一种轮椅折叠架和轮椅,其中轮椅折叠架包括:第一折叠件(10)、第二折叠件(20)、第三折叠件(30)和第四折叠件(40),第一折叠件(10)、第二折叠件(20)、第三折叠件(30)和第四折叠件(40)依次转动连接,形成四连杆机构,第一折叠件(10)、第二折叠件(20)、第三折叠件(30)和第四折叠件(40)转动配合,使轮椅折叠架具有张开的第一状态和折叠的第二状态;轮椅折叠架在第一状态向第二状态转换时,第四折叠件(40)为支座,第一折叠件(10)以第一折叠件(10)与第四折叠件(40)连接处为转动中心,向上转动,第二折叠件(20)和第三折叠件(30)在第一折叠件(10)带动下向第四折叠件(40)靠近。实现方便折叠和开启轮椅折叠架。

Description

轮椅折叠架和轮椅
本公开以2020年01月21日递交的、申请号为2020201413002且名称为“轮椅折叠架和轮椅”的专利文件为优先权文件,其全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本申请涉及代步工具领域,特别是一种轮椅折叠架和轮椅。
背景技术
轮椅作为行动不便人士的代步工具,使用十分常见,不仅使得行动不便人士可以通过轮椅实现移动,还能增加他们参加社会活动的可能,现有轮椅常常为简单的中间对折机构,然而该折叠方式对于较为复杂的轮椅则不尽实用,而其他折叠机构折叠时需要多种机构联动,所以折叠较为复杂。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于改善现有技术的缺点,提供一种轮椅折叠架和轮椅,实现方便折叠和开启轮椅。
其技术方案如下:
轮椅折叠架,包括第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件依次转动连接,形成四连杆机构;所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件转动配合,使所述轮椅折叠架具有张开的第一状态和折叠的第二状态;所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态向第二状态转换时,所述第四折叠件为支座,所述第一折叠件以所述第一折叠件与第四折叠件连接处为转动中心,向上转动,所述第二折叠件和所述第三折叠件在第一折叠件带动下向所述第四折叠件靠近。
采用第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件依次转动连接,使其形成四连杆机构,利用四连杆机构转动状态的变化,使得轮椅折叠架具有张开的第一状态和折叠的第二状态,张开的第一状态即为轮椅实际使用时,轮椅折叠架处于的状态,当需要折叠起轮椅时,对第一折叠件远离第四折叠件的一侧向上转动,此时第四折叠件与承接面相接触,作为支座,第一折叠件以与第四折叠件相连接的位置为中心向上转动,因为第一折叠件与第二折叠件转动配合,而第二折叠件和第三折叠件相转动配合,所以当第一折叠件向上转动时,且逐渐与第四折叠件相平齐时,第二折叠件和第三折叠件也跟随转动,向第四折叠件靠近。即轮椅折叠架在外力的作用下向第二状态转动,此时轮椅折叠架在横向上收缩,而纵向上外突,此时完成折叠,所以无论张开还是折叠,均通过四连杆机构的转动实现,因此在收折轮椅折叠架时,较为方便。而且轮椅折叠架在横向上收缩,所以其占地面积不大,更加利于存放。
所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件至少之一设置有第一限位件,所述第一限位件阻挡所述轮椅折叠架转至第一状态后继续转动。由于采用的是四连杆机构,所以处于第一状态时,为了避免轮椅折叠架继续转动,设置有第一限位件,阻挡轮椅折叠架继续转动,即可防止转过第一状态,使得轮椅折叠架发生过转,进而防止损坏其他零部件。
所述第一限位件设置在第一折叠件上,且靠近或位于所述第一折叠件和所述第二折叠件转动连接处。将第一限位件安装在转动连接处,由于该位置在转动时需要预留一定的空间,所以第一限位件的安装不会影响到其他零部件的安装,设计较为巧妙。
所述第一限位件设置有突出的限位部,所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态时,所述限位部与所述第二折叠件相抵触。设置突出的限位部,利用限位部与第二折叠件相抵触,阻止所述轮椅折叠架继续转动。
所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件至少之一设置有第二限位件,所述第二限位件阻挡所述轮椅折叠架转至第二状态后继续转动。为了避免轮椅折叠架处于第二状态时继续转动,磕坏其余零部件,所以利用第二限位件阻挡轮椅折叠架在转动第二状态时,继续转动。
所述第二限位件安装在所述第二折叠件上,所述轮椅折叠架在第二状态时,所述第二限位件与第三折叠件相抵触。利用轮椅折叠架在第二状态时,第二折叠件和第三折叠件相靠近,所以将第二限位件安装在第二折叠件件上,当第二限位件与第三折叠件相接触时,达到最大折叠位置,不会继续转动,影响到其他零部件。
所述第四折叠件和所述第二折叠件分别具有向外延伸的第一延展端和第二延展端,所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态时,所述第一延展端和所述第二延展端相远离,所述轮椅折叠架在第二状态时,所述第一延展端和所述第二延展端相靠近。设置的第一延展端和第二延展端有利于连接为其他零部件提供一个位置。
所述第一延展端和所述第二延展端上均设置有安装位,所述第一延展端和所述第二延展端的安装位上分别安装有轮子组件。该安装位的设置为安装轮椅的其他零部件提供一个安装位,同时又不影响到轮椅折叠架的在第一状态和第二状态之间装换,第一延展端和第二延展端均为向下设置,轮子组件安装在该位置直接起到承接作用。
所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件均设置有至少两个转动连接位,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件通过所述转动连接位转动,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件上各自的转动连接位的连线长度为四连杆机构的每根杆有效长度。轮椅折叠架在第一状态和第二状态转动时,以第四折叠件为支座,根据连杆机构原理,第二折叠件和第三折叠件在靠近第四折叠件时存在两种情况,第一种是第二折叠件和第三折叠件相重叠的方式靠近第四折叠件,第二种是第二折叠件和第三折叠件相平直的方式靠近第四折叠件。由于第一种方式存在第一限位件的阻挡,所以无法实现,而第二种方式即为本实施例的转动方式,此时,第二折叠件和第三折叠件向第四折叠件靠近,即为轮椅折叠架在横向收缩,而第二折叠件和第三折叠件向第四折叠件靠近时,第二折叠件向上突出,即为轮椅折叠架在纵向外突。
所述第一折叠件为坐板,所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态向第二状态转换时, 所述坐板向竖直方向转换。第一折叠件直接为坐板,所以坐板在折叠过程中不会存在折叠,即坐板为完整坐板,相比于现有折叠机构通常将坐板进行折叠,现有折叠机构对于安装在坐板的部件都需要拆卸,如坐垫,该折叠方式保证坐板的完整性,因此在坐板可以安装多种不同部件,折叠时也能避免损坏。即使在坐板上安装有坐垫,也无需拆卸下坐垫,即可完成轮椅的折叠。
所述第二折叠件和所述第三折叠件均具有弯曲端,所述弯曲突出方向均朝向所述轮椅折叠架的内部。该弯曲部的设置不仅增加了美感,而且由于突出的方向朝向轮椅折叠架的内部,所以在折叠时,该部分也能更加靠近中心位置,外突的位置较少。
所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件均设置有两件,且对称设置。对称设置有两件的方式,稳定性增强,有利于延长使用寿命。
每两件所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件分别为固定连接。而且采用固定连接的方式,将对称的两件第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件各自连接,所以在横向方向上的稳定性提高,能有效地减少摇晃的情况。
轮椅,包括轮子组件、靠背部、扶手和前述轮椅折叠架,所述靠背部安装在所述第一折叠件上,所述扶手和所述轮子组件安装在所述第四折叠件上。即轮椅使用该轮椅折叠架,使得该轮椅在折叠时更加方便。
轮椅还包括后部总成,所述后部总成安装所述轮子组件,所述后部总成与所述轮椅折叠架相拼接,所述第二折叠件上设置有第一卡接部,所述第一折叠件上设置有第二卡接部;所述后部总成面向所述轮椅折叠架与所述第一卡接部相对应的位置设置有第三卡接部,所述后部总成面向所述轮椅折叠架与所述第二卡接部相对应的位置设置有第四卡接部;当所述第一卡接部和所述第三卡接部相卡合,且所述第二卡接部和所述第四卡接部相卡合时,所述轮椅折叠架锁定在第一状态;当所述第一卡接部和所述第三卡接部卡合解除,且所述第二卡接部和所述第四卡接部卡合解除时,所述轮椅折叠架可向第二状态转换。轮椅在使用时安装上后部总成,后部总成上的轮子组件和第四折叠件上的轮子组件 与承接面接触,支撑起轮椅。此处轮椅折叠架处于第一状态后部总成才拼接上,而此时,后部总成上的第三卡接部和第四卡接部分别卡合在第一卡接部和第二卡接部上,使得第一卡接部和第二卡接部之间相对位置固定,控制了第一折叠件和第二折叠件的位置相固定,所以轮椅折叠架锁定在第一状态。当需要对轮椅折叠架折叠成第二状态时,解除第一卡接部与第三卡接部及第二卡接部和第四卡接部卡合,所以第一卡接部和第二卡接部之间位置相对固定接触,可以对轮椅折叠架收折,方便放置。

具体实施方式
下面对本申请的实施例进行详细说明。
如图1所示,轮椅折叠架,包括第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40,所述第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40依次转动连接,形成四连杆机构。如图1、图2和图3所示,所述第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40转动配合,使所述轮椅折叠架具有张开的第一状态和折叠的第二状态;所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态向第二状态转换时,所述第四折叠件40为支座,所述第一折叠件10以所述第一折叠件10与第四折叠件40连接处为转动中心,向上转动,所述第二折叠件20和所述第三折叠件30在第一折叠件10带动下向所述第四折叠件40靠近。
采用第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40依次转动连接,使其形成四连杆机构,利用四连杆机构转动状态的变化,使得轮椅折叠架具有张开的第一状态和折叠的第二状态,张开的第一状态即为轮椅实际使用时,轮椅折叠架处于的状态,当需要折叠起轮椅时,对第一折叠件10远离第四折叠件40的一侧向上转动,此时第四折叠件40与承接面相接触,作为支座,第一折叠件10以与第四折叠件40相连接的位置为中心向上转动,因为第一折叠件10与第二折叠件20转动配合,而第二折叠件20和第三折叠件30相转动配合,所以当第一折叠件10向上转动时,且逐渐与第四折叠件40相平齐时,第二折叠件20和第三折叠件30也跟随转动,向第四折叠件40靠近。即轮椅折叠架在外力的作用下向第二状态转动,此时轮椅折叠架在横向上收缩,而纵向上外突,此时完成折叠,所以无论张开还是折叠,均通过四连杆机构的转动实现,因此在收折轮椅折叠架时,较为方便。而且轮椅折叠架在横向上收缩,所以其占地面积不大,更加利于存放。
上述的纵向、横向、向上和向下以轮椅在使用时以承接面为参考,在承接面方向上是横向,在垂直承接面方向是纵向;远离承接面的方向为向上,靠近承接面的方向为向下。
在优选实施例中,第四折叠件相对固定,折叠时需要一个支撑点,该支撑点要通过地面为受力点。掰动第一折叠件时,以第四折叠件相配合的位置为转动中心,所以折叠时看作静止,即第四折叠件的位置相对固定。
如图2所示,所述第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40至少之一设置有第一限位件50,所述第一限位件50阻挡所述轮椅折叠架转至第一状态后继续转动。由于采用的是四连杆机构,所以处于第一状态时,为了避免轮椅折叠架继续转动,设置有第一限位件50,阻挡轮椅折叠架继续转动,即可防止转过第一状态,使得轮椅折叠架发生过转,进而防止损坏其他零部件。
如图3所示,所述第一限位件50设置在第一折叠件10上,且靠近或位于所述第一折叠件10和所述第二折叠件20转动连接处。将第一限位件50安装在转动连接处,由于该位置在转动时需要预留一定的空间,所以第一限位件50的安装不会影响到其他零部件的安装,设计较为巧妙。
而在本实施例中,具体地将第一限位件50安装在第一折叠件10和第二折叠件20转动连接处。
如图7所示,所述第一限位件50设置有突出的限位部51,所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态时,所述限位部51与所述第二折叠件20相抵触。设置突出的限位部51,利用限位部51与第二折叠件20相抵触,阻止所述轮椅折叠架继续转动。
如图4所示,所述第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40至少之一设置有第二限位件60,所述第二限位件60阻挡所述轮椅折叠架转至第二状态后继续转动。为了避免轮椅折叠架处于第二状态时继续转动,磕坏其余零部件,所以利用第二限位件60阻挡轮椅折叠架在转动第二状态时,继续转动。
如图7所示,所述第二限位件60安装在所述第二折叠件20上,所述轮椅折叠架在第二状态时,所述第二限位件60与第三折叠件30相抵触。利用轮椅折叠架在第二状态时,第二折叠件20和第三折叠件30相靠近,所以将第二限位件60安装在第二折叠件20件上,当第二限位件60与第三折叠件30相接触时,达到最大折叠位置,不会继续转动,影响到其他零部件。
如图1所示,所述第四折叠件40和所述第二折叠件20分别具有向外延伸的第一延展端41和第二延展端21,如图1所示,所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态时,所述第一延展端41和所述第二延展端21相远离,如图3所示,所述轮椅折叠架在第二状态时,所述第一延展端41和所述第二延展端21相靠近。设置的第一延展端41和第二延展端21有利于连接为其他零部件提供一个位置。例如需要安装轮子组件70时,在第一延展端41以及第二延展端21上安装。
如图2所示,所述第一延展端41和所述第二延展端21上均设置有安装位22。该安装位22的设置为安装轮椅的其他零部件提供一个安装位22,同时又不影响到轮椅折叠架的在第一状态和第二状态之间装换。例如需要安装轮子组件70时,安装在安装位22上。
所述第一延展端41和所述第二延展端21的安装位22上分别安装有轮子组件70。该第一延展端41和第二延展端21均为向下设置,轮子组件70安装在该位置直接与地面接触,使得第一延展端41和第二延展端21承接起轮椅折叠架。
如图7所示,所述第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40均设置有至少两个转动连接位11,所述第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40通过所述转动连接位11转动,如图4、图5和图6所示,所述第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40上各自的转动连接位11的连线长度为四连杆机构的每根杆有效长度。
轮椅折叠架在第一状态和第二状态转动时,以第四折叠件40为支座,根据连杆机构原理,第二折叠件20和第三折叠件30在靠近第四折叠件40时存在两种情况,第一种是第二折叠件20和第三折叠件30相重叠的方式靠近第四 折叠件40,第二种是第二折叠件20和第三折叠件30相平直的方式靠近第四折叠件40。由于第一种方式存在第一限位件50的阻挡,所以无法实现,而第二种方式即为本实施例的转动方式,此时,第二折叠件20和第三折叠件30向第四折叠件40靠近,即为轮椅折叠架在横向收缩,而第二折叠件20和第三折叠件30向第四折叠件40靠近时,第二折叠件20向上突出,即为轮椅折叠架在纵向外突。
具体在本实施例中,折叠后的第一延展端41和第二延展端21相靠近,所以轮子组件70也相靠近。
如图4、图5和图6所示,虚线连线表示第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40形成的四连杆机构中每根杆有效长度。此处所述四连杆机构每根杆为虚拟杆,指的是形成四连杆机构的有效长度的虚拟杆。
在本实施例中,转动连接位11的配合方式存在两种,第一种,其中一个转动连接位11为轴套,另一个转动连接位11为转轴,如第一折叠件10和第四折叠件40的配合方式;第二种,转动连接位11为铰接连接的两配合端,如第一折叠件10和第二折叠件20的配合方式。
如图3、图6和图7所示,所述第一折叠件10为坐板,所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态向第二状态转换时,所述坐板向竖直方向转换。第一折叠件10直接为坐板,所以坐板在折叠过程中不会存在折叠,即坐板为完整坐板,相比于现有折叠机构通常将坐板进行折叠,所以安装在坐板的部件都需要拆卸,如坐垫,本实施例的折叠方式保证坐板的完整性,因此在坐板可以安装多种不同部件,折叠时也能避免损坏。
如图4所示,,所述第二折叠件20和所述第三折叠件30均具有弯曲端23,所述弯曲突出方向均朝向所述轮椅折叠架的内部。该弯曲部的设置不仅增加了美感,而且由于突出的方向朝向轮椅折叠架的内部,所以在折叠时,该部分也能更加靠近中心位置,外突的位置较少。
如图1和图7所示,所述第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40均设置有两件,且对称设置。对称设置有两件的方式,稳定 性增强,有利于延长使用寿命。
每两件所述第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40分别为固定连接。而且采用固定连接的方式,将对称的两件第一折叠件10、第二折叠件20、第三折叠件30和第四折叠件40各自连接,所以在横向方向上的稳定性提高,能有效地减少摇晃的情况。
如图8和图9所示,轮椅,包括轮子组件70、靠背部80、扶手90和前述轮椅折叠架,所述靠背部80安装在所述第一折叠件10上,所述扶手90和所述轮子组件70安装在所述第四折叠件40上。即轮椅使用该轮椅折叠架,使得该轮椅在折叠时更加方便。而且该轮椅的折叠不会对轮椅的坐板折叠。所以坐板在折叠过程中不会存在折叠,即坐板为完整坐板,相比于现有折叠机构通常将坐板进行折叠,现有折叠机构对于安装在坐板的部件都需要拆卸,如坐垫,本实施例的折叠方式保证坐板的完整性,因此在坐板可以安装多种不同部件,折叠时也能避免损坏。即使在坐板上安装有坐垫,也无需拆卸下坐垫,即可完成轮椅的折叠。该轮椅可以是以儿童推车的形式存在或及以代步车的形式存在。
如图8、图9和图10所示,轮椅还包括后部总成01,所述后部总成01安装所述轮子组件70,所述后部总成01与所述轮椅折叠架相拼接,所述第二折叠件20上设置有第一卡接部24,所述第一折叠件10上设置有第二卡接部12;
所述后部总成01面向所述轮椅折叠架与所述第一卡接部24相对应的位置设置有第三卡接部011,所述后部总成01面向所述轮椅折叠架与所述第二卡接部12相对应的位置设置有第四卡接部012;
当所述第一卡接部24和所述第三卡接部011相卡合,且所述第二卡接部12和所述第四卡接部012相卡合时,所述轮椅折叠架锁定在第一状态;当所述第一卡接部24和所述第三卡接部011卡合解除,且所述第二卡接部12和所述第四卡接部012卡合解除时,所述轮椅折叠架可向第二状态转换。
轮椅在使用时安装上后部总成01,后部总成01上的轮子组件70和第四折叠件40上的轮子组件70与承接面接触,支撑起轮椅。此处轮椅折叠架处于第 一状态后部总成01才拼接上,而此时,后部总成01上的第三卡接部011和第四卡接部012分别卡合在第一卡接部24和第二卡接部12上,使得第一卡接部24和第二卡接部12之间相对位置固定,控制了第一折叠件10和第二折叠件20的位置相固定,所以轮椅折叠架锁定在第一状态。当需要对轮椅折叠架折叠成第二状态时,解除第一卡接部24与第三卡接部011及第二卡接部12和第四卡接部012卡合,所以第一卡接部24和第二卡接部12之间位置相对固定接触,可以对轮椅折叠架收折,方便放置。
需要说明的是:
前述“第一、第二、第三……”不代表具体的数量及顺序,仅仅是用于对名称的区分。
以上横向、纵向、向下和向上指的均为轮椅折叠架处于第一状态时,以实际使用时的放置位置为参照。例如向下,是指朝向地面一侧。
以上仅为本申请的具体实施例,并不以此限定本申请的保护范围;在不违反本申请构思的基础上所作的任何替换与改进,均属本申请的保护范围。
工业实用性
本申请实施例提供的方案可应用于代步工具领域,在本申请实施例中,采用采用第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件依次转动连接,使其形成四连杆机构,取得了方便折叠和开启轮椅折叠架的技术效果。

Claims (15)

  1. 轮椅折叠架,包括第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件依次转动连接,形成四连杆机构;
    所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件转动配合,使所述轮椅折叠架具有张开的第一状态和折叠的第二状态;
    所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态向第二状态转换时,所述第四折叠件为支座,所述第一折叠件以所述第一折叠件与第四折叠件连接处为转动中心,向上转动,所述第二折叠件和所述第三折叠件在第一折叠件带动下向所述第四折叠件靠近。
  2. 如权利要求1所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件至少之一设置有第一限位件,所述第一限位件阻挡所述轮椅折叠架转至第一状态后继续转动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第一限位件设置在第一折叠件上,且靠近或位于所述第一折叠件和所述第二折叠件转动连接处。
  4. 如权利要求3所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第一限位件设置有突出的限位部,所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态时,所述限位部与所述第二折叠件相抵触。
  5. 如权利要求1所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件至少之一设置有第二限位件,所述第二限位件阻挡所述轮椅折叠架转至第二状态后继续转动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第二限位件安装在所述第二折叠件上,所述轮椅折叠架在第二状态时,所述第二限位件与第三折叠件相抵触。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第四折叠件和所述第二折叠件分别具有向外延伸的第一延展端和第二延展端,所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态时,所述第一延展端和所述第二延展端相远离,所述轮椅折叠架在第二状态时,所述第一延展端和所述第二延展端相靠近。
  8. 如权利要求7所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第一延展端和所述第二延展端上均设置有安装位,所述第一延展端和所述第二延展端的安装位上分别安装有轮子组件。
  9. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件均设置有至少两个转动连接位,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件通过所述转动连接位转动,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件上各自的转动连接位的连线长度为四连杆机构的每根杆有效长度。
  10. 如权利要求9所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第一折叠件为坐板,所述轮椅折叠架在第一状态向第二状态转换时,所述坐板向竖直方向转换。
  11. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第二折叠件和所述第三折叠件均具有弯曲端,所述弯曲突出方向均朝向所述轮椅折叠架的内部。
  12. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述轮椅折叠架,其中,所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件均设置有两件,且对称设置。
  13. 如权利要求12所述轮椅折叠架,其中,每两件所述第一折叠件、第二折叠件、第三折叠件和第四折叠件分别为固定连接。
  14. 轮椅,包括轮子组件、靠背部、扶手和权利要求1至14任一项所述轮椅折叠架,所述靠背部安装在所述第一折叠件上,所述扶手和所述轮子组件安装在所述第四折叠件上。
  15. 如权利要求14所述轮椅,其中,还包括后部总成,所述后部总成安装所述轮子组件,所述后部总成与所述轮椅折叠架相拼接,所述第二折叠件上设置有第一卡接部,所述第一折叠件上设置有第二卡接部;
    所述后部总成面向所述轮椅折叠架与所述第一卡接部相对应的位置设置有第三卡接部,所述后部总成面向所述轮椅折叠架与所述第二卡接部相对应的位置设置有第四卡接部;
    当所述第一卡接部和所述第三卡接部相卡合,且所述第二卡接部和所述第四卡接部相卡合时,所述轮椅折叠架锁定在第一状态;当所述第一卡接部和所述第三卡接部卡合解除,且所述第二卡接部和所述第四卡接部卡合解除时,所述轮椅折叠架可向第二状态转换。
