本申请要求于2020年01月09日提交中国专利局、申请号为202010023494.0、发明名称为“会话建立方法、装置及其相关设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其内容应理解为通过引用的方式并入本申请中。
技术领域
本公开实施例涉及但不限于智能家居技术领域,尤其涉及一种会话建立方法、装置及其相关设备。
背景技术
随着物联网的发展,智能家居领域成为重要的物联网应用领域。比如,智能相框、智能电视的推出,方便了用户之间的交流,使得用户可以通过移动终端与智能相框、智能电视进行会话,也可以实现智能相框与智能相框、智能相框与智能电视的会话。随着显示设备数量和种类的不断增加,具有会话功能的设备在不断增加,因此,以智能家居为例,每个房间都有可以进行会话的设备。
与传统的移动终端与移动终端之间的会话不同,智能家居的设备位置通常是固定不变的,比如,智能相册、智能电视等设备通常固定在某一位置,很少进行移动,因此,当用户不在智能家居的设备旁边时,无法接受会话请求,因而无法保证紧急消息的快速送达,用户体验差。

下面参考附图描述本公开实施例的会话建立方法及装置。
本公开第一方面实施例提出了一种会话建立方法,该方法应用于会话接收方。图1为本公开实施例提供的一种会话建立方法的流程示意图。该会话建立方法应用于会话接收方,也就是说,本公开实施例的会话建立方法从会话接收方侧进行描述。在本公开实施例中,会话接收方可通过对终端设备进行预先设置,用于指定该终端设备为会话接收方。比如,对智能相册或者智能电视进行设置,将其作为会话接收方。
如图1所示,该会话建立方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101,接收服务器发送的会话请求,会话请求包括:会话优先级;
举例而言,以会话发起方是移动终端为例,移动终端与智能家居的设备建立会话时,移动终端可向服务器发送会话请求,接着,服务器可向会话接收方发送该移动终端的会话请求。
在一示例性实施例中,会话请求可包括但不限于会话优先级。会话优先级可包括但不限于紧急、非紧急等。
作为一种示例,服务器可以通过获取参考信息以确定会话优先级,其中,参考信息可包括以下参数中的任意一种或者多种:会话发起方与会话接收方的关系、会话发起方发起的会话内容类型、会话发起方的会话发起时间是否为会话接收方的工作时间;结合参考信息以及预设的优先级确定策略,确定会话优先级。

其中,会话发起方、会话接收方可预先与用户进行绑定。当会话发起方A与会话接收方X的关系为子女关系,也就是会话发起方A对应的用户与会话接收方X对应的用户为子女关系,不管会话发起方A发起的会话内容以及会话发起时间是否为会话接收方的工作时间,可以将其会话优先级作为紧急优先级。
在一示例性实施例中,会话发起方A发起会话时可进行会话留言,服务器通过会话留言确定会话内容;会话接收方的工作时间可根据用户情况进行设定,比如早8:00到晚11:00。
在一示例性实施例中,当会话发起方B与会话接收方X的关系为同事,会话发起方发起的会话内容为工作,不管会话发起时间是否为会话接收方的工作时间,可以将其会话优先级作为紧急优先级。
在一示例性实施例中,当会话发起方C与会话接收方X的关系为同事,会话发起方发起的会话内容为急事,不管会话发起时间是否为会话接收方的工作时间,可以将其会话优先级作为紧急优先级。

在一示例性实施例中,会话接收方可接收服务器发送的会话发起方的会话请求,会话接收方与服务器可预先建立联系。可选地,会话接收方接收服务器发送的会话发起方的会话请求之前,可以向服务器发送注册请求,服务 器对该会话接收方进行注册,并向该会话接收方返回注册成功结果,该会话接收方接收服务器返回的注册成功结果。
在一示例性实施例中,为了使服务器通过注册请求辨识会话接收方,会话接收方发送的注册请求可包括但不限于会话接收方的标识。

在一示例性实施例中,会话请求中可以包括:用户特征信息。
举例而言,以会话发起方是移动终端为例,移动终端与智能家居的设备建立会话时,移动终端可向服务器发送会话请求,接着,服务器向会话接收方发送该移动终端的会话请求。用户特征信息可以用于唯一标识用户,例如面部特征信息、轮廓特征信息、性别信息、指纹信息、虹膜信息中的任意一种或多种。在会话请求中可以添加用户特征信息,使得终端设备可以根据用户特征信息来确定发起会话的用户,避免将发起会话的用户自动理解为与移动终端绑定的用户。
在一示例性实施例中,会话请求中可以包括以下任意一种或者多种信息:用户特征信息;会话优先级信息。,当会话请求中包括用户特征信息和会话优先级信息时,可以实现针对多用户的场景,实现有针对性的快速连接;当会话请求中包括会话优先级信息时,可以实现快速连接;当会话请求中包括用户特征信息时,可以实现对多用户情况下的目标用户判断。

在本公开实施例中,当在预设时间段内未检测到接受会话操作,且会话优先级为紧急,会话接收方可向至少一个终端设备发送用户感知请求,所述终端设备接收到用户感知请求时,可通过自身传感器进行人体感知,或者通过其他传感器进行人体感知,当其中一个终端设备感知到用户,该终端设备可将感知到用户的消息发送给会话接收方,会话接收方将其作为目标终端设备。当多个终端设备同时感知到用户,会话接收方可根据终端设备与用户的距离大小进行判断,以确定目标终端设备。比如,终端设备A、终端设备B同时感知到用户,其中,终端设备A距离用户1米,终端设备B距离用户1.5米,可将终端设备A作为目标终端设备。
在一示例性实施例中,当至少一个终端设备都没有感知到用户时,所述至少一个终端设备可以向附近能够通信的其他终端设备发送用户感知请求进行用户感知,当其他终端设备中的某个终端设备感知到用户,则将该终端设备作为目标终端设备,从而建立业务发起方和目标终端设备之间的会话,其中,发送用户感知请求的终端设备与接收到该用户感知请求的终端设备之间可以预先建立有通信关系,通信关系例如蓝牙通信等。
在本公开实施例中,由于终端设备的覆盖范围是有限的,因此,通过这种级联感知的方式,可以增加感知覆盖范围,提高会话建立的成功率。
在一示例性实施例中,当在预设时间段内未检测到接受会话操作,且会话优先级为非紧急,则可以向服务器返回指示会话建立失败的第三会话响应;当在预设时间段内检测到接受会话操作,则可以确定会话建立成功。
步骤104,向服务器返回携带目标终端设备的标识的第一会话响应,以便服务器向目标终端设备发送会话请求并建立会话;或者,建立与目标终端设备之间的会话,并向服务器返回指示会话建立的第二会话响应,以作为服务器和所述目标终端设备之间的会话中转设备。

举例而言,以会话接收方是相册,目标终端设备是冰箱为例,相册作为服务器与冰箱之间会话的中转设备,相册与冰箱之间建立会话,并向服务器返回指示会话建立的会话响应,也就是服务器通过相册与冰箱之间建立会话。
综上,通过判断会话的优先级,当会话优先级为紧急时,则获取能感应到用户的目标终端设备,将紧急优先级会话发送给该目标终端设备,从而实现了紧急优先级会话的快速送达。当会话为非紧急会话时,不主动获取能感应到用户的设备。这样,通过对会话优先级的区分,实现对不同会话请求的区别处理,提升了用户体验,保证了紧急消息的快速送达。
本公开第二方面实施例提出了一种会话建立方法,该方法应用于服务器。如图2所示,该会话建立方法实现过程如下:
步骤201,接收会话发起方的会话请求;

综上,通过确定会话优先级,当会话优先级为紧急时,建立与感应到用户的目标终端设备之间的会话,将紧急会话发送给该目标终端设备,从而实现了紧急会话的快速送达。当会话为非紧急会话时,不主动建立与感应到用户的设备之间的会话。这样,通过对会话优先级的区分,实现对不同会话请求的区别处理,提升了用户体验,保证了紧急消息的快速送达。

第一种示例,如图3所示,图3是本公开一个示例性实施例的会话建立方法的示意图。在图3中,以会话发起方是移动终端,会话接收方是相册,会话优先级为紧急会话为例。对应于图3,图4是本公开一示例性实施例的会话建立方法的信令交互图。如图4所示,会话建立的信令交互实现过程包括:
步骤401,移动终端,相册,除相册之外的其他终端设备向服务器进行注册;
步骤402,相册对其他终端设备进行本地设备发现;
步骤403,移动终端向服务器发送紧急会话请求,服务器计算确定是否属于紧急会话;
步骤404,确定属于紧急会话之后,服务器将会话请求进行转发,相册可接收到服务器发送的紧急会话请求;
步骤405,如果一段时间内相册未响应,则相册向其他终端设备发送感知用户请求;
步骤406,其他终端设备返回感知用户响应;
步骤407,相册根据感知用户响应确定其中感知到用户的设备,即目标终端设备(如冰箱);
步骤408,相册向服务器发送携带目标终端设备标识的会话响应;
步骤409,服务器向目标终端设备发送紧急会话请求;
步骤410,目标终端设备返回紧急会话响应。
第二种示例,如图5所示,图5是本公开一个示例性实施例的会话建立方法的示意图。在图5中,以会话发起方是移动终端,会话接收方是相册,会话优先级为非紧急会话为例,对应于图5,图6是本公开一示例性实施例的会话建立方法的信令交互图。如图6所示,会话建立的信令交互实现过程包括:
步骤601,移动终端,相册,除相册之外的其他终端设备向服务器进行注册;
步骤602,相册对其他终端设备进行本地设备发现;
步骤603,移动终端向服务器发送非紧急会话请求,服务器计算是否属于紧急会话;
步骤604,确定属于非紧急会话后,服务器将会话请求进行转发,相册可接收到服务器发送的非紧急会话请求;
步骤605,如果一段时间内相册未响应,相册向服务器发送非紧急会话响应。
综上,通过判断会话的优先级,当会话优先级为紧急时,则获取能感应到用户的目标终端设备,将紧急优先级会话发送给该目标终端设备,从而实现了紧急优先级会话的快速送达。当会话为非紧急会话时,不主动获取能感应到用户的设备。这样,通过对会话优先级的区分,实现对不同会话请求的区别处理,提升了用户体验,保证了紧急消息的快速送达。
与上述图1所示实施例提供的会话建立方法相对应,本公开的一种实施例还提供一种会话建立装置,应用于会话接收方。由于本公开实施例提供的 会话建立装置与图1所示实施例提供的会话建立方法相对应,因此在前述会话建立方法的实施方式也适用于本实施例提供的会话建立装置,在本实施例中不再详细描述。图7为本公开实施例提供的会话建立装置的结构示意图。如图7所示,该会话建立装置包括:接收模块710、显示及判断模块720、感知模块730、返回模块740。
其中,接收模块710,设置为接收服务器发送的会话请求,会话请求包括:会话优先级;显示及判断模块720,设置为显示会话信息,并判断在预设时间段内是否检测到接受会话操作;感知模块730,设置为在预设时间段内未检测到接受会话操作,且会话优先级为紧急时,向至少一个终端设备发送用户感知请求,获取感知到用户的目标终端设备;以及返回模块740,设置为向服务器返回携带目标终端设备的标识的第一会话响应,以便服务器向目标终端设备发送会话请求并建立会话;或者,建立与目标终端设备之间的会话,并向服务器返回指示会话建立的第二会话响应,以作为服务器和目标终端设备之间的会话中转设备。
本公开实施例的会话建立装置,应用于会话接收方,通过接收服务器发送的会话请求,会话请求包括:会话优先级;显示会话信息,并判断在预设时间段内是否检测到接受会话操作;当在预设时间段内未检测到接受会话操作,且会话优先级为紧急,则至少一个终端设备发送用户感知请求,获取感知到用户的目标终端设备;向服务器返回携带目标终端设备的标识的第一会话响应,以便服务器向目标终端设备发送会话请求并建立会话;或者,建立与目标终端设备之间的会话,并向服务器返回指示会话建立的第二会话响应,以作为服务器和所述目标终端设备之间的会话中转设备。该装置可实现通过判断会话优先级,当会话优先级为紧急时,则获取能感应到用户的目标终端设备,将紧急会话发送给该目标终端设备,从而实现了紧急会话的快速送达。当会话为非紧急会话时,不主动获取能感应到用户的目标终端设备。这样,通过对会话优先级的区分,实现对不同会话请求的区别处理,提升了用户体验,保证了紧急消息的快速送达。
与上述图2所示实施例提供的会话建立方法相对应,本公开实施例提供一种会话建立装置,应用于服务器。由于本公开实施例提供的会话建立装置 与图2所示实施例提供的会话建立方法相对应,因此在前述会话建立方法的实施方式也适用于本实施例提供的会话建立装置,在本实施例中不再详细描述。图8为本公开实施例提供的会话建立装置的结构示意图。如图8所示,该会话建立装置包括:接收模块810、确定模块820、发送模块830、处理模块840。
其中,接收模块810,设置为接收会话发起方的会话请求,会话请求包括:会话接收方的标识;确定模块820,设置为确定会话请求的会话优先级;发送模块830,设置为将携带会话优先级的会话请求发送至会话接收方;以及处理模块840,设置为在接收到会话接收方返回的携带目标终端设备的标识的第一会话响应时,建立与目标终端设备之间的会话;或者,在接收到指示会话建立的第二会话响应时,将会话接收方作为服务器和目标终端设备之间的会话中转设备。
本公开实施例的会话建立装置,应用于服务器,通过接收会话发起方的会话请求,会话请求包括:会话接收方的标识;确定会话请求的会话优先级;将携带会话优先级的会话请求发送至所述会话接收方;在接收到会话接收方返回的携带目标终端设备的标识的第一会话响应时,建立与目标终端设备之间的会话;或者,在接收到指示会话建立的第二会话响应时,将会话接收方作为服务器和目标终端设备之间的会话中转设备。该装置通过确定会话优先级,当会话优先级为紧急时,建立与感应到用户的目标终端设备之间的会话,从而实现了紧急会话的快速送达。当会话为非紧急会话时,不主动建立与感应到用户的目标终端设备之间的会话。这样,通过对会话优先级的区分,实现对不同会话请求的区别处理,提升了用户体验,保证了紧急消息的快速送达。
为了实现图1所示实施例,本公开实施例提出一种终端设备,图9为本公开实施例提供的一种终端设备的结构示意图。该终端设备可包括处理器1002及存储有可在处理器1002上运行的计算机程序的存储器1001。处理器1002执行所述程序时实现如图1所示实施例中提供的会话建立方法。
在一示例性实施例中,该终端设备可以包括:通信接口1003,设置为存储器1001和处理器1002之间的通信。存储器1001,设置为存放可在处理器 1002上运行的计算机程序。存储器1001可包含高速RAM(随机存取存储器,Random Access Memory)存储器,和/或非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如可以包括至少一个磁盘存储器。处理器1002,设置为执行所述程序时实现如图1所示实施例所述的会话建立方法。如果存储器1001、处理器1002和通信接口1003独立实现,则通信接口1003、存储器1001和处理器1002可以通过总线相互连接并完成相互间的通信。所述总线可以是工业标准体系结构(Industry Standard Architecture,简称为ISA)总线、外部设备互连(Peripheral Component,简称为PCI)总线或扩展工业标准体系结构(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,简称为EISA)总线等。所述总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图9中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
在一示例性实施例中,如果存储器1001、处理器1002及通信接口1003,集成在一块芯片上实现,则存储器1001、处理器1002及通信接口1003可以通过内部接口完成相互间的通信。
在一示例性实施例中,处理器1002可以是一个中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称为CPU),或者是特定集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称为ASIC),或者是被配置成实施本公开实施例的一个或多个集成电路。
本公开实施例提供了一种服务器,该服务器包括:处理器及存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序的存储器,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现如图2所示实施例的会话建立方法。
本公开实施例提供了一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如上任一实施例所述的会话建立方法。
本公开实施例提供了一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品中的指令处理器执行时,实现如上任一实施例所述的会话建立方法。

应当理解,本公开的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施例中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。如,如果用硬件来实现和在另一实施例中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA,Pmgrammable Gain Amplifier),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本公开各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本公开的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本公开的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本公开的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种会话建立方法,应用于会话接收方,包括:
    接收服务器发送的会话请求,所述会话请求包括:会话优先级;
    显示会话信息,并判断在预设时间段内是否检测到接受会话操作;
    当在预设时间段内未检测到接受会话操作,且所述会话优先级为紧急,则向至少一个终端设备发送用户感知请求,获取感知到用户的目标终端设备;
    向所述服务器返回携带目标终端设备的标识的第一会话响应,以便所述服务器向所述目标终端设备发送所述会话请求并建立会话;或者,建立与所述目标终端设备之间的会话,并向所述服务器返回指示会话建立的第二会话响应,以作为所述服务器和所述目标终端设备之间的会话中转设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    当在预设时间段内未检测到接受会话操作,且所述会话优先级为非紧急,则向所述服务器返回指示会话建立失败的第三会话响应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    当在预设时间段内检测到接受会话操作,则确定会话建立成功。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述接收服务器发送的会话发起方的会话请求之前,还包括:
    向所述服务器发送注册请求,所述注册请求包括:所述会话接收方的标识;
    接收所述服务器返回的注册成功结果。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述会话优先级的确定方式为,获取参考信息,所述参考信息包括以下参数中的任意一种或者多种:会话发起方与会话接收方的关系、会话发起方发起的会话内容类型、会话发起方的会话发起时间是否为会话接收方的工作时间;
    结合所述参考信息以及预设的优先级确定策略,确定所述会话优先级。
  6. 一种会话建立方法,应用于服务器,包括:
    接收会话发起方的会话请求;
    确定所述会话请求的会话优先级;
    将携带所述会话优先级的会话请求发送至会话接收方;
    在接收到所述会话接收方返回的携带目标终端设备的标识的第一会话响应时,建立与所述目标终端设备之间的会话;或者,在接收到指示会话建立的第二会话响应时,将所述会话接收方作为所述服务器和所述目标终端设备之间的会话中转设备。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,所述接收会话发起方的会话请求之前,还包括:
    接收终端设备发送的注册请求,所述注册请求包括:终端设备的标识;
    在注册成功时,向终端设备返回注册成功结果。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述确定所述会话请求的会话优先级,包括:
    获取参考信息,所述参考信息包括以下参数中的任意一种或者多种:会话发起方与会话接收方的关系、会话发起方发起的会话内容类型、会话发起方的会话发起时间是否为会话接收方的工作时间;
    结合所述参考信息以及预设的优先级确定策略,确定所述会话优先级。
  9. 一种会话建立装置,应用于会话接收方,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收服务器发送的会话请求,所述会话请求包括:会话优先级;
    显示及判断模块,设置为显示会话信息,并判断在预设时间段内是否检测到接受会话操作;
    感知模块,设置为在预设时间段内未检测到接受会话操作,且所述会话优先级为紧急时,向至少一个终端设备发送用户感知请求,获取感知到用户的目标终端设备;以及
    返回模块,设置为向所述服务器返回携带目标终端设备的标识的第一会话响应,以便所述服务器向所述目标终端设备发送所述会话请求并建立会话; 或者,建立与所述目标终端设备之间的会话,并向所述服务器返回指示会话建立的第二会话响应,以作为所述服务器和所述目标终端设备之间的会话中转设备。
  10. 一种会话建立装置,应用于服务器,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收会话发起方的会话请求,所述会话请求包括:会话接收方的标识;
    确定模块,设置为确定所述会话请求的会话优先级;
    发送模块,设置为将携带所述会话优先级的会话请求发送至所述会话接收方;以及
    处理模块,设置为在接收到所述会话接收方返回的携带目标终端设备的标识的第一会话响应时,建立与所述目标终端设备之间的会话;或者,在接收到指示会话建立的第二会话响应时,将所述会话接收方作为所述服务器和所述目标终端设备之间的会话中转设备。
  11. 一种终端设备,包括:
    处理器及存储有可在处理器上运行的计算机程序的存储器,其中,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1至5中任一所述的会话建立方法。
  12. 一种服务器,包括:
    处理器及存储有可在处理器上运行的计算机程序的存储器,其中,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求6至8中任一所述的会话建立方法。
  13. 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8中任一所述的会话建立方法。
  14. 一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品中的指令处理器执行时,实现如权利要求1至8中任一所述的会话建立方法。
