下面详细描述本公开的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本公开,而不能理解为对本公开的限制。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。
如图1至图3所示,根据本公开实施例的颈部按摩仪100,包括中间支架10、设在中间支架10的两端的两个夹臂20、两个电极头组件30和电池40。
具体地,中间支架10包括弹性外壳101和软质内壳102。这里,需要说明的是,方向“外”指的是颈部按摩仪100在佩戴于人体颈部上之后,远离人体颈部的方向,其相反方向被定义为“内”,即颈部按摩仪100在佩戴于人体颈部上之后,靠近人体颈部的方向。弹性外壳101和软质内壳102固定连接并共同限定出容纳空间103,两个电极头组件30连接在软质内壳102的内侧。
电池40设在容纳空间103内,并在沿中间支架10的轴侧投影中,电池40的至少一部分被电极头组件30覆盖。这里,需要说明的是,“中间支架10的轴侧投影”可以理解为在垂直于中间支架10的厚度方向的表面上的投影。在电极头组件30和电池40的在垂直于中间支架10的厚度方向的表面上的投影中,电池40的至少一部分被电极头组件30覆盖。如此设置,电池40可以通过由电极头组件30隐藏而得到保护,避免用户在手握颈部按摩仪100的过程中由于对软质内壳102施力而使作用力传递至电池40,从而避免了电池40发生变形或隔膜被刺破的情况,延长颈部按摩仪100的使用寿命。另外,由于软质内壳102为材质较软的材料,例如硅胶等,通过在容纳空间103内设置电池40,电池40可以起到支撑软质内壳102的作用,有利于保持软质内壳102的形状。
由此,根据本公开实施例的颈部按摩仪100,通过设置使中间支架10的弹性外壳101和软质内壳102共同限定出容纳空间103,将两个电极头组件30连接在软质内壳102的内侧,将电池40设在容纳空间103内,且在沿中间支架10的轴侧投影中,电池40的至少一部分被电极头组件30覆盖,电池40支撑软质内壳102以保持软质内壳102的形状,且电极头组件30可以隐藏且保护电池40,避免因用户手握颈部按摩仪100时所施加的力传递至电池40,从而避免电池40发生形变,延长电池40且进一步延长颈部按摩仪100的使用寿命。
在本公开的一些实施例中,容纳空间103内还设置有电脉冲发生装置50,且电脉冲发生装置50位于两个电极头组件30之间。如此设置,缩短了电池40到电脉冲发生装置50之间的距离、以及电脉冲发生装置50到电极头组件30之间的距离,缩短了线路,从而可以节约成本。另外,弹性外壳101的在两个电极头组件30之间的部分为形变最小的区域,通过将电脉冲发生装置50设置于两个电极头组件30之间,使得电脉冲发生装置50避开了电极头组件30的形变调节区域,有利于保护电脉冲发生装置50。
为了更好地描述,设定沿着中间支架10的延伸方向为长度方向,而图3中的垂直于纸面的方向为宽度方向。可选地,在电极头组件30和电池40的沿中间支架10的轴侧投影中,换言之,在电极头组件30和电池40的在垂直于中间支架10的厚度方向的表面上的投影中,整个电池40被两个电极头组件30中的一个电极头组件30覆盖,电极头组件30包括电极片301,且电极片301的长度大于电池40的长度,电极片301的宽度大于电池40的宽度。电极片301是与用户颈部直接接触的部件,电极片301的硬度大于软质内壳102的硬度,通过在电极头组件30朝向中间支架10的方向上,整个电池40被电极头组件30隐藏,进一步避免了用户用手握住颈部按摩仪100时对电池40施力的情况。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图2所示,电池40为长方体形状,弹性外壳101的内侧设有凸台,凸台的面向电池40的一侧表面形成为平面,电池40设在凸台的面向电池40的一侧表面上,如此设置,可以使电池40与凸台稳固接触,提高电池40的安装可靠性。
参考图3-图4,在本公开的一些实施例中,电池40和弹性外壳101之间设置有泡棉60,泡棉60的一侧面与电池40粘接,泡棉60的另一侧面与弹性外壳101上的凸台粘接。由此,通过设置使泡棉60与凸台粘接,从而增大了泡棉60与弹性外壳101的接触面积,使泡棉60与弹性外壳101的连接更加可靠。而且,通过设置使泡棉60分别与电池40和弹性外壳101粘接,在保证与电池40和弹性外壳101的接触面积大的同时,连接紧密性强,能够有效地避免电池40脱落。
参考图3-图4,在本公开的进一步实施例中,凸台包括纵横交错的多个筋条1011,在保证泡棉60、电池40以及弹性外壳101的连接可靠性的同时,减轻平台结构的重量,从而减轻整个颈部按摩仪100的重量。
如图4所示,在本公开的一些实施例中,弹性外壳101的内侧设置有定位槽1013,电池40设于定位槽1013内。如此设置,方便确定电池40的位置,减小因电池40的装配误差而导致电池40的安装位置出现偏差的概率。
在本公开的一些实施例中,泡棉60可以设置在定位槽1013内,在定位槽1013内设置纵横交错的筋条1011,如此设置,方便确定泡棉60的放置位置,减小因泡棉60的装配误差而导致电池40位置出现偏差的概率。
请一并参阅图3及图4,在本公开的一些实施例中,弹性外壳101的内侧上设置有纵横交错的筋条1011,电池40和弹性外壳101之间设置有泡棉60,泡棉60的一侧面与电池40粘接,泡棉60的另一侧面与弹性外壳101上的筋条1011粘接。泡棉60通过筋条1011增加了与弹性外壳101的接触面积,泡棉60分别与电池40和弹性外壳101粘接,粘接方式的接触面积大,连接紧密性强,能够有效地避免电池40出现脱落的情况出现。
如图4所示,在本公开的进一步实施例中,弹性外壳101在定位槽1013的远离弹性外壳101的中心的一侧,设有多个加强筋1014,多个加强筋1014在弹性外壳101的宽度方向上间隔开而具有间隙,间隙用于过线,使得电线有序放置,可以避免电线短路或损坏的问题。可选地,多个加强筋1014在宽度方向上可以形成有多个过线的间隙,只要能够将电池40卡装在定位槽1013内即可。在本公开的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
进一步地,,定位槽1013和加强筋1014在弹性外壳101的长度方向上彼此间隔开。定位槽1013和加强筋1014二者之间的缝隙可以用于过线,进一步使得电线有序放置,从而进一步避免电线短路或损坏的问题。
进一步地,电池40的在弹性外壳101的长度方向上的一端抵靠于多个加强筋1014。如此设置,可以保证电池40的安装位置准确。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图4所示,弹性外壳101的两侧边缘处具有折弯的侧壁1012,软质内壳102与弹性外壳101的侧壁1012粘接。如此设置,使得弹性外壳101和软质内壳102的连接方式简单,装配效率高。另外,电池40与侧壁1012之间具有间隙,使得电池40的线路可以穿过该间隙设置,使得电池40的线路布置有序。电池40的输出端位于电池40的远离电脉冲发生装置50的一侧,可以理解的是,由于弹性外壳101内的空间有限,电池40和电脉冲发生装置50占据一定的空间,如果将电池40的输出端设置于电池40的靠近电脉冲发生装置50的一端,会导致二者之间的距离较近,从而电池40与电脉冲发生装置50之间的线路较短会导致装配困难;如果将电池40与电脉冲发生装置50之间的距离设置得较远,会导致电池40与电脉冲发生装置50之间的线路较长,从而导致线路混乱,影响装配,由此,通过将电池40的输出端设置于电池40的远离电脉冲发生装置50的一侧,可以方便调整线路,方便线路的安装。
可选地,泡棉60与侧壁1012之间也可以具有间隙,该间隙可以用于过线。
在本公开的一些可选实施例中,电池40的宽度在10mm~25mm(包括端点值)之间。如此设置,既可以保证电池40的容量,又可以避免电池40的宽度因较宽而导致所需安装空间太大,从而避免颈部按摩仪100的弹性外壳101过宽,进而可以实现颈部按摩仪100小型化,且具有良好的佩戴体验。
可选地,电池40的长度可以不大于50mm。在每次使用颈部按摩仪100时,都需要弹性外壳101变形以便于佩戴,且弹性外壳101的越远离中间区域的部分,变形幅度越大,若电池40长度过大,弹性外壳101的两端的形变差异会较明显,从而影响电池40与弹性外壳101的粘接可靠性。由此,通过将电池40的长度设为不大于50mm,可以保证电池40与弹性外壳101的粘结可靠性。
在本公开的一些可选实施例中,电池40的长度M与弹性外壳101的弧长L的比值范围在1:7到1:4之间(包括端点值)。进一步可选地,电池40的长度M与弹性外壳101的弧长L的比值范围在2:7到2:5之间(包括端点值)。这样,一方面可以使得弹性外壳101留存有空间以方便其它部件的设置,同时也可以保证电池40具有足够的容量,另一方面也可以避免由于电池40过大且过重而导致整个颈部按摩仪100出现“后重前轻”的现象(即整个中间支架10过重且两个夹臂20轻,整个颈部按摩仪100的重量分布不均),因此,通过将电池40的长度M与弹性外壳101的弧长L的比值设在上述范围内,使得在颈部按摩仪100佩戴在人体颈部上之后,电极头组件30可以很好地贴合颈部。
电池40可以具有一定弧度,其弧度与中间支架10的弧度相适应。如此设置,可以更好地利用中间支架10的安装空间,在电池40占用最小空间的情况下,将电池40的容量最大化。
如图2和图5所示,在本公开的一些实施例中,弹性外壳101与两个夹臂20均通过中间连接件70连接,中间连接件70与弹性外壳101通过螺纹连接,电池40的在弹性外壳101的长度方向上的一端抵靠于中间连接件70上。可选地,弹性外壳101上设有螺钉柱,中间连接件70上可以形成有螺纹孔。此时,中间连接件70也可以起到辅助定位的作用。在安装时,安装人员手持电池40并将电池40的上述一端抵靠在中间连接件70的一端上,随后朝着弹性外壳101的方向按压电池40以使电池40与泡棉60粘接,避免出现电池40错位,从而保证电池40安装位置准确。而且,中间连接件70的上述一端可以对电池40起到在定位槽1013的宽度方向上限位的作用。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,包括:
    中间支架(10),所述中间支架(10)包括弹性外壳(101)和软质内壳(102),所述弹性外壳(101)和所述软质内壳(102)固定连接且共同限定出容纳空间(103);
    两个夹臂(20),两个所述夹臂(20)分别设在所述中间支架(10)的两端;
    两个电极头组件(30),两个所述电极头组件(30)连接在所述软质内壳(102)的内侧;以及
    电池(40),所述电池(40)设在所述容纳空间(103)内,且在沿所述中间支架(10)的轴侧投影中,所述电池(40)的至少一部分被所述电极头组件(30)覆盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述容纳空间(103)内设有电脉冲发生装置(50),且所述电脉冲发生装置(50)位于两个所述电极头组件(30)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述电池(40)的输出端位于所述电池(40)的远离所述电脉冲发生装置(50)的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,在沿所述中间支架(10)的轴侧投影中,整个所述电池(40)被两个所述电极头组件(30)中的其中一个覆盖,每个所述电极头组件(30)包括电极片(301),且所述电极片(301)的长度大于所述电池(40)的长度,所述电极片(301)的宽度大于所述电池(40)的宽度。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述弹性外壳(101)的内侧设有定位槽(1013),所述电池(40)设在所述定位槽(1013)内。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述弹性外壳(101)的内侧上设置有纵横交错的筋条(1011),所述电池(40)和所述弹性外壳(101)之间设置有泡棉(60),所述泡棉(60)的一侧面与所述电池(40)粘接,所述泡棉(60)的另一侧面与所述弹性外壳(101)上的所述筋条(1011)粘接。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述电池(40)为长方体形状,所述弹性外壳(101)的内侧设有凸台,所述凸台的面向所述电池(40)的一侧表面形成为平面,所述电池(40)设在所述凸台的面向所述电池(40)的一侧表面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述电池(40)和所述弹性外壳(101)之间设置有泡棉(60),所述泡棉(60)的一侧面与所述电池(40)的朝向所述弹性外壳(101)的表面粘接,所述泡棉(60)的另一侧面与所述凸台粘接。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述凸台包括纵横交错的多个筋条(1011)。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述弹性外壳(101)的两侧边缘处具有折弯的侧壁(1012),所述软质内壳(102)与所述弹性外壳(101)的所述侧壁(1012)粘接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述电池(40)与所述侧壁(1012)之间具有间隙。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述泡棉(60)与所述侧壁(1012)之间具有间隙。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述电池(40)的宽度在10mm~25mm之间,和/或所述电池(40)的长度不大于50mm。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述电池(40)的长度M与所述弹性外壳(101)的弧长L的比值范围在1:7到1:4之间。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述电池(40)的长度M与所述弹性外壳(101)的弧长L的比值范围在2:7到2:5之间。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述弹性外壳(101)与每个所述夹臂(20)通过中间连接件(70)连接,所述中间连接件(70)与所述弹性外壳(101)螺纹连接,所述电池(40)的在所述弹性外壳(101)的长度方向上的一端抵靠于所述中间连接件(70)。
  17. 根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述电池(40)呈弧形延伸,所述电池(40)的弧度与所述中间支架(10)的弧度相同。
  18. 根据权利要求5所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述弹性外壳(101)上在设有多个加强筋(1014),多个所述加强筋(1014)位于所述定位槽(1013)的远离所述弹性外壳(101)的中心的一侧,多个所述加强筋(1014)在所述弹性外壳(101)的宽度方向上间隔开。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的颈部按摩仪(100),其特征在于,所述电池(40)的在所述弹性外壳(101)的长度方向上的一端抵靠于多个所述加强筋(1014)。
