匹配的账户权限。
支付机构可以预先对用户身份信息所能包含的各项分支信息设置对应的分数,进而将获取到的用户身份信息所实际包含的各项分支信息对应的分数进行相加,得到获取到的用户身份信息的总分数,进而根据总分数进行用户安全等级的配置。

若支付机构从A银行获取到的用户身份信息的总分数为100分,则权重分数为(100*1)=100分,则对对应的用户账户配置的用户安全等级为3;若支付机构从B银行获取到的用户身份信息的总分数为100分,则权重分数为(100*0.8)=80分,则对对应的用户账户配置的用户安全等级为2;若支付机构从C证券获取到的用户身份信息的总分数为100分,则权重分数为(100*0.6)=60分,则对对应的用户账户配置的用户安全等级为1。

本申请实施例中,支付机构在为用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务之前,会根据该用户账户以及关联的信息,校验从金融机构接收到的用户身份信息;基于预先配置的账户权限,验证账户充值请求的合法性。当用户身份信息的校验通过,且账户充值请求合法时,支付机构再为该用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务。
例如:在激活一外国游客的用户账户的时候,支付机构将该游客的身份信息进行存储,将该游客的身份信息与该用户账户关联;并为该用户账户配置相应的账户权限。
该游客在该用户账户激活后,将支付机构生成的与该用户账户相关联的唯一的身份码线下提供给银行,并告知银行其要向该身份码所关联的用户账户充值500元人民币。银行根据相关法律法规,对该游客进行实名认证。银行的实名认证通过后,银行将该游客的身份码、该账户充值请求以 及刚刚实名认证的身份信息发送给支付机构。
支付机构从银行处接收到该身份码、该账户充值请求以及由金融机构实名认证的身份信息后基于该身份码识别出该游客的用户账户;进而将已存储且与该用户账户关联的身份信息与由金融机构实名认证的身份信息进行对比,校验二者是否一致;并基于账户权限,验证该账户充值请求的合法性。若二者一致且该账户充值请求合法,则支付机构向该用户账户中充值500元人民币。
本申请实施例的方案的优点在于,支付机构通过进行用户身份信息的验证以及账户充值请求合法性的验证,在这两项验证均通过后再提供账户充值服务,提高了账户充值的安全性。

下面参考图3至图7对本申请实施例中用户在接受支付机构所提供的支付外服务时的终端界面进行示例性展示。
图3示出了本申请实施例中用户通过小程序注册账户时的引导界面。该实施例中,用户打开手机中客户端的小程序,注册账户。在引导界面,显示出图3示出的引导信息,以引导用户进行注册,进而获取身份码,进而前往银行,支付现金完成充值。
图4示出了本申请实施例中用户通过小程序注册用户账户时的注册界面。本申请实施例中,用户根据注册界面显示的内容,相应补充各项注册信息证件类型、姓名以及证件号。补充完成后,点击“确认提交”按钮后,即完成注册信息的提交。
图5示出了本申请实施例中用户通过小程序注册用户账户完毕后,获取到身份码的引导界面。该实施例中,用户提交注册信息,完成注册后,在小程序中的引导界面接收到唯一的由8位数字组成的身份码;同时,该引导界面还在地图中示出了用户能够前往进行充值的银行网点,以引导用户前往地图中示出的银行网点进行充值。
在该引导界面中,用户若点击“额度查询”按钮,该引导界面还会显示出右边示出的额度信息,以告知用户其可以通过银行向用户账户充值的额度。
图6示出了本申请实施例中用户激活用户账户并完成充值后,在用户账户中的零钱明细页界面。该实施例中,用户前往银行激活用户账户并充值1元人民币后,点击进入该用户的用户账户的零钱明细,首先展示出的是零钱充值、零钱支付的列表;点击图6左边示出的虚线部分后,进入右边示出的零钱充值的详细界面类型、时间、交易单号、余额以及备注。
图7示出了本申请实施例中用户激活用户账户并完成充值后,在用户账户中的账单详情页界面。该实施例中,用户前往银行激活用户账户并充值1元人民币后,点击进入该用户的用户账户的账单明细,首先展示出的是当月的账单列表;点击图7左边示出的虚线部分后,进入右边示出的账单详情的详细界面当前状态、充值时间、支付方式以及交易单号。

图8示出了本申请实施例中用户通过即时通信客户端(例如微信)中的小程序完成用户账户激活的流程图。需要说明的是,openid是一段唯一的、小程序识别用户账户时所主要使用的标识信息;单位识别码(uin,Unit Identification Number)是一段唯一的、支付机构识别用户账户时所主要使用的标识信息;身份码、对应的openid以及对应的uin相互映射关联。未激活的用户账户只被小程序临时感知,不被支付机构所感知,这种情况下,微信中也就不存在该用户账户对应的uin,支付机构中也就不存在对应的用户账户。由于用户是在银行中完成用户账户激活的,出于简要展示的目的,图8中将“用户”与“银行”合并展示为“银行”。
本申请实施例中,用户在小程序完成用户账户的注册后,小程序根据注册时生成的openid,生成与openid相关联的身份码。用户将身份码提供给银行,并完成实名认证后,银行将证件号码、姓名、充值金额、身份码发送给小程序;小程序根据身份码查找到对应的openid,进而根据openid,向微信查询账户对应的uin;得到微信的反馈后,再根据openid,向支付机构查询账户是否已实名。
若微信反馈账户对应的uin不存在,支付机构反馈账户未实名,则小程序根据openid,调微信的开户接口,以激活该账户;微信生成对应的uin,进而根据uin调支付机构的开户接口;支付机构创建用户账户,新增实名认证渠道类型(authen_channel_state)、实名认证状态类型(authen_state)这两个参数,若根据这两个参数确认在特定认证渠道、该用户账户的实名认证通过,则将该用户账户设置为三类户,从而激活该用户账户。其中,实名认证渠道类型主要描述实名认证的认证渠道(例如:是由银行机构认证的,还是由证券机构认证的);实名认证状态类型主要描述实名认证是否通过。
若微信反馈对应的uin,支付机构反馈账户已实名,则小程序将uin、姓名以及证件号传入支付机构;支付机构根据接收到的uin、姓名以及证件号,验证接收到的身份信息与对应用户账户已关联的身份信息是否一致,进而向小程序返回结果,从而激活该用户账户。
激活完成后,用户可以在微信中设置支付密码,完成用户账户的设置。

图9示出了本申请实施例中引入预下单机制的用户账户充值的流程图。
本申请实施例中,用户来到银行,将身份信息、身份码提供给银行,进行线下充值;银行将对应的充值信息、接收到的身份信息以及身份码发送给小程序;小程序校验身份信息后,将身份码转化为uin,进而将充值信息以及uin发送给支付机构。
支付机构根据uin识别用户账户;进而校验充值信息;校验通过后,生成订单号,进而将订单号返回给银行。
银行根据接收到的订单号,处理该充值收取用户的待充值资金。充值成功后,银行将银行充值成功的通知发送给支付机构,同时附带上订单号。
支付机构接收到银行充值成功的通知后,对该用户的用户账户进行充值,并向小程序返回支付机构充值成功的通知,向银行返回支付机构充值成功的通知,向用户返回支付机构充值成功的通知。

计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了可读程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何可读介质,该可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。
可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于无线、有线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言的任意组合来编写用于执行本发明操作的程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如JAVA、C++等,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算设备上执行、部分地在用户设备上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算设备上部分在远程计算设备上执行、或者完全在远程计算设备或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算设备的情形中,远程计算设备可以通过任意种类的网络,包括局域网(KGN)或广域网(WGN),连接到用户计算设备,或者,可以连接到外部计算设备(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。
应当注意,尽管在上文详细描述中提及了用于动作执行的设备的若干模块或者单元,但是这种划分并非强制性的。实际上,根据本申请的实施方式,上文描述的两个或更多模块或者单元的特征和功能可以在一个模块 或者单元中具体化。反之,上文描述的一个模块或者单元的特征和功能可以进一步划分为由多个模块或者单元来具体化。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种数据处理方法,所述方法由电子设备执行,所述方法包括:
    生成与用户账户相关联的唯一标识信息;
    将所述唯一标识信息发送给所述用户账户,以使所述用户账户将所述唯一标识信息提供给金融机构;
    获取由所述金融机构发送的所述唯一标识信息以及支付外服务请求;
    基于所述唯一标识信息识别所述用户账户,并基于所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当所述用户账户未激活时,所述支付外服务请求包括账户激活请求,
    所述基于所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务,包括:基于所述账户激活请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户激活服务。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述用户账号的用户安全等级;
    其中,所述用户安全等级是由所述金融机构基于所述用户账户对应的身份信息为所述用户账户配置的;
    为所述用户账户配置与所述用户安全等级相匹配的账户权限。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当所述用户账户已激活时,所述支付外服务请求包括账户充值请求,
    所述基于所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务,包括:基于所述账户充值请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述用户账户配置有对应的账户权限;
    所述基于所述账户充值请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务,包括:
    基于所述账户权限,验证所述账户充值请求的合法性;
    当所述账户充值请求合法时,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务,包括:
    基于所述账户充值请求生成相应的充值订单,并将所述充值订单发送给所述金融机构;
    获取所述金融机构对所述充值订单的响应信息;
    基于所述响应信息,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在基于所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取由所述金融机构发送的所述用户账户对应的用户身份信息;
    所述基于所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务,包括:
    基于所述用户身份信息以及所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,当所述用户账户未激活时,所述支付外服务请求包括账户激活请求,
    所述基于所述用户身份信息以及所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务,包括:
    将所述用户身份信息进行存储,并将所述用户身份信息与所述用户账户进行关联;
    基于所述账户激活请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户激活服务。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述用户身份信息,对所述用户账户配置相应的用户安全等级;
    为所述用户账户配置与所述用户安全等级相匹配的账户权限。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,机构安全等级是预先为所述金融机构对应配置的;
    所述基于所述用户身份信息,对所述用户账户配置相应的用户安全等级,包括:基于所述机构安全等级以及所述身份信息,为所述用户账户配置相应的用户安全等级。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,当所述用户账户已激活时,所述支付外服务请求包括账户充值请求,
    所述基于所述用户身份信息以及所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务,包括:基于所述用户身份信息以及所述账户充值请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述用户账户配置有对应的账户权限;
    所述基于所述用户身份信息以及所述账户充值请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务,包括:
    基于所述用户账户已经关联的信息,验证所述用户身份信息;
    基于所述账户权限,验证所述账户充值请求的合法性;
    当所述用户身份信息通过验证,且所述账户充值请求合法时,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务,包括:
    基于所述账户充值请求生成相应的充值订单,并将所述充值订单发送给所述金融机构;
    获取所述金融机构对所述充值订单的响应信息;
    基于所述响应信息,为所述用户账户提供相应的账户充值服务。
  14. 一种数据处理装置,所述装置包括:
    生成模块,配置为生成与用户账户相关联的唯一标识信息,并将所述唯一标识信息发送给所述用户账户,以使所述用户账户将所述唯一标识信息提供给金融机构;
    获取模块,配置为获取所述唯一标识信息以及支付外服务请求;
    服务提供模块,配置为识别所述用户账户,并基于所述支付外服务请求,为所述用户账户提供相应的支付外服务。
  15. 一种数据处理电子设备,包括:
    存储器,存储有计算机可读指令;
    处理器,读取存储器存储的计算机可读指令,以执行权利要求1-13中的任一项所述的数据处理方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有可执行指令,用于被处理器执行时,实现权利要求1至13任一项所述的数据处理方法。
