本发明的目的是,克服现有技术的口红管所存在的结构及环保等诸多缺陷,提供一种结构新颖、安全卫生无内在污染、透明光洁艳丽、口唇膏伸出长度可调且膏体用完后包装物可整体回收利用的环保经济的口红管结构。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,包括分叉型的中束芯,中束芯外面转动配合有圆管状的外套,中束芯内部配合有可轴向滑动的口红筒,外套的内壁面制有螺旋槽,中束芯沿轴向制有导向槽,口红筒的外表面设有凸起的台柱,台柱穿过中束芯的导向槽并与外套内壁面的螺旋槽滑动配合;中束芯后端的外周面有一小段为手持段, 中束芯接近后端手持段部位的外周设置有至少一道环形凹槽\环形凸筋,外套与中束芯的环形凹槽\环形凸筋相配合部位的内周面适配有可相互转动的环形凸筋\环形凹槽;在中束芯的环形凹槽\环形凸筋前端部位有弹性的拱形弹力片,弹力片的根部与中束芯壁部连为一体,弹力片的端部向外翘起到高出中束芯表面,弹力片装配后卡在外套内侧面相对应设置的凹槽中以实现旋转时增加扭力,旋转更顺畅;外套、中束芯和口红筒全部统一用食品包装级无毒的材料PET制成的并且有部分表面经适当毛面处理以构成的无色且透明或半透明的结构。
将中束芯和外套相对转动,则外套的螺旋槽推动台柱,台柱又受到中束芯导向槽的反推力作用,两者的合力促使台柱沿导向槽移动,由于台柱与口红筒连为一体,所以台柱沿导向槽移动即带动口红筒沿轴向移动。
中束芯接近后端手持段部位与外套通过环形凹槽与环形凸筋配合,中束芯和外套可以借助环形凹槽与环形凸筋配合引导相互转动而且不会脱开;环形凹槽与环形凸筋的配合是通过适当挤压实现的。
本装置全部零件皆为透明无色PET材料制成,可直接观察原装口红膏的色彩,对于不论是生产、管理、购买或选用都方便,而且使产品更具绚丽光彩;由于整体三个组件一致采用PET材料,内容物用完后不仅可完全回收利用且无需分拣,加上无色即不染色的特征,充分符合环保标准要求;所述PET材料即聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,为无毒无味材料,卫生安全性好,且具有气体和水蒸气渗透率低,以及有优良的阻气、水、油及异味性能、耐高、低温性能、透明度高,可阻挡 紫外线,光泽性好的优点。更有一点是因为PET比传统技术所应用的PS等材料硬度较高,相应的力学强度也比较高,用PET制造中束芯可发挥材料完全可回收之优势,使得本装置在结构上与传统技术的口红管不一样。
本装置同时避免了现有技术的应用金属弹簧造成内在污染的风险。
优选方案,外套内壁的螺旋槽为均布的双头螺纹,中束芯的导向槽为对称的两道直槽,口红筒的外表面凸起的台柱为相应的对称两处。
优选方案,导向槽的两端各伸展有一段横向的边槽,边槽伸展的方向与其相连接的螺旋槽的旋向相反;边槽的口部有一弧形的隆起点,该隆起点到边槽口部另一侧的宽度略小于所述台柱的直径。
台柱通过边槽口部时,由于挤压,使得边槽口部相关结构发生弹性变形,同时台柱的表面层以及边槽口部两侧面的表面层皆发生弹性变形,变形的综合效果至台柱能够挤过边槽口部为限,台柱挤过边槽口部后,各相关结构和各表面层全部弹性恢复,且由于挤过时的推动力和惯性促使台柱继续向前移动并有可能撞击边槽的底部或侧壁,由于弹性恢复和撞击而引起振动并发出“嗒”的响声,响声可提醒操作者了解动作状态。边槽口部的隆起点采用弧形结构有利于扩大挤压变形和减少磨损且行程甚短。
优选方案,螺旋槽的螺旋倾角为25°~35°。
优选方案,所述凸起的台柱与口红筒为通过注塑制成的连体结构,所述外套、中束芯和口红筒全部统一用食品包装级无毒的材料PET制成的并且有部分表面经毛面处理以构成的无色且透明或半透明的结构。
优选方案,中束芯后端的外周面有一小段为手持段,该段外圆周面设置有直形或菱形的花纹。
优选方案,口红筒的内表面沿轴向设置有若干条加强肋。
优选方案,导向槽从中部到前端的部位与两端各伸展有一段横向的边槽并列设置有另外若干段边槽,且该若干段边槽伸展的方向与前端的边槽同向;同时,中束芯接近后端手持段部位的环形凸筋有三道,三道环形凸筋之间各留有一定的距离;外套的环形凹槽有两道,两道环形凹槽之间各留有一定的宽度,所述三道环形凸筋与两道环形凹槽配合后具备一定的轴向间隙,中束芯与外套利用该间隙可沿轴向有一定的相对滑动距离。
优选地,所述弹力片为一个或者一个以上的镂空结构,当弹力片为一个时,围绕所述中束芯外侧壁一圈,当弹力片为一个以上时,均布在所述中束芯外侧壁上,所述镂空结构包括若干隔条,位于中间的隔条的根部和所述中束芯壁部连接在一起,位于中间的隔条的根部的硬度和厚度大于其他隔条,所述位于中间的隔条的端部向外设有突起部,该突起部紧抵在所述外套的内侧壁上,所述突起部越往外厚度越 薄,形状类似一牛角梳的背部,所述手持段底部设有一突出外沿,该突出外沿设置在使手持段部位外周的环形凹槽\环形凸筋,正好和外套上的环形凸筋\环形凹槽相互转动的位置。弹力片上的位于中间的隔条主要作用有三:一是起到固定中束芯和外套的作用;二是:因为弹力片上的位于中间的隔条的直径大于中束芯其他部位的直径,所以当中束芯卡在外套里面,在用手旋转手持段时,中束芯壁部其他部位和外套之间不会发生太多碰触摩擦,造成旋转困难,让使用者在旋转时会感觉旋转力适当,用起来轻松自如;三是:弹力片上的位于中间的隔条的类似牛角梳背部的形状设计,本身会减小中束芯壁部和外套内侧壁之间的摩擦力。突出外沿具有限位作用,即在中束芯上的弹力片上的位于中间的隔条卡在外套内侧壁上,同时加上手持段上突出外沿的限位作用,才能使中束芯牢牢的固定在外套内,并可相对旋转。
新出品的口红管总是装填有最多的口红膏,口红膏的长度也是处于最长的状态,如果仅仅依靠前端部的边槽对口红筒探出长度进行定位,则对于新装的口红膏显然会探出中束芯端部太多。而如果依靠螺旋槽中间随意部位对台柱以及口红管定位,则会造成不稳定的状态,影响使用。设置多道并列边槽可对口红筒不同定位的选择,使用者可以按需要操作以使口红筒探出中束芯的端部适当的长度。
优选方案,在外套的外部配设罩盖,罩盖的前端底部为密闭结构,罩盖由前罩盖和后罩盖配合构成。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明口红管结构紧凑简练,仅仅由三件零件即完整构成,所有零件均可注塑批量制造,成本低,注塑件无需二次加工,装配非常方便快速,尤其是直接在外套内表面设置螺旋槽,避免了常规的采用分立组件组装的弊端。
2、全部零件透明无色,可直接观察原装口红膏的色彩,不仅生产、管理、购买、选用都方便,而且使产品更具绚丽光彩;
3、所述有部分零件的表面经适当毛面处理以构成无色且透明或半透明的结构可以通过对模具相关表面做适当处理而达到,制作方便;
4、整体三个组件的材料一致,内容物用完后回收利用无需分拣,符合环保要求;
5、全部材料皆为无毒材料,避免现有技术的金属弹簧污染风险;
6、导向槽和作为推动源的螺旋槽对称设置,使转动时扭矩平衡,转动稳定;
7、在中束芯的环形凹槽\环形凸筋前端部位有弹性的拱形弹力片,弹力片的根部与中束芯壁部连为一体,弹力片的端部向外翘起适当高出中束芯表面,弹力片装配后卡在外套内侧面相对应设置的凹槽中以防止叉子与外套分离;
8、导向槽的两端部伸展有横向的边槽,在前端可对口红管锁定,以免口红涂抹时造成口红管松动甚至退缩影响涂抹;在后端,可保证在无扭矩作用于外套时口红管不会自动往前滑动;
9、导向槽从中部到前端的部位与两端的边槽并列设置有另外若 干段边槽,由于有了多道边槽对口红筒不同定位的选择,使用者可以按需要操作以使口红筒探出中束芯的端部适当的长度;
10、边槽的口部有一弧形的隆起点,该隆起点到边槽口部另一侧的宽度略小于所述台柱的直径,如此则台柱只有通过挤压才能插入边槽,从而达到可靠定位;有隆起点则在挤压过程会发生响声以提示状态。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1:
参见图1、图2,一种100%可回收的环保口红管,包括分叉型的中束芯1,中束芯1外面转动配合有圆管状的外套2,中束芯1内部配合有可轴向滑动的口红筒3,外套2的内壁面制有螺旋槽21,中束芯1沿轴向制有导向槽11。
口红筒3的外表面设有凸起的台柱31,台柱31与口红筒3为通过注塑制成的连体结构,参见图3、图4。
台柱31穿过中束芯1的导向槽11并与外套2内壁面的螺旋槽21滑动配合;中束芯1后端的外周面有一小段为手持段12,中束芯1接近后端手持段12部位的外周设置有二道环形凸筋13,外套2与中束芯1的环形凸筋13相配合部位的内周面适配有可相互转动的环形凹槽22。中束芯1与外套2通过环形凹槽22与环形凸筋13配合,只有唯一的一个自由度,即两者只能相互转动而不会沿轴向移动。在 中束芯1的环形凸筋13前端部位有弹性的拱形弹力片14,弹力片14的根部与中束芯1壁部连为一体,弹力片14的端部翘起略为高出中束芯1表面,弹力片14装配后卡在外套2内侧面相对应设置的凹槽中防止中束芯1与外套2分离。为了装配或必要时拆卸的方便,弹力片14的端部外侧面设计为朝前的斜坡面结构或双面倾斜即人字形结构。参见图5、图6。
螺旋槽21的旋向为右旋,采用右旋为的是适应于最大多数使用者用右手操作转动的习惯。当然也可以少量采用左旋结构,但需要在说明书上注明。参见图7、图8。
外套2内壁的螺旋槽21为均布的双头螺纹,中束芯1的导向槽11为对称的两道槽,口红筒3的外表面凸起的台柱31为相应的对称两处。
导向槽11的两端各伸展有一段横向的边槽15,边槽15伸展的方向相对于所述螺旋槽21的旋向相反,且前端有一处边槽15与中束芯1端部之间留有小开口以方便于口红筒3装配。边槽15的口部有一弧形的隆起点16,该隆起点16到边槽15口部另一侧的宽度略小于所述台柱31的直径;有一道导向槽11的前端与中束芯1前端部面之间设置有一条工艺性的窄缝17,该窄缝17用于口红筒3的凸柱31与中束芯1的装配方便。
螺旋槽21的螺旋倾角为28°。角度大小需兼顾移动速度和移动阻力,角度太大会使得螺纹转动阻力增大造成卡滞甚至系统自锁。
在中束芯1后端的手持段12外周面设置有直形或菱形的花纹。由于考虑到节约用材和较少空间占用,手持段12的长度总是要设计得比较短些,但这样会影响到手持的作用力,所以设置花纹便于手握中束芯1促使中束芯1与外套2相对旋转,进而利用螺旋槽21与导向槽11联合作用力推动口红管3沿轴向移动。
图9所示为台柱受力合成,图中,螺旋槽21的倾角为30°,即导向槽11与螺旋槽21展开线的夹角为60°。f1为外套2的螺旋槽21对台柱31的推力,f2为中束芯1的导向槽11对台柱31的反推力,由于凸柱31与螺旋槽21为表面光滑接触,同样地凸柱31与导向槽11也为表面光滑接触,所以,可以确定凸柱31与螺旋槽21以及凸柱31与导向槽11的作用力方向必定都是指向各自表面的法向,即f1方向与螺旋槽21的壁面垂直,f2的方向与导向槽11的壁面垂直。f1与f2的合力为f3,各力的方向如图9所示,合力f3的指向朝前,f3推动台柱连同口红筒向前移动。
口红筒3内表面沿轴向均布有十二条加强肋32,设置加强肋32以增强口红筒3的强度,同时兼有阻碍口红膏从口红筒3中滑脱之功能。
本装置的零件包括中束芯1、外套2和口红筒3全部统一用食品包装级无毒的材料PET制成、并且有部分表面经适当毛面处理以构成的无色且透明或半透明的结构。适应彩妆口红的色彩显露,便于识别,无毒、卫生安全,可整体回收,符合环保标准要求。色彩显露还有助 于增加商品外观风采。
实施例2:
导向槽11从中部到前端的部位与所述的两端各伸展有一段横向的边槽15并列设置有另外若干段边槽,且该若干段边槽伸展的方向与前端的边槽15同向;同时,中束芯1接近后端手持段12部位的环形凸筋13有三道,三道环形凸筋13之间各留有一定的距离。参见图10。
外套2的环形凹槽22有两道,两道环形凹槽22之间各留有一定的宽度。参见图11。
所述三道环形凸筋13与两道环形凹槽22配合后具备一定的轴向间隙a。中束芯与外套利用该间隙可沿轴向有一定的相对滑动距离。当使用者用一只手握住中束芯的手持段,另一只手把握外套,并使两者相对旋转时,如果此时三道环形凸筋13靠后与两道环形凹槽22的后侧沿抵压,则台柱31将会首先插入第一道边槽,接着略为反转,则台柱31会退出第一道边槽,继续正转同时对外套施加适当的拉力,则台柱31将会跳过第一道边槽而继续向前移动并插入第二道边槽,依此规律,直至插入端部的边槽。如果一开始就选定要使台柱31插入第二道边槽,则对外套2施加转动力矩,在台柱接近第一道边槽口部是同时施加拉力,当台柱31移动并由于拉力的作用而跨过第一道槽后停止拉力,即只转不拉,则台柱31就能继续前进并插入第二道边槽。由于有了多道边槽定位的选择,使用者可以按需要操作以使口红筒3探出中束芯1的端部适当的长度。参见图12。
其余结构同实施例1。
实施例3:
在外套2的外部配设罩盖4,罩盖4由前罩盖41和后罩盖42配合构成。其余结构同实施例1。参见图13。
实施例4:
弹力片14为一个或者一个以上的镂空结构,当弹力片14为一个时,围绕中束芯1外侧壁一圈,当弹力片14为一个以上时,均布在中束芯1外侧壁上。镂空结构包括若干隔条,位于中间的隔条的根部和中束芯1壁部连接在一起,位于中间的隔条的根部的硬度和厚度大于其他隔条,位于中间的隔条的端部向外设有突起部,该突起部紧抵在外套1的内侧壁上,突起部越往外厚度越薄,形状类似一牛角梳的背部,手持段12底部设有一突出外沿,该突出外沿设置在使手持段12外周的环形凹槽\环形凸筋,正好和外套2上的环形凸筋\环形凹槽相互转动的位置。
弹力片上的位于中间的隔条主要作用有三:一是起到固定中束芯和外套的作用;二是:因为弹力片上的位于中间的隔条的直径大于中束芯其他部位的直径,所以当中束芯卡在外套里面,在用手旋转手持段时,中束芯壁部其他部位和外套之间不会发生碰触摩擦,使用者在旋转时会感觉旋转力很小,用起来轻松自如;三是:弹力片上的位于中间的隔条的类似牛角梳背部的形状设计,本身会减小中束芯壁部和外套内侧壁之间的摩擦力。
突出外沿具有限位作用,即在中束芯上的弹力片上的位于中间的隔条卡在外套内侧壁上,同时加上手持段上突出外沿的限位作用,才能使中束芯牢牢的固定在外套内,并可相对旋转。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,包括分叉型的中束芯,中束芯外面转动配合有圆管状的外套,中束芯内部配合有可轴向滑动的口红筒,外套的内壁面制有螺旋槽,中束芯沿轴向制有导向槽,口红筒的外表面设有凸起的台柱,台柱穿过中束芯的导向槽并与外套内壁面的螺旋槽滑动配合;中束芯后端的外周面有一小段为手持段,中束芯接近后端手持段部位的外周设置有至少一道环形凹槽\环形凸筋,外套与中束芯的环形凹槽\环形凸筋相配合部位的内周面适配有可相互转动的环形凸筋\环形凹槽;在中束芯的环形凹槽\环形凸筋前端部位有弹性的拱形弹力片,弹力片的根部与中束芯壁部连为一体,弹力片的端部向外翘起到高出中束芯表面,弹力片装配后卡在外套内侧面相对应设置的凹槽中以防止中束芯与外套分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,外套内壁的螺旋槽为均布的双头螺纹,中束芯的导向槽为对称的两道直槽,口红筒的外表面凸起的台柱为相应的对称两处。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,导向槽的两端各伸展有一段横向的边槽,边槽伸展的方向与其相连接的螺旋槽的旋向相反;边槽的口部有一弧形的隆起点,该隆起点到边槽口部另一侧的宽度略小于所述台柱的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,螺旋槽的螺旋倾角为25°~30°。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,所述凸起的台柱与口红筒为通过注塑制成的连体结构,所述外套、中束芯和口红筒全部统一用食品包装级无毒的材料PET制成的并且有部分表面经毛面处理以构成的无色且透明或半透明的结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,中束芯后端的外周面有一小段为手持段,该段外圆周面设置有直形或菱形的花纹。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,口红筒的内表面沿轴向设置有若干条加强肋。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,导向槽从中部到前端的部位与两端各伸展有一段横向的边槽并列设置有另外若干段边槽,且该若干段边槽伸展的方向与前端的边槽同向;同时,中束芯接近后端手持段部位的环形凸筋有三道,三道环形凸筋之间各留有一定的距离;外套的环形凹槽有两道,两道环形凹槽之间各留有一定的宽度,所述三道环形凸筋与两道环形凹槽配合后具备一定的轴向间隙,中束芯与外套利用该间隙可沿轴向有一定的相对滑动距离。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,在外套的外部配设罩盖,罩盖由前罩盖和后罩盖配合构成。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种100%可回收的环保口红管,其特征是,所述弹力片为一个或者一个以上的镂空结构,当弹力片为一个时,围绕所述中束芯外侧壁一圈,当弹力片为一个以上时,均布在所述中束芯外侧壁上,所述镂空结构包括若干隔条,位于中间的隔条的根部和所述叉子壁部连接在一起,位于中间的隔条的根部的硬度和厚度大于其他隔条,所述位于中间的隔条的端部向外设有突起部,该突起部紧抵在所述外套的内侧壁上,所述突起部越往外厚度越薄,形状类似一牛角梳的背部,所述手持段底部设有一突出外沿,该突出外沿设置在使手持段部位外周的环形凹槽\环形凸筋,正好和外套上的环形凸筋\环形凹槽相互转动的位置。
