Description

一种纺织材料阻燃性能测试装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及测试设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种纺织材料阻燃性能测试装置。
背景技术
纺织材料是指纤维及纤维制品,具体表现为纤维、纱线、织物及其复合物,现代纺织中纺织新材料的研发,特别是纳米纤维的开发和使用,突破了传统意义上的纺织材料概念,纺织材料成为软物质材料的重要组成部分,以形及其复合形式为研究主体是纺织材料的基本特征之一,目前纺织材料的制作过程中,一般都会对纺织材料做阻燃性能测试,因此,我们提出一种纺织材料阻燃性能测试装置。
为保证多个测试的环境相同,通常都是在密封的环境下对纺织材料进行点燃测试,但是在测试过程中纺织材料通常会燃烧,而密封环境对燃烧的测试品不能及时处理,可能会导致将内部设备烧毁的情况发生,因此,发明一种纺织材料阻燃性能测试装置很有必要。
实用新型内容
(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种纺织材料阻燃性能测试装置,通过设有电机、喷雾头和储水箱,测试完成后点火器关闭,电机工作带动承载板转动,将点火器带动其朝向向下,随后喷雾头工作向两个活动板之间喷出水雾,对测试过程中产生的烟雾或火焰进行快速熄灭,并通过水流将其带出两个活动板,随后电机再次工作带动承载板和点火器转向,承载板后 背表面的纺织材料会掉落在存污槽内,能够快速对箱体内检测材料进行熄灭,便于统一处理。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种纺织材料阻燃性能测试装置,包括箱体,箱体前侧表面设有透明窗,箱体内部设有承载板,承载板两侧均设有电机,电机设置于箱体内壁一侧,承载板与电机输出轴传动连接,承载板顶部表面设有点火器,电机顶部设有侧板,侧板顶部设有滑动座,滑动座内侧设有活动板,活动板设置于承载板顶部,箱体顶部表面固定设有顶盖,顶盖顶部设有存水箱,存水箱一侧设有控制箱。
优选的,箱体内壁底部设有存污槽,存污槽与箱体滑动连接,存污槽外侧固定设有挡板。
优选的,承载板底部设有存气罐,存气罐内部填充有天然气,存气罐通过通气管与点火器连通,点火器顶部设有出火嘴。
优选的,侧板内侧表面设有摄像头,滑动座与侧板之间均匀设有液压升降杆。
优选的,活动板与滑动座之间均匀设有电动推杆,活动板侧壁顶部和侧壁底部均设有夹板,侧壁底部夹板底部均匀设有温度传感器。
优选的,顶盖内部设有开关门,开关门与顶盖铰接且顶部表面设有拉环,顶盖底部表面设有倾斜座,倾斜座设置于点火器两侧,倾斜座表面均匀设有喷雾头,喷雾头通过通水管与存水箱连通。
优选的,控制箱内部设有PLC控制器和语音播报器,控制箱表面设有触控屏。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:

2、通过设有滑动座和活动板,根据不同纺织材料的长度不同调整电动推杆工作,将其放置在两个活动板之间,并且可以根据测试需求调整液压升降杆工作,带动滑动座移动,从而对纺织材料与出火嘴的高度进行调节,能够选取不同的参数进行快速测试,测试过程中温度传感器检测纺织材料受热温度,同时摄像头对测试过程进行记录拍摄,能够得到准确的测试数据和变化过程,便于工作人员进行统计和分析。

本实用新型中,根据不同纺织材料的长度不同调整电动推杆61工作,将其放置在两个活动板6之间,并且可以根据测试需求调整液压升降杆42工作,带动滑动座5移动,从而对纺织材料与出火嘴31的高度进行调节,能够选取不同的参数进行快速测试,测试过程中温度传感器63检测纺织材料受热温度,同时摄像透41对测试过程进行记录拍摄,能够得到准确的测试数据和变化过程,测试完成后点火器3关闭,电机21工作带动承载板2转动,将点火器3带动其朝向向下,随后喷雾头74工作向两个活动板6之间喷出水雾,对测试过程中产生的烟雾或火焰进行快速熄灭,并通过水流将其带出两个活动板6,随后电机21再次工作带动承载板2和点火器3转向,承载板2后背表面的纺织材料会掉落在存污槽12内,能够快速对箱体1内检测材料进行熄灭,便于统一处理。
在一个可选的实施例中,箱体1内壁底部设有存污槽12,存污槽12与箱体1滑动连接,存污槽12外侧固定设有挡板13。
需要说明的是,测试过程中使用过的纺织材料堆积在存污槽12内,拉动挡板13可以将存污槽12拉出,便于进行统一处理。
在一个可选的实施例中,承载板2底部设有存气罐22,存气罐22内部填充有天然气,存气罐22通过通气管与点火器3连通,点火器3顶部设有出火嘴31。
需要说明的是,存气罐22输送天然气至点火器3,点火器3工作通过出火嘴31放出火焰进行测试。
在一个可选的实施例中,侧板4内侧表面设有摄像头41,滑动座5与侧板4之间均匀设有液压升降杆42。
需要说明的是,根据测试需求调整液压升降杆42工作,带动滑动座5移动,从而对纺织材料与出火嘴31的高度进行调节。
在一个可选的实施例中,活动板6与滑动座5之间均匀设有电动推杆61,活动板6侧壁顶部和侧壁底部均设有夹板62,侧壁底部夹板62底部均匀设有温度传感器63。
需要说明的是,温度传感器63型号设置为PT100,根据不同纺织材料的长度不同调整电动推杆61工作,将其放置在两个活动板6之间。

在一个可选的实施例中,控制箱9内部设有PLC控制器和语音播报器,控制箱9表面设有触控屏。
需要说明的是,PLC控制器型号设置为s7-300,测试过程中温度传感器63检测纺织材料受热温度,同时摄像头41对测试过程进行记录拍摄,能够得到准确的测试数据和变化过程并将数据反馈至触控屏上,便于工作人员进行统计和分析。
