本发明涉及海洋工程领域,具体涉及一种快速布放浮防波堤。
背景技术
防波堤作为一种海岸工程结构物,主要功能是防御波浪对港域的侵袭,维持港池水域的平稳,从而保证船舶在港内安全停靠、装卸作业和人员上下。
随着海洋开发不断向深海发展,传统坐底式防波堤的建设难度和成本不断提高,并且存在限制水体交换易造成海域环境污染等问题。根据波浪理论的研究和试验发现,波能主要集中在水体表层,自水体表面以下3倍波高范围内集中了波浪近90%的能量。浮式防波堤因其具有受水深、地基和潮差影响较小以及环境友好等优点而受到国内外学者的广泛关注。
然而,现有半永久式浮式防波堤所用的制造材料多为钢材和混凝土,加之尺寸较大,浮式防波堤的自重也较大,因此不方便长距离运输。此外,现有的浮式防波堤结构较复杂,施工周期较长,各浮体单元大多通过连接构件相互连接,这种连接方式使浮式防波堤的安装和拆卸较繁琐,且施工强度大。
对于临时海上施工防护、紧急打捞搜救防护和军事登陆等情况,均需要一种自重轻、简洁、灵活且能快速布放的浮式防波堤来减弱波浪作用。
在已公开的涉及快速布放浮防波堤的相关方案中,尚未有通过对不同数目的气囊充气改变防波堤保护海域面积以及通过让某个气囊处于未充气状态,将防波堤弯折成一定角度的相关技术方案。因此,有必要寻求适用于不同面积保护海域和不同风浪条件的新型快速布放浮防波堤技术方案,使防波堤的整体性更好,增强防波堤布放的快速性并提高防波堤对不同风浪条件的适应性。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供了一种快速布放浮防波堤。该防波堤将可折叠网笼和箱型橡胶气囊进行结合,既能减少浮式防波堤的质量,又能增强浮式防波堤布放的快速性,提高防波堤的重复使用率和效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:

进一步地,所述框架连接柔性网衣,框架下端焊接有若干圆环,下端两侧各连接一个拉环,框架、圆环和拉环采用带有防锈涂层的钢材料,一方面是为了提高框架自重保证防波堤达到吃水要求,另一方面是因为钢材料具有足够的强度。

2、本发明通过框架和配重块提供压载使防波堤达到一定吃水深度,因此气囊不需分隔出 注水的空腔,结构简单,工作完成后,可以快速将配重块分离出来,减少时间成本,提高防波堤的使用效率。
3、通过对不同数目的气囊充气,可改变防波堤保护海域的面积,当保护海域面积较小时,可以对防波堤中间部分的气囊充气,两侧的舱室折叠并绑接在一起,并通过调整配重块的数量使防波堤达到特定的吃水深度;当保护海域的面积较大时,需对较多数目的气囊充气,增加防波堤的长度,改变充气气囊数量能避免模块单元之间相互连接的工序,降低防波堤布放的复杂性,减少防波堤布放时间。

下面对本发明的技术方案进行进一步说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施实例。
一种快速布放浮防波堤,如图1-6所示,由框架1、柔性网衣2、箱型橡胶气囊3、拉环5、配重块6、沉块7和锚链8构成。框架1与柔性网衣2通过缆绳绑接形成可折叠网笼,其中框架1为可折叠网笼的支撑结构;框架1、柔性网衣2以及箱型橡胶气囊3组成的上部浮体 结构通过锚链8上端与拉环5相连,下端与沉块7相连将防波堤锚泊在特定海域,在框架1下端的宽度四等分点处焊接三个尺寸相同的圆环9,圆环9与框架1在同一平面上;配重块6通过上端焊接的弹簧钩10与框架下端的圆环9相连,配重块6之间通过配重块6上端的弹簧钩10与下端的圆环9相互连接;箱型橡胶气囊3上部的气阀4通过束紧带与柔性网衣2相连,将箱型橡胶气囊3固定在网笼舱室的中间。根据需要防护水域面积大小,选择需充气箱型橡胶气囊3的数目,并据此选择锚链8、沉块7和配重块6的数目,采用平行松弛式锚泊方式完成由框架1、柔性网衣2以及箱型橡胶气囊3组成的上部浮体结构的锚泊;沉块7形状为方形,材料使用混凝土。配重块6和框架1所提供的压载应使防波堤满足结构重心在浮心下方的要求。

工况2:防护水域面积较大且只有一个强浪向,浮式防波堤的快速布放设计如图1所示。该浮式防波堤对所有箱型橡胶气囊3进行充气,采用四对锚链8平行松弛锚泊。当所有箱型橡胶气囊3均充气时,防波堤会自动展开呈直线形,此时防波堤可防护较大面积的海域;锚链交替间隔一个框架1布置,既能满足防波堤的锚泊要求,也能减少布置锚链8和沉块7的时间,提高浮防波堤布放的快速性。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种快速布放浮防波堤,其特征在于所述的配重块上端焊有弹簧钩,下端焊有圆环;最上方的配重块通过弹簧钩与框架底部设置的圆环相连,下方的配重块通过弹簧钩与上方的配重块的圆环相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速布放浮防波堤,其特征在于所述锚泊系统包括拉环、锚链和沉块,拉环连接在框架下端两侧,锚链上端与拉环相连,下端系至位于海床的沉块中,采用平行松弛式锚泊方式完成可折叠网笼的锚泊。
