Description
本发明属于包装技术领域,具体涉及一种滚轮组件、带有所述滚轮组件的包装,和使用所述包装的方法。
货物从一个位置到另一个位置的运输过程面临着许多挑战。在运输过程中,首要考虑的因素是节约成本和资源。通常来说,运输的货物带有外部包装,并且通常由运输机(如手推车、卡车、服务车)运输,或仅依靠人工完成。机械运输消耗大量资源,而人工运输不仅浪费资源,也影响运输效率。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的第一方面提供了一种滚轮组件,本发明的第二方面提供了一种带有所述滚轮组件的包装,本发明的第三方面提供了一个使用所述包装的方法。
根据本发明的第一方面,所述滚轮组件包括至少一个滚轮、L形板和至少一个L形固定件。所述L形固定件固定在所述L形板上;所述滚轮通过所述L形固定件固定连接在所述L形板上。
进一步地,所述L形板包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分和所述第二部分相交形成第一边缘,且所述L形固定件沿所述第一边缘固定在所述L形板上。

L形固定件4通过螺钉、磁体或焊剂固定在L形板3上,也可使用其它连接方式。L形板3的材料为塑料、金属或橡胶,也可使用其它材料。

实施例2

在本实施例中,包装9的结构与实施例3或实施例4中描述的包装的结构相似,唯一的区别是,手柄腔室12设置在顶面10A上,折叠手柄13安装在手柄腔室12中。折叠手柄13 的形状与手柄腔室12的形状基本匹配。手柄腔室12是一个U形槽,所述U形槽相对于顶面10A的中心线10A1对称,如图7所示。所述U形槽的宽度可以等于或小于箱体的宽度。当运输包装9时,折叠手柄13可从手柄腔室12中拉出。当不需运输包装9时,折叠手柄13可完全容纳在手柄腔室12中。尽管图7示出了某种构造。包装9的大小可以是任意尺寸。
实施例6
在本实施例中,包装9的结构与实施例5中描述的包装的结构相似,唯一的区别是手柄腔室12是一个条状凹槽,所述条状凹槽的一端12a设置在顶面10A的中心线10A1上,如图8所示。折叠手柄13的一端固定在所述条状凹槽的端部12a上。所述条状凹槽的长度可以等于或小于箱体宽度的1/2。当运输包装9时,折叠手柄13可绕端部12a从手柄腔室12中拉出。当不需运输包装9时,折叠手柄13可完全容纳在手柄腔室12中。尽管图8示出了某种构造,包装9的大小可以是任意尺寸。
实施例7
如图9-11所示,本实施例中的包装9是实施例3-6中所描述的任意一个包装,包装9的使用方法通过以下步骤实现。打开箱体10,将待包装物14放入箱体10中。将滚轮组件1放入箱体10中,使得滚轮组件1夹在箱体10和待包装物14之间。接着,将滚轮2与孔11对准。随后,挤压箱体10和待包装物14,使滚轮2从孔11伸出。最后,从底面10C密封箱体10,完成包装。
以上描述仅仅是本发明的优选实施例,并非用于限制本发明的范围。任何在本发明的精神和原则内所作的些许修改、等同替换和改进,均涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (13)
- 一种滚轮组件,其特征在于,包括:至少一个滚轮,L形板和至少一个L形固定件;所述L形固定件固定在所述L形板上;所述滚轮通过所述L形固定件与所述L形板固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于,所述L形板包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分和所述第二部分相交形成第一边缘,且所述L形固定件沿所述第一边缘固定在所述L形板上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于,每个所述L形固定件包括第三部分和第四部分,所述第三部分和所述第四部分相交形成第二边缘;当每个所述L形固定件固定在所述L形板上时,所述第二边缘抵靠在所述第一边缘上,所述第三部分固定在所述第一部分上,所述第四部分固定在所述第二部分上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于,所述滚轮的数量等于所述L形固定件的数量;每个所述L形固定件包括第三部分及第四部分,每个所述L形固定件的所述第三部分上固设有滚轮支架,所述滚轮通过所述滚轮支架与所述L形板固定连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于,所述滚轮通过连杆与所述滚轮支架固定连接,所述连杆穿过所述滚轮的中心,所述连杆的两端与所述滚轮支架固定连接,且所述滚轮绕连杆转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于,所述L形固定件通过螺钉固定在所述L形板上,或所述L形固定件通过焊剂焊接在所述L形板上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于,所述L形板由塑料、金属或橡胶的材料制成。
- 一种包装,其特征在于,包括:箱体和权利要求1所述的滚轮组件;所述箱体包括至少一个孔;所述滚轮穿过所述孔从所述箱体伸出。
- 根据权利要求8所述的包装,其特征在于,所述箱体包括顶面、多个侧壁和底面;所 述底面是可打开的,所述底面与所述多个侧壁相交形成多个角边;所述孔开设在其中一个角边。
- 根据权利要求9所述的包装,其特征在于,所述顶面上设置有手柄腔室,所述手柄腔室中安装有可折叠的手柄。
- 根据权利要求10所述的包装,其特征在于,所述手柄腔室是一个U形槽,且所述U形槽相对于所述顶面的中心线对称。
- 根据权利要求10所述的包装,其特征在于,所述手柄腔室是一个条状凹槽,所述条状凹槽的一端设置于所述顶面的中心线上。
- 一种使用权利要求8所述包装的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:打开所述箱体,并将待包装物放入所述箱体中;将所述滚轮组件放入所述箱体中,使得所述滚轮组件夹在所述箱体和所述待包装物之间;将所述滚轮和所述孔对准;挤压所述箱体和所述待包装物,使所述滚轮从所述孔伸出;密封所述箱体,完成包装。
