Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de support de genou qui est porté sur le corps de façon à aider un mouvement d'articulation, comprenant : un module supérieur (10) qui comprend, au niveau des parties d'extrémité d'une liaison supérieure (11), un disque (13) et une partie de fixation (15) ; un module inférieur (20) qui est relié au module supérieur (10) par interposition d'une charnière entre eux, et qui comprend une partie de fixation (25) au niveau de la partie d'extrémité d'une liaison inférieure (21) ; et un moyen d'amortissement (30), qui génère une force de répulsion pendant la marche au moyen d'un aimant supérieur (31) monté dans le module supérieur (10) et d'un aimant inférieur (32) monté dans le module inférieur (20), de manière à répartir une charge verticale. Par conséquent, une partie de la charge verticale orientée vers le sol à travers des articulations du genou est dispersée vers les côtés des articulations du genou pendant une phase d'appui, de sorte qu'une augmentation de l'utilisation pratique est favorisée par un soulagement de la gène et de la douleur en raison d'une réduction d'une charge de marche.
