Claims (18)
- 무전원 자동물내림장치에 있어서,변좌시트(10)에 내장되어 변좌시트(10)에 앉는 용변자를 감지하는 착좌스위치(100)와, 상기 용변자의 하중에 의해 변좌시트(10)의 하강동작과 연동하는 장진레버(230)의 가압으로 장진부재(220)가 회전하여 압축되면서 물내림개폐부(500)의 물내림와이어(540)를 당길 수 있도록 하는 장진부(200)를 모듈화하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 무전원 자동물내림장치에 있어서,변좌시트(10)에 내장되어 변좌시트(10)에 앉는 용변자를 감지하는 착좌스위치(100)와, 상기 용변자의 하중에 의해 변좌시트(10)의 하강동작과 연동하는 장진레버(230)의 가압으로 장진부재(220)가 회전하여 압축되면서 물내림개폐부(500)의 물내림와이어(540)를 당길 수 있도록 하는 장진부(200) 및 상기 용변자의 하중이 해제된 변좌시트(10)의 상승동작으로 안내리브(410) 내부로 유입되는 공기량을 조절하여 용변자의 휴지버리는 시간 및 물내림을 조절하는 휴지타임 및 물내림조절부(400)를 모듈화하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 무전원 자동물내림장치에 있어서,변좌시트(10)에 내장되어 변좌시트(10)에 앉는 용변자를 감지하는 착좌스위치(100)와, 상기 용변자의 하중에 의해 변좌시트(10)의 하강동작으로 압축되면서 물내림개폐부(500)의 물내림와이어(540)를 당길 수 있도록 하는 장진부(200)및 상기 용변자의 하중이 해제된 변좌시트(10)의 상승동작으로 안내리브(410) 내부로 유입되는 공기량을 조절하여 용변자의 휴지버리는 시간 및 물내림을 조절하는 휴지타임 및 물내림조절부(400)와, 상기 변좌시트의 하강동작으로 구분안내리브(310) 내부의 공기를 배출시키면서 대소변판단핀(340)의 가압 유무에 따라 용변자의 대,소변을 판단하는 대소변구분부(300)를 모듈화하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 착좌스위치(100)는,상기 변좌시트(10)에 형성된 설치공(110)에 장착되면서 내부에 관통된 후크결합공(121)으로 감지판(130)에 돌출된 후크(131)가 결합되도록 하는 커버(120)와;상기 커버(120)에 관통된 후크결합공(121)으로 후크(131)가 결합되면서 변기본체에 장착되도록 하는 감지판(130)과;상기 커버(120)와 감지판(130) 사이에 장착되는 시트스프링(140)을 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 감지판(130)과 커버(120)를 감싸 설치공(110)에 장착되는 방수시트(150)를 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 커버(120)를 설치공(110)에 장착고정하는 장착고정부(160)를 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 장착고정부(160)는,상기 커버(120) 일측에 요입된 장착고정공(161)과;상기 장착고정공(161)에 내장되어 장착고정부재(163)를 가압하는 장착스프링(162)과;상기 장착스프링(162)의 가압으로 장착고정공(161)과 변좌시트(10)에 장착되어 커버(120)의 분리를 방지하는 장착고정부재(163)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 장진부(200)는,착좌스위치(100)의 감지판(130)에 돌출된 장진축(210)과;상기 장진축(210)에 장착되어 변좌시트(10)의 하강동작과 연동하는 장진레버(230)의 가압으로 회전하면서 와이어가이드(520)의 가이드안내돌기(523)에 걸려 물내림와이어(540)를 당길 수 있는 장진력이 생성되도록 하는 장진부재(220)와;상기 장진부재(220)를 가압하여 회전시키도록 타단은 장진부재(220)의 일측을 수용하면서 일단은 감지판(130)에 형성된 가이드홈(230a)에 회전가능하게 장착되도록 하는 장진레버(230)와;상기 장진레버(230)가 가이드홈(230a)에서의 이탈을 방지하도록 커버(120)에 장착되는 레버가이드(240)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 장진레버(230)의 가압으로 회전하여 장진력이 생성된 장진부재(220)를 수용하면서 장진부재(220)가 이탈되기 전까지 장진부재(220)의 장진력을 유지하도록 하는 장진유지부재(250)를 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 장진유지부재(250)는,상기 장진부재(220)가 이동하여 걸리도록 경사진 걸림돌기(251a)가 돌출된 장진유지몸체(251)와;상기 장진유지몸체(251)를 지지하는 제어스프링(252)을 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 물내림개폐부(500)는,변좌시트(10)에 돌출된 회전안내축(510)과;상기 회전안내축(510)에 축공(521)이 장착되면서 와이어가이드(520)의 가이드안내돌기(523)에 걸린 장진부재(220)의 장진력으로 물내림와이어(540)를 당길 수 있도록 회전하는 와이어가이드(520)와;상기 와이어가이드(520)에 형성된 롤러안내공(522)에 회전가능하게 장착되어 물내림와이어(540)를 안내하는 와이어롤러(530)와;상기 와이어롤러(530)를 통해 사이폰덮개(20)와 변좌시트(10)를 연결하는 물내림와이어(540)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 변좌시트(10)에 돌출된 회전안내축(510a)에 장착되어 와이어가이드(520)의 회전을 안내하는 보조와이어롤러(530a)를 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 2 또는 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 휴지타임 및 물내림조절부(400)는,착좌스위치(100)의 커버(120)에 돌출되어 내부에 관통된 배출통공(411)을 유입체크밸브(410a)가 개폐하면서 일측에 대/소변 조절볼트(412')(413')가 체결되는 대/소변 배출공(412)(413)이 형성된 안내리브(410)와;상기 안내리브(410)에 내장되어 변좌시트(10)의 하강동작과 연동하여 개방되는 유입체크밸브(410a)로 안내리브(410) 내부의 공기를 배출하고, 변좌시트(10)의 상승동작과 연동하여 유입체크밸브(410a)를 폐쇄시키면서 안내리브(410) 내부로 유입되는 공기량을 조절하는 공기유입조절부(420)와;상기 공기유입조절부(420)에 형성된 체크핀제어홈(425b)에 장착되어 공기유입조절부(420)를 따라 승강하면서 안내리브(410)에 관통된 안내리브통공(411')을 개폐하여 용변자의 휴지버리는 시간을 확보하도록 하는 휴지타임체크핀(430)과;상기 안내리브(410) 내부로 공기유입조절부(420)가 승강하면서 공기유입조절부(420) 일측에 형성된 장진해제부재(450)가 가압하여 장진부(200)의 장진유지부재(250)의 지지력을 해제하는 장진해제안내부재(440)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 공기유입조절부(420)는,상기 안내리브(410) 내부를 승강하는 공기유입조절부재(421)와;상기 공기유입조절부재(421) 상면에 안착되는 안착커버(422)와;상기 안착커버(422)와 공기유입조절부재(421)에 관통되어 유입체크밸브(410a)가 결합되는 통공(422a)(421a)과;상기 공기유입조절부재(421)에 장착되어 조절스프링(424)을 지지하는 플러쉬와셔(423)와;상기 플러쉬와셔(423)에 밀착되도록 공기유입조절부재(421)에 장착되는 조절스프링(424)과;상기 공기유입조절부재(421) 하단부에 장착되어 조절스프링(424)의 이탈을 방지하면서 변좌시트(10)의 하강동작과 연동하여 조절스프링(424)을 압축시키고, 외주면에 판단핀제어홈(425a)과 체크핀제어홈(425b)이 형성되는 이탈방지부재(425)와;상기 공기유입조절부재(421)의 통공(421a)에 체결되어 공기의 이동을 안내하는 유입량조절볼트(426)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 공기유입조절부재(421)의 통공(421a)에 체결되는 유입량조절볼트(426)의 체결력으로 압축되어 공기의 이동을 안내하는 조절필터(427)와;상기 유입량조절볼트(426)에 내장되어 이물질을 여과하는 미세조절필터(427a)를 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 장진해제안내부재(440)는,커버(120)에 형성된 몸체결합공(440a)에 장착되어 회전하는 장진해제안내몸체(441)와;상기 장진해제안내몸체(441) 일측에 돌출되어 장진유지부재(250)의 장진유지제어돌기(251b)에 선택적으로 걸리도록 하는 장진해제제어돌기(442)와;상기 장진해제제어돌기(442)와 둔각으로 장진해제안내몸체(441) 타측에 돌출되어 장진해제부재(450)가 가압하도록 하는 장진해제안내돌기(443)와;상기 장진해제안내몸체(441) 일측에 돌출되면서 변좌시트(10) 내면에 밀착되어 장진해제부재(450)의 가압력이 해제된 장진해제안내몸체(441)를 복원시키는 복원탄성편(444)을 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 대소변구분부(300)는,착좌스위치(100)의 커버(120)에 돌출되면서 내부에 유입통공(311)이 관통된 구분안내리브(310)와;상기 구분안내리브(310)의 유입통공(311)을 개폐하는 배출체크밸브(320)와;상기 구분안내리브(310)에 내장되어 변좌시트(10)의 하강동작과 연동하여 안내스프링(330')의 가압으로 이동하면서 구분안내리브(310) 내부의 공기를 안내통공(330a)으로 배출하는 안내로드(330)와;상기 안내로드(330) 일측에 돌출된 대소변판단부재(340a)의 가압으로 소변 배출공(413)의 개폐 유무에 따라 대/소변을 판단하도록 공기유입조절부(420)의 판단핀제어홈(425a)에 장착되는 대소변판단핀(340)과;상기 안내통공(330a)으로 배출되는 공기의 이동을 제어하도록 안내통공(330a)에 체결되는 배출량조절볼트(350)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,상기 안내로드(330)의 안내통공(330a)에 체결되는 배출량조절볼트(350)의 체결력으로 압축되어 공기의 이동을 안내하는 조절필터(360)를 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변좌시트에 탈부착 및 방수기능을 구비한 무전원 자동물내림장치의 모듈.
