Description

一种折叠式支撑架 技术领域
本发明属于支撑结构之领域,尤其是一种主要用来支撑移动设备之折叠式支撑架。
背景技术
随着科技进步,移动设备已成为日常生活中不可或缺的常用物品,这些移动设备于不需使用时通常是以平放于桌面之方式进行收纳,不过这样的放置或说是收纳方式可能会衍生出许多不便。
例如,使用者欲从桌面拿起移动设备时,会需要将手伸入移动设备及桌面之间的缝隙进行拿持,才能顺利将移动设备拿起,然而这样除了较为费力外,也有可能因为使用者不注意而导致移动设备从手中滑落,由于手并不能直接握持固定移动设备,必须要利用伸进缝隙之手指的摩擦力先稳定移动设备避免滑落,所以若是不注意的话移动设备很容易就会滑落,而使使用者无法马上举起,让此种拿起之方式较为不稳定。此外,因为移动设备于使用时需要单手拿持,所以使用者仅能用另一只手来操控使用,尤其如平板计算机等较大的移动设备,此方式在使用上带来极大不便。如若使用者在室内使用移动设备时,虽可能有桌子等平面可供放置,而让使用者可空出双手来使用,但此种情境下,移动设备仅能平放于桌面,导致使用者不易观看到屏幕内容,并且亦如上所述还具有较不容易从桌面拿起之缺点,因此仍有其使用上的不便之处。
有鉴于此,本发明设计人感其未臻完善而竭其心智苦心研究,并凭其从事该项研究多年之累积经验,进而提供一种折叠式支撑架,以期可以改善上述习知技术之缺失。
技术问题
本发明之一目的,旨在提供一种折叠式支撑架,以让移动设备等物品能以立起之方式放置,进而提升使用者拿持之稳固程度及方便性,同时又能方便使用者操控及使用。
技术解决方案
为达上述目的,本创作揭露一种折叠式支撑架,其特征在于:该折叠式支撑架为片体结构,且该折叠式支撑架两侧具有一主固定部和一副固定部,而该主固定部和该副固定部之间夹设有二支撑部和一调整部,该调整部位于该二支撑部之间,且该调整部和该二支撑部之间以切线作为分隔;其中,该二支撑部之两端与该主固定部和该副固定部之连接处各设有一第一支撑折线,以供该二支撑部能相对该主固定部和该副固定部形成弯折状态,且该二支撑部上还设有一第二支撑折线,以供该二支撑部能相对自身形成弯折状态,而该调整部上分别设有一第一调整折线和复数第二调整折线,以供该调整部能相对自身形成弯折状态,且该等第二支撑折线和该第一调整折线位于同一水平位置上。
在某些实施例中,当该副固定部向底部弯折,使该调整部根据其中之一该第二调整折线弯折形成折叠状态时,该二支撑部亦会因复数该第一支撑折线和该第二支撑折线被带动弯折而形成折叠状态,让该折叠式支撑架由片体结构变为立体支撑结构。
在某些实施例中,当该调整部根据该第一调整折线和其中之一该第二调整折线分别弯折而形成折叠状态时,该二支撑部亦会因复数该第一支撑折线和该第二支撑折线被带动弯折而形成折叠状态,让该折叠式支撑架由片体结构变为立体支撑结构。
较佳者,该主固定部设有一辅助支撑件。
较佳者,该调整部及该副固定部之底面设有磁性件。
较佳者,该二支撑部为直角梯形,该调整部为等腰梯型。
较佳者,该主固定部上设有一防滑部。
有益效果
如此一来,透过本创作所提供之结构及其特殊之折叠方式,让移动设备能放置于折叠后形成之支撑结构上,让使用者于拿起移动设备时较不需费时费力,而使用时,放置于支撑结构上之移动设备亦能够让使用者直接进行操控使用,让使用者使用移动设备时无须持续拿着移动设备,提升实用性及便利性。

请参阅图1和图2,其为本发明之立体图和折叠收纳示意图。如图所示,本发明揭露一种折叠式支撑架1,其特征在于:该折叠式支撑架1为片体结构,且该折叠式支撑架1两侧具有一主固定部11和一副固定部12,而该主固定部11和该副固定部12之间夹设有二支撑部13和一调整部14,该调整部14位于该二支撑部13之间,且该调整部14和该二支撑部13之间以切线15作为分隔,使该调整部14和该二支撑部13能够各自弯折而不会互相影响,而该二支撑部13为直角梯形,该调整部14为等腰梯型,这样在弯折时较为容易,且弯折后也较为美观。
并且,该二支撑部13之两端与该主固定部11和该副固定部12之连接处各设有一第一支撑折线131,以供该二支撑部13能相对该主固定部11和该副固定部12形成弯折状态,且该二支撑部13上还设有一第二支撑折线132,以供该二支撑部13能相对自身形成弯折状态,而该调整部14上分别设有一第一调整折线141和复数第二调整折线142,以供该调整部14能相对自身形成弯折状态,且该等第二支撑折线132和该第一调整折线141位于同一水平位置上。此外,该主固定部11上还设有一辅助支撑件16和一防滑部17,让使用者在放置需要支撑之物品,如移动设备时较为稳固,而不容易随意滑动,而该辅助支撑件16以可扳起之方式设置,让使用者可于需要的时候再将该该辅助支撑件16扳起使用,进而展现本发明在使用上之自主性。
通过该等第二支撑折线132和该第一调整折线141在同一水平位置之设置,让使用者能够轻易将该折叠式支撑架1对折,形成如第2图所示之态样,便可轻松收纳,也不会占用过多的空间。
请续参阅第3和图4,其为本发明第一实施例之支撑状态示意图和另一实施态样之支撑状态示意图。如图所示,在本实施例中,该调整部14根据该第一调整折线141和其中之一该第二调整折线142分别弯折而形成折叠状态,此时该二支撑部13亦会因复数该第一支撑折线131和该第二支撑折线132被带动弯折而形成折叠状态,最后让该折叠式支撑架1由片体结构变为立体支撑结构,就如第3图和第4图所示,这样使用者就可以将移动设备(图示未示出)等物品靠抵在弯折后之该二支撑部13上,然后可以再根据情况将该辅助支撑件16扳起,以进一步提高物品的支撑性。
请接着参阅第5图和第6图,其为本发明第二实施例之支撑状态示意图和另一实施态样之支撑状态示意图。如图所示,相较于第一实施例,在本实施例中,该副固定部12向底部弯折,使该调整部14根据其中之一该第二调整折线142弯折形成折叠状态,此时该二支撑部13则会因复数该第一支撑折线131和该第二支撑折线132被带动弯折而形成折叠状态,让该折叠式支撑架1由片体结构变为立体支撑结构,就如第5图和第6图所示。并从第5图和第6图可知,使用者可以依据所需要之支撑角度而自主选择需要折叠的该第二调整折线142,进而调整该折叠式支撑架1形成立体支撑结构时的高度及角度,让本发明具有更多支撑态样。这样使用者就可以将移动设备(图示未示出)等物品靠抵在弯折后之该二支撑部13上,然后可以再根据情况将该辅助支撑件16扳起,以进一步提高物品的支撑性。
此外,不管在哪一实施例中,该调整部14及该副固定部12之底面皆可设有磁性件18,这样让该调整部14在折叠后能够藉由磁吸而迅速固定,提高立体支撑结构之稳定性,并且该调整部14及该副固定部12之磁性件18可根据该第一调整折线141和该等第二调整折线142所规划出之区域而设置,亦即每个区域会有一个磁性件18,以加强磁吸固定之效果。
综上所述,本发明藉由各种不同的折叠方式而让该折叠式支撑架1从片体结构转变为立体支撑结构,以让移动设备等物品能够轻松放置于立起之该折叠式支撑架上,亦能让使用者于拿起移动设备时较不需费时费力,进而展现出本发明之实用性及便利性。

  1. 一种折叠式支撑架,其特征在于:

    其中,该二支撑部的两端与该主固定部和该副固定部的连接处各设有一第一支撑折线,以供该二支撑部能相对该主固定部和该副固定部形成弯折状态,且该二支撑部上还设有一第二支撑折线,以供该二支撑部能相对自身形成弯折状态,而该调整部上分别设有一第一调整折线和复数第二调整折线,以供该调整部能相对自身形成弯折状态,且该复数第二支撑折线和该第一调整折线位于同一水平位置上。

  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任何一项所述的折叠式支撑架,其特征在于,该调整部及该副固定部的底面设有磁性件。
