当用户进入获取设备能覆盖的区域后,用户通过用户终端上的应用程序将用户终端与获取设备连接,获取设备与该用户终端连接后,获取设备向用户终端分配识别标识,可以理解的是,该识别标识为唯一对应的,即每个用户终端的对应的识别标识互不相同。
102、获取设备根据识别标识确定用户终端的目标位置信息;
获取设备向用户终端分配了识别标识后,根据该识别标识可以获得用户终端的目标位置信息,以定位到用户所在地方。
103、获取设备根据目标位置信息调用目标摄像头以对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息。
获取设备确定了用户终端的目标位置信息后,调用拍摄范围包括该目标位置信息的目标摄像头对拍摄目标进行拍摄,得到拍摄信息。
本发明实施例中,获取设备根据用户终端的目标位置信息来调用目标摄像头对拍摄目标进行拍摄以得到拍摄信息,使用户不必手持用户终端进行拍摄,提高了用户体验。
为便于理解,下面将对本发明实施例的信息获取方法进行详细描述,具体如图2所示,请参阅图2,本发明实施例中另一种信息获取方法包括:
201、获取设备接收用户终端发送的标识信息;
当用户进入获取设备能覆盖的区域后,用户打开用户终端上的蜂窝网络或者将用户终端连入该区域的无线局域网,并通过用户终端上的应用程序将用户终端与获取设备连接,获取终端接收用户终端发送的标识信息,其中,该标识信息可以为用户在用户终端上输入的电话号码、电子邮箱或者用户自定义的用户名等,或者用户设备的设备序列号等,故标识信息具体此处不做限定。
202、获取设备根据标识信息生成识别标识;
获取设备接收到用户终端发送的标识信息后,按照预置的算法将标识信息进行运算得到识别标识,可以理解的是,该识别标识对应的用户终端是唯一的。并且若获取设备接收的用户终端发送的标识信息为唯一的,例如电话号码、电子邮箱或者用户设备的设备序列号等,获取设备可将该标识信息作为识别标 识,故获取终端根据标识信息生成识别标识的方式此处不做限定。
203、获取设备将识别标识分配给用户终端;
获取设备根据标识信息生成识别标识后,将该识别标识发送给用户终端,使得该识别标识对应于唯一的用户终端。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,获取设备通过步骤201至步骤203向用户终端分配识别标识,在实际应用中,获取设备分配识别标识的方式有多种,例如,获取设备与用户终端连接后,获取设备生成一个序列码,将该序列码作为用户终端的识别标识发送给用户终端,其中该序列码可以按照一定顺序生成,比如,1、2、3…...等,也可以由获取设备随机生成,包括字母、数字、符号等因素,具体序列码的组成此处不做限定,但可以理解的是,获取设备生成的序列码所对应的用户终端是唯一的。综上,获取设备分配识别标识的方式具体此处不做限定。
204、获取设备向识别标识对应的用户终端发送位置请求;
获取设备将识别标识分配给用户终端后,通过该识别标识找到对应的用户终端,进而向用户终端发送位置请求,该位置请求用于请求用户终端当前的位置信息。
205、获取设备接收用户终端发送的目标位置信息;
获取设备向识别标识对应的用户终端发送位置请求后,该用户终端通过网络和全球定位系统获得当前的目标位置信息,并将该目标位置信息发给获取设备,使获取设备接收到用户终端发送的当前的目标位置信息。
206、获取设备根据目标位置信息开启目标摄像头;
获取设备接收到用户终端发送的目标位置信息后,根据该目标位置信息确定目标摄像头,其中,该目标摄像头的拍摄范围包含该目标位置信息。
需要说明的是,获取设备通过步骤204至206开启目标摄像头,实际应用中,开启目标摄像头的触发方式有多种,例如,用户进入到获取设备能覆盖的区域后,向获取设备发送拍摄请求,其中拍摄请求中携带有目标位置信息,该拍摄请求用于请求获取设备开启目标位置信息对应的目标摄像头,以触发获取设备确定目标摄像头并开启。故获取设备开启目标摄像头的触发方式具体此处不做限定。
207、获取设备接收用户终端发送的拍摄目标的特征信息;
获取设备开启了目标摄像头后,获取设备接收到用户终端发送的拍摄目标的特征信息以让获取设备确定拍摄目标,其中,该特征信息可以为人脸识别特征,拍摄目标颜色信息等,具体此处不做限定。
需要说明的是,实际应用中,获取设备获取拍摄目标的特征信息的方式有多种,例如,获取设备获取到目标位置信息后,摄像头对处于该目标位置的待拍摄目标进行拍摄得到第一拍摄信息,获取设备将该第一拍摄信息发送给用户终端,使用户从该第一拍摄信息中挑选需要拍摄的拍摄目标,并通过用户设备将该需要拍摄的拍摄目标的信息发送给获取设备,使的获取设备提取出该拍摄目标的特征信息以进行准确定位,故获取设备获取拍摄目标的特征信息的方式具体此处不做限定。
208、获取设备根据特征信息确定拍摄目标;
获取设备获得拍摄目标的特征信息后,通过目标摄像头找到符合该特征信息的第一拍摄目标,可以理解的是,该第一拍摄目标可以为一个或者多个拍摄目标,为了更好的确定拍摄目标,获取设备将该第一拍摄目标发送给用户终端,使用户能够通过用户终端从该第一拍摄目标中选择用户需要进行拍摄的目标,即拍摄目标,并响应给获取设备,使得获取设备能够根据特征信息确定拍摄目标。
209、获取设备通过目标摄像头对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息;
获取设备确定拍摄目标后,通过目标摄像头对拍摄目标进行拍摄,得到了拍摄目标的拍摄信息,其中,拍摄信息包括视频或照片。
需要说明的是,实际应用中,获取设备可以预先设定拍摄信息的类型,也可以由用户自定义拍摄信息的类型,例如目标摄像头开始拍摄前,用户通过用户终端向获取设备发送第一指令信息,该第一指令信息用于指示目标摄像头每隔一个预置周期拍摄照片,在间隔一段时间后,用户通过用户终端向获取设备发送第二指令信息,该第二指令信息用于指示目标摄像头拍摄视频,故拍摄信息的类型具体此处不做限定。
210、获取设备接收用户设备发送的终止信息;
获取设备通过目标摄像头对拍摄目标进行时,获取设备接收用户设备发送 的终止信息,该终止信息用于指示获取设备停止目标摄像头对拍摄目标的拍摄。
可以理解的是,实际应用中,获取设备停止拍摄的方式有多种,例如,获取设备检测当前的目标位置信息是否包含于预置的位置信息范围内,若不包含,则获取设备停止该拍摄过程。因此,获取设备停止拍摄的方式具体此处不做限定。
211、获取设备将拍摄信息发送给用户终端。
获取设备接收用户设备发送的终止信息后,获取设备将目标摄像头拍摄得到的拍摄信息发送给用户终端。
需要说明的是,用户终端获得拍摄信息的方式有多种,例如,获取设备将拍摄信息上传至目标数据库,并将目标数据库的链接地址发送给用户终端,以使得用户终端通过该链接地址获得拍摄信息,故用户终端获得拍摄信息的方式具体此处不做限定。
另外,实际应用中,获取设备获得拍摄信息后,还可将该拍摄信息做合成处理得到拍摄视频再发送给用户终端,具体此处不做限定。
本发明实施例中,获取设备根据用户终端的目标位置信息来调用目标摄像头对拍摄目标进行拍摄以得到拍摄信息,使用户不必手持用户终端进行拍摄,提高了用户体验。
为便于理解,下面结合具体的应用场景对本实施例进行描述:
Alice在假期去某个游乐园游玩,进入游乐园后,Alice将手机与游乐园内部的无线局域网连接,并通过该无线局域网下载游乐园应用程序,Alice利用手机号码注册了游乐园应用程序的账号,Alice游玩到游乐园区的某个地方后,打开应用程序,并打开手机中的定位使得该应用程序能够得到其定位信息,Alice通过该游乐园应用程序发送拍摄请求后,收到手机应用程序界面显示的一系列特征信息,并从中挑选出自身需要拍摄的拍摄目标,一个小时后,Alice通过该游乐园应用程序发送终止请求,停止了拍摄目标的拍摄进程。停止拍摄后,Alice手机上的游乐园应用程序开始下载拍摄信息,下载结束后Alice将该拍摄信息保存以作留念。
上面对本发明实施例中的信息获取方法进行了描述,下面对本发明实施例 中的获取设备进行描述,请参阅图3,本发明实施例中的获取设备包括:
分配单元301,用于向用户终端分配识别标识;
确定单元302,用于根据识别标识确定用户终端的目标位置信息;
调用单元303,用于根据目标位置信息调用目标摄像头以对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息,目标摄像头的拍摄范围包含目标位置信息。
本发明实施例中,本发明实施例中,调用单元根据用户终端的目标位置信息来调用目标摄像头对拍摄目标进行拍摄以得到拍摄信息,使用户不必手持用户终端进行拍摄,提高了用户体验。
为便于理解,下面对本发明实施例中的获取设备进行详细描述,请参阅4,本发明实施例中获取设备另一实施例包括:
分配单元401,用于向用户终端分配识别标识;
确定单元402,用于根据识别标识确定用户终端的目标位置信息;
调用单元403,用于根据目标位置信息调用目标摄像头以对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息,目标摄像头的拍摄范围包含目标位置信息。
本发明实施例中的分配单元401可包括:
接收模块4011,用于接收用户终端发送的标识信息;
生成模块4012,用于根据标识信息生成识别标识;
分配模块4013,用于将识别标识分配给用户终端。
本发明实施例中的确定单元402可包括:
发送模块4021,用于向识别标识对应的用户终端发送位置请求,位置请求用于请求用户终端当前的位置信息;
第一接收模块4022,用于接收用户终端发送的目标位置信息。
本发明实施例中的调用单元403可包括:
第一确定模块4031,用于根据目标位置信息确定目标摄像头;
第二接收模块4032,用于接收用户终端发送的拍摄目标的特征信息;
第二确定模块4033,用于根据特征信息确定拍摄目标;
拍摄模块4034,用于通过目标摄像头对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息。
本发明实施例中,获取设备还包括:
第一接收单元404,用于接收用户设备发送的终止信息,终止信息用于指 示获取设备终止拍摄过程;或,
检测单元405,用于检测目标位置信息是否包含于预置的位置信息范围内;
终止单元406,若否,则用于终止拍摄过程。
本发明实施例中,获取设备还包括:
上传单元407,用于将拍摄信息上传至目标数据库;或,
发送单元408,用于将拍摄信息发送给用户终端。
上面从模块化功能实体的角度对本发明实施例中的获取设备进行描述,下面从硬件处理的角度对本发明实施例中的获取设备进行描述,请参阅图5,本发明实施例中的管理设备500一个实施例包括:
输入装置501、输出装置502、处理器503和存储器504(其中管理设备500中的处理器503的数量可以一个或多个,图5中以一个处理器503为例)。在本发明的一些实施例中,输入装置501、输出装置502、处理器503和存储器504可通过总线或其它方式连接,其中,图5中以通过总线连接为例。
通过调用存储器504存储的操作指令,处理器503,用于执行如下步骤:
向用户终端分配识别标识;
根据识别标识确定用户终端的目标位置信息;
根据目标位置信息调用目标摄像头以对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息,目标摄像头的拍摄范围包含目标位置信息。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。

所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种信息获取方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取设备向用户终端分配识别标识;
    所述获取设备根据所述识别标识确定所述用户终端的目标位置信息;
    所述获取设备根据所述目标位置信息调用目标摄像头以对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息,所述目标摄像头的拍摄范围包含所述目标位置信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息获取方法,其特征在于,所述获取设备向用户终端分配识别标识包括:
    所述获取设备接收用户终端发送的标识信息;
    所述获取设备根据所述标识信息生成所述识别标识;
    所述获取设备将所述识别标识分配给所述用户终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的信息获取方法,其特征在于,所述获取设备根据所述识别标识确定所述用户终端的目标位置信息包括:
    所述获取设备向所述识别标识对应的所述用户终端发送位置请求,所述位置请求用于请求所述用户终端当前的位置信息;
    所述获取设备接收所述用户终端发送的所述目标位置信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的信息获取方法,其特征在于,所述获取设备根据所述目标位置信息调用目标摄像头以对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息包括:
    所述获取设备根据所述目标位置信息确定目标摄像头;
    所述获取设备接收所述用户终端发送的所述拍摄目标的特征信息;
    所述获取设备根据所述特征信息确定所述拍摄目标;
    所述获取设备通过所述目标摄像头对所述拍摄目标进行拍摄得到所述拍摄信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的信息获取方法,其特征在于,所述获取设备根据所述目标位置信息调用目标摄像头以对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述获取设备接收所述用户设备发送的终止信息,所述终止信息用于指示 所述获取设备终止拍摄过程;或,
    所述获取设备检测所述目标位置信息是否包含于预置的位置信息范围内;
    若否,则所述获取设备终止所述拍摄过程。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的信息获取方法,其特征在于,所述获取设备根据所述目标位置信息调用目标摄像头以对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述获取设备将所述拍摄信息上传至目标数据库;或,
    所述获取设备将所述拍摄信息发送给所述用户终端。
  7. 一种获取设备,其特征在于,包括:
    分配单元,用于向用户终端分配识别标识;
    确定单元,用于根据所述识别标识确定所述用户终端的目标位置信息;
    调用单元,用于根据所述目标位置信息调用目标摄像头以对拍摄目标进行拍摄得到拍摄信息,所述目标摄像头的拍摄范围包含所述目标位置信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的获取设备,其特征在于,所述分配单元包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户终端发送的标识信息;
    生成模块,用于根据所述标识信息生成所述识别标识;
    分配模块,用于将所述识别标识分配给所述用户终端。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的获取设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元包括:
    发送模块,用于向所述识别标识对应的所述用户终端发送位置请求,所述位置请求用于请求所述用户终端当前的位置信息;
    第一接收模块,用于接收所述用户终端发送的所述目标位置信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的获取设备,其特征在于,所述调用单元包括:
    第一确定模块,用于根据所述目标位置信息确定目标摄像头;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述用户终端发送的所述拍摄目标的特征信息;
    第二确定模块,用于根据所述特征信息确定所述拍摄目标;
    拍摄模块,用于通过所述目标摄像头对所述拍摄目标进行拍摄得到所述拍摄信息。
  11. 根据权利要求7至10中任一项所述的获取设备,其特征在于,所述获取设备还包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收所述用户设备发送的终止信息,所述终止信息用于指示所述获取设备终止拍摄过程;或,
    检测单元,用于检测所述目标位置信息是否包含于预置的位置信息范围内;
    终止单元,若否,则用于终止所述拍摄过程。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的获取设备,其特征在于,所述获取设备还包括:
    上传单元,用于将所述拍摄信息上传至目标数据库;或,
    发送单元,用于将所述拍摄信息发送给所述用户终端。
