Claims (10)
- 전자식 비데의 자동물내림장치에 있어서,용변자의 착좌 및 탈좌를 전자식 비데의 제어부에서 감지하고, 제어부에서 설정된 제어신호에 의해 회전하는 스테핑모터(100);정전시 계속 물내림 해지부(400)의 캠축(480)에 장착되며, 제어부의 제어신호로 캠(481)에 의해 롤러(210)가 회전하여 와이어(220)를 권취 및 인출하면서 물마개(30)를 개폐하는 물내림용 롤러부(200);상기 스테핑모터(100)의 케이스에 장착되며, 자동물내림 중 정전이 될 경우에 일정한 세팅시간이 지나면 회전전달수단(490)을 해지시켜 계속 물내림을 멈추게 하는 정전시 계속 물내림 해지부(400)가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 및 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기 겸용 정전시 계속 물내림 해지장치.
- 전자식 비데의 자동물내림장치에 있어서,용변자의 착좌 및 탈좌를 전자식 비데의 제어부에서 감지하고, 제어부에서 설정된 제어신호에 의해 회전하는 스테핑모터(100);정전시 계속 물내림 해지부(400)의 캠축(480)에 장착되며, 제어부의 제어신호로 캠(481)에 의해 롤러(210)가 회전하여 와이어(220)를 권취 및 인출하면서 물마개(30)를 개폐하거나 개폐밸브(300)를 가압하는 물내림용 롤러부(200);상기 스테핑모터(100)의 케이스에 장착되며, 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기에 적용시 가압부재(230)의 회전으로 밸브본체(310)의 유로를 개방하여 후레쉬밸브 압력실의 물을 변기본체 내부로 물을 퇴수시키면서 물내림하는 개폐밸브(300);상기 스테핑모터(100)의 케이스에 장착되며, 자동물내림 중 정전이 될 경우에 일정한 세팅시간이 지나면 회전전달수단(490)을 해지시켜 계속 물내림을 멈추게 하는 정전시 계속 물내림 해지부(400)가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 및 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기 겸용 정전시 계속 물내림 해지장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 물내림용 롤러부(200)는,캠축(480)이 결합되도록 회전안내홀(211)이 형성되는 롤러(210);상기 롤러(210)에 일측 단부가 고정되며 외측에 감싸진 튜브(221)에 의해 안내되면서 권취 및 인출되는 와이어(220);상기 롤러(210)에 하향으로 돌출되는 가압부재(230)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 및 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기 겸용 정전시 계속 물내림 해지장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 튜브(221)를 고정하도록 스테핑모터(100)의 상부에 고정되는 튜브고정구(240)를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 및 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기 겸용 정전시 계속 물내림 해지장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 물내림용 롤러부(200)는 정전시 계속 물내림 해지부(400)의 캠(481)이 회전하여 회전전달수단(490)이 결합되면 캠축(480)의 회전에 의해 롤러(210)가 회전하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 및 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기 겸용 정전시 계속 물내림 해지장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 개폐밸브(300)는,유입구(311)와 배출구(312)가 서로 연통되는 밸브본체(310);상기 스테핑모터(100)에 형성되는 고정안내공간(321)으로 결합되어 밸브본체(310)를 스테핑모터(100)에 고정하는 고정후크(320);상기 밸브본체(310) 내부에 결합되어 개폐핀(360)의 가압작동에 의해 배출구(312)를 개폐하도록 선단부에 로드패킹(331)이 장착되는 플러쉬로드(330);상기 플러쉬로드(330)를 수용하면서 밸브본체(310)의 후단부에 긴밀하게 고정되는 밸브커버(340);상기 플러쉬로드(330)와 밸브커버(340) 사이에 장착되는 스프링(350);상기 밸브본체(310)의 선단부에 슬라이드 가능하게 장착되어 플러쉬로드(330)를 가압 및 가압을 해제하는 개폐핀(360);상기 밸브본체(310)의 선단부에 긴밀하게 고정되어 개폐핀(360)을 안내하는 안내커버(370);상기 유입구(311)에 연결되는 급수호스(380);상기 배출구(312)에 연결되는 퇴수호스(390)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 및 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기 겸용 정전시 계속 물내림 해지장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 정전시 계속 물내림 해지부(400)는,상기 케이스에 형성된 결합안내공간(412)으로 결합되도록 고정후크(411)가 형성된 실린더(410);상기 실린더(410)의 내부에 장착되며 양측에 길이방향으로 안내홈(421)이 형성되고 선단부에는 결합홀(422)이 형성되는 로드(420);상기 실린더(410)의 공기배출공(431)에 장착되는 패킹부재(430);상기 실린더(410)에 장착되어 로드(420)의 이탈을 방지하는 고정커버(440);상기 로드(420)에 장착되는 스냅링(450);상기 고정커버(440)와 스냅링(450) 사이에 장착되는 복원스프링(460);상기 로드(420)의 결합홀(422)에 결합되어 캠(481)의 회전에 의해 수평이동하면서 회전전달수단(490)을 결합 및 해지하는 롤러부재(470);상기 회전축(110)에 장착되며 하부 일측에 캠(481)이 형성되는 캠축(480);상기 캠축(480)의 상단에 회전전달돌기(491)가 형성되고 롤러(210)의 상단에 회전안내돌기(492)가 형성되는 회전전달수단(490)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 및 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기 겸용 정전시 계속 물내림 해지장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 캠축(480)은 롤러(210)의 회전안내홀(211)에 탄력있게 결합되도록 탄성편(482)이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 및 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기 겸용 정전시 계속 물내림 해지장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 회전전달수단(490)은 평상시에는 회전전달돌기(491)가 회전안내돌기(492)보다 높게 형성되어 서로 분리된 상태가 되며, 물내림시에는 롤러부재(470)가 롤러(210)를 들어올려 회전전달돌기(491)와 회전안내돌기(492)가 결합된 상태가 되고, 정전시에는 롤러부재(470)의 복원에 의해 롤러(210)를 떨어트려 회전안내돌기(492)가 회전전달돌기(491)로부터 분리되어 해지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 및 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기 겸용 정전시 계속 물내림 해지장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 실린더(410)의 후방에 장착되며 실린더(410) 내부로 유입되는 공기량을 조절하여 로드(420)의 복귀시간을 조절하는 복귀시간조절부(413)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 및 직수형 후레쉬밸브용 양변기 겸용 정전시 계속 물내림 해지장치.
