一种防水外墙砖,包括墙砖本体,所述墙砖本体上还设置有用于相邻外墙砖之间左右卡合的第一卡合结构,及用于上下外墙砖之间上下卡合的第二卡合结构,所述墙砖本体的其中一面设置有一防水斜坡(3),防水斜坡(3)包括上端面和下端面,所述防水斜坡(3)上设置有若干排与防水斜坡的下端面对齐的横管(6),所述防水斜坡(3)与墙砖本体之间设置有一斜槽(5),所述斜槽(5)从上端面一直延伸到下端面,所述斜槽(5)和第二卡合结构之间还设置有一阻水槽(4),用于阻止通过防水斜坡流入的水进入墙砖本体。该防水外墙砖可以避免墙体受雨水侵蚀,满足结构承重。

Description

一种防水外墙砖 技术领域
本发明属于建筑结构领域,尤其涉及一种防水外墙砖。
背景技术
随着工业化的进步,各种高层建筑已经成为大城市的一道靓丽的风景线,各种各样的建筑技术也在不断改进,
现有的建筑外墙砖,从秦朝至今均是采用的长方体,各个面平行或者垂直,通过将每块砖头叠加起来的墙体,这样形成一个光滑的外表面从而便于施工,主要有以下四个结构方面的特征:1、采用连接处沟缝;2、采用整体抹灰刷涂料;3、采用墙体上贴瓷砖;4、采用墙体格栅挂大理石。由于以上的结构特征,不可避免的当下雨时,特别是风斜着将雨水吹向墙体时,不可避免的抹灰墙体就容易被渗透进很多雨水,导致在墙体的接口处就积留了雨水,造成墙面留下水印甚至侵蚀,而本发明为了解决这一技术难题,进行了技术改进,实现了墙体面的干燥,具有非常广泛的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决以上现有技术的问题。提出了一种防水外墙砖。本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防水外墙砖,包括墙砖本体,所述墙砖本体上还设置有用于相邻外墙砖之间左右卡合的第一卡合结构,及用于上下外墙砖之间上下卡合的第二卡合结构,所述墙砖本体的其中一面设置有一防水斜坡,防水斜坡包括上端面和下端面,所述防水斜坡上设置有若干排与 防水斜坡的下端面对齐的横管,所述防水斜坡与墙砖本体之间设置有一斜槽,所述斜槽从上端面一直延伸到下端面,所述斜槽和第二卡合结构之间还设置有一阻水槽,用于阻止通过防水斜坡流入的水进入墙砖本体。
进一步的,所述第一卡合结构包括一设置于墙砖本体左端面上的卡槽,和设置于右端面对应位置上的凸台,通过卡槽和凸台的配合进行相邻外墙砖之间的左右固定。
进一步的,所述卡槽和凸台分别设置于墙砖本体左端面和右端面的中间位置。
进一步的,所述第二卡合结构包括凹槽和凸肋,所述凹槽设置于墙砖本体下端面的四周,呈长方形,所述凸肋设置于墙砖本体上端面的四周,与所述长方形凹槽对应卡合锁紧。
进一步的,所述墙砖本体上端面上还设置有格栅,所述格栅上还间隔设置有若干纵向通道孔、横向通道孔。
进一步的,所述纵向通道孔为两对,横向通道孔也为两对,且每对纵向通道孔之间间隔设置,每对横向通道孔之间也间隔设置。
进一步的,所述阻水槽为一半圆形通孔,贯穿整个墙砖本体的左右端面。
进一步的,所述防水斜坡上的横管的开口处设置有十字槽,十字槽用于在上面抹灰或者贴瓷砖。
进一步的,所述防水外墙砖采用水泥、粘土或者塑料,通过压铸或者注塑而成。
本发明的优点及有益效果如下:
1、本发明的外墙砖的每个面均是平面,其中外墙面采用的是暗斜坡、沟、槽、通孔横管形成墙体,若干通孔横管之间的缝隙形成天然的可供瓷砖或者大理石钩挂的沟槽,无需像现在传统的墙砖上需要切割机切割一个沟槽,才能将大理石安装上去,由于大理石很重因此必须用切割机切割一个专门的沟槽才能安装上去,这样费时费力,本发明即通过这样分布式的横管形成一条一条的沟槽,这是具备独创性的,通过沟槽内外表面排除雨水,不产生积水,保持外墙面干燥,也便于施工。2、本发明的外墙砖砖头重叠时,上卡口连接处形成屋檐暗沟,下卡口连接处形成阻水槽,左右卡口处形成本发明的暗斜槽5,使得外墙渗漏风险降低。3、本发明的圆柱形横管形成的外墙通过整体抹灰,避免大面积抹灰产生裂纹,减少钢网成本,传统的抹灰都是在墙砖的外表面通过铺设钢网后再抹灰,而本发明通过一体压铸或者注塑成型的防水外墙砖,其不需要单独再铺设钢网,其将整体的钢网模块化分散到每个防水外墙砖上,减少了钢网的材料成本和施工成本;4、本发明外墙贴瓷砖或者大理石,通过在圆柱形横管中胶粘,施工更简单,节省工期,更省材料。5、本发明外墙挂石材,圆柱形横管中挤胶粘,用挂钩配件钩挂石材,使得工艺更方便,格栅材料,建筑自重减轻。6、这种工艺对目前发泡砖、土砖工艺上都能实现,解决墙面下雨侵蚀漏水的困扰。

本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:
如图1-3所示,一种防水外墙砖,包括墙砖本体,其所述墙砖本体上还设置有用于相邻外墙砖之间左右卡合的第一卡合结构,及用于上下外墙砖之间上下卡合的第二卡合结构,所述墙砖本体的其中一面设置有一防水斜坡3,防水斜坡包括上端面和下端面,所述防水斜坡3上设置有若干排与防水斜坡的下端面对齐的横管6,所述防水斜坡3与墙砖本体之间设置有一斜槽5,所述斜槽5从上端面一直延伸到下端面,所述斜槽5和第二卡合结构之间还设置有一阻水槽4,用于阻止通过防水斜坡流入的水进入墙砖本体。
优选的,所述第一卡合结构包括一设置于墙砖本体左端面上的卡槽1,和对应位置设置于右端面上的凸台(图中未示出),通过卡槽1和凸台(图中未示出)的配合进行相邻外墙砖之间的左右固定。优选 的,本发明的卡合结构也可以采用如下形状,所述卡槽和凸台的形状包括三角形、正方形、长方形、燕尾型等在内的几何形状。
优选的,所述卡槽1和凸台(图中未示出)分别设置于墙砖本体左端面和右端面的中间位置。
优选的,所述第二卡合结构包括凹槽10和凸肋2,所述凹槽10设置于墙砖本体下端面的四周,呈长方形,所述凸肋2设置于墙砖本体上端面的四周,与所述长方形凹槽10对应卡合锁紧。
优选的,所述墙砖本体上端面上还设置有格栅8,所述格栅8上还间隔设置有若干纵向通道孔11、横向通道孔9。
优选的,所述纵向通道孔11为两对,横向通道孔也为两对9,且每对纵向通道孔之间间隔设置,每对横向通道孔之间也间隔设置,两对纵向通道孔11相互平行,两对横向通道孔9在一条直线上。
优选的,所述阻水槽4为一半圆形通孔,贯穿整个墙砖本体的左右端面。
优选的,所述防水斜坡3上的横管6的开口处设置有十字槽7,十字槽7用于在上面抹灰或者贴瓷砖。
优选的,所述防水外墙砖采用水泥、粘土或者塑料,通过压铸或者注塑而成。

  1. 一种防水外墙砖,包括墙砖本体,其特征在于,所述墙砖本体上还设置有用于相邻外墙砖之间左右卡合的第一卡合结构,及用于上下外墙砖之间上下卡合的第二卡合结构,所述墙砖本体的其中一面设置有一防水斜坡,防水斜坡包括上端面和下端面,所述防水斜坡上设置有若干排与防水斜坡的下端面对齐的横管,所述横管外通过抹灰平齐后贴瓷砖或者悬挂石材,所述防水斜坡与墙砖本体之间设置有一斜槽,所述斜槽从上端面一直延伸到下端面,所述斜槽和第二卡合结构之间还设置有一阻水槽,用于阻止通过防水斜坡流入的水进入墙砖本体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防水外墙砖,其特征在于,所述第一卡合结构包括一设置于墙砖本体左端面上的卡槽和设置于右端面对应位置上的凸台,通过卡槽和凸台的配合进行相邻外墙砖之间的左右固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防水外墙砖,其特征在于,所述卡槽和凸台分别设置于墙砖本体左端面和右端面的中间位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防水外墙砖,其特征在于,所述第二卡合结构包括凹槽和凸肋,所述凹槽设置于墙砖本体下端面的四周,呈长方形,所述凸肋设置于墙砖本体上端面的四周,与所述长方形凹槽对应卡合锁紧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防水外墙砖,其特征在于,所述墙砖本体上端面上还设置有格栅,所述格栅上还间隔设置有若干纵向通道 孔、横向通道孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防水外墙砖,其特征在于,所述纵向通道孔为两对,横向通道孔也为两对,且每对纵向通道孔之间间隔设置,每对横向通道孔之间也间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6之一所述的防水外墙砖,其特征在于,所述阻水槽为一半圆形通孔,贯穿整个墙砖本体的左右端面。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6之一所述的防水外墙砖,其特征在于,所述防水斜坡上的横管的开口处设置有十字槽,十字槽用于在上面抹灰或者贴瓷砖。
