Description

洗衣机用电机 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机用电机领域。
背景技术
电机是驱动洗衣机运动的核心部件,其结构的结构包括定子以及与定子同轴的转子;定子的结构包括环形的安装部,安装部上设有多个连接部,安装部的外侧通常设有18个磁极。洗衣机用的电机是非常成熟的部件,已经历经发展多年,在可靠性上提高到相当高的程度,使用寿命相当长,这是洗衣机维持长寿命的重要保障。但是随现在生活水平的提高,人们对洗衣机的要求已经不仅仅局限于长寿命,对静音方便也有了更高的要求,而电机是洗衣机噪音的重要来源,经检验,目前洗衣机用电机工作产生的噪音在68db左右,噪音大,导致洗衣机的静音效果差。因此,现有洗衣机用电机存在噪音大的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种洗衣机用电机。本发明具有噪音小的优点。
本发明的技术方案:洗衣机用电机,包括定子和转子,定子包括包括环形的安装部,安装部的外侧设有21-26对磁极,安装部上设有多个绕安装部轴线均匀分布的连接部。
前述的洗衣机用电机中,所述磁极包括设置于安装部外侧的多个第一磁极和设置于第一磁极外侧的第二磁极,第二磁极与转子的内侧壁固定。
前述的洗衣机用电机中,所述安装部的外侧设有24对磁极,24对磁极由36个第一磁极和12个第二磁极组成,所述第一磁极为线圈,所述第二磁极为圆弧形的磁钢。
前述的洗衣机用电机中,所述连接部包括位于安装部上的凹陷部,凹陷部内设有连接孔,所述连接孔与安装部外周面的距离小于第一磁极的长度。
前述的洗衣机用电机中,所述连接孔与安装部外周面的距离30-34mm,所述第一磁极的长度34.1-37mm。
前述的洗衣机用电机中,所述连接孔与安装部外周面的距离31mm,所述磁极的长度34.5mm。
前述的洗衣机用电机中,所述安装部上设有用于与洗衣机桶底连接的定位孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明是在现有洗衣机用电机的基础上做的改进,第一处改进是限定了磁极的数量,第二处改进是限定了连接部与安装部外周面的距离小于磁极的长度,通过第一和第二处改进,可使电机的噪音明显下降,工作产生的噪音在55db左右,相较于现有电机降低了18db,降低幅度很大,第一和第二处改进是本发明主要的改进点。第三处改进是在在安装部上设置了定位孔,相应的要求洗衣机桶底上也增加一个与定位孔配合的定位柱,定位孔的作用其一是增加电机在洗衣机桶底上的安装精度,其二是防止电机反向装配,当电机反向装配到洗衣机桶底时,定位柱与转子干涉,电机不能平放于洗衣机桶底进行固定,只有电机正向装配到洗衣机桶底时,定位柱才能插入到定位孔中,电机得以平放于洗衣机桶底进行固定,从而减少工人装配错误的可能性。
因此,本发明具有噪音小的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。洗衣机用电机,如图1所示,包括定子1和转子2,转子2为顶部开口的筒形,底面中部设有转过定子的驱动轴,定子1包括包括环形的安装部101,安装部101的外侧设有24对磁极,安装部101上设有4个绕安装部101轴线均匀分布的连接部103。
所述磁极包括设置于安装部101外侧的多个第一磁极102和设置于第一磁极102外侧的第二磁极201,第二磁极201与转子2的内侧壁固定。
24对磁极由36个第一磁极102和12个第二磁极201组成,所述第一磁极102为铜线的线圈,所述第二磁极201为圆弧形的磁钢。每个第二磁极201对应有4个第一磁极102,即以4个相邻的第一磁极102为一组,位于中部的第一磁极102在对应第二磁极201的包角范围内,位于两侧的第一磁极102只有一半在第二磁极201的包角范围内,其余部分被相邻的第二磁极201对应,所以在36个第一磁极102和12个第二磁极201的基础上,每个第二磁极201均可对应4个第一磁极102,从而产生24对磁极。
所述连接部103包括位于安装部101上的凹陷部106,凹陷部106 内设有连接孔104,所述连接孔104与安装部101外周面的距离小于磁极102的长度。
所述连接孔104与安装部101外周面的距离30-34mm,最优为31mm,所述磁极102的长度34.1-37mm,最优为34.5mm。
所述安装部101上设有用于与洗衣机桶底连接的定位孔105。
如图3所示,所述洗衣机桶底上设有与连接孔104对应的安装孔301,以及与定位孔105对应的定位柱302。
本发明是在现有洗衣机用电机的基础上做的改进,第一处改进是限定了磁极的数量,第二处改进是限定了连接部与安装部外周面的距离小于磁极的长度,通过第一和第二处改进,可使电机的噪音明显下降,工作产生的噪音在55db左右,相较于现有电机降低了18db,降低幅度很大。第三处改进是在在安装部上设置了定位孔,相应的要求洗衣机桶底上也增加一个与定位孔配合的定位柱,定位孔的作用其一是增加电机在洗衣机桶底上的安装精度,其二是防止电机反向装配,当电机反向装配到洗衣机桶底时,定位柱与转子干涉,电机不能平放于洗衣机桶底进行固定,只有电机正向装配到洗衣机桶底时,定位柱才能插入到定位孔中,电机得以平放于洗衣机桶底进行固定,从而减少工人装配错误的可能性。
如图4所示,图中X代表现有电机噪音曲线,Y代表本发明电机噪音曲线,将现有电机(18对磁极)与本发明(24对磁极)进行噪音测试比较,在相同周期下,本发明的噪音幅值是现有电机的3/4左右。
因此,本发明具有噪音较小的优点。

Claims (7)

  1. 洗衣机用电机,其特征在于:包括定子(1)和转子(2),定子(1)包括包括环形的安装部(101),安装部(101)的外侧设有21-26对磁极,安装部(101)上设有多个绕安装部(101)轴线均匀分布的连接部(103)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机用电机,其特征在于:所述磁极包括设置于安装部(101)外侧的多个第一磁极(102)和设置于第一磁极(102)外侧的第二磁极(201),第二磁极(201)与转子(2)的内侧壁固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机用电机,其特征在于:所述安装部(101)的外侧设有24对磁极,24对磁极由36个第一磁极(102)和12个第二磁极(201)组成,所述第一磁极(102)为线圈,所述第二磁极(201)为圆弧形的磁钢。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的洗衣机用电机,其特征在于:所述连接部(103)包括位于安装部(101)上的凹陷部(106),凹陷部(106)内设有连接孔(104),所述连接孔(104)与安装部(101)外周面的距离小于第一磁极(102)的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机用电机,其特征在于:所述连接孔(104)与安装部(101)外周面的距离30-34mm,所述第一磁极(102)的长度34.1-37mm。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机用电机,其特征在于:所述连接孔(104)与安装部(101)外周面的距离31mm,所述磁极(102)的长度34.5mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机用电机,其特征在于:所述安装部(101)上设有用于与洗衣机桶底连接的定位孔(105)。
