本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
同时,全文中出现的“和/或”或“且/或”的含义为,包括三个方案,以“A和/或B”为例,包括A方案,或B方案,或A和B同时满足的方案。
另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种共振扬声器100。可以理解的,该共振扬声器100应用于电子设备,所述电子设备可以为吸油烟机等在油烟环境中使用的电子设备,其包括电子设备主体,所述共振扬声器100固设于所述电子设备主体上。
本实施例以电子设备为吸油烟机500为例进行说明,所述吸油烟机500包括油烟机主体300。
请结合参照图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,在本申请实施例中,该共振扬声器100包括扬声器主体1和共振头2,其中,共振头2设置在油烟机主体300的预订区域,共振头2包括底座21和多个支撑臂22,支撑臂22与底座21的周缘相连,且与油烟机主体300固定连接;扬声器主体1设置在共振头2远离油烟机主体300的一侧。
在本实施例中,共振扬声器100可通过共振头2的底座21和多个支撑臂22与油烟机主体300实现连接。可以理解的,共振扬声器100可固定连接于油烟机主体300的预订区域,例如采用焊接或过盈配合等方式将共振头2的底座21和多个支撑臂22固定连接在油烟机主体300的预订区域。当然,在其他实施例中,共振扬声器100也可通过可拆卸连接的方式固定于油烟机主体300的预订区域,例如采用卡扣连接、插接配合、螺钉连接或销钉连接等方式,将将共振头2的底座21和多个支撑臂22连接在油烟机主体300的预订区域。需要说明的是,上述预订区域可以是油烟机主体300上设置的用于容纳共振扬声器100的避位区域,并且有利于共振扬声器100的底座与油烟机主体300中的玻璃盖板连接。
作为本实施例的一种可选方案,共振头2的多个支撑臂22可通过螺钉与油烟机主体300连接,共振头2的底座21可采用胶层粘结于油烟机主体300,如此设置,可有利于提高共振扬声器100的安装稳固性。
可以理解的,共振头2用于安装固定扬声器主体1,共振头2的结构可以是安装板、安装台或安装壳等,在此不做限定。在本实施例中,共振头2与扬声器主体1装配为一体结构,为了方便扬声器主体1的安装固定,共振头2的底座21与扬声器主体1的外形轮廓相匹配。
在本实施例中,扬声器主体1包括上壳11、下盖12、支撑骨架13、磁铁14、线圈15及导振片16,利用支撑骨架13对扬声器主体1实现支撑安装,利用上壳11和下盖12配合支撑骨架13将磁铁14装配在上壳11和下盖12之间。线圈15固定于导振片16上,并与下盖12连接。导振片16通过粘贴的方式将组装后的扬声器主体1固定于共振头2的底座21上。
在一实施例中,扬声器主体1的上壳11、下盖12、磁铁14、线圈15及导振片16均呈圆形设置。支撑骨架13用于支撑和安装扬声器主体1,支撑骨架13的结构可以是支架、安装板或安装架等,在此不做限定。
在本实施例中,共振头2的底座21可选为圆环形。为了方便通过共振头2固定共振扬声器100,底座21上连接有多个支撑臂22,如此可利用支撑臂22与油烟机主体300连接,以实现共振扬声器100的装配和固定。
本申请技术方案的共振扬声器100通过在共振头2的底座21设置多个支撑臂22,利用多个支撑臂22分别与油烟机主体300连接,从而提高共振扬声器100的安装稳定性;同时,通过将支撑臂22设置在共振头2上,从而简化了共振扬声器100的结构。
在本实施例中,支撑臂22与油烟机主体300采用固定连接方式,例如焊接、过盈配合等,如此可提高安装的稳固性;当然,支撑臂22与油烟机主体300也可采用可拆卸连接方式,例如卡扣连接、插接配合、螺钉连接或销钉连接等,在此不做限定,如此可方便共振扬声器100的拆装、更换及维修等。
在本实施例中,共振头2的底座21设置有多个支撑臂22。可选地,支撑臂22为两个、三个或三个以上等,在此不做限定。
在一实施例中,如图4和图5所示,所述底座21和多个所述支撑臂22为一体成型结构。可以理解的,将支撑臂22和底座21设置为一体成型结构,如此既可以提高共振头2的结构强度,同时还可以简化共振头2的加工步骤。当然,在其他实施例中,支撑臂22与底座21也可为分体结构设置,在此不做限定。
在一实施例中,如图4和图5所示,多个所述支撑臂22和所述底座21位于同一平面。可以理解的,通过将支撑臂22和底座21设置在同一平面内,从而同时利用支撑臂22和底座21与油烟机主体300进行连接,从而增大了共振头2的接触面积,从而提高共振头2与油烟机主体300的连接稳定性。
在一实施例中,如图4和图5所示,多个所述支撑臂22等间距地设置在所述底座21的周缘,也即多个所述支撑臂22均匀分布于所述底座21的周缘。在本实施例中,等间距为相邻的两个支撑臂22之间的最小距离相同。可以理解的,将多个支撑臂22均匀设置在底座21的周缘,从而在多个支撑臂22与油烟机主体300连接,使得共振扬声器100能够受力均匀,进一步提高共振扬声器100的安装稳定性。
在一实施例中,如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,所述共振头2包括两个所述支撑臂22,两个所述支撑臂22对称设于所述底座21的相对两侧,并朝向相互背离的方向延伸。如此可利用对称设置的两个支撑臂22实现共振扬声器100的稳固安装。
在本实施例中,底座21呈圆形板状结构,并在底座21的中心开孔,从而方便扬声器主体1的其他部件方便装配。可选地,支撑臂22呈方形或长条形的板状结构,如此可提高支撑臂22与油烟机主体300的接触面积。
在一实施例中,如图2、图3、图4和图7所示,所述支撑臂22面向所述扬声器主体1的一侧设有凸柱221,所述凸柱221设有空腔222,所述支撑臂22上对应所述凸柱221的区域设有过孔223,所述过孔223连通所述空腔222。
可以理解的,通过在每一支撑臂22上设置具有空腔222的凸柱221,并在支撑臂22上设置连通空腔222的过孔223,从而方便油烟机主体300上的连接结构穿过过孔223和空腔222,如此可利于紧固件等结构进一步提高安装稳固性。
在本实施例中,凸柱221的空腔222可以是通孔或通槽结构。如图4和图5所示,所述凸柱221与所述支撑臂22为一体成型结构,如此设置既可以提高凸柱221和支撑臂22的连接结构强度,同时也简化了共振头2的加工步骤。
在一实施例中,所述空腔222的外径为7mm~10mm。可选地,空腔222的外径为7mm、8mm、9mm、10mm等,在此不做限定。所述空腔222的内径为4mm~6mm。可选地,空腔222的内径为4mm、5mm、6mm等。
在本实施例中,所述空腔222的内径与所述过孔223的内径相同,如此可确保油烟机主体300上的连接结构顺利穿过过孔223,并伸入空腔222内。也即凸柱221为空心柱体,如此可利用该空心柱体与油烟机主体300的连接相互装配,并通过螺丝锁紧,即可保证共振扬声器100不会产生剥离风险。
在一实施例中,如图2、图3和图4所示,所述支撑臂22的周缘凸设有加强筋224,所述加强筋224朝向所述扬声器主体1的一侧延伸。可以理解的,通过在支撑臂22上设置加强筋224,可有利于加强支撑臂22的结构。
在本实施例中,所述加强筋224与所述支撑臂22为一体成型结构,如此进一步提高支撑臂22和加强筋224之间的结构强度,且有利于简化加工工艺。
在一实施例中,所述加强筋224的厚度为1mm~2mm。可以理解的,加强筋224的厚度为加强筋224突出支撑臂22表面的高度,加强筋224的厚度可选为1mm、1.3mm、1.5mm、1.8mm、2mm等,在此不做限定。所述加强筋224的宽度为1mm~2mm。可以理解的,加强筋224的宽度为加强筋224在支撑臂22表面的投影宽度。加强筋224的宽度可选为1mm、1.3mm、1.5mm、1.8mm、2mm等,在此不做限定。
在一实施例中,为了进一步加强共振扬声器100的安装稳定性,如图3和图5所示,所述底座21远离所述扬声器主体1的一侧设有胶层211。
在一实施例中,胶层211为亚克力(VHB)胶,如此可利用底座21的胶层211与油烟机主体300的玻璃盖板粘附,进而提高连接稳定性。在本实施例中,为了保护胶层211的粘性,胶层211背向底座21的一侧设置有离型纸。使用时,将胶层211上附着的离型纸去除后,可以将该共振扬声器粘附在油烟机主体300的玻璃盖板上,然后将共振扬声器的支撑臂22与油烟机主体300固定连接。由此,提高了共振扬声器的安装稳定性。
本申请的共振扬声器100通过在共振头2的底座21设置多个支撑臂22,利用多个支撑臂22与底座21的配合结构,即可保证共振扬声器100与油烟机主体300的装配可靠性,杜绝剥离风险,并且此种装配方案适用于各种采用共振扬声器100的产品,具有广泛的应用前景。
如图6所示,本申请还提出一种吸油烟机500,包括上述油烟机主体300和上述的共振扬声器100,所述共振扬声器100固设于所述油烟机主体300上。该共振扬声器100的具体结构参照前述实施例,由于本吸油烟机500采用了前述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有前述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有效果,在此不再一一赘述。
为了提高共振扬声器100与玻璃盖板310的连接稳定性,以及方便装配共振扬声器100,如图6、图7和图8所示,在一实施例中,所述油烟机主体300包括玻璃盖板310和固定支架320,所述固定支架320设置在所述玻璃盖板310的一侧,且所述固定支架320设置有避位区域321,所述固定支架320上环绕所述避位区域321的边缘设置有多个连接柱322。其中,所述共振扬声器100的支撑臂22与所述连接柱322一一对应地固定连接,且所述底座21与所述避位区域321对应设置;所述底座21穿过所述避位区域321与所述玻璃盖板310连接。
在本实施例中,所述固定支架320对应所述共振扬声器100的底座21设有避位区域321,所述固定支架320环绕所述避位区域321设有多个连接柱322,所述共振扬声器100的每一支撑臂22与一所述连接柱322连接,以使所述底座21与所述避位区域321正对。
可以理解的,通过在玻璃盖板310设置固定支架320,利用固定支架320固定装配共振扬声器100,提高了装配便利性。在本实施例中,玻璃盖板310与固定支架320可采用一体成型结构,如此有效简化结构,提高结构强度。当然,在其他实施例中,玻璃盖板310与固定支架320也可采用分体结构设置,此时固定支架320通过胶黏等方式固定于玻璃盖板310上,在此不做限定。
在本实施例中,为了进一步提高共振扬声器100的安装稳定性,固定支架320对应共振头2的底座21设有避位区域321,如此可利用避位区域321避位底座21的胶层211,从而使得胶层211直接与玻璃盖板310直接实现固定连接。
通过在固定支架320上设置多个连接柱322,使得每一连接柱322与每一支撑臂22对应,且可穿设于凸柱221的空腔222内,如此不仅可以实现定位安装,同时可提高安装稳定性。
在本实施中,固定支架320上的多个连接柱322可选为螺丝柱。连接柱322穿设于凸柱221的空腔222内,此时为了便于装配,并提高装配效率,连接柱322的外壁与空腔222的内壁之间具有间隙,该间隙为0.1mm~0.3mm。可选地,连接柱322的外壁与空腔222的内壁之间的间隙为0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm等。
在本实施例中,连接柱322的高度小于凸柱221的高度。可选地,凸柱221的高度与连接柱322的高度之差为1mm~2mm。如此可方便在连接柱322内设置攻牙,方便螺钉攻入连接柱322中,并与凸柱221的端部抵接限位。
在本实施例中,共振扬声器100的装配过程为:先将共振头2底座21胶层211上的离型纸去除,将支撑臂22上的凸柱221与连接柱322对准,并使得连接柱322穿过过孔223伸入凸柱221的空腔222内,此时确保底座21的胶层211穿过避位区域321与玻璃盖板310粘贴附着,然后将螺钉攻入连接柱322中,并压紧凸柱221的端部,如此可完成共振扬声器100的装配。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种共振扬声器,其中,所述共振扬声器包括:
    共振头,所述共振头包括底座和多个支撑臂,所述支撑臂与所述底座的周缘相连;
    扬声器主体,所述扬声器主体设置在所述共振头上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述底座和多个所述支撑臂为一体成型结构。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的共振扬声器,其中,多个所述支撑臂和所述底座位于同一平面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的共振扬声器,其中,多个所述支撑臂等间距地设置在所述底座的周缘。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述共振头包括两个所述支撑臂,两个所述支撑臂对称设于所述底座的相对两侧,并朝向相互背离的方向延伸。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述底座呈圆形板状结构,并在所述底座的中心开孔。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述支撑臂呈方形或长条形的板状结构。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述支撑臂面向所述扬声器主体的一侧设有凸柱,所述凸柱设有空腔;
    所述支撑臂上对应所述凸柱的区域设有过孔,所述过孔连通所述空腔。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述凸柱的所述空腔是通孔或通槽结构。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述空腔的外径为7mm~10mm;
  11. 如权利要求8所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述空腔的内径与所述过孔的内径相同,所述空腔的内径为4mm~6mm;
  12. 如权利要求8所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述凸柱与所述支撑臂为一体成型结构。
  13. 如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述支撑臂的周缘凸设有加强筋,所述加强筋朝向所述扬声器主体的一侧延伸。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述加强筋的厚度为1mm~2mm;
  15. 如权利要求13所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述加强筋的宽度为1mm~2mm。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述加强筋与所述支撑臂为一体成型结构。
  17. 如权利要求1至16中任一项所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述底座远离所述扬声器主体的一侧设有胶层。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的共振扬声器,其中,所述胶层背向所述底座的一侧设置有离型纸。
  19. 一种电子设备,其中,包括:
    电子设备主体;
    如权利要求1至18中任一项所述的共振扬声器,所述共振扬声器固设于所述电子设备主体上。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备为吸油烟机,所述吸油烟机包括油烟机主体,所述油烟机主体包括:
    玻璃盖板;
    固定支架,所述固定支架设置在所述玻璃盖板的一侧,且所述固定支架设置有避位区域,所述固定支架上环绕所述避位区域的边缘设置有多个连接柱;
  21. 如权利要求20所述的电子设备,其中,所述共振扬声器的支撑臂与所述连接柱一一对应地固定连接,且所述共振扬声器的底座与所述避位区域对应设置;
    所述底座穿过所述避位区域与所述玻璃盖板连接。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的电子设备,其中,所述固定支架上的多个所述连接柱为螺丝柱。
  23. 如权利要求20所述的电子设备,其中,所述连接柱穿设于所述凸柱的所述空腔内。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的电子设备,其中,所述连接柱的外壁与所述空腔的内壁之间具有间隙。
  25. 如权利要求23所述的电子设备,其中,所述连接柱的外壁与所述空腔的内壁之间具有0.1mm~0.3mm的间隙。
