Description

一种扬声器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及扬声器材部件技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于扬声器。
背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,音频设备也不断快速发展,人们对音频设备的功能性要求越来越高,对于扬声器,主要包括振动发声的振动系统、驱动振动系统振动的磁路系统和用于收纳振动系统和磁路系统的盆架。磁路系统包括有提供磁场的磁钢和用于夹持磁钢的夹板结构,夹板结构分为上夹板和下夹板,上夹板和下夹板采用导磁材料制成,其中,上夹板设置在盆架内,且现有的上夹板一般为平直的板状,与下夹板相互独立,并保持一段距离。这种上夹板和下夹板相互远离且不导通的结构明显不能增加导磁效果,因而,相关扬声器产品的性能不高。
因此,有必要提供一种新的产品性能高的扬声器。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种性能高的扬声器。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架、以及收容于所述收容空间的振动系统和磁路系统;所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动振膜振动发声的音圈组件,所述振膜位于所述盆架上方;所述磁路系统包括下夹板、固定于所述下夹板上的主磁钢和副磁钢、以及固定于所述副磁钢上的上夹板,所述副磁钢与所述主磁钢间隔设置形成磁间隙,所述音圈组件插设于所述磁间隙中;所述上夹板包括与所述副磁钢固定连接的固定部、连接所述固定部的连接部、和自所述连接部朝靠近所述主磁钢方向延伸的延长臂以及自所述延长臂朝靠近所述下夹板方向弯折延伸的导磁增强臂,所述导磁增强臂与所述音圈组件间隔,且两者在垂直于振动方向上的投影部分重叠。
进一步,作为优选,所述导磁增强臂与所述下夹板接触。
进一步,作为优选,所述振动系统还包括柔性线路板,所述柔性线路板包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定部、与所述音圈组件远离所述振膜的一端连接的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的弹性部;所述柔性线路板位于所述延长臂下方,且所述导磁增强臂位于所述音圈组件和所述柔性线路板之间。
进一步,作为优选,所述导磁增强臂、所述音圈组件和所述柔性线路板在振动方向上的投影无重叠。
进一步,作为优选,所述连接部包括嵌设于所述盆架的第一弯折部,所述第一弯折部沿靠近所述下夹板方向延伸。

进一步,作为优选,所述主磁钢为矩形,包括位于长轴方向并与所述副磁钢相对的第一侧端和位于短轴方向的第二侧端;所述延长臂向所述第二侧端延伸。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过在上夹板设置向下夹板方向延伸的导磁加强臂,可以增加上夹板和下夹板之间的导磁性,提高整个磁路系统的性能,进而提高扬声器的性能。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
请参考图1到图6所示,一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架2、以及收容于所述收容空间的振动系统3和磁路系统;所述振动系统3包括振膜32和驱动振膜32振动发声的音圈组件31,所述振膜32位于所述盆架2上方,其边缘部与盆架2固定相连。
所述磁路系统包括下夹板12、固定于所述下夹板12上的主磁钢13和副磁钢14、固定于所述副磁钢14上的上夹板11、以及固定于主磁钢13上的导磁片15。所述副磁钢14与所述主磁钢13间隔设置形成磁间隙16,所述音圈组件31插设于所述磁间隙中,下夹板12和上夹板11均采用导磁材料制成。在本实施例中,主磁钢13为矩形,包括位于长轴方向的第一侧端131和位于短轴方向的第二侧端132,所述副磁钢14位于主磁钢13的长轴方向,并与所述第一侧端131平行相对以形成磁间隙16。
在本实施例中,上夹板11包括固定部111、连接固定部111的连接部112、自所述连接部112朝靠近所述主磁钢13方向延伸的延长臂113、以及自所述延长臂113朝靠近所述下夹板12方向弯折延伸的导磁增强臂114。固定部111固定于所述副磁钢14上方,用于导磁。连接部112将分别位于所述副磁钢14上方的固定部111相连,形成环状结构。延长臂113自所述连接部112朝靠近所述主磁钢13方向延伸。所述振动系统还包括柔性线路板33,所述柔性线路板33包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定部332、与所述音圈组件远离所述振膜的一端连接的第二固定部330以及连接所述第一固定部332和所述第二固定部330的弹性部331;所述柔性线路板33位于所述延长臂113的下方,且所述导磁增强臂114位于所述音圈组件31和所述柔性线路板33之间。所述导磁增强臂114、所述音圈组件31和所述柔性线路板33在振动方向上的投影无重叠。
具体的是,延长臂113朝主磁钢13的第二侧端132方向延伸,为位于所述上夹板下方的柔性线路板的振动让位。该导磁增强臂114自所述延长臂113朝靠近所述下夹板12方向延伸,如图3和图4所示,该导磁增强臂114与音圈组件31间隔,两者之间间隔一定距离,且,两者在垂直于振动方向上的投影部分重叠,增大了穿过所述音圈组件的磁感线数量,增强磁感应强度。进一步的,导磁增强臂114还延伸至下夹板12以与下夹板12接触,从而使上夹板11和下夹板12的导磁相通,增加主磁钢12在短轴方向的磁性。
本实用新型的基础方案中,磁路系统用于扬声器,并作为扬声器的磁场提供部分,具体由主磁钢13和副磁钢14提供磁场。为了稳固地设置主磁钢13和副磁钢14,通过设置上夹板11和下夹板12来夹持各磁钢,具体是上夹板11通过固定部111和下夹板12用来夹持固定各磁钢。由于需要将上夹板11和下夹板12设置成具有导磁功能,因此上夹板11和下夹板12要采用导磁材料制成。由于本实施例,在主磁钢13的短轴方向未设置副磁钢,其短轴方向的磁性较弱。在这个目的引导下,具体是在主磁钢13的短轴方向设置的导磁增强臂114来进行导磁,增加主磁钢13短轴方向的磁性。更优的是,导磁增强臂114被设置靠近至接触下夹板12。增加上夹板11和下夹板12整体的导磁性,进而增强整个磁路系统的性能,应用于扬声器其性能同样能提高。

优选的,所述延长臂113和所述导磁增强臂114之间的夹角为90°。 优选的,如图4所示,所述连接部112包括嵌设于所述盆架2的第一弯折部1121,所述第一弯折部1121沿靠近所述下夹板12方向延伸。
优选的,如图5所示,所述固定部111包括嵌设于所述盆架的第二弯折部1111,所述第二弯折部1111沿靠近所述振膜32方向延伸。

  1. 一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架、以及收容于所述收容空间的振动系统和磁路系统;所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动振膜振动发声的音圈组件,所述振膜位于所述盆架上方;所述磁路系统包括下夹板、固定于所述下夹板上的主磁钢和副磁钢、以及固定于所述副磁钢上的上夹板,所述副磁钢与所述主磁钢间隔设置形成磁间隙,所述音圈组件插设于所述磁间隙中;其特征在于:所述上夹板包括与所述副磁钢固定连接的固定部、连接所述固定部的连接部、自所述连接部朝靠近所述主磁钢方向延伸的延长臂以及自所述延长臂朝靠近所述下夹板方向弯折延伸的导磁增强臂,所述导磁增强臂与所述音圈组件间隔,且两者在垂直于振动方向上的投影部分重叠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述扬声器,其特征在于:所述导磁增强臂与所述下夹板接触。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述振动系统还包括柔性线路板,所述柔性线路板包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定部、与所述音圈组件远离所述振膜的一端连接的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的弹性部;所述柔性线路板位于所述延长臂下方,且所述导磁增强臂位于所述音圈组件和所述柔性线路板之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述导磁增强臂、所述音圈组件和所述柔性线路板在振动方向上的投影无重叠。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述扬声器,其特征在于:所述连接部包括嵌设于所述盆架的第一弯折部,所述第一弯折部沿靠近所述下夹板方向延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述扬声器,其特征在于:所述固定部包括嵌设于所述盆架的第二弯折部,所述第二弯折部沿靠近所述振膜方向延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述扬声器,其特征在于:所述导磁增强臂面向所述音圈组件的两侧端分别设有为音圈组件避让的缺口槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述缺口槽自所述导磁增强臂靠近所述延长臂的一端延伸至所述导磁增强臂靠近所述下夹板的另一端。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述扬声器,其特征在于:所述延长臂和所述导磁增强臂之间的夹角为90°。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述扬声器,其特征在于:所述主磁钢为矩形,包括位于长轴方向并与所述副磁钢相对的第一侧端和位于短轴方向的第二侧端;所述延长臂向所述第二侧端延伸。
