　特許文献１の加熱調理器は、実際に実施した調理メニューの難易度に基づいて、ユーザの習熟度を算出し、さらに、異なるカテゴリの調理メニューが多く実施されているほど習熟度を高くする。しかしながら、特許文献１は、どのようにしてユーザに異なるカテゴリの調理メニューを多く実施させるかについては言及していない。そこで、本発明は、ユーザが機器を使いこなすことを可能にすることを目的とする。
　本発明の機器使用促進装置は、機器の機能の使用を促すイベントを機器のユーザに告知し、イベントの期間においてユーザが機能を使用した実績であって前記機器を介して収集された実績をユーザに通知する通知部を備えること、を特徴とする。
　その他の手段については、発明を実施するための形態のなかで説明する。
　本発明によれば、ユーザが機器を使いこなすことを可能にすることができる。

　以降、本発明を実施するための形態（“本実施形態”という）を、図等を参照しながら詳細に説明する。本実施形態は、機器使用促進装置が、加熱調理器及び加熱調理器のユーザの携帯端末装置と情報の遣り取りをする例である。しかしながら、本発明は、加熱調理器以外の調理器（圧力調理鍋、ロースター等）にも適用可能であり、調理器以外の機器（冷蔵庫、掃除機、洗濯機等）にも適用可能である。つまり、本発明は、住宅内で使用される機器であって、ユーザ所望の操作を設定済のアルゴリズムによって行う機器に広く適用され得る。家電を含む機器のそれぞれは、本来の使用目的に沿った機能を有する。設定済のアルゴリズムは、このような機能を実現する。
（機器使用促進装置の構成等）
　図１は、機器使用促進装置１の構成等を説明する図である。機器使用促進装置１は、一般的なコンピュータである。機器使用促進装置１は、中央制御装置１１、マウス、キーボード等の入力装置１２、ディスプレイ等の出力装置１３、主記憶装置１４、補助記憶装置１５及び通信装置１６を備える。これらは、バスで相互に接続されている。補助記憶装置１５は、イベント情報３１、ユーザ情報３２及び集計情報３３（いずれも詳細後記）を格納している。
　主記憶装置１４におけるイベント設定部２１、イベント管理部２２、履歴管理部２３及び通知部２４は、プログラムである。中央制御装置１１は、これらのプログラムを補助記憶装置１５から読み出し主記憶装置１４にロードすることによって、それぞれのプログラムの機能（詳細後記）を実現する。補助記憶装置１５が機器使用促進装置１から独立した構成であってもよい。
　住宅３内には、ユーザ４、加熱調理器５、携帯端末装置６及び無線ルータ７が存在する。ユーザ４は、住宅３の厨房内で加熱調理器５を使用する。このとき、ユーザ４は、例えば、身近な位置に置かれた台に携帯端末装置６を立てておく。無線ルータ７は、厨房の壁面等に設置され、加熱調理器５及び携帯端末装置６との間で無線通信を行う。機器使用促進装置１及び無線ルータ７は、インターネット等のネットワーク２に接続されている。なお、加熱調理器５及び携帯端末装置６は、無線ルータ７を介さずに直接ネットワーク２に接続されていてもよい。さらに、携帯端末装置６は、加熱調理器５のユーザインタフェースとして、加熱調理器５に無線又は有線で接続されていてもよい。加熱調理器５自体が、ユーザインタフェース（ディスプレイ）を有していてもよい。
（オートメニュー）
　図２は、オートメニュー８の一例を示す図である。オートメニュー８とは、加熱調理器５がユーザ４に提供する、メニュー（献立）ごとの電子レシピである。加熱調理器５は、多くのオートメニュー８を自身の記憶装置（図示せず）に記憶している。
　欄４１のメニュー名は、メニューの名称である。
　欄４２のメニューＩＤは、メニューを一意に特定する識別子である。
　欄４３の“準備する食材”は、材料となる食品の数量である。
　欄４４の調理手順は、火力及び音声ガイドを時系列で並べたアルゴリズムである。このうち、欄４４ａの“開始時分秒”は、調理開始時点からの経過時間を示す分秒である。欄４４ｂの火力は、食材が入った容器に加える火力の水準である。欄４４ｃの音声ガイドは、加熱調理器５のスピーカ（図示せず）がユーザ４に対して発する音声である。調理開始時点において容器にすべての食材を入れておくようなメニューでは、音声ガイドは不要となる。この場合、調理手順は、火力についてのみのアルゴリズムとなる。
　ユーザ４は、加熱調理器５の操作パネル（図示せず）にメニューＩＤ“Ｍ０１”を入力する。すると、加熱調理器５は、予め記憶していた“ぶり大根”についてのオートメニュー８に従って、所定の開始後分秒において音声ガイドを発し、所定の分秒間隔においてヒータ（図示せず）が発する熱量を所定の火力の水準に維持する。ユーザは、音声ガイドに従って食材を鍋等に入れて行けば、自動的にぶり大根が出来上がる。
　加熱調理器５のメーカは、オートメニュー８という機能の利点を充分にユーザに理解させ、加熱調理器５の販売促進に繋げようとしている。当然のことながら、オートメニュー８は、加熱調理器５に付属する取扱説明書等に記載されている。しかしながら、オートメニュー８の使用頻度がメーカの想定値に達しない場合、メーカは、オートメニュー８の使用促進キャンペーンを企画する。本実施形態において、使用促進キャンペーンは、“イベント”と呼ばれる。
（イベント）
　図３は、イベント告知画面５１の一例を示す図である。図３に沿って、イベントの内容を説明する。図３が表示される手順等は後記する。図３から、以下のことがわかる。
・加熱調理器５のメーカは、ユーザ４にオートメニュー８を使用させようとしている（欄５２）。
・加熱調理器５のメーカは、ウイスキーをソーダ水で割った飲み物である“ハイボール”のメーカと提携し、ハイボールの販売促進にも協力しようとしている（欄５３）。
・このイベントの実施期間は、２０２０年１月１日～３１日である（欄５４）。
・加熱調理器５のメーカは、ハイボールの肴に相応しいメニューとして、“ぶり大根”（欄５５ａ）及び“鶏の唐揚”（欄５５ｂ）を挙げている。もちろん、加熱調理器５は、ぶり大根及び鶏の唐揚についてのオートメニュー８を記憶している。
・例えば、ぶり大根を調理しようとするユーザ４は、ボタン５６ａを押下して、イベントに参加することを登録する。
・ユーザ４は、ぶり大根を調理するチーム及び鶏の唐揚を調理するチームに分かれ、調理回数を競い合う対抗戦を行う。
・イベントに参加する動機として、ユーザ４には特典が付与される（欄５７及び欄５８）。
　図４は、途中経過画面６１の一例を示す図である。図４が表示される手順等は後記する。図４から、以下のことがわかる。
・イベントの実施期間の途中時点で、予め登録したユーザ４が、オートメニュー８を使用してぶり大根を調理した回数は、延べ“１２３”回であった。ここでは、少なくとも１回調理したユーザ４が何人いたかは不明である（以下同様）。
・イベントの実施期間の途中時点で、予め登録したユーザ４が、オートメニュー８を使用して鶏の唐揚を調理した回数は、延べ“９８”回であった。
　図５は、結果画面７１の一例を示す図である。図５が表示される手順等は後記する。図５から、以下のことがわかる。
・イベントの実施期間の終了時点で、予め登録したユーザ４が、オートメニュー８を使用してぶり大根を調理した回数は、延べ“４００”回であった。
・イベントの実施期間の終了時点で、予め登録したユーザ４が、オートメニュー８を使用して鶏の唐揚を調理した回数は、延べ“５００”回であった。
・対抗戦の優勝者は、“鶏の唐揚チーム”である。少なくとも１回オートメニュー８を使用して鶏の唐揚を調理したユーザ４には、特典が付与される。
（イベント情報）
　図６は、イベント情報３１の一例を示す図である。イベント情報３１においては、イベントＩＤ欄１０１に記憶されたイベントＩＤに関連付けて、イベント名欄１０２にはイベント名が、開始日欄１０３には開始日が、終了日欄１０４には終了日が、第１の紹介メニュー欄１０５には第１の紹介メニューが、第２の紹介メニュー欄１０６には第２の紹介メニューが記憶されている。
　イベントＩＤ欄１０１のイベントＩＤは、イベントを一意に特定する識別子である。
　イベント名欄１０２のイベント名は、イベントの名称である。
　開始日欄１０３の開始日は、イベントの実施期間の開始日である。
　終了日欄１０４の終了日は、イベントの実施期間の終了日である。開始日から終了日までの期間が、イベントの実施期間となるが、各イベントの実施期間の一部又は全部が相互に重複していてもよい。
　第１の紹介メニュー欄１０５の第１の紹介メニューは、イベントにおいて使用を推奨するメニュー（献立）のうちの１つであり、メニューＩＤ欄１０５ａには、そのメニューを特定するメニューＩＤが、メニュー名欄１０５ｂには、そのメニューのメニュー名が記憶されている。
　第２の紹介メニュー欄１０６の第２の紹介メニューは、イベントにおいて使用を推奨するメニュー（献立）のうちの他の１つであり、メニューＩＤ欄１０６ａには、そのメニューを特定するメニューＩＤが、メニュー名欄１０６ｂには、そのメニューのメニュー名が記憶されている。
　イベントは、３チーム以上の対抗戦型式で行われてもよい。その場合、“第３の紹介メニュー”欄、“第４の紹介メニュー”欄、・・・が設けられることになる。
（ユーザ情報）
　図７は、ユーザ情報３２の一例を示す図である。ユーザ情報３２においては、ユーザＩＤ欄１１１に記憶されたユーザＩＤに関連付けて、選択メニュー欄１１２には選択メニューが、家電使用回数欄１１３には家電使用回数が記憶されている。
　ユーザＩＤ欄１１１のユーザＩＤは、加熱調理器５のユーザ４を一意に特定する識別子である。本実施形態では、説明の単純化のために、ユーザ４、加熱調理器５及び携帯端末装置６は、１対１対１に対応しているものとする。
　選択メニュー欄１１２の選択メニューは、イベントにおいてユーザ４が使用することを選択したメニューであり、図６の紹介メニューのうちの１つである。メニューＩＤ欄１１２ａには、そのメニューを特定するメニューＩＤが、メニュー名欄１１２ｂには、そのメニューのメニュー名が記憶されている。
　家電使用回数欄１１３の家電使用回数は、イベントの実施期間において、ユーザがそのメニューについてのオートメニュー８を使用した延べ回数である。
（集計情報）
　図８は、集計情報３３の一例を示す図である。集計情報３３においては、選択メニュー欄１２１に記憶された選択メニューに関連付けて、家電使用回数欄１２２には家電使用回数が記憶されている。選択メニュー欄１２１（メニューＩＤ欄１２１ａ及びメニュー名欄１２１ｂ）及び家電使用回数欄１２２の説明は、図７の同じ見出しの欄の説明に準ずる。集計情報３２（図８）は、ユーザ情報３３（図７）の家電使用回数を選択メニューごとに集計したものである。
（処理手順）
　図９は、処理手順のシーケンス図である。図９において、破線の矢印の起点は、情報の流れの起点を示し、破線の矢印の終点は、情報の流れの終点を示している。
　ステップＳ２０１において、機器使用促進装置１のイベント設定部２１は、イベントの登録を受け付ける。具体的には、イベント設定部２１は、加熱調理器５のメーカの販売促進担当者が入力装置１２を介してイベント情報３１（図６）を入力するのを受け付ける。販売促進担当者は、既にデータが埋まっているイベント情報３１を入力してもよいし、画面上に表示されているイベント情報３１の空欄に対して、データを入力してもよい。ここでは、説明の便宜のため、イベント情報３１はイベントＩＤ“Ｅ０１”のレコード（行）のみを記憶しており、現時点は、“２０１９年１２月１日”であるとする。
　ステップＳ２０２において、イベント設定部２１は、イベントを登録する。具体的には、イベント設定部２１は、イベント情報３１を補助記憶装置１５に記憶する。
　ステップＳ２０３において、機器使用促進装置１の通知部２４は、イベントを告知する。具体的には、第１に、通知部２４は、イベント告知画面５１（図３）を作成する。
　第２に、通知部２４は、例えば２０１９年１２月２日に、イベント告知画面５１をネットワーク２に対しアップロードする。その後、ユーザ４は、携帯端末装置６又は加熱調理器５を使用して、イベント告知画面５１を見る（ブラウズする）ことができる。通知部２４は、携帯端末装置６又は加熱調理器５に対して、イベント告知画面５１を見ることを勧めるメッセージ（電子メール等）を送信してもよい。
　ステップＳ２０４において、機器使用促進装置１のイベント管理部２２は、イベントへの参加を受け付ける。２０１９年１２月３日、多くのユーザ４は、携帯端末装置６を使用してイベント告知画面５１（図３）を見る。あるユーザ４は、２０２０年１月にオートメニュー８を使用して“ぶり大根”を調理しようと考え、“参加登録する”ボタン５６ａを押下する。すると、携帯端末装置６は、メニューＩＤ“Ｍ０１”及びユーザＩＤ“Ｕ０１”を含む参加登録を機器使用促進装置１に送信する。イベント管理部２２は、参加登録を受信する。イベント管理部２２は、他のユーザからも、“Ｍ０１”又は“Ｍ０２”を含む参加登録を受信する。
　ステップＳ２０５において、イベント管理部２２は、ユーザを登録する。具体的には、第１に、イベント管理部２２は、ユーザ情報３２（図７）の新たなレコードを作成する。
　第２に、イベント管理部２２は、新たなレコードのユーザＩＤ欄１１１、メニューＩＤ欄１１２ａ、メニュー名欄１１２ｂ及び家電使用回数欄１１３に、それぞれ、“Ｕ０１”、“Ｍ０１”、“ぶり大根”及び“０”を記憶する。
　イベント管理部２２は、他のユーザについても同様に“第１”及び“第２”の処理を実行する。
　ステップＳ２０６において、イベント管理部２２は、イベントを開始する。具体的には、イベント管理部２２は、２０２０年１月１日が到来したことを認識すると、その後、ユーザ４が加熱調理器５のオートメニューの機能を使用するのを待つことになる。
　ステップＳ２０７において、機器使用促進装置１の履歴管理部２３は、使用報告を受け付ける。２０２０年１月１日、あるユーザ４は、メニュー名“ぶり大根”についてのオートメニュー８を加熱調理器５の操作パネル上で選択する。すると、加熱調理器５は、メニューＩＤ“Ｍ０１”及びユーザＩＤ“Ｕ０１”を含む使用報告を機器使用促進装置１に送信する。履歴管理部２３は、使用報告を受信する。履歴管理部２３は、他のユーザ４の加熱調理器５からも、“Ｍ０１”又は“Ｍ０２”を含む使用報告を受信（収集）する。なお、ユーザは、“Ｍ０１”及び“Ｍ０２”以外のオートメニュー８を使用することも当然可能である。したがって、使用報告は、“Ｍ０１”及び“Ｍ０２”以外のメニューＩＤを含んでもよい。この場合、履歴管理部２３は、“Ｍ０１”及び“Ｍ０２”以外のメニューＩＤについては、集計対象外とする。
　ステップＳ２０８において、履歴管理部２３は、使用報告を登録する。具体的には、履歴管理部２３は、加熱調理器５から使用報告を受信する都度、ユーザ情報３２（図７）における、そのユーザのレコードの家電使用回数に“１”を加算する。
　ステップＳ２０９において、履歴管理部２３は、集計情報３３（図８）を作成する。具体的には、履歴管理部２３は、ユーザ情報３２のレコードをメニューごとに集計することによって、集計情報３３を作成する。
　なお、履歴管理部２３は、使用報告を受信する都度、ステップＳ２０７～Ｓ２０９の処理を繰り返し、ユーザ情報３２及び集計情報３３をリアルタイムの使用履歴として更新することになる。
　ステップＳ２１０において、機器使用促進装置１の通知部２４は、途中経過を通知する。具体的には、第１に、通知部２４は、所定の途中経過通知期日（例えば２０２０年１月１０日）が到来したことを認識すると、途中経過画面６１（図４）を作成する。
　第２に、通知部２４は、途中経過画面６１を、携帯端末装置６又は加熱調理器５に対して送信し表示する。
　通知部２４は、途中経過通知期日が複数設定されている場合、そのそれぞれが到来する都度、ステップＳ２１０の処理を繰り返すことになる。
　ステップＳ２１１において、機器使用促進装置１のイベント管理部２２は、イベントを終了する。具体的には、イベント管理部２２は、２０２０年１月３１日の翌日が到来したことを認識すると、ユーザ情報３２（図７）及び集計情報３３（図８）をその時点の状態に固定し、以後の更新をやめる。
　ステップＳ２１２において、機器使用促進装置１の通知部２４は、結果を通知する。具体的には、第１に、通知部２４は、２０２０年１月３１日の翌日以降速やかに、結果画面７１（図５）を作成する。
　第２に、通知部２４は、結果画面７１を、携帯端末装置６又は加熱調理器５に対して送信し表示する。
　ステップＳ２１３において、機器使用促進装置１のイベント管理部２２は、第１の特典を付与する。具体的には、第１に、イベント管理部２２は、最新の集計情報３３（図８）を参照し、家電使用回数が最も多いメニューＩＤを特定する。説明の便宜上、ここでは“Ｍ０１”が特定されたとする。
　第２に、イベント管理部２２は、最新のユーザ情報３２（図７）を参照し、“Ｍ０１”を含むレコードのユーザを“勝者”としそれ以外のユーザを“名誉の敗者”とする。
　第３に、イベント管理部２２は、勝者のそれぞれの携帯端末装置６に、電子クーポンを送信する。電子クーポンとは、例えば、所定の金額の電子マネーである。イベント管理部２２は、電子マネー以外の特典（例えば、旬の食材等の賞品）を付与してもよい。イベント管理部２２は、“勝者”のうち所定の条件を満たしている者（例えば、家電使用回数の上位５人）に特典を付与してもよい。
　ステップＳ２１４において、イベント管理部２２は、第２の特典を付与する。具体的には、第１に、イベント管理部２２は、最新のユーザ情報３２（図７）を参照し、勝者又は名誉の敗者のうちから、家電使用回数が所定の閾値に達しているユーザを“模範使用者”とする。イベント管理部２２は、家電使用回数が記念すべき所定の回数（１００回、１０００回等）に達したユーザを“模範使用者”としてもよい。
　第２に、イベント管理部２２は、模範使用者のそれぞれの携帯端末装置６に、ステップＳ２１３の“第３”とは別の電子クーポンを送信する。
　機器使用促進装置１は、イベントごとに、ステップＳ２０１～Ｓ２１４の処理を繰り返すことになる。
（イベントの実施期間）
　前記では、イベントは１か月に亘って連続するものとしたが、それに限定されない。例えば以下のような、イベントの実施期間が可能である。
・毎月第２土曜日
・特定の祝祭日
・食品メーカ又は加熱調理器のメーカが特に定める日
（変形例１）
　イベント設定部２１は、ユーザ４の属性又は特定の機能の使用実績に基づいて、イベントの具体的な内容を設定してもよい。
・イベント設定部２１は、“お酒”に関するあるイベントにおいて、“煮物”のオートメニューを選択したユーザ向けに、“煮物”に関する次のイベントを設定する。イベント設定部２１は、次のイベントにおいて、例えば、ユーザが“牛肉煮物”又は“海鮮煮物”のオートメニューのうちの１つを選択するようにしてもよい。
・ユーザ情報３２（図７）がユーザＩＤに関連付けてユーザの属性（性別、年齢、居住地等）を記憶している場合、イベント設定部２１は、“〇〇地方料理”、“成人式パティ―”等に関するイベントを設定してもよい。
・イベント設定部２１は、ユーザの属性に応じて、特定のイベントに対する参加権を付与してもよい。特定のイベントとは、例えば“〇〇地方にお住まいのユーザ向けイベント”、“過去に１０回以上イベントに参加しているユーザ向けの感謝イベント”等である。
（変形例２）
　イベント設定部２１は、特定の食材の使用を義務付けたオートメニューを設定してもよい。例えばある乳製品メーカが特定ブランドの“チーズ”にタグを付して販売しているとする。このとき、イベント設定部２１は、当該チーズのおいしさを最大限に引き出すオートメニュー８を作成する。履歴管理部２３は、ステップＳ２０７において、ユーザがタグを読み取った結果を使用報告とともに受信する。さらに、ユーザが、チーズを冷蔵庫から取り出すとき冷蔵庫の入力装置に対してタグを読み取らせるようにすれば、加熱調理器５及び冷蔵庫の使用が同時に促進される。
（変形例３）
　オートメニュー８のうちには、通常は暗号化されている“隠しオートメニュー”があるものとする。そして、イベント管理部２２は、例えば、家電使用回数が所定の閾値に達しているユーザの加熱調理器５に対して、特典として、“隠しオートメニュー”の使用を許可する復号鍵を送信する。
（変形例４）
　履歴管理部２３は、例えば、所定の条件を満たしたユーザに対して、以降の家電使用回数をｎ倍にカウント（ｎ＝２，３，・・・）することによって、そのユーザが特典を受ける確率を増加させてもよい。所定の条件とは、所定の食材のタグを読み取る、家電使用回数が所定の閾値に達する、等である。
（本実施形態の効果）
　本実施形態の機器使用促進装置の効果は以下の通りである。
（１）機器使用促進装置は、イベント期間中にユーザが機器の機能を使用した実績をユーザに通知することができる。
（２）機器使用促進装置は、ユーザが機器の機能を使用した実績を、機器から直接的かつ確実に受信し、ユーザごとに集計することができる。
（３）機器使用促進装置は、ユーザに対し、機器の機能を使用する動機を与えることができる。
（４）機器使用促進装置は、ユーザが加熱調理器のオートメニューを使用することを促進できる。
（５）機器使用促進装置は、ユーザがゲーム感覚で加熱調理器を使用することを可能にする。
（６）機器使用促進装置は、ユーザの嗜好に応じたイベントを設定することができる。
（７）機器使用促進装置は、イベントに参加しているという意識をユーザに維持させることができる。
　なお、本発明は前記した実施例に限定されるものではなく、様々な変形例が含まれる。例えば、前記した実施例は、本発明を分かり易く説明するために詳細に説明したものであり、必ずしも説明したすべての構成を備えるものに限定されるものではない。また、ある実施例の構成の一部を他の実施例の構成に置き換えることが可能であり、また、ある実施例の構成に他の実施例の構成を加えることも可能である。また、各実施例の構成の一部について、他の構成の追加・削除・置換をすることが可能である。

  1. 　機器の機能の使用を促すイベントを前記機器のユーザに告知し、
    　前記イベントの期間において前記ユーザが前記機能を使用した実績であって前記機器を介して収集された実績を前記ユーザに通知する通知部を備えること、

  2. 　前記ユーザが前記機器の特定の機能を使用した旨の使用報告を前記機器より受信し、
    　前記機能を使用した実績を前記ユーザごとに集計する履歴管理部を備えること、
