Изобретение относится к ручному огнестрельному оружию (преимущественно спортивно-охотничьему) и представляет собой оружие с магазинным питанием, в котором магазин располагается за спусковым крючком и под углом к вертикальной плоскости. Данное решение позволяет сократить длину оружия, при этом не усложняя процесс установки магазина.

Винтовка Турлакова JVs 8 (Ирина).
Область техники:
Изобретение относится к области оружейной техники и может быть использовано в огнестрельном оружии с магазинным питанием, преимущественно в спортивно-охотничьем оружии.
Предшествующий уровень техники:
Известны технические решения, когда с целью сокращения длины оружия, магазин с патронами располагается над спусковым крючком, например US 3509654А, ЕР 2180283В1, US 7963062В1. Данные решения имеют сложное устройство и не обеспечивают удобство при обращении.
Известно решение, DE 4317310(А1). Эта конструкция имеет выступающий в бок магазин, что резко ухудшает эргономику оружия.
Раскрытие изобретения:
Предлагаемым изобретением решается задача сокращения длины оружия и обеспечения удобства обращения с ним. Для достижения указанного технического результата, ручное огнестрельное оружие имеет отъёмный магазин, который расположен за спусковым крючком, эксцентрично и под углом относительно продольной вертикальной плоскости, проходящей через продольную ось ствола. При этом приёмник магазина не выступает за поперечные габариты ствольной коробки. Краткое описание чертежей:
Сущность изобретения поясняется эскизами, где: на фиг. 1 - внешний вид предлагаемого огнестрельного оружия, местный вид С; на фиг. 2 - схема установки магазина в оружие; на фиг. 3 - внешний вид предлагаемого огнестрельного оружия, разрезы С-С(А), С-С(В); на фиг. 4 - внешний вид предлагаемого огнестрельного оружия, разрез В-В, местный вид D, демонстрирующие удалённость казённого среза ствола от спускового крючка; на фиг. 5 - внешний вид предлагаемого огнестрельного оружия в варианте, когда магазин располагается в одной вертикальной полуплоскости с рукояткой затвора, разрез А-А; на фиг. 6 - схема установки магазина в оружие, когда магазин располагается в одной вертикальной полуплоскости с рукояткой затвора.
Лучший вариант осуществления изобретения:
Огнестрельное оружие (фиг. 1, фиг. 2, фиг. 3) содержит ствол 1, затвор 2 с рукояткой 2.1, ствольную коробку 3 с приёмником магазина 3.2, спусковой крючок 3.3, магазин 4 с патронами 5.
Магазин 4 помещается в приёмник магазина 3.2 согласно схеме на фиг. 2.
Приёмник 3.2 (фиг. 3, разрез С-С(А)), находится под углом “А” и эксцентрично относительно вертикальной плоскости Y, проходящей через продольную ось ствола 1.1. При этом, приёмник магазина 3.2 не выступает за поперечные габариты Z ствольной коробки 3.
На фиг. 4 изображено удаление казённого среза ствола 1.2 от спускового крючка 3.3, которое в данном варианте огнестрельного оружия составляет не более 70 миллиметров.
На фиг. 5 вариант, когда магазин 4 расположен в одной вертикальной полуплоскости с рукояткой 2.1 затвора 2.
На фиг. 6 схема установки магазина 4, в варианте, когда приемник магазина 3.2 и рукоятка затвора 2.1 расположены в одной вертикальной полуплоскости.

Claims

Формула изобретения.
1. Огнестрельное оружие, содержащее ствол с казённым срезом, затвор с рукояткой, ствольную коробку с приёмником магазина, спусковой крючок, отъёмный магазин, отл и чаю щееся тем, что приёмник магазина располагается в ствольной коробке эксцентрично и под углом относительно вертикальной продольной плоскости, проходящей через продольную ось ствола, и не выступает за поперечные габариты ствольной коробки, при этом расстояние от спускового крючка до казённого среза составляет не более 70 миллиметров.
2. Огнестрельное оружие, отличающееся по п.1 тем, что магазин и рукоятка затвора расположены в одной вертикальной полуплоскости.
