本发明涉及电器设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种家用电器。
背景技术
洗衣机的内桶在转动时,衣物偏心会导致内桶产生较大的振动。相关技术采用主动平衡的方式来抵消或减少内桶的振动。具体地,内桶安装有平衡环,平衡环内设有电驱动的平衡器,通过驱动平衡器在平衡环内移动到不同位置来抵消或减少内桶的振动。目前使用的输电方式是使用滑环等电刷结构将外部电能输入至内桶的储电装置中。然而,这种方式受限于滑环的可靠性而存在耐久较差的缺点。而且,通过电刷本身的机械接触对洗衣内桶进行输电,在洗涤和脱水过程中内桶产生振动会影响到电刷的接触,对输电的稳定性造成不利影响。
发明内容
本发明实施方式提供一种家用电器。
本发明实施方式的家用电器包括本体、腔体和无线输电装置,所述腔体能够转动地设置在所述本体内,所述无线输电装置包括发射件和接收件,所述发射件安装在所述本体,所述接收件安装在所述腔体,所述发射件与所述接收件间隔相对设置。
本发明实施方式的家用电器,将发射件安装在本体,接收件安装在腔体,实现了电能传输。这样提高了输电的可靠性、耐久性和稳定性。
在某些实施方式中,所述家用电器包括支撑架,所述支撑架安装在所述腔体,所述接收件设于所述支撑架。
在某些实施方式中,所述家用电器包括转轴,所述转轴安装在所述腔体,所述转轴能够转动地穿设所述本体,所述接收件位于所述转轴末端。
在某些实施方式中,所述发射件、所述接收件和所述转轴同轴设置。

请参阅图1至图3,本发明实施方式提供一种家用电器100,其包括本体10、腔体11和无线输电装置13,腔体11能够转动地设置在本体10内,无线输电装置13包括发射件131和接收件132,发射件131安装在本体10,接收件132安装在腔体11, 发射件131与接收件132间隔相对设置。
本发明实施方式的家用电器100,将发射件131安装在本体10,接收件132安装在腔体11,实现了电能传输。这样提高了输电的可靠性、耐久性和稳定性。
其中,家用电器100可以是洗衣机、干衣机等衣物处理装置。当然,在其他实施方式中,家用电器100可以为其他具有转动腔体11的电器设备。在此不做限定。在本说明书中,具体以家用电器100为滚筒洗衣机做解释说明。其中,本申请实施方式的腔体11相当于洗衣机的内桶,本申请实施方式的本体10相当于洗衣机的外桶。
在本实施方式中,通过无线输电装置13的设置,能够更加方便的将腔体11外的电能引入腔体11,这样的输电方式结构较为方便,不需要安装多余的导线用来电能传输。并且,这样的输电方式能够提升输电的稳定性,在输电的过程中,不容易受到洗衣机的影响,例如,洗衣机工作会产生振动,如若通过导线进行输电,在洗衣机工作的过程中产生的振动较大时,会带动导线活动,进而可能会出现导线的从洗衣机上脱离的情况发生,从而导致输电出现异常。而采用无线输电装置13能够有效的防止上述情况的发生。
其中,无线输电装置13的输电方式有多种,以下通过举例进行说明:
例如,在一个例子中,无线输电装置13可采用电磁感应原理进行电能的输送。在这样的例子中,发射件131包括发射线圈,接收件132包括接收线圈。在这样的情况下,发射线圈与供电设备连接,供电设备能够给发射线圈提供交流电,发射线圈接收交流电之后会产生不断变化的磁场,接收线圈用于在感应到该磁场的变化情况下,会产生电流,如此实现电传输的能力。
又例如,在另一个例子中,无线输电装置13可采用磁共振的原理进行电能的输送。在这样的例子中,发射件131包括第一共振线圈,接收件132包括第二共振线圈。第一共振线圈和第二共振线圈可被驱动以相同的频率振动,第一振动线圈在振动的过程中能够发散出电磁场,第二共振线圈在振动的过程中能够接收该磁场变转化为电能,如此实现电传输的能力。
再例如,在又一个例子中,无线输电装置13可采用WIFI(Wireless Fidelity、无线局域网)无线充电的原理进行电能的输送。在这样的例子中,发射件131包括充电传感器,接收件132包括路由器。充电传感器与供电设备连接,供电设备能够给充电传感器供电以使得充电传感器向外界释放电能,路由器能够加收该电能并产生电流,如此实现点传输的能力。
可以理解的是,上述仅仅是通过举例的方式来对无线输电装置13和具体的输电远离进行介绍。在其他实施方式中,无线输电装置13还可以采用其他的方式进行输 电。例如,在其他实施方式中,无线输电装置13还可以采用无线电波、超声波来进行无线充电。具体可以根据实际情况来设计。在此不做限定。只需要发射件131和接收件132配合能够进行电能的传输即可。在此不做限定。
需要指出的是,在本实施方式中,无线输电装置13的输电方式采用的是电磁感应原理。
进一步地,本体10和腔体11均可采用不锈钢制成。不锈钢具有硬度高和耐腐性强的优点,如此能够提升本体10的使用年限。可以理解的是,本体10不仅仅可以采用不锈钢制成。具体可以根据实际情况来进行选择,在此不对本体10的具体材质做限定。
在某些实施方式中,家用电器100包括112,支撑架112安装在腔体11,接收件132设于支撑架112。
如此设置,方便接收件132的固定,有利于接收件132的正常工作。
请参阅图2、图4和图5,在某些实施方式中,家用电器100包括转轴111,转轴111安装在腔体11,转轴111能够转动地穿设本体10,接收件132位于转轴111末端。
如此,可使发射件131与接收件132的距离更近,输电效率高。
由于发射件131产生的磁场的强度会随着距离的增大而减弱,也即是说,当接收件132与发射件131间隔较远的情况下,接收件132能够感应到的磁场的强度也会随着减弱,如此,会导致接收件132产生的电能的量减弱,如此不利于电能的传输。而通过转轴111的设置,接收件132位于转轴111末端,如此能够使得发射件131与接收件132的间隔距离较近,如此接收件132能够充分感应磁场,进而使得接收件132产生的电能的量增大,从而使得输电效率较高。
其中,发射件131与接收件132之间具体的间隔距离可以根据实际情况来进行设计。在此不做限定。
进一步地,接收件132与转轴111末端可通过螺丝固定、卡接、胶接等方式进行连接。如此方便接收件132的安装与拆卸。
请参阅图5,更进一步地,支撑架112与腔体11固定,转轴111固定于支撑架112上,在转轴111转动的情况下,能够带动支撑架112转动进而使得腔体11转动。
具体地,从图5的示例可知,支撑架112包括中心部1121和与中心部1121连接的多个连接臂1122,多个连接臂1122环绕支撑部141且间隔设置,转轴111设置在中心部1121。在本实施方式中,连接臂1122的数量为三个。在其他实施方式中,连接臂1122的数量可以为两个、或三个以下等。连接臂1122的具体的数量可以根据实际情况来设置。在此不做限定。
进一步地,连接臂1122与中心部1121可以是一体成型,也可以是分体成型。具体可以根据不同情况来设置。在此不做限定。
在一个例子中,连接臂1122与腔体11可以是一体成型。在其他例子中,连接臂1122可以与腔体11分体成型。例如,在其他例子中,连接臂1122可以通过螺丝与腔体11固定连接诶,或是通过卡接、胶接的方式进行连接。具体可以根据不同情况来设置。在此不做限定。
请参阅图2,在某些实施方式中,发射件131、接收件132和转轴111同轴设置。
如此,在腔体11静止和转动过程中,无线输电装置13均能保持稳定输电,且在振动过程中,发射件131与接收件132产生的位移变化不会对输电造成太大干扰。
具体地,在本实施方式中,由于腔体11转动过程中会产生振动,如此可能会导致发射件131或接收件132出现偏移,而在接收件132或发射件131产生偏移的情况下,可能会影响发射件131和接收件132的输电效率,进而影响无线输电装置13的工作。而将发射件131、接收件132和转轴111同轴设置,如此,在洗衣机工作或者是静止的情况下,能够使得发射件131、接收件132和转轴111不会出现偏移或偏移量较小,从而提升输电效率,有利于无线输电装置13的正常工作。
请参阅图3,在某些实施方式中,转轴111末端位于本体10外。
如此,在维修和更换时,可无需拆卸腔体11,而且也方便安装和调试无线输电装置13。
由于转轴111末端位于本体10外,接收件132位于转轴111末端,也即是说,在这样的情况下,接收件132可位于本体10外,如此,在接收件132出现异常时,方便用户对接收件132进行维修或者是更换,用户不需要将腔体11拆下再对接收件132进行维修或者更换。并且,由于发射件131位于本体10,接收件132位于本体10外,如此也方便用户对无线输电装置13进行安装和调试,即,安装和调试均可以在本体10外进行,方便快捷,提升用户的体验。
具体地,本体10形成有穿孔101,转轴111末端穿设穿孔101并露出于本体10。其中,穿孔101可以为圆形、矩形、三角形等。在此不对穿孔101的具体形状做限定。需要指出的是,穿孔101的横截面积大于转轴111的横截面积,如此使得转轴111能够穿设穿孔101并露出于本体10。
在某些实施方式中,转轴111是中空的,腔体11设有储电装置1123,接收件132通过穿设转轴111的导线连接储电装置1123。
如此,一方面,避免了腔体11在转动过程中导线的缠绕,另一方面,也可充分利用空间来布置导线。
进一步地,导线能够穿设转轴111并与腔体11的储电装置1123连接,如此,接收件132产生的电能能够通过导线运输至储电装置1123,结构简单,易于实现。另外,转轴111是中空的,如此导线能够穿设于转轴111并与储电装置1123连接。在这样的情况下,在腔体11工作中不会对导线造成影响,进而有利于家用电器100的正常工作。
请参阅图2、图3和图6,在某些实施方式中,家用电器100包括安装支架14,安装支架14安装在本体10外表面,发射件131设在安装支架14。
如此,实现了发射件131的安装。
具体地,安装支架14可以采用不锈钢制成。不锈钢具有硬度高的优点,如此有利于提升安装支架14的使用年限。进而提升家用电器100的使用年限。可以理解的是,安装支架14不仅仅可以采用不锈钢制成。具体可以根据不同情况来设置安装支架14的具体材质。例如,在其他实施方式中,安装支架14还可以采用其它金属或非金属材料制成。在此不对安装支架14的具体材质做限定。
进一步地,安装支架14安装在本体10。其中,安装支架14可以通过螺丝固定在本体10上。如此方便安装支架14的安装和拆卸。当然,在其他实施方式中,安装支架14还可以与本体10卡接、焊接等。在此不对安装支架14与本体10的具体连接方式做限定。只需要安装支架14与本体10能够形成连接即可。较佳地,安装支架14与本体10可拆卸地连接。
请参阅1、图3和图6,在某些实施方式中,安装支架14包括支撑部141和安装部142,支撑部141凸设在安装部142的一侧,发射件131安装在安装部142,支撑部141连接安装部142和本体10,安装部142和本体10之间设有收容空间143,家用电器100包括驱动装置15和驱动轮151,驱动轮151位于收容空间143并连接腔体11,驱动装置15通过传动件152连接驱动轮151并用于驱动驱动轮151转动进而带动腔体11转动。
如此,安装支架14的设置不阻碍驱动轮151的安装,通过纵向(图1中X方向)层叠设置的方式,可减少家用电器100的横向(图1中Y方向)空间占用。
在本实施方式中,支撑部141的数量为两个,两个支撑部141分别位于安装部142的两端,两个安装部142安装在本体10上。其中,两个安装部142与本体10可拆卸连接。例如,螺接、卡接等。在此不对安装部142与本体10的具体连接方式做限定。
进一步地,驱动轮151与转轴111通过传动件152连接。驱动装置15通过传动件152驱动驱动轮151转动,以使得转轴111转动,进而带动腔体11转动。
在本实施方式中,驱动装置15包括驱动电机,传动件152包括皮带,皮带环绕 驱动轮151设置,皮带与驱动电机的转动轴连接,其中,转动轴的外周面和驱动轮151的外周面均可设置有第一凸凹结构(图未示),皮带的内侧设置与第一凸凹结构匹配连接的第二凸凹结构(图未示)。如此,可防止皮带出现打滑的现象。在驱动电机驱动转动轴转动的情况下,能够带动皮带活动,在皮带活动的情况下,能够带动驱动轮151转动,从而带动转轴111转动,进而实现腔体11的转动。
在本实施方式中,皮带部分位于收容空间143内,如此能够通过安装支架14来限制皮带的纵向位移,有利于皮带的工作。
请参阅图2和图7,在某些实施方式中,腔体11安装有平衡环16,平衡环16内设有能够移动的平衡器17,腔体11设有储电装置1123,储电装置1123电连接接收件132,储电装置1123用于为平衡器17供电。
如此,可利用接收件132为储电装置1123充电,以使得储电装置1123能够用来驱动平衡器17移动,进而在平衡器17移动的过程中抵消或减少腔体11转动时的振动。
其中,在本实施方式中,平衡环16的数量为两个,平衡环16位于腔体11的两端并与腔体11固定连接,平衡器17可移动地设置在平衡环16内,如此,在腔体11转动的情况下,能够依靠平衡器17的自身重力和向心力来平衡腔体11内物体(例如衣物)偏心,进而使得腔体11的振动减小,从而减少家用电器100的噪音和振动。
在本实施方式中,储电装置1123包括可充电电池,其中,可充电电池可以为锂电池、镍铬电池、铅酸电池等。在此不对电池的具体类型做限定。电池通过导线与接收件132和平衡器17电连接,接收件132在产生电能之后能够通过导线将电能运输至电池,然后电池能够将电能通过导线运输至平衡器17以使得平衡器17工作。
请参阅图8和图9,具体地,平衡器17包括支架171、导电结构172、驱动组件18和控制板(图未示),导电结构172包括正导电件1721和负导电件1724,驱动组件18位于支架171的一侧,在驱动组件18用于带动平衡器17在平衡环16内移动。
其中,正导电件1721包括两个第一导向轮1722和位于两个第一导向轮1722之间的且用于连接两个第一导向轮1722的第一连接杆1723,负导电件1724包括两个第二导向轮1725和位于两个第二导向轮1725之间的且用于连接两个第二导向轮1725的第二连接杆1726,平衡环16内设有第一导轨161和第二导轨162,第一导轨161位于两个第一导向轮1722之间的空间且连接第一导向轮1722,第二导轨162位于两个第二导向轮1725之间的空间且连接第二导向轮1725,如此,使得平衡器17能够通过导电结构172与储电装置1123连接,实现电能传输,同时,也能导引平衡器17在腔体11内移动。
进一步地,导电结构172还包括底座174和连接架175,连接架175可弹性移动地连接底座174,连接架175包括有第一部件176和第二部件177,第一部件176与第二部件177并列排布,正导电件1721安装在第一部件176,负导电件1724安装在第二部件177,其中,第一部件176与第二部件177可以一体设计也可以分体设计,具体可以根据不同情况来设置。在此不做限定。在第一部件176与第二部件177分体设计的情况下,能够避免由于装配误差或制造误差导致导电结构172与平衡环16出现接触不良的情况,有利于平衡环16和平衡器17的正常工作。
其中,在本实施方式中,一个平衡器17包括有两个导电结构172,两个导电结构172分别位于支架171的两端。
请参阅图8、图10和图11,在某些实施方式中,导电结构172通过导线连接控制板。驱动组件18包括驱动件181和转动件182,驱动件181通过减速齿轮箱183连接转动件182,并用于驱动转动件182转动,驱动件181连接转动件182和控制板。如此,储电装置1123能够将电能传递给控制板,控制板接收电能之后给驱动件181供电以使得驱动件181驱动转动件182转动,进而带动平衡器17在平衡环16内移动。其中,驱动件181可包括电机,可通过控制电机的正转、反转或停止转动,可以控制平衡器17沿顺时针方向或逆时针方向移动或停止移动。
在一些实施方式中,家用电器100还可以设置有安装在支架171的控制仓,控制板可以设置在控制仓内。如此,通过控制仓的设置能够保护控制板,进而防止外界水汽或者灰尘附着在控制板上,导致控制板出现损坏的情况。提升了控制板的使用年限。
进一步地,平衡环16内还设置有环状的连接件163,连接件的内侧设有齿部1631,转动件182包括齿轮。齿轮与齿部1631啮合。如此,通过齿轮与齿部1631的啮合来驱动平衡器17的移动,可防止平衡器17在移动过程中出现打滑,保证了平衡器17移动的稳定性。
更进一步地,一个平衡环16内可以设置有多个平衡器17,导向轮和导轨均采用导电的材料制成。例如,导向轮和导轨可以采用铜制成。多个平衡器17共同作用能够使得平衡效果更加好。在本实施方式中,每个平衡环16内设置有两个平衡器17。
在某些实施方式中,储电装置1123安装在平衡器17上,或储电装置1123安装在平衡器17外。
如此,可根据不同需求进行设置,使得家用电器100的应用范围更广。
在本实施方式中,储电装置1123安装在平衡器17外。具体地,储电装置1123安装在两个平衡环16的中间位置。如此,便于储电装置1123给两个平衡环16上的平衡器17进行供电,以使得不同平衡环16上的平衡器17工作。这样可形成统一式 的电源供应,成本较低,有利于家用电器100的量产化。
可以理解,在其它实施方式中,储电装置1123安装在平衡器17上时,每个平衡器17具有单独的储电装置1123,这样可形成独立式的电源供应,不易受其他因素影响而断电。
请进一步参阅图1,在某些实施方式中,家用电器100包括底板20和减振结构21,减振结构21连接底板20和本体10。
如此,使得传递到家用电器100外部的振动能够进一步减少。
在腔体11转动过程中,会产生振动,振动可能会影响家用电器100的工作,并且,振动会产生噪音,进而影响到用户的正常生活。通过减震结构的设置,能够减少振动,进而使得家用电器100的运行更加平稳。
具体地,减振结构21包括设置在底板20支撑柱211和设置在支撑柱211的弹性件212,弹性件212的一端与支撑柱211连接,弹性件212的另一端与本体10连接。如此,在本体10产生振动时,振动力会被传递至弹性件212,然后振动力会与弹性件212的弹力相互抵消,进而减少传递到家用电器100外部的振动力。
其中,弹性件212可以是弹簧、弹片或者是其他具有弹性的材料。在此不对弹性件212的具体类型做限定。在本实施方式中,弹性件212为弹簧。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,减振结构21还可以采用液压、油压等结构来减少振动的传递。具体可以格局不同情况来设置。在此不做限定。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施方式”、“某些实施方式”、“示意性实施方式”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合实施方式或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施方式或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施方式或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施方式或示例中以合适的方式结合。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不松开本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括本体、腔体和无线输电装置,所述腔体能够转动地设置在所述本体内,所述无线输电装置包括发射件和接收件,所述发射件安装在所述本体,所述接收件安装在所述腔体,所述发射件与所述接收件间隔相对设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括支撑架,所述支撑架安装在所述腔体,所述接收件设于所述支撑架。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括转轴,所述转轴安装在所述腔体,所述转轴能够转动地穿设所述本体,所述接收件位于所述转轴末端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述发射件、所述接收件和所述转轴同轴设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述发射件包括发射线圈,所述接收件包括接收线圈,所述发射线圈用于在通电的情况下产生变化的磁场,所述接收线圈用于在感应到所述变化的磁场的情况下产生电流。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述转轴末端位于所述本体外。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述转轴是中空的,所述腔体设有储电装置,所述接收件通过穿设所述转轴的导线连接所述储电装置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括安装支架,所述安装支架安装在所述本体外表面,所述发射件设在所述安装支架。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述安装支架包括支撑部和安装部,所述支撑部凸设在所述安装部的一侧,所述发射件安装在所述安装部,所述支撑部连接所述安装部和所述本体,所述安装部和所述本体之间设有收容空间,所述家用电器包括驱动装置和驱动轮,所述驱动轮位于所述收容空间并连接所述腔体,所述驱动装置通过传动件连接所述驱动轮并用于驱动所述驱动轮转动进而带动所述腔体转动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述腔体安装有平衡环,所述平衡环内设有能够移动的平衡器,所述腔体设有储电装置,所述储电装置电连接所述接收件,所述储电装置用于为所述平衡器供电。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述储电装置安装在所述平衡器上,或所述储电装置安装在所述平衡器外。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括底板和减振结构,所述减振结构连接所述底板和所述本体。
