A mobility equipment relocation method according to the present invention comprises the steps wherein: a user terminal requests relocation of mobility equipment from a service server; the service server determines a relocation position for the mobility equipment and transmits the relocation position to the user terminal; the user terminal transmits an identification code of the mobility equipment to the service server; when the identification code of the mobility equipment is received, the service server transmits a relocation approval message to the user terminal and transmits an unlock command to the mobility equipment; the mobility equipment performs unlocking and determines whether the relocation of the mobility equipment is completed; when the mobility equipment determines that the relocation has been completed, the mobility equipment transmits its own position to the service server; and the service server transmits an incentive to the user terminal.
