在本实施例中,第二卡接结构14为多个,多个第二卡接结构14沿筒体13的周向分布在筒体13上,卡接件25为多个,多个卡接件25沿连接件24的周向分布在连接件24上,多个卡接件25与多个第二卡接结构14一一对应设置。通过上述设置,可以提高喷淋部20与接头12的连接可靠性,避免喷淋部20松脱。
可选地,喷淋部20为一体成型结构,喷淋部20注塑成型,这样便于制造,成本低。
可选地,第二卡接结构14包括凸筋和设置在凸筋上的凸台,凸筋设置在筒体13上,凸筋沿筒体13的轴向延伸,凸台凸出设置在凸筋上,凸台与第一卡接结构22卡接。通过凸筋可以提高接头12的强度,通过凸台便于与第一卡接结构22卡接。
在本实施例中,冷凝器组件还包括:密封圈30,套设在喷淋件21上,密封圈30的一个端面与接头12的端面抵接,密封圈30的另一个端面与第一卡接结构22抵接。通过设置密封圈30可以提高喷淋部20与冷凝器10在连接处的密封效果,避免泄漏。而且,上述设置密封圈30结构简单,成本低。
在本实施例中,冷凝器10还包括:加强筋15,加强筋15设置在主体11上,接头12与加强筋15连接。通过设置加强筋15可以提高冷凝器10的结构强度。
可选地,第一卡接结构22具有避让槽26,加强筋15的一部分位于避让槽26内,这样可避免干涉,并且在装配时加强筋15可对第一卡接结构22起到引导作用,便于定位和装配。可选地,密封圈30上具有用于避让加强筋15的凹槽。
在本实施例中,喷淋件21为管状结构,喷口211为多个,多个喷口211沿喷淋件21的周向和轴向分布在喷淋件21的侧壁上。通过多个喷口211可沿喷淋件21的周向的不同位置喷水,并且沿喷淋件21的轴向的不同位置喷水,这样可以将水喷到主体11的内壁的不同位置,避免了主体11内壁的一些位置喷射不到,提高了清洗效果。可选地,多个喷口211均位于主体11的腔体内。喷淋件21的位于主体11内的一端封堵住。可选地,喷口211的直径为2至3毫米,这样可以提高喷水距离,从而提高清洗效果。
可选地,喷淋件21包括顺次连接的管接段、装配段和喷淋段,第一卡接结构22设置在装配段上,喷淋段位于主体11内,多个喷口211设置在喷淋段上,管接段位于主体11的外部。管接段用于与进水管40连接。通过上述设置,便于各部件的装配。
可选地,喷淋件21的位于主体11外部的一端具有环形凸起27,环形凸起27用于与进水管40配合。通过环形凸起27可以提高喷淋件21与进水管40的连接强度。
本申请的另一实施例提供了一种洗干一体机,洗干一体机包括上述的冷凝器组件。冷凝器组件包括冷凝器10,冷凝器10包括主体11和设置在主体11上的接头12,接头12具有与主体11的腔体连通的开口;喷淋部20,喷淋部20包括喷淋件21和设置在喷淋件21上的第一卡接结构22,喷淋件21的一部分插在开口内,第一卡接结构22与接头12卡接,喷淋件21具有喷口211,喷口211用于向主体11的内壁喷水。采用该方案,可通过喷淋件21上的第一卡接结构22与冷凝器10中的接头12卡接的方式实现喷淋部20与冷凝器10的可靠连接,避免了喷淋部20松脱,提高了冷凝器组件及使用该冷凝器组件的洗干一体机可靠性和安全性。
可选地,洗干一体机还包括滚筒50、进水阀60和固定架70,滚筒50和冷凝器组件均设置在固定架70内,进水阀60设置在固定架70上,进水阀60通过进水管40与喷淋部20连接。
采用上述方案,由于采用了本申请中的装配结构,使得喷淋部与冷凝器可固定且可拆地连接,保证了喷淋部与冷凝器连接稳定性的同时,也使得它们的连接变得简便易操作;由于采用了本申请中的喷淋部喷口的分布结构,使得喷淋时能喷出多个持续分散的水柱,由于这种水柱射程更远,清洗覆盖面更广,清洗效果更好。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种冷凝器组件,其特征在于,包括:
    冷凝器(10),所述冷凝器(10)包括主体(11)和设置在所述主体(11)上的接头(12),所述接头(12)具有与所述主体(11)的腔体连通的开口;
    喷淋部(20),所述喷淋部(20)包括喷淋件(21)和设置在所述喷淋件(21)上的第一卡接结构(22),所述喷淋件(21)的一部分插在所述开口内,所述第一卡接结构(22)与所述接头(12)卡接,所述喷淋件(21)具有喷口(211),所述喷口(211)用于向所述主体(11)的内壁喷水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷凝器组件,其特征在于,所述接头(12)包括筒体(13)和设置在所述筒体(13)上的第二卡接结构(14),所述喷淋件(21)的一部分插在所述筒体(13)内,所述第一卡接结构(22)可拆卸地与所述第二卡接结构(14)卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冷凝器组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡接结构(22)具有卡槽(23),所述第二卡接结构(14)的至少一部分位于所述卡槽(23)内,以与所述卡槽(23)的内壁限位配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冷凝器组件,其特征在于,所述第二卡接结构(14)凸出设置在所述筒体(13)的外壁上,所述第一卡接结构(22)包括:
    连接件(24),所述连接件(24)设置在所述喷淋件(21)的外壁上,所述连接件(24)与所述接头(12)在所述筒体(13)的轴向限位配合;
    卡接件(25),设置在所述连接件(24)上,所述卡接件(25)沿所述筒体(13)的轴向延伸,所述卡槽(23)位于所述卡接件(25)上,所述卡接件(25)与所述第二卡接结构(14)卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冷凝器组件,其特征在于,所述卡接件(25)包括横梁(251)和两个弹性臂(252),两个所述弹性臂(252)间隔设置在所述连接件(24)上,所述横梁(251)的两端分别与两个所述弹性臂(252)的远离所述连接件(24)的一端连接,所述横梁(251)和两个所述弹性臂(252)围绕形成所述卡槽(23),所述横梁(251)与所述第二卡接结构(14)限位配合。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的冷凝器组件,其特征在于,所述第二卡接结构(14)具有限位面和导向面(141),所述导向面(141)相对于所述限位面倾斜设置,所述限位面与所述卡槽(23)的内壁限位配合。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的冷凝器组件,其特征在于,所述第二卡接结构(14)为多个,多个所述第二卡接结构(14)沿所述筒体(13)的周向分布在所述筒体(13)上,所述卡接件(25)为多个,多个所述卡接件(25)沿所述连接件(24)的周向分布在所述连接件(24)上,多个所述卡接件(25)与多个所述第二卡接结构(14)一一对应设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冷凝器组件,其特征在于,所述冷凝器组件还包括:
    密封圈(30),套设在所述喷淋件(21)上,所述密封圈(30)的一个端面与所述接头(12)的端面抵接,所述密封圈(30)的另一个端面与所述第一卡接结构(22)抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冷凝器组件,其特征在于,所述冷凝器(10)还包括:
    加强筋(15),所述加强筋(15)设置在所述主体(11)上,所述接头(12)与所述加强筋(15)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冷凝器组件,其特征在于,所述喷淋件(21)为管状结构,所述喷口(211)为多个,多个所述喷口(211)沿所述喷淋件(21)的周向和轴向分布在所述喷淋件(21)的侧壁上。
  11. 一种洗干一体机,其特征在于,所述洗干一体机包括权利要求1至10中任一项所述的冷凝器组件。
