具体的,连接件20和第一减震件16均被发泡固定于空腔内。为便于连接件20的定位,内胆19面向空腔的一侧设有用于定位连接件20的定位结构。进行装配时,先将紧固件18钳入第一减震件16中,再将第一减震件16置于容置槽24中,然后将紧固件18、第一减震件16和连接件20构成的组件与内胆19上的定位结构配接,最后进行发泡。如此可将第一减震结构稳定可靠地固定于箱体,且位于空腔内,不会占用箱体内的容积。
家用电器还包括设于间室内的搁架(未示意)和与搁架相连接并使搁架升降的升降装置26,电机装置10与升降装置26相连接以驱动升降装置26运动。具体的,升降装置26包括与电机本体14相连接的丝杠28和与丝杠28相螺纹配接的螺母件30,螺母件30相对于搁架固定不动。螺母件30上设有与丝杠28配接的内螺纹部32。该技术适用于智慧家庭,能自动实现搁架的升降调节。
升降装置26还包括相对于箱体固定不动的导向杆34,螺母件30上设有供导向杆34穿过的导向孔36。为使得搁架的升降稳定,导向孔36在纵长方向上的延伸长度大于内螺纹部32在纵长方向上的延伸长度。螺母件30设置为大致L型。升降装置26还包括与螺母件30固定连接的支撑件38,螺母件30上设有沿纵长方向延伸的凸起部40,支撑件38具有覆盖于凸起部40外侧的U型部42、与U型部42相连接的上连接部44及与上连接部44相连接的侧部46,上连接部44上设有供导向杆34穿过的光孔45,光孔45的直径先于导向孔36的直径。导向孔36的直径设置得较大,是为了便于螺母件30与导向杆34 之间的快速安装,光孔45的直径设置得较小,是为了对螺母件30的更好导向。而侧部46与搁架固定连接。
导向杆34的一端固定连接于箱体,导向杆34的另一端固定连接于电机座12。
家用电器还包括相对于箱体固定设置的上安装座48,丝杠28的一端连接于电机本体14,丝杠28的另一端可转动地连接于上安装座48,家用电器还包括第二减震结构,第二减震结构包括设于箱体且具有一定柔性的第二减震件50和嵌设于第二减震件50且具有一定刚性的固定件52,上安装座48固定连接于固定件52,在径向方向上,固定件52的外周被第二减震件50完全包覆。丝杠28与上安装座48之间设有轴承53,从而保证丝杠28相对于上安装座48的稳定转动。
固定件52垂直于紧固件18的轴线方向的外周完全被第二减震件50包覆,且固定件52的一端不被第二减震件50包覆而通过紧固螺钉(未示意)与上安装座48刚性连接。固定件52的另一端可设置成被第二减震件50全部包覆,也可设置成被第二减震件50部分包覆,但无论如何设置,只要保证固定件52的另一端与箱体之间具有一定距离。如此使得箱体与第二减震件50接触,并不会与固定件52接触。本优选实施例中,第二减震件50也设置为橡胶件。当然,第二减震件50也可以采用其它具有一定柔性的材质。另外,箱体上设有供紧固螺钉穿过的通孔,且该紧固螺钉不与箱体接触。同样,为便于示意,图中将固定件52与第二减震件50分解开了,实际产品为固定件52被嵌入第二减震件50中作为一个整体。
固定件52为一大块金属板。具体的,固定件52的体积大于紧固 件18的体积。优选的,固定件52为方形金属板。固定件52上设有于紧固螺钉相配接的内螺纹。将固定件52设置成一大块金属板,而不是设置成较小的螺母。使得固定件52能更好地承重,保证搁架上下运动承重大概20Kg的较重重物时,仍具有良好的减震效果,防止了搁架脱落。再者,下部的第一减震结构,设置用于固定电机的紧固件18为较小块金属,该紧固件18不起承重作用,起固定作用的同时,另外设计微小的位移量,从而能更好地起到减震作用。
进一步的,第二减震结构也发泡固定于外壳和内胆19之间的空腔内。具体的,第二减震件50设于连接件20,连接件20上设有与第二减震件50的外周相适配的收容槽54,第二减震件50位于收容槽54中。通常,第二减震件50设计为方形。
进一步的,上安装座48与箱体之间还设有第二减震垫56,紧固螺钉穿过上安装座48、第二减震垫56、箱体和连接件20,最终与固定件52配接。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用电器,所述家用电器包括定义了间室的箱体和设于所述箱体的电机装置,所述电机装置包括电机座和固定于所述电机座的电机本体,其特征在于,所述家用电器还包括第一减震结构,所述第一减震结构包括设于所述箱体且具有一定柔性的第一减震件和嵌设于所述第一减震件的至少一个紧固件,所述电机座固定连接于所述紧固件,定义所述电机座与所述紧固件的连接方向为轴向,垂直于所述轴向的方向为径向,在所述径向方向上,所述紧固件的外周被所述第一减震件完全包覆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述第一减震结构还包括固定于所述箱体且具有一定刚性的连接件,所述第一减震件设于所述连接件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述连接件上设有与所述第一减震件的外周相适配的容置槽,所述第一减震件位于所述容置槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器还包括设于所述间室内的搁架和与所述搁架相连接并使所述搁架升降的升降装置,所述电机装置与所述升降装置相连接以驱动所述升降装置运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述升降装置包括与所述电机本体相连接的丝杠和与所述丝杠相螺纹配接的螺母件,所述螺母件相对于所述搁架固定不动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述升降装置还包括相对于所述箱体固定不动的导向杆,所述螺母件上设有供所述导向杆穿过的导向孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述导向杆的一端固定连接于所述箱体,所述导向杆的另一端固定连接于所述电机座。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器还包括相对于所述箱体固定设置的上安装座,所述丝杠的一端连接于所述电机本体,所述丝杠的另一端可转动地连接于所述上安装座,所述家用电器还包括第二减震结构,所述第二减震结构包括设于所述箱体且具有一定柔性的第二减震件和嵌设于所述第二减震件的固定件,所述上安装座固定连接于所述固定件,在所述径向方向上,所述固定件的外周被所述第二减震件完全包覆。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述箱体包括外壳、与所述外壳之间形成空腔的内胆和位于所述空腔内的发泡料,所述第一减震结构发泡固定于所述空腔内。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器为冰箱。
