用户通常使用终端(可以称为智能终端,如包括移动手机,平板电脑等设备)进行拍照,然后通过人工选择,将具有拍摄对象的照片发送给相应对象所持有的终端。尤其是多人出去游玩时,拍摄合影,需要将合影中的对象进行人工识别,然后手动的去将照片发送给合影中对象所持有的终端,操作起来比较繁琐,用户体验差。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种确定照片中对象所持有终端的方法及其终端,通过进行生物特征识别照片中的对象,并根据对象与终端的关系信息确定对象所持有的终端,实现了自动化识别照片中对象所持有的终端,进而实现了将照片发送给相应对象所持有的终端,提高了用户体验。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种确定照片中对象所持终端的方法,该方法包括:
采用生物特征识别确定照片中的对象;根据对象与终端的关系信息确定照片中对象所持的终端,实现了终端自动化检测照片中对象所持有的终端,进一步完成照片的分享,提高了用户体验。

采用发明实施例提供的方案,终端根据对象与终端的关系信息确定出照片中对象所持有的终端,并将照片发送给对象所持有的终端,实现了照片的分享,该分享过程对于用户来讲,操作简单,提高了用户体验。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供了一种终端,该终端可以包括:
处理单元,用于采用生物特征识别确定照片中的对象;
处理单元,还用于根据存储单元中存储的对象与终端的关系信息确定照片中对象所持的终端,实现了终端自动化检测照片中对象所持有的终端,进一步完成照片的分享,提高了用户体验。
结合第二方面,在第二方面的第一种可能实现的方式中,处理单元,还用于确定对象与终端的关系信息。

采用发明实施例提供的终端,根据对象与终端的关系信息确定出照片中对象所持有的终端,并将照片发送给对象所持有的终端,实现了照片的分享,该分享过程对于用户来讲,操作简单,提高了用户体验。
第三方面,本发明实施例提供了一种包含指令的计算机程序产品,当计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行第一方面或者第一方面的任一可能实现的方式中的方法。
第四方面,本发明实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存 储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时实现第一方面或者第一方面的任一可能实现的方式中的方法。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供的一种确定照片中对象所持终端的方法及其终端,通过进行生物特征识别技术识别照片中的对象,并根据对象与终端的关系信息确定对象所持有的终端,实现了自动化识别照片中对象所持有的终端,进而实现了将照片发送给相应对象所持有的终端,提高了用户体验。
下面结合附图,对本发明的技术方案进行描述。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种确定照片中对象所持终端的方法流程图。该方法的执行主体为终端,如图1所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
S110,采用生物特征识别确定照片中的对象。
终端采用生物特征识别技术,将照片中待识别对象的生物特征与终端存储的对象的生物特征进行比对,确定出照片中的对象。
若照片为多人的合影照,则通过生物特征识别技术识别出合影中的每个待识别对象。
S220,根据对象与终端的关系信息确定照片中对象所持的终端。
其中,对象与终端的关系信息为对象与所述对象所持终端的关系信息。终端将确定出的照片中的对象,与终端存储的对象与终端的关系信息中的对象进行比对,若照片中的对象与关系信息中的对象相匹配时,则确定照片中的对象所持有的终端。例如,照片为多人的合影,通过生物特征识别出的合影中包括对象B和对象C,终端中存储的对象与终端的关系信息中包括对象B与对象B所持有的终端X2的关系信息,对象C与对象C所持有的终端X3的关系信息,等等,那么最终确定的对象B所持有的终端为X2,对象C所持有的终端为X3。
在本发明实施例中,对象与对象所持有的终端的关系信息可以具体为对象与所持有终端的标识信息的对应关系,其中,标识信息为可以唯一标识终端的标识,例如,终端的蓝牙MAC地址,或者基于协议传输的IMEI号,SN号等。
采用本发明实施例提供的确定照片中对象所持的终端的方法,通过生物特征识别技术识别出合照片中的对象,再通过对象与终端的关系信息确定出终端所持有的终端,实现了终端自动化检测照片中对象所持有的终端,进一步完成照片的分享,提高了用户体验。
可选地,如图2所示,在本发明实施例中,该方法还可以包括:
S130,向对象所持的终端发送照片。
终端根据对象与终端的关系信息确定出照片中对象所持有的终端,并将照片发送给对象所持有的终端,实现了照片的分享,该分享过程对于用户来讲,操作简单,提高了用户体验。
在本发明实施例中,例如郊游时,多个朋友通过终端相互拍摄合影,在拍摄完一张或者多张照片时,终端会显示将该照片或者该多张照片发送给好友的提示信息,用户可以根据提示信息选择向照片中的对象所持有的终端发送照片;或者拍摄照片之前,先对终端进行鉴权,开启自动传输的功能,拍摄完一张照片或者多张照片之后,所有被拍摄的照片都会传输到相应的对象所持有的终端上;也或者郊游后,用户采用一键分享,将所拍摄的照片发送给相应的对象所持有的终端,在本发明实施例中,对此具体如何分享,何时分享不作限制。
如图2所示,在本发明实施例中,在根据对象与终端的关系信息确定照片中对象所持的终端之前;或者照片中的对象或对象所持有的终端未被识别出时,该方法还可以包括:
S140,确定对象与终端的关系信息。
例如,对象A和好友对象B、对象C、对象D、对象E一起出游。在本发明实施例中,以对象A的终端拍照为例,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行说明。
对象A的终端拍摄对象B、对象C、对象D和对象E任意组合的照片时,需要检测周围的终端,以及终端的信号强度信息,以及被拍摄对象与对象A的终端的物距。由于拍摄过程中,对象A与其他对象的距离(可理解为对象A的终端与其他对象的终端间的距离)不同,对象A的终端接收到的其他对象的终端的信号的信号强度也不同,那么对象A的终端识别拍摄照片中的对象B、对象C、对象D和对象E与其相应的终端时,就存在一定的困难,如表1所示。

在本发明实施例中,终端的信号强度信息可以是蓝牙信号的信号强度信息,也可以是NB-IOT信号的信号强度信息,或者Zigbee信号的信号强度信息,等等,在本发明实施例中,对此不作限制。
可选地,在本发明的一个实施例中,确定对象与终端的关系信息可以通过以下方式:
根据包括同一对象的至少一张照片,拍摄至少一张照片中的每张照片时检测到的至少一个终端的信号强度信息,以及每张照片中对象拍摄时的物距确定对象与终端的关系信息。
具体过程可以为,依至少一张照片中的任意一张合影为基准照片,将除基准照片外的至少一张合影中的对象拍摄时的物距与基准合影中对象拍摄时的物距的比值作为加权系数;采用加权系数对至少一张照片拍摄时检测到的至少一个终端的信号强度信息进行加权运算,得到至少一个终端的信号强度信息的加权值;若至少一个终端的信号强度信息的加权值满足阈值条件,则确定对象与终端的关系信息。
例如,假设X1是对象B,X2是对象C,X3是对象D,X4是对象E,X5是对象F,Xn是其他的路人或者非好友对象。Y标识对象携带终端的标识信息以及检测到的终端对应的信号强度信息。Y1代表对象B携带的终端及其对应的信号强度信息;Y2代表对象C携带的终端及其对应的信号强度信息;Y3代表对象E携带的终端及其对应的信号强度信息;Y4代表对象F携带的终端及其对应的信号强度信息;这里假设对象D将携带的终端的蓝牙关掉了。
假设,对象A在拍摄表2中的序号为1(第一张照片)的合影时,对象E在对象A的旁边,但并不在拍摄的合影照片中。此时,对象A使用其携带的终端拍摄序号为1的合影时,检测到了对象E携带终端的信号强度信息Y3。对象A拍摄表2中序号为2(第二张照片)的合影时,假设对象F携带其终端X5在对象A的身旁,那么对象A使用其终端拍摄序号为2的合影时,检测到了对象F携带的终端的信号强度信息Y4。对象A拍摄表2中序号为3的合影时,假设对象E站在对象A的身旁,那么对象A使用其终端拍摄序号为3(第三张照片)的合影时,检测到了对象E携带的终端的信号强度信息Y3。
在本发明实施例中,采用多张包括同一对象的照片,该照片可以为多人的合影。如表2所示,采用3张包括同一对象B的照片,3张照片为对象B与对象C、对象D、对象E的组合合影,依其中对象B、对象C和对象D的合影为基准照片,即将基准照片中对象被拍摄时,其被拍摄对象(对象B、对象C和对象D)的终端与拍摄者(对象A)的终端的距离为基准,将另外两张照片中对象的终端与拍摄者的终端的距离分别作比值,以分别得到加权系数。
例如第二张照片(对象B、对象D和对象E的合影)中对象B的终端与拍摄者A的终端的距离为2,对象D的终端与拍摄者A的终端的距离为2.5,基准照片(对象B、对象C和对象D的合影)中对象B的终端与拍摄者A的终端的距离为3,对象D的终端的距离与拍摄者A的终端的距离为3,则根据对象B的终端的距离得到的加权系数为2/3,根据对象D的终端的距离得到的加权系数为2/3。

再采用加权系数对拍摄每张照片时检测到的终端的信号强度信息进行加权运算得到加权值。在本发明实施例中,可以基于不同信号强度的计量方式进行加权,如采用dbm标识的指数形式的信号强度,mw绝对值,RSSI比例等。若检测到的同一个终端的信号强度信息的加权值在一定的阈值范围内,则确定对象与该终端的关系信息,即该对象持有该终端。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,加权值为接收信号的终端与发射信号的终端相隔1米时的信号强度信息。
例如,以RSSI为例,根据计算公式(1):d=10^(|RSSI|-A)/(10*n)进行计算加权值; 其中,d为根据照片计算所得到的终端与终端之间的距离;RRSI为接收到的终端信号强度信息,该值通常为负值;A为发射信号的终端和接收信号的终端相隔1米时信号强度信息;n为环境衰减因子。在本发明实施例中,因为拍摄照片时处于同一环境下,姑且认为n是一致的。RSSI的值是拍摄终端拍摄照片时,检测到的其他终端的信号强度值。可以根据该公式推算出变量A,需要说明的是,同一个终端与拍摄终端之间的A是固定值。
由公式(1)可知,A=log1010^|RRSI|/10*n*d
如表2所示,拍摄第一张照片时,检测到了信号强度信息Y1、Y2和Y3,通过简单的生物特征识别,可以识别出X1对象B,X2对象C和X3对象D,通过公式(2)计算A,得到如表2所示的A。根据表2所示,3张照片中同时存在X1对象B的终端的标识信息Y1,且得到的A为12,则认为X1对象B与终端Y1的对应关系,绑定X1对象B与终端的标识信息Y1,即确定对象与终端的关系信息,并将对象B的生物特征存入生物特征库中。以便后续通过生物特征识别技术识别出照片中的对象后,根据对象与终端的关系信息确定对象所持有的终端,进而将拍摄的照片分享给相应的终端,简化了分享照片的操作,提高了用户体验。在本发明实施例中假设判断值为固定或者最小的三次,或者动态的根据比对照片中出现的同一个对象的生物特征的次数为参考的比例值,譬如以70%为例,即X1对象B出现了10次,至少要有7次的匹配成功。那么在表2中的3张照片的比对可以判断,只有终端的标识信息Y1和X1对象B的对应关系,而同样出现的终端的标识信息Y3却没有匹配的对象。所以,在确定对象与终端的关系信息时,照片越多,匹配成功的可能性就越高,则确定出的对象与终端的关系信息越准确。
在本发明实施例中,加权值的阈值范围可以根据具体的情况进行设置,在本发明实施例中对此不作限制。
需要说明的是,公式(1)和公式(2)仅仅是实现本发明技术方案的一种实现方式,在此仅依公式(1)和公式(2)为例对本发明实施例的技术方案进行说明,并不受限于本发明实施例。
还需要说明的是,表2中加权值给出的数值,仅仅是为了说明技术方案,并非严谨计算所得数值,且假设n=1。另外,表2给出的照片也仅是一种理想环境,没有其他对象和终端的影响,每个终端的信号参数的差异较大。
通过以上实施例,若当前通过对象A的终端拍摄了新的照片,对象B、对象C和对象E的合影,但对象B带了墨镜。按照正常的识别流程,通过生物特征识别技术,无法识别出对象B。可以采用本发明实施例上述的技术方案,根据拍摄照片时检测到的终端的信号强度信息和与拍摄者A的终端的距离,并根据表2中的第一张照片为基准照片,进行加权计算,最终确定出无法识别的对象为B。并将识别出的带墨镜的对象B与对应的终端进行绑定,即确定带墨镜的对象B与其终端的关系信息,以用于后续确定照片中的对象与其所持有的终端,进而完成照片的分享,简化了分享照片的操作,提高了用户体验。
上述对本发明实施例提供的确定照片中对象所持终端的方法进行了说明,下面结合附图3对本发明实施例提供的终端进行说明。
图3为本发明实施例提供的一种终端。如图3所示,该终端可以包括处理单元110和存储单元120。
处理单元110,用于采用生物特征识别确定照片中的对象。
处理单元110,还用于根据存储单元120中存储的对象与终端的关系信息确定照片中对象所持的终端。
终端的处理单元110采用生物特征识别技术,将照片中对象的生物特征与存储单元120中的生物特征进行比对,确定出照片中的对象,并根据存储单元120中存储的对象与终端的关系信息,确定出对象所持有的终端,实现了终端自动化识别照片中对象所持有的终端,进而实现终端分享照片时的操作,提高了用户体验。
相对于现有技术中通过人工确定照片中的对象,并手动的将照片分享给各个对象的终端,其分享照片的过程比较繁琐,本发明实施例提供的方案操作比较简单,提高了用户体验。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,终端还可以包括发送单元130,用于向对象所持的终端发送照片,实现了终端分享照片,提高了用户体验。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,处理单元110,还用于确定对象与终端的关系信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,
处理单元110根据包括同一对象的至少一张照片,拍摄至少一张照片时检测到的至少一个终端的信号强度信息,以及每张照片中对象拍摄的物距确定对象与终端的关系信息。
例如,处理单元110依至少一张照片中的任意一张照片为基准照片,将除基准照片外的至少一张照片中的所述对象拍摄时的物距与所述基准照片中对象拍摄时的物距的比值作为加权系数;采用加权系数对至少一张照片拍摄时检测到的至少一个终端的信号强度信息进行加权计算,得到至少一个终端的信号强度的加权值。若至少一个终端的信号强度信息的加权值满足阈值条件,则确定对象与终端的关系信息。该过程的具体描述可以参见图2中S130确定对象与终端的关系信息的描述,为简洁描述,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供了一种包含指令的计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得所述计算机执行图1和图2所述的方法/步骤。
本发明实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如图1和图2中所述的方法/步骤。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种确定照片中对象所持终端的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    采用生物特征识别确定照片中的对象;
    根据对象与终端的关系信息确定照片中所述对象所持的终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述对象与终端的关系信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述对象与终端的关系信息,包括:
    根据包括同一所述对象的至少一张照片,拍摄所述至少一张照片中的每张照片时检测到的至少一个终端的信号强度信息,以及每张照片中所述对象拍摄时的物距确定所述对象与终端的关系信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据包括同一所述对象的至少一张照片,拍摄所述至少一张照片中的每张照片时检测到的至少一个终端的信号强度信息,以及每张照片中所述对象拍摄时的物距,确定所述对象与终端的关系信息,包括:
    依所述至少一张照片中的任意一张照片为基准照片,将除所述基准照片外的所述至少一张照片中的所述对象拍摄时的物距与所述基准照片中所述对象拍摄时的物距的比值作为加权系数;
    采用所述加权系数对所述至少一张照片拍摄时检测到的所述至少一个终端的信号强度信息进行加权运算,得到所述至少一个终端的信号强度信息的加权值;
    若所述至少一个终端的信号强度信息的加权值满足阈值条件,则确定所述对象与终端的关系信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述对象所持的终端发送所述照片。
  6. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    处理单元,用于采用生物特征识别确定照片中的对象;
    所述处理单元,还用于根据存储单元中存储的对象与终端的关系信息确定所述照片中所述对象所持的终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理单元,还用于确定所述对象与终端的关系信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理单元根据包括同一所述对象的至少一张照片,拍摄所述至少一张照片时检测到的至少一个终端的信号强度信息,以及每张照片中所述对象拍摄的物距确定所述对象与终端的关系信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理单元依所述至少一张照片中的任意一张照片为基准照片,将除所述基准照片外的所述至少一张照片中的所述对象拍摄时的物距与所述基准照片中所述对象拍摄时的物距的比值作为加权系数;
    所述处理单元采用所述加权系数对所述至少一张照片拍摄时检测到的所述至少一个 终端的信号强度信息进行加权计算,得到所述至少一个终端的信号强度的加权值;
    若所述至少一个终端的信号强度信息的加权值满足阈值条件,则确定所述对象与终端的关系信息。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括发送单元;
    所述发送单元,用于向所述对象所持的终端发送所述照片。
  11. 一种包含指令的计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得所述计算机执行如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的方法。
