Wire shelf (10) mountable in a side-by-side arrangement for a rack system of a warehouse, having a plurality of parallel reinforcement profiles (11), on which a lattice structure formed by longitudinal bars (13) and transverse bars (14) is fitted to form a shelf covering, characterized in that: at least two reinforcement profiles (11) are provided of which the height is greater than the height of the lattice structure and which have at least one connection recess (12) and/or a connection element at a respective end; in that, on one side, the longitudinal bars (13) in the lattice structure extend beyond the reinforcement profiles (11) and form a first bearing region (15); in that, on the opposite side of the wire shelf (10), the longitudinal bars (13) extend beyond the reinforcement profiles (11) and form a second bearing region (16); in that the longitudinal bars (13) are angled downwards behind the second bearing region (16) and form a connection region (17), which is formed beneath the second bearing region (16); and in that the connection region (17) is provided with at least one connection bar (18), which is oriented perpendicularly in relation to the longitudinal bars (13) and is intended for engaging in the recesses (12) and/or for form-fitting connection to the connection elements of the reinforcement profiles (11) of an adjacent wire shelf (10).
