所述股线的表面是光滑的和/或毛糙的。所述端帽的自由端能插接在被装点/遮盖的物体外部,而且与被装点/遮盖的物体建立起紧装配关系。
所述股线含有单根或多根纱线,不同股线含有的纱线根数不完全一致。所述纱线用自然纤维、合成纤维、人造纤维中的某一种或多种织成。
实际生产中,所述纤维束的多根股线在一端集结形成的联合体的制作手段,或者通过胶或树脂黏接实现,或者通过热塑挤压实现,或者通过编制工艺实现,或者通过其它生产工艺实现。
进一步地,于所述端帽的侧壁上设有凸环或者围绕端帽侧壁相间分布成一圈的多个凸点,凸环或者凸点的设置位置在轴向上相对靠近所述端帽的自由端端面。
用于承载所述装饰颗粒的物体上设有与所述端帽匹配的孔/槽结构,所述端帽插在该孔/槽结构中时所述凸环或者凸点会对孔/槽结构的内壁形成压迫,而使得装饰颗粒或者说端帽与物体建立起紧装配关系,继而对物体的外部作不同程度的装点或遮盖。
进一步地,所述端帽的外形呈圆柱形或棱柱形或圆锥形。
进一步地,所述端帽包含第1部分和第2部分,且第1部分和第2部分为相对安装的半柱形管,所形成的管孔为内径一致的柱形孔或内径自外向里逐渐变小的圆锥孔。
于所述第1部分的侧壁上且在管槽口两侧设有相对的卡槽,对应地,于所述第2部分的侧壁上且在管槽口两侧设有与所述卡槽对应匹配的抱合臂。
将所述第1部分与所述第2部分相对安装在一起时,所述抱合臂的自由端置入所述卡槽中,在第1部分和第2部分之间形成抱合拉力,使得第1部分与第2部分的相对面压紧在一起。所述的凸环或多个凸点,被分成两部分设在第1部分和第2部分的壁面上。
进一步地,所述端帽包括部件一、部件二和部件三,其中部件一为螺环,部件二为套筒,部件三为筒柱,所述纤维束的联合体段配置在所述部件三的筒腔中。所述部件三的壁厚小于所述部件二的壁厚。
所述部件三的筒壁上设有自端口朝另一端方向延伸的条状槽,该条状槽的个数为多个且围绕筒壁相间分布。所述部件三的另一端外壁上设有与所述部件一匹配的外螺纹段。所 述部件二套装在所述部件三的外面。
所述部件三的轴向长度大于所述部件二的轴向长度,当所述部件一逐渐旋拧在所述部件三的外螺纹段上时,所述部件一能够推动所述部件二向所述部件三的筒腔端口方向移动,期间,所述部件二的内壁会挤压着所述部件三的筒壁沿径向向内逐渐收拢,最终将所述纤维束的联合体段牢固地夹在所述部件三的筒腔中。
更进一步地,在所述部件三的筒腔外壁上分布设置端面为曲面的突点,将所述部件二套装在所述部件三的外部时,所述部件二的内壁能与所述部件三外壁上的突点的端面接触。
更进一步地,所述部件三的筒壁上设有条状凸台,该条状凸台的个数为多个且围绕筒壁相间分布。所述条状凸台沿轴向延伸且面向所述部件二内壁的侧面为楔面,该楔面自所述部件三的筒腔端口朝自由端方向逐渐靠近所述部件三的筒腔外壁。
更进一步地,所述部件三的筒腔端口设有径向向内延伸的凸缘,该凸缘由围绕所述部件三内壁一圈的多个相间布置的弧形缘板构成。
一种装饰颗粒的使用方法,该方法为使用具有上述所限定特征的多个装饰颗粒创建毛绒玩具的过程。该方法的执行还需要提供具有固定形状的载体,该载体的表面上分布有多个孔/槽。特别处在于:将所述装饰颗粒一端的端帽对准所述载体上的孔/槽,并将端帽全部插入载体的孔/槽内。所述载体上的孔/槽全部插上所述装饰颗粒后,用力按压或向外分拨装饰颗粒的纤维束,使得纤维束的股线展开而将载体的表面遮盖住以形成具有毛绒外表的玩具。
基于上述方法的进一步改进:其中,所述的多个装饰颗粒中的多数装饰颗粒的纤维束的色彩是相同的,剩余装饰颗粒的纤维束具有的色彩能够区别于所述的多数装饰颗粒的纤维束的色彩,该部分剩余下的装饰颗粒的纤维束的色彩是相同的或者又被分为多种色彩。
所述载体上的孔/槽处标注有连续的编号。按照孔/槽的编号区间范围规律地安排具有不同色彩的装饰颗粒的安装位置,以形成具有多色彩拼合毛绒面和/或具有某种图案的毛绒面的玩具。

本专利涉及一种能够被安装在工艺品、玩具,如公仔、车模型、飞机模型、建筑模型等外表面上的被用于装点/遮盖前述物体的外观/外形的装饰颗粒,使用该种装饰颗粒能够 创建出一种新型的毛绒玩具或毛绒物品。
如图1、图2所示,所涉及的装饰颗粒包括纤维束10和端帽20。所述纤维束10的自由端10A呈离散状态,另一端呈集结状态,并集结形成联合体段10B。将所述纤维束10的联合体段10B塞入端帽20的孔腔中,使得所述纤维束10与端帽20连接成一体。为保证纤维束10牢固地连接在端帽20上,所述联合体段10B与端帽20的孔腔之间采用紧装配。
所述纤维束10含有多根股线101,该多根股线101处在靠近端帽20的一端相集结,形成所述的联合体段10B。实际生产中,所述纤维束10的多根股线101在一端集结形成的联合体段10B的制作手段,或者通过胶或树脂黏接实现,或者通过热塑挤压实现,或者通过编制工艺实现,或者通过其它生产工艺实现。
所述股线含有单根或多根纱线,不同股线含有的纱线根数也可以不完全一致。所述的纱线可以采用自然纤维,如植物纤维的棉和麻,动物纤维的毛、丝等织成;也可以采用合成纤维,如尼龙又叫锦纶、特多龙又叫涤纶、亚克力、聚丙烯、聚乙烯等织成;还可以采用人造纤维,如嫘萦又叫人造棉或人造丝织成。当然也能够用混纺纤维织成。多个纤维束中可能某几个纤维束采用同一种材质,其他的纤维束采用另外一种或几种材质。
所述纤维束含有的股线的颜色可以是单一颜色,也可以是多种颜色。多个纤维束中可能含有一种颜色或多种颜色的纤维束。
多数情况下,构成某个纤维束的多根股线的长度大致相等,不同纤维束中的股线的长度可以大致一样,也可以有差别。同一纤维束中的股线粗细可以不完全一样。
所述股线的外表面可以是大致上光滑的,也可以是毛糙的。
多数情况下,具有毛糙外表面的股线是由多条纤维丝交织/编织形成的(纱线),毛糙面靠纤维丝上的自然分叉形成,所以每根股线的外表面会形成参差不齐的很多毛细分叉,此时如果沿一个方向梳理纤维束使所有股线均朝纤维束的中心轴线处靠拢,股线外表的毛细分叉会相互粘连在一起,最终能使得多根股线集中联系在一起而呈柱状。之后如果按压纤维束的股线相对离散的一端,便会使得纤维束的每根股线相互分离。
作为少数情况,具有毛糙外表面的股线其毛糙面是通过股线的编制或制作工艺加工形 成,此时构成毛糙面的分叉结构相对粗一些。此外,实际制造的纤维束,其含有的股线可以是顺直的,也可以是弯曲的或打卷的。
所述纤维束的股线可以是柔软的,也可以是能够定型的。
当所述装饰颗粒用于制作假发时,其纤维束含有的股线应为细长的。
使用时,将所述端帽20的自由端插接在需要被装点/遮盖的物体(如图7至图9所示的载体一100、载体二200)外部,并与物体建立起紧装配关系。紧装配关系追求的效果是,当施加在装饰颗粒上的卸载拉力有足够大时才能够将其从物体上拔下。
所述端帽20上设置的用于容纳纤维束10联合体段10B的孔腔,可以被设为沉孔,也可以被设为通孔。此时,可在被装点/遮盖的物体上设孔/槽结构,将装饰颗粒的端帽20自由端插在孔/槽结构中,而且端帽20与孔/槽结构之间的配合采用紧配合关系,如图7至图9所示。还可在被装点/遮盖的物体上设凸台结构,将装饰颗粒的端帽自由端能插在凸台结构上,而且端帽与凸台结构之间的配合亦采用紧配合关系。
设置在物体上的孔/槽结构或者凸台结构,可以是分布在物体的部分外表面上,也可以是基本分布在物体的整个外表面上。所以,装饰颗粒能够被用于对物体作局部的装点,也能够被用于不同程度地遮盖住物体的外表面,改变物体外观在材质感、形状、样式、色彩配置等某一方面或某几方面的外在表现,使得物体的外观更具有视觉上的美感和/或触觉上的舒适感。
如图1、图2所示,于所述端帽20的侧壁上设有凸环30,且凸环的设置位置在轴向上相对靠近端帽20的自由端端面。为便于装饰颗粒与物体装配,宜将所述凸环30的端面设为弧面。所述的凸环30可以为如图示的一圈,也可以是绕端帽20侧壁一周的相间分布的多个凸点。
在一种实施方案下,当端帽上用于装配纤维束的孔腔为通孔时,所述的凸环或凸点还可以被设在孔壁上。
在另一种实施例下,可将所述端帽至少部分地设为圆锥段,且该圆锥段的小端为端帽的自由端。当端帽上装配纤维束的孔腔为通孔时,所述的圆锥段可以设在通孔的一端或者 同时设在端帽的外部和通孔中。
上述凸环或凸点结构,或者圆锥段结构作用在于使得端帽能够与物体之间建立可靠的紧装配关系,同时还能够相对减小装配难度。
为实现将纤维束方便地安装在端帽中,同时又能保证安装在一起后纤维束不容易从端帽上脱离,可在部分具体实施例中对端帽作如下设计。
如图3所示,所述端帽20包含第1部分201和第2部分201,该第1部分201和第2部分202为相对安装的半柱形管。所述第1部分201与所述第2部分202相对在一起后形成的用于容纳所述纤维束10联合体段10B的孔腔为柱形孔(圆柱孔)。
一种实施例中所述第1部分201与所述第2部分202相对在一起后形成的孔腔还可以设为内径自端口向内逐渐变小的圆锥孔。
于所述第1部分201的侧壁上且在(半圆柱状的)管槽口两侧设有相对的卡槽1。于所述第2部分202的侧壁上且在(半圆柱状的)管槽口两侧设有与所述卡槽1对应匹配的抱合臂2。
将所述第1部分201和所述第2部分202相对安装在一起时,所述抱合臂2的自由端置入所述卡槽1中,而在第1部分201和第2部分202之间形成抱合拉力,使得第1部分201与第2部分202的相对面压紧在一起。抱合拉力多数来自抱合臂2的塑性变形。为保证抱合牢固性及形成抱合力,需要对抱合臂的端部卡块的面和卡槽1的槽面作相应设计,使得卡块的面与卡槽的槽面接触后,槽面能够对卡块形成推力,以使得抱合臂2的臂体受到拉伸力作用,而产生适当程度的塑性变形。
如图,所述第1部分201的侧壁上至少设有一组相对的卡槽1,对应地,所述第2部分202的侧壁上至少设有一组相对的抱合臂2。即,在所述第1部分201的侧壁上设置的卡槽1的组数与在所述第2部分202的侧壁上设置的抱合臂2的组数一样多且一一对应。
至于具体需要设置几组卡槽和抱合臂,需要根据端帽的轴向长度而定。如果端帽的轴向长度较大,则可以设置两组或更多组卡槽与抱合臂;如果端帽的轴向长度很小,则可仅设置一组卡槽与抱合臂,只不过此时可以使得卡槽在轴向上的宽度及抱合臂在轴向上的宽 度相对大一些,以便保证第1部分与第2部分之间的接触面大部分是能紧密压紧在一起的,以便对纤维束形成可靠的抱合压力。
如图3所示,所述第1部分201朝向第2部分202的端面上设有定位块3,相应地,所述第2部分202朝向第1部分201的端面上必然设有与所述定位块3对应匹配的定位槽。将第1部分和第2部分安装在一起时,将定位块3插入定位槽内便能防止在两部分的相对面之间形成相对滑动,而保证抱合臂的自由端顺利地插入与其相对应的卡槽内。特别是当设有多组卡槽和抱合臂时,设置定位块和定位槽更为必要。
如图4所示,在一种实施例中,所述第1部分201和第2部分202的(半圆柱状的)管槽壁上均设有轴向相间分布的多个筋条4。
设置筋条的目的在于增加纤维束相对端帽轴向向外移动时的阻力,以保证纤维束与端帽装配成牢固连接的一体。
因为纤维束集结成联合体段10B的部分是具有某种程度的弹性变形能力的,所以第1部分和第2部分相对安装后形成的孔的内径大小需要与所述联合体段10B的外径大小相近的,最好相对小一些(根据联合体段弹性变形能力大小而定)。
通过设置筋条能在孔腔内部迫使纤维束的联合体段局部产生相对较大的变形,来增大纤维束抽出端帽时需要克服的阻力。
如图5、图6所示,所述端帽20包括部件一203、部件二204和部件三205,其中部件一203为螺环,部件二204为套筒,部件三205为筒柱。所述纤维束10的联合体段10B配置在所述部件三205的筒腔中。
所述部件三205的筒壁上设有自端口朝自由端一侧延伸的条状槽5,该条状槽5的个数为四个且围绕筒壁相间分布。
所述部件三205的自由端外壁上设有与所述部件一203匹配的外螺纹段。
所述部件二204套装在所述部件三205的外面。
所述部件三205的轴向长度大于所述部件二204的轴向长度。当所述部件一203逐渐旋拧在所述部件三205的外螺纹段上时,所述部件一203能够推动所述部件二204向所述 部件三205的筒腔端口方向移动,期间,所述部件二204的内壁会挤压着所述部件三205的筒壁沿径向向内逐渐收拢,最终将所述纤维束10的联合体段10B牢固地夹在所述部件三205的筒腔中。
在所述部件三的筒腔壁体上设置的条状槽5会将壁体分为几部分,在将纤维束的联合体段插入部件三的筒腔内时,部件三的各部分壁体因为能够径向地摆动(借助塑性变形),使得筒腔的上端口大小能够变化,对纤维束联合体段塞入的阻力会减小很多,进而能够较容易地将纤维束塞入端帽的孔中。
上述的结构能够保证,当纤维束不断受到外力拉拽时,其不会轻易从部件三或者说端帽中脱离出去。
所述凸环30设置在所述部件一203的外壁上。
所述部件三205的壁厚小于所述部件二204的壁厚,优选地,使得所述部件三205的壁厚小于所述部件二204的1/2壁厚。
为保证连接成整体的部件一和部件二外形轮廓相适宜,易于安装在物体上并牢固与物体连接,所述部件二204的外径不宜大于所述部件一的外径。
优选地,在所述部件三的筒腔外壁上分布设置端面为曲面/弧面的突点,部件二套装在部件三的外部,部件二的内壁与部件三外壁上的突点端面接触,这样在部件二相对部件三移动时,部件二所受到的阻力能够减小。初始状态下,部件二的上端是对应在部件三的中下部的。
在一种实施例中,所述部件三的筒壁上设有条状凸台,该条状凸台的个数为多个且围绕筒壁相间分布。所述条状凸台沿轴向延伸且面向所述部件二内壁的侧面为楔面,该楔面自所述部件三的筒腔端口(图示上端)朝自由端(图示下端)方向逐渐靠近所述部件三的筒腔外壁。
上述条状凸台可以设在所述条状槽5的一侧或两侧,或者设在处于相邻两条状槽之间壁体的中部。
在一种实施例中,所述部件三205的筒腔端口设有径向向外延伸的凸缘6,该凸缘6 由围绕所述部件三205外壁一圈的多个相间布置的凸缘板构成。
对应地,所述部件二204的一端端面上设有沉孔,当该端面移动至所述凸缘6处时,能够将所述凸缘收纳在沉孔中。
可使得整个部件三205基本上能完全被收入部件一203和部件二204内,部件三205筒腔端口处因设置条状槽形成的豁口被收纳在部件二内部,使得端帽的孔腔端面形成为平面结构,尽可能地避免了豁口处的棱角/棱边对纤维束造成钩挂影响。
在一种实施例中,所述部件三的筒腔端口设有径向向内延伸的凸缘,该凸缘由围绕所述部件三内壁一圈的多个相间布置的弧形缘板构成。通过设置该弧形缘板结构,当部件二促使部件三的筒腔端口向内收拢时,弧形缘板会嵌入纤维束的联合体段,从而能更好地使得部件三与纤维束之间或者说端帽与纤维束之间建立牢固的连接关系。
上段的弧形缘板的延伸方向与图6所示的凸缘6延伸方向相反。一般径向延伸长度也会相对凸缘6小。所谓弧形缘板,即其径向的自由端端面为弧形面。
如图7至图9所示,展示的是应用所涉及的装饰颗粒创建具有毛绒表面的物品或公仔的结构和过程。
该方法的实施需要应用到所涉及的装饰颗粒,上述任何一种结构的装饰颗粒都是能够满足要求的。同时,该方法的执行还需要提供具有固定形状的载体,如入7所示的载体一100蛋糕、图9所示的载体二200独角兽公仔,所述载体一100上分布设有多个孔一1001,所述载体二200上分布设有多个孔二2001。
制作过程中,将所述装饰颗粒的端帽对准所述载体上的孔,并将端帽全部插入载体的孔内。所述载体上的孔全部插上所述装饰颗粒后,用力按压或向外分拨装饰颗粒的纤维束,使得纤维束的股线展开而将载体的表面遮盖住以形成具有毛绒外表的玩具(如图10至图13所示产品)。
具体实施例中,所述的多个装饰颗粒中的多数装饰颗粒的纤维束的色彩是相同的,剩余装饰颗粒的纤维束具有的色彩能够区别于所述的多数装饰颗粒的纤维束的色彩,且该部分剩余下的装饰颗粒的纤维束的色彩是相同的或者又被分为多种色彩。所述载体上的孔处 标注有连续的编号(如图7至图9所示)。按照孔的编号区间范围规律地安排具有不同色彩的装饰颗粒的安装位置,以形成具有多色彩拼合毛绒面和/或具有某种图案的毛绒面的玩具,如图10至图13。
所述的载体一100、载体二200的制作材质可以是塑料、塑胶(高分子合成树脂--聚合物)等能够形成具有固定形状的物体的材料,而且金属材料在部分实施例中也能够应用。甚至在很少的实施例中将塑胶材料与金属材料混在一起使用。载体一100和载体二200的制作材料可以具有一定的弹性,但是需要注意不要因为载体具有弹性而影响到载体与装饰颗粒之间连接的牢固性。
上述实施方式仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。本发明还有许多方面可以在不违背总体思想的前提下进行改进,对于熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,可对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 装饰颗粒,该颗粒包括一端呈离散状态,另一端呈集结状态的纤维束和设在该纤维束呈集结状态端的端帽;所述纤维束呈集结状态的一端与所述端帽的一端匹配;所述纤维束含有多根股线,且该多根股线在一端集结成为一段联合体且被塞入端帽的端孔中;所述股线的表面是光滑的和/或毛糙的;所述端帽的自由端能插接在物体外部,并与物体建立起紧装配关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰颗粒,其特征在于:于所述端帽的侧壁上设有凸环或者围绕端帽侧壁相间分布成一圈的多个凸点,凸环或者凸点的位置在轴向上相对靠近所述端帽的自由端端面;用于承载所述装饰颗粒的物体上设有与所述端帽匹配的孔/槽结构,所述端帽插在该孔/槽结构中时所述凸环或者凸点会对孔/槽结构的内壁形成压迫。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰颗粒,其特征在于:所述端帽的外形呈圆柱形或棱柱形或圆锥形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰颗粒,其特征在于:所述端帽包含第1部分和第2部分,且第1部分和第2部分为相对安装的半柱形管,所形成的管孔为内径一致的柱形孔或内径自外向里逐渐变小的圆锥孔;
    于所述第1部分的侧壁上且在管槽口两侧设有相对的卡槽,对应地,于所述第2部分的侧壁上且在管槽口两侧设有与所述卡槽对应匹配的抱合臂;
    将所述第1部分与所述第2部分相对安装在一起时,所述抱合臂的自由端置入所述卡槽中,在第1部分和第2部分之间形成抱合拉力,使得第1部分与第2部分的相对面压紧在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰颗粒,其特征在于:所述端帽包括部件一、部件二和部件三,其中部件一为螺环,部件二为套筒,部件三为筒柱,所述纤维束的联合体段配置在所述部件三的筒腔中;所述部件三的壁厚小于所述部件二的壁厚;

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装饰颗粒,其特征在于:在所述部件三的筒腔外壁上分布设置端面为曲面的突点,将所述部件二套装在所述部件三的外部时,所述部件二的内壁能与所述部件三外壁上的突点的端面接触。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的装饰颗粒,其特征在于:所述部件三的筒壁上设有条状凸台,该条状凸台的个数为多个且围绕筒壁相间分布;所述条状凸台沿轴向延伸且面向所述部件二内壁的侧面为楔面,该楔面自所述部件三的筒腔端口朝自由端方向逐渐靠近所述部件三的筒腔外壁。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰颗粒,其特征在于:所述部件三的筒腔端口设有径向向内延伸的凸缘,该凸缘由围绕所述部件三内壁一圈的多个相间布置的弧形缘板构成。
  9. 装饰颗粒的使用方法,该方法为使用具有权项1所限定特征的多个装饰颗粒创建毛绒玩具的过程;该方法的执行还需要提供具有固定形状的载体,该载体的表面上分布有多个孔/槽;特别处在于:将所述装饰颗粒的端帽对准所述载体上的孔/槽,并将端帽全部插入载体的孔/槽内;所述载体上的孔/槽全部插上所述装饰颗粒后,用力按压或向外分拨装饰颗粒的纤维束,使得纤维束的股线展开而将载体的表面遮盖住以形成具有毛绒外表的玩具。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述的多个装饰颗粒中的多数装饰颗粒的纤维束的色彩是相同的,剩余装饰颗粒的纤维束具有的色彩能够区别于所述的多数装饰颗粒的纤维束的色彩,且该部分剩余下的装饰颗粒的纤维束的色彩是相同的或者又被分为多种色彩;所述载体上的孔/槽处标注有连续的编号;按照孔/槽的编号区间范围规律地安排具有不同色彩的装饰颗粒的安装位置,以形成具有多色彩拼合毛绒面和/或具有某种图案的毛绒面的玩具。
