Description

一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤 技术领域
本发明涉及电子秤技术领域,特别是涉及一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤。
背景技术
电子秤是用来称量物体重量的装置,目前大多数电子秤一次只能用来称量一种物体,当需要同时称量两种物体时,电子秤的使用就收到了限制。但是,对于一些物品在配制或使用过程中,需要能同时称量两种物体的电子秤以提高配制精度。例如,在咖啡冲泡中,对于手冲咖啡来说,市面上大多数电子秤无法同时单独称量注水总重量与获得的咖啡液重量两个数值;对于意式咖啡来说,市面上大多数电子秤无法同时测量同时萃取出的左右两杯咖啡各自重量,但上述数据对于使用者能够制作出优质的咖啡都具备重要意义。市面上有具备双传感器的电子秤产品有可能实现上述功能,但在一个机身里安装两个传感器,会造成产品内部结构复杂化,成本增加等问题。因此,设计出一款能同时称量两种物品重量的电子秤很有必要。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤,该电子秤仅靠单个传感器即可实现同时称量两种物体的重量,可应用于在咖啡冲泡等领域,以提高配制精度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
提供了一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤,包括电子秤本体,所述电子秤本体包括壳体、手冲架及壳体上方的秤盘,所述壳体内安装有双头传感器,所述双头传感器与所述壳体上的控制面板电连接,所述双头传感器设有两个称量端;第一称量端通过支架与所述手冲架底端连接,第二称量端顶部通过衬垫与所述秤盘底部接触。利用一个传感器即可实现对两种物体的称量,同时称量两种物体能够实时得到准确的质量,双头传感器感应出的质量实时的显示出来, 供使用者观察,减少配置过程中的误差,该结构适用于手冲咖啡的冲泡。
进一步的,所述支架位于所述第一称量端的一侧,所述壳体与所述支架对应的位置设有凹槽,所述支架穿过所述凹槽与所述手冲架连接。手冲架上放置过滤装置,第一称量端称量出残留在过滤装置中的咖啡液的质量,过滤装置中存留的咖啡液重量与第二称量装置得到的已滤出咖啡液重量相加,即为注水总量,以此作为参考计算咖啡浓度、调整注水速率,起到减少计算误差,保证咖啡口感的效果。
一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤,包括电子秤本体,所述电子秤本体包括壳体及壳体上方的秤盘,所述秤盘包括两个,所述壳体内安装有双头传感器,所述双头传感器与所述壳体上的控制面板电连接,所述双头传感器设有两个称量端;两个称量端顶部分别通过一衬垫与上方的两个所述秤盘接触。可将两个咖啡容器分别放在两个秤盘上,第一称量端及第二称量端分别称量两个咖啡容器中注入的液体的重量,实现对称量过程的准确控制,该结构适用于意式咖啡的冲泡。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:仅靠单个传感器就可以同时对两种物体进行称量,提高咖啡配制的精确度。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
实施例一:
以制作手冲咖啡为例,如图1-3所示,本实施例提供了一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤,包括电子秤本体,所述电子秤本体包括顶部敞开的壳体2,壳体前侧设有控制面板3,壳体2顶部设有秤盘1。所述壳体2内设有双头传感器6,所述双头传感器6与所述壳体2上的控制面板3电连接,用于将检测到的信号传给控制面板3。所述双头传感器6包括位于左右两端的第一称量端8、第二称量端9和中间的定位端10,两称量端内设有感应元件,用来检测所受的压力;定位端10用于将双头传感器6安装在壳体2上。第一称量端8一侧设有插槽,其内插接有支架4,壳体2与支架4对应的位置上设有凹槽11,支架4另一端穿出凹槽11,与所述手冲架5底端连接。第二称量端9顶部设有衬垫7,衬垫7顶部与所述秤盘1底部接触。
将滤杯放在手冲架5上,滤杯内部倒入咖啡粉,将咖啡容器放到秤盘1上,将水倒入滤杯中,滤杯及其内容物的重量转换为对手冲架的压力,通过手冲架5传导到双头传感器的第一称量端8,第一称量端8接收该部分的压力值变化,换算出滤杯内增加的质量m 1;咖啡容器的重量转换为对秤盘的压力,通过衬垫7传导到双头传感器的第二称量端9,第二称量端9接收该部分的压力值变化,换算出咖啡容器内增加的质量m 2,则m 1+m 2即注水总量,m 2为已萃取出咖啡的质量,通过这种结构,可以准确的得到实时的注水总量,能够更准确的调节注水速率,减少咖啡浓度计算误差。
实施例二:
以制作意式咖啡为例,如图3-4所示,一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤, 包括电子秤本体,所述电子秤本体包括顶部敞开的壳体2,壳体2顶部一侧设有一顶板,顶板上设有控制面板3。所述壳体2内设有双头传感器6,所述双头传感器6与所述壳体2上的控制面板3电连接,用于将检测到的信号传给控制面板3。所述双头传感器6包括位于左右两端的第一称量端8、第二称量端9和中间的定位端10,两称量端内设有感应元件,用来检测所受的压力;定位端10用于将双头传感器6安装在壳体2上。电子秤本体还包括两个秤盘1,两个秤盘1分别对应双头传感器6的两个称量端放置。两个称量端顶部分别通过一衬垫7与上方的两个秤盘1底部接触。
将两个咖啡容器分别放在两个秤盘1上,双头传感器6的第一称量端8及第二称量端9分别称量出两个咖啡容器中注入的液体的质量m 1 及m 2 ,实现对称量过程的准确控制。
所述双头传感器6的原理及结构在申请号为“201921065943.7”的专利申请中已公开,在此不做赘述,所述控制面板3与双头传感器6连接,控制面板3也为现有技术,在此不做赘述。
运用技术原理的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,本申请中所涉及的发明范围,并不限于上述技术特征的特定组合而成的技术方案,同时也应涵盖在不脱离所述发明构思的情况下,由上述技术特征或其等同特征进行任意组合而形成的其它技术方案。例如上述特征与本申请中公开的(但不限于)具有类似功能的技术特征进行互相替换而形成的技术方案。

  1. 一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤,包括电子秤本体,其特征在于,所述电子秤本体包括壳体(2)、手冲架(5)及壳体上方的秤盘(1),所述壳体(2)内安装有双头传感器(6),所述双头传感器(6)与所述壳体(2)上的控制面板(3)电连接,所述双头传感器(6)设有两个称量端;第一称量端(8)通过支架(4)与所述手冲架(5)底端连接,第二称量端(9)顶部通过衬垫(7)与所述秤盘(1)底部接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤,其特征在于,所述支架(4)位于所述第一称量端(8)的一侧,所述壳体(2)与所述支架(4)对应的位置设有凹槽(11),所述支架(4)穿过所述凹槽(10)与所述手冲架(5)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤,其特征在于,所述双头传感器(6)还包括定位端(10)。
  4. 一种能同时称量两种物体的电子秤,包括电子秤本体,其特征在于,所述电子秤本体包括壳体(2)及壳体上方的秤盘(1),所述秤盘(1)包括两个,所述壳体(2)内安装有双头传感器(6),所述双头传感器(6)与所述壳体(2)上的控制面板(3)电连接,所述双头传感器(6)设有两个称量端;两个称量端顶部分别通过一衬垫(7)与上方的两个所述秤盘(1)接触。
