Abstract

ラマン分光分析方法は、試料のラマン分光分析において、第1時間の露光により試料の第1スペクトルを取得し(S001)、取得した第1スペクトルの第1ラマン信号強度を算出し(S002)、算出した第1ラマン信号強度と、分析に必要なラマン信号強度である第2ラマン信号強度との比に基づいて、第1時間から、第2ラマン信号強度を得るのに必要な露光時間である第2時間を算出し(S003)、算出した第2時間の露光により試料の第2スペクトルを取得する(S004)。
