实施例9，一种用于向顾客展示、制售冷冻类食品的单元容器装置，其机架嵌入两横三列排列六个单元料缸容器装置，单元容器装置设置一料缸料缸容器(1)，料缸料缸容器(1)外沿安装一支架(4)，勺子的勺柄(6)安放入支架(4)卡槽，勺子的勺子头(5)位于料缸料缸容器(1)正上方，料缸料缸容器 (1)及勺子外设一透明顶罩盖(2)，透明顶罩盖(2)一端通过铰链(8)和机台铰接，透明顶罩盖上设有磁性开关感应装置，透明罩展开时将停止容器内部的加工运作，料缸容器(1)靠近铰链(8)一侧中部安装有带有外盖的LED灯(7)，LED灯(7)电路连接机台，所述机台内设电源，所述LED灯电路连接触碰式开关。所述透明顶罩盖为圆形，对应勺子处收缩。
采用本申请具备现场制售的卫生性、展示性及使用便利性。可最集约并方便的组合成多单元容器冷冻食品贩卖系统，是零售冷冻食品的一种完美单元装置。
如图4所示，由于整个勺放置在封闭盖内零下温度环境，无论勺子头及勺柄部分都不易滋生细菌。另外由于勺柄在容器外，勺柄对缸内食品的污染也被隔离了。勺子头则存放在容器上方悬空，保证了勺子头的卫生。
如图5、12所示，改变了盖子中心线正装的传统思维，斜装盖子成一定角度(非90度)，减少了盖子铰链装置对顾客视线的阻挡。在至少两列或两横单元容器装置，在传统的盖子中心线正装和斜装盖子成一定角度(非90度)明显斜装可使二缸间的距离最短化L1有利于工作人员操作，身体能操作到且L1始终小于L，那么相同数量的单元容器装置斜装所需机架空间小于盖子中心线正装方式，节约机架的成本，降低机架占用面积。
由于此装置结构可设计成盖子全封闭(无通道缺口)，故有效防止飞虫爬蚁等进入，特别是夜间存放时。本装置所带独立的LED灯光照明增加食物展示效果，有助于贩卖。
以上仅为本实用新型的具体实施例，但本实用新型的技术特征并不局限于此。任何以本实用新型为基础，为解决基本相同的技术问题，实现基本相同的技术效果，所作出地简单变化、等同替换或者修饰等，皆涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围之中。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于向顾客展示、制售冷冻类食品的单元容器装置，其特征是，包括机台、料缸容器、支架、勺子和透明顶罩盖，所述机台嵌入排列至少一个单元容器装置，所述单元容器装置设置一料缸容器，所述料缸容器外沿一侧安装一支架，所述勺子的勺柄安放入支架卡槽，所述勺子的勺子头位于料缸容器正上方，所述料缸容器及勺子外设一透明顶罩盖，所述透明顶罩盖一端通过铰链和机台铰接，透明顶罩盖上设有磁性开关感应装置，透明罩展开时将停止容器内部的加工运作，所述料缸容器近铰链一侧中部安装有带有外盖的LED灯，所述LED灯电路连接机台，所述机台内设电源，所述LED灯电路连接触碰式开关。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于向顾客展示、制售冷冻类食品的单元容器装置，其特征在于：所述机架嵌入排列纵横两行或两列至少两个单元容器装置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于向顾客展示、制售冷冻类食品的单元容器装置，其特征在于：所述勺子的支架为“U”型卡槽或“Y”型卡槽或斜口卡槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于向顾客展示、制售冷冻类食品的单元容器装置，其特征在于：所述透明顶罩盖为网球拍形，其中对应料缸容器上端为圆形，对应勺子处收缩，透明顶罩盖一体成型，对应勺子处收缩。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于向顾客展示、制售冷冻类食品的单元容器装置，其特征在于：所述透明顶罩盖为梯形，对应勺子处收缩。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于向顾客展示、制售冷冻类食品的单元容器装置，其特征在于：所述透明顶罩盖为圆形，对应勺子处收缩。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于向顾客展示、制售冷冻类食品的单元容 器装置，其特征在于：所述料缸容器上端为矩形，对应勺子处收缩。
