本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,通过设置主体和手柄可拆卸连接,简化产品结构,降低模具制造成本,避免主体和手柄在成型过程因注塑问题导致同时报废,节省资源,同时,易于安装拆解,便于维修保养;通过在主体壳上设置对接板,对接板的前后两侧设置对位缺槽和对位缺口,手柄内壳设置为可拆卸连接的内前壁和内后壁,内前壁设置螺丝柱,内后壁设置连接孔,对接板上设置对位孔,组装时,将螺丝柱沿插入对位孔使内前壁的上端嵌入对位缺槽,内后壁的上端直接嵌入对位缺口,再用螺丝锁紧,使主体壳与手柄内壳的组装更方便,提高组装效率,降低企业生产成本;通过在对接板面向内后壁一侧的表面设置导向凸条,内后壁上设置导向凹槽,通过导向的作用便于内后壁的上端对位后快速滑入对位缺口内,进一步提高组装效率;通过在螺丝柱的底部外侧成型有加强凸块,增强螺丝柱与内前壁的连接处的强度,避免在组装过程中容易造成螺丝柱断裂。

通过在内导风板21和外导风板22上分别设置倾斜直面24和弧形面23,倾斜直面24和弧形面23之间形成喇叭口33,以及在倾斜直面24靠近外导风板22的一端设置第一导风平面36,弧形面23靠近内导风板21的一端设置第二导风平面37,第一导风平面36和第二导风平面37之间形成直通口25,喇叭口33沿流体方向逐渐收窄后与直通口25连通,使得流体经过喇叭口33后逐渐聚集到直通口25,并呈直线向外流出,从而提高吹风机的出风顺畅性和出风效率,使得吹风效果更好。
如图11所示,所述发热器40包括呈筒状设置的管道41和周向设于管道41外侧的叶片42,所述叶片42上设有发热丝(未示出),所述管道41内设有固定板43,所述固定板43上设有与第一螺丝柱30对应的第一连接孔44,组装时,第一螺丝从壳体后端向前端插入第一连接孔44与第一螺丝柱30螺合连接,所述固定板43上设有与第一防呆块32对应的第一防呆槽45,所述固定板43的后侧设有第二螺丝柱46,所述第二螺丝柱46设有多个,多个所述第二螺丝柱46之间通过第三连接筋47连接,所述第三连接筋47上设有第二防呆块48。

需要说明的是,本发明还可以在容置腔57内设置第二螺丝柱46。
通过在圆筒51的后端设置用于安装主控电路板61的基板56,和在基板56上设置容置腔57,容置腔57可用于容纳主控电路板61上的元器件,从而使主控电路板61和电路板支架50的组装更为紧凑,减小占用吹风机的主体内部空间;通过在圆筒51的前端设置端板,在端板上设置连接孔,使得电路板支架50的组装更为方便,提高组装效率,降低生产成本,有利于拆解维护。
如图14所示,所述后盖70的前端设有容置槽71,所述容置槽71内设有发光光源,所述后盖70上设有透光部,所述容置槽71内设有尾灯电路板81,所述发光光源为环形分布于尾灯电路板81上的LED灯82,所述LED灯82靠近透光部的内侧,所述容置槽71内还设有第四螺丝柱75,所述尾灯电路板81上设有与第四螺丝柱75对应的第四连接孔83,所述第四螺丝柱75设有多个,多个所述第四螺丝柱75上均设有加强筋,其中一个加强筋上设有第三防呆块76,所述尾灯电路板81上设有与第三防呆块76对应的第三防呆槽84,所述后盖70包括不可透光的后端板72和环形侧板73,所述后端板72和环形侧板73之间形成有透光区74,所述透光部为透光区74,所述后盖70由透明或半透明材质成型,所述后盖70的非透光部位的表面设有遮光层,所述遮光层包括设于后端板72中部外表面的端面遮光层和设于环形侧板73外表面的侧面遮光层,所述端面遮光层的边沿与侧面遮光层的边沿之间形成透光区74,所述透光区74从侧面遮光层的边沿自前往后朝后端板72中部倾斜延伸,所述环形侧板73设有朝容置槽71的开口方向延伸的环形连接板77,所述环形连接板77上设有耳板78,所述耳板78上设有第一卡孔79,所述主体壳10的后端内表面设有与第一卡孔79对应的第一卡块13,所述环形连接板77与环形侧板73的连接处形成有第二环形台阶,所述环形台阶的前侧设有第二密封圈80,所述主体壳10后端的内表面设有与第二密封圈80对应的第二环形槽14。
需要说明的是,本发明中尾灯电路板81与吹风机的主控电路板61电性连接,主控电路板61上电性连接有温度传感器,根据不同的风温,主控电路板61上的控制元件(如单片机)控制LED灯82发出不同颜色,从而根据颜色的变化,便于使用者判断风温高低。
通过在后盖70上设置容置槽71,容置槽71内设置发光光源,以及在后盖70上设置透光部,根据不同的风温,吹风机内的主控电路板61控制发光光源发出不同的颜色,使用者可直接通过观察颜色的变化判断吹风机的风温高低,方便使用。
如图15-16所示,所述手柄内壳108下端设有延伸部116,所述延伸部116与内后壁112的连接处设有卡板115,所述延伸部116的下端依次设有通线口123和位于通线口123上方的夹线孔126,所述夹线孔126的两侧设有分线槽128,所述夹线孔126的上下两端分别与分线槽128和通线口123连通,所述延伸部116的外表面设有供电线向外穿出的通线槽129,所述通线槽129与分线槽128连通,所述手柄内壳108的外表面设有多组沿手柄内壳108长度方向分布的卡线组件,多组所述卡线组件均包括两个间距设置的限位柱113,所述限位柱113的一端自手柄内壳108的外表面向外凸出,两个所述间距设置的限位柱113之间形成夹线口114,所述电线依次从通线口123和夹线孔126穿入沿分线槽128和通线槽129向外穿出,并自下向上穿过多个夹线口114分布。

通过在手柄内壳108的下端设置延伸部116,在延伸部116上设置通线口123、夹线孔126、分线槽128以及通线槽129,在手柄内壳108的外表面设置多组沿手柄内壳108长度方向分布的卡线组件,多组卡线组件均包括两个间距设置的限位柱113,两个间距设置的限位柱113之间形成夹线口114,电线依次从通线口123和夹线孔126穿入,沿分线槽128和通线槽129向外穿出,并自下向上穿过多个夹线口114分布,从而能使电线组装更方便,提高组装效率,降低企业生产成本;通过在通线口123内设置相对凸出的第一挤压块124和第二挤压块125,第一挤压块124和第二挤压块125之间形成夹线孔126,并且第一挤压块124和第二挤压块125均与延伸部116一体成型,从而无需单独设置定位块固定电线,简化结构,降低材料成本。

通过手柄内壳108上端的外表面设置安装平台140,安装平台140上设置两个间距设置的安装板141,两个安装板141竖向设于安装平台140的中部外表面,并且两个安装板141之间形成用于安装开关的安装空间,从而无需另外单独设置安装座用于安装开关,简化开关的安装结构,减少组装工序,提高组装效率,降低企业生产成本,便于拆解维护。

需要说明的是,本发明中磁体也可以设置在外滤网200上,铁环对应设置于延伸部116上。
通过在手柄100下端设置延伸部116,以及呈筒状设置的外滤网200,外滤网200套设置于延伸部116的外侧,并且外滤网200和延伸部116磁性吸合连接,采用磁性吸合连接,拆解时用户只需使用一定的力即可将外滤网200与手柄100分离,安装时只需将外滤网200套入延伸部116即可自动吸合,简化了外滤网200与手柄 100之间的安装拆解方式,方便卸下外滤网200进行内部清洗;通过在延伸部116的下端设置嵌入孔194,磁体可直接嵌入到嵌入孔194内,磁体组装方便。
如图24-25所示,所述延伸部116上的第四分隔板224将流体入口101分隔成前入口220和后入口221,所述第一前臂119和第二前臂120通过第四分隔板224连接,所述第一前臂119、第二前臂120和第四分隔板224之间围合形成前导风槽222,所述第一后臂121、第二后臂122和第四分隔板224之间围合形成后导风槽223,所述前导风槽222和后导风槽223分别与前入口220和后入口221连通,所述前导风槽222和后导风槽223均呈喇叭状设置,所述前导风槽222和后导风槽223由下往上逐渐增大,所述第一前臂119、第二前臂120和第四分隔板224一体成型,所述第一前臂119和第二前臂120均设有第四螺丝孔225,所述第一后臂121和第二后臂122均设有与第四螺丝孔225对应的第四安装孔226,所述第一前臂119和第二前臂120均设有限位缺口227,所述第一后臂121和第二后臂122均设有与限位缺口227对应的限位凸块228。
需要说明的是,本发明中所述第四分隔板224也可以与第一后臂121和第二后臂122一体成型,还可以设置两个第四分隔板224,其中一个所述第四分隔板224与第一前臂119和第二前臂120一体成型,另一个所述第四分隔板224与第一后臂121和第二后臂122一体成型一体成型。
通过在手柄内壳108下端设置延伸部116,延伸部116与手柄内壳108的连接处设置流体入口101,延伸部116包括左延伸部117和右延伸部118,左延伸部117和右延伸部118之间通过第四分隔板224连接,该第四分隔板224将流体入口101分隔成前入口220和后入口221,在吹风机工作时,流体入口101外侧的风分别沿第四分隔板224的前后两侧导向前入口220和后入口221,避免第四分隔板224前后两侧风相互干扰产生紊流现象,使得吸风更顺畅,提高吸风效率,增强吹风机的吹风效果;通过采用喇叭状设置的前导风槽222和后导风槽223,使得被吸入的风沿前导风槽222或后导风槽223进入流体入口101的阻力逐渐降低,提升吸风效率。
如图26-30所示,所述主体90的前端设有风嘴400,所述风嘴400包括外层风嘴壳401、内层风嘴壳405和挡板417,所述内层风嘴壳405的内侧具有喇叭状进风腔406和与喇叭状进风腔406连通的扁平状出风腔409,所述外层风嘴壳401套设于内层风嘴壳405的外侧,所述外层风嘴壳401的内侧具有与喇叭状进风腔406和扁平状出风腔409形状相对应的喇叭状容置腔402和扁平状容置腔403,所述喇叭状容置腔402和扁平状容置腔403连通,所述喇叭状容置腔402的内壁设有锁止卡块404,所述喇叭状进风腔406的外壁设有与锁止卡块404对应的锁止卡槽415,所述外层风嘴壳401和内层风嘴壳405通过锁止卡块404与锁止卡槽415的配合相互结合在一起,所述挡板417设于喇叭状进风腔406的开口处,所述挡板417的外侧边沿与喇叭状进风腔406的开口边沿之间保持有间距形成进风口410,所述挡板417包括圆板本体418,所述圆板本体418的外侧设有径向向外凸出的环形挡边419,所述环形挡边419与喇叭状进风腔406的开口边沿之间保持有间距形成进风口410,所述进风口410的外侧设有环形安装槽416,所述外导风板22的前端设有铁 圈423(图9),所述环形安装槽416内设有与铁圈对应的环形磁体422,所述扁平状出风腔409远离进风口410的一端设有出风口411,所述喇叭状进风腔406的外表面设有斜向延伸板412,所述斜向延伸板412自进风口410朝出风口411方向倾斜向外延伸,所述斜向延伸板412使得出风口411的宽度b大于喇叭状进风腔406的开口的直径k,所述喇叭状进风腔406内设有安装部,所述挡板417与安装部连接,所述安装部为第六螺丝柱414,所述挡板417上设有与第六螺丝柱414对应的第六连接孔420,所述喇叭状进风腔406内还设有第五分隔板413,所述第六螺丝柱414位于第五分隔板413上,所述第五分隔板413将喇叭状进风腔406分隔形成第一进风腔407和第二进风腔408,所述挡板417上设有与第五分隔板413的厚度相对应的第四限位槽421。
综上所述,本发明通过设置内层风嘴壳405和挡板417,内层风嘴壳405具有喇叭状进风腔406和与喇叭状进风腔406连通的扁平状出风腔409,挡板417设于喇叭状进风腔406的开口处,挡板417的外侧边沿与喇叭状进风腔406的开口边沿之间保持有间距形成进风口410,从而避免喇叭状进风腔406与流体出口之间的区域容易产生紊流的现象,提高风嘴400的出风顺畅性和出风效率,使得吹风效果更好;通过设置第五分隔板413,降低喇叭状进风腔406内的风相互干扰的强度,进一步提高出风顺畅性;通过设置斜向延伸板412,斜向延伸板412使得出风口411的宽度大于喇叭状进风腔406的开口的直径,从而使风嘴400的单位时间内的出风量更大,吹风的范围更广,用户的使用体验更佳。
综上所述,本发明通过设置主体90和手柄100可拆卸连接,简化产品结构,降低模具制造成本,避免主体90和手柄100在成型过程因注塑问题导致同时报废,节省资源,同时,易于安装拆解,便于维修保养;通过在主体壳10上设置对接板302,对接板302的前后两侧设置对位缺槽303和对位缺口306,手柄内壳108设置为可拆卸连接的内前壁111和内后壁112,内前壁111设置第五螺丝柱310,内后壁设置第五连接孔313,对接板302上设置对位孔304,组装时,将螺丝柱沿插入对位孔304使内前壁111的上端嵌入对位缺槽303,内后壁112的上端直接嵌入对位缺口306,再用螺丝锁紧,使主体壳10与手柄内壳108的组装更方便,提高组装效率,降低企业生产成本;通过在对接板302面向内后壁112一侧的表面设置导向凸条307,内后壁112上设置导向凹槽314,通过导向的作用便于内后壁112的上端对位后快速滑入对位缺口306内,进一步提高组装效率;通过在第五螺丝柱310的底部外侧成型有加强凸块311,增强第五螺丝柱310与内前壁111的连接处的强度,避免在组装过程中容易造成第五螺丝柱310断裂。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,故凡是依据本发明的技术实际对以上实施例所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手持式吹风机,包括主体和手柄,所述手柄上设有流体入口,所述主体上设有流体出口,所述流体入口与流体出口连通形成流体通道,其特征在于,所述主体和手柄可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述主体包括主体壳,所述主体壳具有流体转向口和沿流体转向口的边沿向下凸出的主体连接部,所述流体入口和流体出口均与流体转向口连通,所述手柄包括手柄内壳,所述手柄内壳包括可拆卸连接的内前壁和内后壁,所述内前壁和内后壁至少之一与主体连接部可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述主体连接部包括对接板,所述对接板的前侧设有对位缺槽,所述内前壁的上端嵌入对位缺槽内,所述对接板的后侧与流体转向口之间形成有对位缺口,所述内后壁的上端嵌入对位缺口内,所述内前壁设有螺丝柱,所述内后壁设有与螺丝柱对应的连接孔,所述对接板上设有与螺丝柱适配的对位孔,所述对位孔与对位缺口连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述对接板面向内后壁一侧的表面设有导向凸条,所述内后壁上设有与导向凸条对应的导向凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述导向凸条的下端与对接板的下表面连接,所述导向凸条上端的内侧具有向内延伸的弧形导向面,所述导向凹槽内侧壁的上端设有与弧形导向面对应的弧形抵压面。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述螺丝柱的底部外侧成型有加强凸块,所述对位缺槽上设有与加强凸块对应的让位凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述对位缺槽的下端向下穿出对接板的下表面。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述内后壁上设有卡块,所述内前壁上设有与卡块对应的卡孔。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述主体壳内依次设有出风导件、发热器和主控电路版,所述主体壳的后端设有后盖,所述流体出口设于出风导件上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吹风机,其特征在于,所述手柄上设有开关,所述流体通道内设有风扇组件,并且风扇组件位于手柄上,所述风扇组件包括电机和由电机驱动旋转的扇叶。
