Description
本发明属于留置针技术领域,具体涉及一种带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针。
现有的部分留置针的缺点在于静脉穿刺后,把针管拔出来,使用后的针管的针尖会暴露在外,因此在进行清理、销毁留置针针管时,很容易刺伤医护人员或其他人,造成交叉感染。还有部分留置针上设计有针管回缩机构,但这种针管回缩机构的结构不够可靠,针管的针尖有再次伸出的可能性,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针。
本发明的目的可以通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,包括:
针防护套,其前部内设有空腔,其侧壁的下侧开设有与空腔连通的顶杆导孔,其前端面开设有与空腔连通的前端口,其后部内设有沿轴线贯通的针通孔;
偏心挡片,安装于针防护套的空腔内且沿径向面设置,其数量为1片以上,其开设有偏心孔,其后端面开设有沿周向布置于偏心孔周侧的多个盲孔,其外轮廓设有2个以上的支点;
弹簧夹片,包括前挡板部、后挡板部、连接部、弹性悬臂部,所述前挡板部安装于针防护套的空腔前部,并对偏心挡片轴向前限位,前挡板部开设有与针防护套的针通孔同轴的针孔,所述后挡板部安装于针防护套的后部内,并将针防护套的针通孔隔成两段,后挡板部开设有与针防护套的针通孔同轴的止位针孔,所述连接部连接前挡板部和后挡板部,所述弹性悬臂部安装于针防护套内,弹性悬臂部的后端与后挡板部连接,弹性悬臂部的前端设有卡扣且延伸至针防护套的前端口,弹性悬臂部被偏心挡片向上顶住产生弹性变形;
针座,连接于针防护套的后侧;
针管,其后端从针防护套的前端口伸入,沿轴向向后依次穿过弹簧夹片的针 孔、偏心挡片的偏心孔、针防护套的针通孔前段、弹簧夹片的止位针孔、针防护套的针通孔后段后,固定于针座上,其前端为针尖且穿过导管座组件后外露,其靠近针尖处设有前后布置的槽孔和环形凸起;以及
导管座组件,包括导管座、金属楔、导管、隔离塞,所述导管座的后部安装于针防护套的前端内,导管座的后部侧壁开设有与弹簧夹片的卡扣相配合的卡口;
其中,所述针管的环形凸起的外径大于弹簧夹片的止位针孔,小于针防护套的针通孔、偏心挡片的偏心孔、弹簧夹片的针孔、导管座组件的导管内孔;
当针座被向后拉动时触发留置针进行自毁,针座带动针管一起沿轴向后退,当针管的针尖后退出偏心挡片的偏心孔时,失去针管支撑的偏心挡片在针防护套的空腔内做自由运动直至达到平衡状态,此时的偏心挡片通过外轮廓的2个以上的支点与针防护套的空腔内壁接触保持平衡,偏心挡片的实心面完全挡住针防护套的针通孔前段的前端,偏心挡片的盲孔规避针管的针尖进入偏心孔内,当针管的针尖继续后退时,针管的环形凸起被弹簧夹片的止位针孔挡住,如此实现针管的针尖被屏蔽在针防护套内;弹簧夹片的弹性悬臂部恢复变形,弹性悬臂部前端的卡扣与导管座组件的导管座的卡口脱扣,导管座组件从针防护套的前端可取下。
进一步地,所述针防护套的空腔的侧壁前部设有沿周向布置的若干止位凸起,所述偏心挡片从针防护套的前端口装入后,通过外轮廓挤压越过空腔侧壁前部的止位凸起装入空腔。
进一步地,所述针防护套的前端口侧壁设有引导槽和/或引导筋,所述导管座组件的导管座的后部侧壁设有与引导槽相配合的导向筋和/或与引导筋相配合的导向槽。

进一步地,所述针防护套内的上侧开设有弹性悬臂部卡槽,所述弹性悬臂部卡槽的的槽壁上设有若干夹紧凸起,所述弹簧夹片的弹性悬臂部的后部安装于弹性悬臂部卡槽内,并被夹紧凸起卡紧。
进一步地,所述针座包括座体部和手柄部,所述座体部内开设有沿轴线前后连通的内孔和针固定孔,座体部通过内孔套装于针防护套的后部,所述针固定孔内固定针管的后端,所述手柄部连接于座体部的旁侧。
进一步地,还包括输液软管组件,所述输液软管组件包括输液软管、止血夹、注输液接头、肝素帽、端帽。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:整体结构紧凑,操作简单,向后拉动针座,使针座带动针管沿轴向后退,当针管的针尖后退出偏心挡片的偏心孔时,即实现留置针的自毁,失去针管支撑的偏心挡片在针防护套的空腔内做自由运动直至达到平衡状态,此时的偏心挡片挡住针防护套的针通孔前段的前端,弹簧夹片的止位针孔与针管的环形凸起配合在轴向对针管后限位,实现将针管的针尖屏蔽在针防护套内,提高了产品的安全性。

参见图4至图7,所述针防护套1的前部内设有空腔101,所述空腔101的侧壁前部设有沿周向布置的若干止位凸起102,针防护套1侧壁的下侧开设有与空腔101连通的顶杆导孔103。
所述针防护套1的前端面开设有与空腔101连通的前端口,所述前端口侧壁设有轴向延伸的一引导槽104和一引导筋105,所述引导槽104和引导筋105呈180°对称布置,引导槽104的前端延伸至针防护套1的前端面,引导筋105设置于前端口内壁。
所述针防护套1的后部内设有沿轴线贯通的针通孔106,所述针通孔106的前端与空腔101连通,针通孔106的后端通至针防护套1的后端面中心。
所述针防护套1侧壁的左侧或右侧自空腔101到后端面设为敞口,针防护套1上设有弹簧夹片安装结构,所述弹簧夹片安装结构包括前挡板部槽口107、后挡板部卡槽108、两个连接部固定块109、弹性悬臂部卡槽110。
所述前挡板部槽口107设置于敞口的前端处,并与空腔101的前部对应连通。所述后挡板部卡槽108沿径向面开设于针防护套1的后部内,并与敞口连通,后挡板部卡槽108将针通孔106隔成两段。两个所述连接部固定块109设置于敞口 的前部,并与针防护套1的内部结构连接,两个连接部固定块109呈上下布置且相向面设有齿面111。所述弹性悬臂部卡槽110沿轴向开设于针防护套1内的上侧,并与空腔101、敞口、后挡板部卡槽108连通,弹性悬臂部卡槽110的槽壁上设有若干夹紧凸起112。
参见图3、图8和图9,所述偏心挡片2安装于针防护套1的空腔101内且沿径向面设置,偏心挡片2的数量为1片以上,偏心挡片2开设有贯通的偏心孔201,所述偏心孔201沿边缘设有倒圆角,偏心挡片2的后端面开设有沿周向均布于偏心孔201周侧的多个盲孔202,偏心挡片5的外轮廓设有2个以上的支点。
其中,所述偏心挡片2的外轮廓形状、支点的数量、支点的分布位置可变。本实施例中,偏心挡片2的外轮廓设有6个支点,分别为2个支点a203、2个支点b204、2个支点c205,该偏心挡片2在针防护套1的空腔101内的平衡状态下具有2种姿态,参见图10和图11。
参见图3、图12和图13,所述弹簧夹片3安装于针防护套1内,弹簧夹片3包括前挡板部301、后挡板部302、连接部303、弹性悬臂部304。
所述前挡板部301通过针防护套1的前挡板部槽口107安装于空腔101的前部,前挡板部301和针防护套1的内部结构在轴向对偏心挡片2前后限位,前挡板部301开设有与针防护套1的针通孔106同轴的针孔305。
所述后挡板部302通过针防护套1的敞口安装于后挡板部卡槽108内,后挡板部302开设有与针防护套1的针通孔106同轴的止位针孔306,后挡板部302上设有与后挡板部卡槽108相配合的若干第一弹性卡钩307,所述第一弹性卡钩307在后挡板部卡槽108内被挤压来提供作用力,使后挡板部302卡紧在后挡板部卡槽108内。
所述连接部303的两端分别与前挡板部301和后挡板部302连接,连接部303沿针防护套1的敞口设置,连接部303上设有与针防护套1的两个连接部固定块109相配合的两个以上的第二弹性卡钩308,两个以上的所述第二弹性卡钩308被挤压抵靠在两个连接部固定块109的齿面111上,使连接部303被定位在针防护套1的敞口。
所述弹性悬臂部304的后端与后挡板部302连接,弹性悬臂部304通过针防护套1的敞口安装于针防护套1内,弹性悬臂部304的后部安装于针防护套1 的弹性悬臂部卡槽110内,并被夹紧凸起112卡紧,弹性悬臂部304的前端延伸至针防护套1的前端口,弹性悬臂部304的前端设有卡扣309,弹性悬臂部304通过前部被偏心挡片2向上顶住产生弹性变形。

参见图21,留置针使用完后,向后拉动针座4触发留置针进行自毁和拆下导管座组件6的过程如下:手持针座4的手柄部402带动针座4和针管5向后移动,当针管5的针尖后退出偏心挡片2的偏心孔201时,失去针管5支撑的偏心挡片2在针防护套1的空腔101内做自由运动直至达到平衡状态,此时的偏心挡片2通过外轮廓的2个以上的支点与针防护套1的空腔101内壁接触保持平衡,偏心挡片2的偏心孔201与针防护套1的针通孔106不同轴,偏心挡片2的实心面完全挡住针防护套1的针通孔106前段的前端,偏心挡片2的盲孔202规避针管5的针尖通过倒圆角导入偏心孔201内。当针管5的针尖继续后退至弹簧夹片 3的后挡板部302时,针管5的环形凸起502被后挡板部302上的止位针孔306挡住,使得针管5的针尖被屏蔽在针防护套1内,此时产品已进入自毁状态,无法再使用。参见图21的最下部分,弹簧夹片3的弹性悬臂部304恢复变形,弹性悬臂部304前端的卡扣309与导管座601的卡口6013脱扣,导管座组件6可以从针防护套1的前端取下,至此,留置针完成自毁和导管座组件6的分离。
本实施例中的偏心挡片2的数量为1片,偏心挡片2的数量可以有更多或更少,只要能实现挡住针防护套1的针通孔106前段的前端和屏蔽针管5的针尖的功能即可。这边另外给出3片偏心挡片2的示意图,3片偏心挡片2在针防护套1的空腔101内的平衡状态下具有2种姿态,参见图22和图23。图22所示的3片偏心挡片2在平衡状态下的一姿态中,偏心挡片2的偏心孔201和针防护套1的针通孔106的中心距为L1,偏心孔201的运动轨迹为半径为R1(R1=L1)的圆;图23所示的3片偏心挡片2在平衡状态下的另一姿态中,偏心挡片2的偏心孔201和针防护套1的针通孔106的中心距为L2,偏心孔201的运动轨迹为半径为R2(R2=L2)的圆。其中,偏心挡片2的偏心孔201的直径为d,针防护套1的针通孔106的直径为D,L1>(D+d)/2,L2>(D+d)/2,L1(R1)与L2(R2)可以相同或者不同。这样一来,偏心挡片2的偏心孔201在平衡状态下会始终保持与针防护套1的针通孔106不相交、不重叠的状态,并且偏心孔201的边缘能够遮蔽针管5的针孔。
实施例2
参见图24,一种带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,与实施例1的区别之处在于,所述留置针还包括输液软管组件7,所述输液软管组件7包括输液软管、止血夹、注输液接头、肝素帽、端帽,输液软管组件7属于现有技术,故不赘述各个部件的具体结构和部件间的连接关系。
应当指出,对于经充分说明的本发明来说,还可具有多种变换及改型的实施方案,并不局限于上述实施方式的具体实施例。上述实施例仅仅作为本发明的说明,而不是对本发明的限制。总之,本发明的保护范围应包括那些对于本领域普通技术人员来说显而易见的变换或替代以及改型。
Claims (9)
- 一种带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,其特征在于,包括:针防护套,其前部内设有空腔,其侧壁的下侧开设有与空腔连通的顶杆导孔,其前端面开设有与空腔连通的前端口,其后部内设有沿轴线贯通的针通孔;偏心挡片,安装于针防护套的空腔内且沿径向面设置,其数量为1片以上,其开设有偏心孔,其后端面开设有沿周向布置于偏心孔周侧的多个盲孔,其外轮廓设有2个以上的支点;弹簧夹片,包括前挡板部、后挡板部、连接部、弹性悬臂部,所述前挡板部安装于针防护套的空腔前部,并对偏心挡片轴向前限位,前挡板部开设有与针防护套的针通孔同轴的针孔,所述后挡板部安装于针防护套的后部内,并将针防护套的针通孔隔成两段,后挡板部开设有与针防护套的针通孔同轴的止位针孔,所述连接部连接前挡板部和后挡板部,所述弹性悬臂部安装于针防护套内,弹性悬臂部的后端与后挡板部连接,弹性悬臂部的前端设有卡扣且延伸至针防护套的前端口,弹性悬臂部被偏心挡片向上顶住产生弹性变形;针座,连接于针防护套的后侧;针管,其后端从针防护套的前端口伸入,沿轴向向后依次穿过弹簧夹片的针孔、偏心挡片的偏心孔、针防护套的针通孔前段、弹簧夹片的止位针孔、针防护套的针通孔后段后,固定于针座上,其前端为针尖且穿过导管座组件后外露,其靠近针尖处设有前后布置的槽孔和环形凸起;以及导管座组件,包括导管座、金属楔、导管、隔离塞,所述导管座的后部安装于针防护套的前端内,导管座的后部侧壁开设有与弹簧夹片的卡扣相配合的卡口;其中,所述针管的环形凸起的外径大于弹簧夹片的止位针孔,小于针防护套的针通孔、偏心挡片的偏心孔、弹簧夹片的针孔、导管座组件的导管内孔;当针座被向后拉动时触发留置针进行自毁,针座带动针管一起沿轴向后退,当针管的针尖后退出偏心挡片的偏心孔时,失去针管支撑的偏心挡片在针防护套的空腔内做自由运动直至达到平衡状态,此时的偏心挡片通过外轮廓的2个以上的支点与针防护套的空腔内壁接触保持平衡,偏心挡片的实心面完全挡住针防护套的针通孔前段的前端,偏心挡片的盲孔规避针管的针尖进入 偏心孔内,当针管的针尖继续后退时,针管的环形凸起被弹簧夹片的止位针孔挡住,如此实现针管的针尖被屏蔽在针防护套内;弹簧夹片的弹性悬臂部恢复变形,弹性悬臂部前端的卡扣与导管座组件的导管座的卡口脱扣,导管座组件从针防护套的前端可取下。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,其特征在于,所述针防护套的空腔的侧壁前部设有沿周向布置的若干止位凸起,所述偏心挡片从针防护套的前端口装入后,通过外轮廓挤压越过空腔侧壁前部的止位凸起装入空腔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,其特征在于,所述针防护套的前端口侧壁设有引导槽和/或引导筋,所述导管座组件的导管座的后部侧壁设有与引导槽相配合的导向筋和/或与引导筋相配合的导向槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,其特征在于,所述针防护套的侧壁开设有与空腔的前部连通的前挡板部槽口,所述弹簧夹片的前挡板部通过前挡板部槽口装入针防护套的空腔前部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,其特征在于,所述针防护套的后部内开设有后挡板部卡槽,所述弹簧夹片的后挡板部安装于后挡板部卡槽内,弹簧夹片的后挡板部上设有若干第一弹性卡钩,所述第一弹性卡钩在后挡板部卡槽内被挤压来提供作用力,使弹簧夹片的后挡板部卡紧在后挡板部卡槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,其特征在于,所述针防护套侧壁的左侧或右侧开设有敞口,所述敞口内设有与针防护套的内部结构连接的两个连接部固定块,两个所述连接部固定块呈上下布置且相向面设有齿面,所述弹簧夹片的连接部安装于敞口内,弹簧夹片的连接部上设有两个以上的第二弹性卡钩,两个以上的所述第二弹性卡钩被挤压抵靠在两个连接部固定块的齿面上,使弹簧夹片的连接部卡紧在针防护套的敞口内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,其特征在于,所述针防护套内的上侧开设有弹性悬臂部卡槽,所述弹性悬臂部卡槽的的槽壁上设有若干夹紧凸起,所述弹簧夹片的弹性悬臂部的后部安装于弹性悬臂部卡槽内,并被夹紧凸起卡紧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,其特征在于,所述针座包括座体部和手柄部,所述座体部内开设有沿轴线前后连通的内孔和针固定孔,座体部通过内孔套住针防护套的后端,所述针固定孔内固定针管的后端,所述手柄部连接于座体部的旁侧。
- 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的带有屏蔽针偏心挡片的留置针,其特征在于,还包括输液软管组件,所述输液软管组件包括输液软管、止血夹、注输液接头、肝素帽、端帽。
