使用时,香薰液倒入至盛液槽2内,为电路板供电,启动超声波雾化器8工作,利用超声波蒸发香薰液,香薰液为水和精油的混合液体,雾化的香薰液弥漫在中盖3内;与此同时,微型风扇9启动工作,外界空气通过进气孔20进入容纳腔6内,由微型风扇9鼓入至气流通道10内,再通过进气口11进入至中盖3内顶罩12的周侧,继而鼓入至中盖3内的空气,由顶罩12外进入至顶罩12内继而从出气管13排出,排出的空气携带走中盖3内弥漫的香薰液雾化气体,实现对周侧空气的净化清新;此外,将微型风扇9设置于电路板的一侧,利用空气的流动还能起到冷却电路板的作用。
如图2和图5所示,顶罩12内于出气管13的正下方可拆卸连接有挡片14,挡片14朝向盛液槽2的侧面设置为内凹曲面,超声波雾化器8设置于挡片14的正下方,超声波雾化器8工作时,会将香薰液激起,利用挡片14进行阻挡,避免激起的香薰液从出气管13逸出。顶罩12顶部贯穿开设有通孔15,出气管13远离盖体5的一端塞设于通孔15内,以此实现顶罩12与中盖3间的可拆卸连接。进气口11开设于出气管13周侧,出气管13一端贯穿进气口11塞设于通孔15内,顶罩12底部一体设置有多个顶柱18,多个顶柱18圆周阵列分布于出气管13周侧,顶柱18远离顶罩12的一端顶接中盖3内壁,避免顶罩12堵住进 气口11。顶罩12内于通孔15两侧均一体固定有插管16,挡片14远离盛液槽2的一侧一体固定有与插管16配合的塞柱17,以实现挡片14与顶罩12间的可拆卸连接。
如图2和图4所示,外盖4与中盖3之间设置有用于支撑起气流通道10的多个支撑片21,外盖4内壁一体固定有支撑片21,确保外盖4与中盖3之间形成顺畅的气流通道10。中盖3两侧外侧壁上一体固定有卡块22,外盖4内壁一体固定有与卡块22配合的凸块23,采用卡接的方式将中盖3固定安装于外盖4内。
如图2和图3所示,电路组件7电连接有USB端头供电线24,底座1底部开设有用于绕设收纳USB端头供电线24的环槽25,底座1中部开设有便于通过塞设方式收纳USB端头的沉槽26,沉槽26与环槽25相连通。使用时,将USB端头供电线24周线绕设于环槽25内,最后将USB端头塞入至沉槽26,以实现USB端头供电线24的彻底收纳,其中进气孔20设置于沉槽26的底部。
综上所述:
本实施例通过增设顶罩12,增加气流在中盖3内流动的路径,从而增加排出空气中所携带的香薰液雾化气体,大大提高雾化香薰气体扩散传播速度;通过将进气口11设置于中盖3上端,当香薰机倾倒后,尽可能地避免香薰溶液进入至中盖3与外盖4之间,确保香薰机的使用寿命;通过设置环槽25和沉槽26,便于将USB端头供电线24完全收纳于底座1底部。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种香薰机,包括底座(1)、设置于所述底座(1)上的盛液槽(2)、设置于所述盛液槽(2)上的中盖(3)、罩设于所述中盖(3)外的外盖(4)以及设置于所述外盖(4)上端的盖体(5),其特征在于,所述底座(1)内开设有容纳腔(6),所述容纳腔(6)内设置有电路组件(7)、超声波雾化器(8)和微型风扇(9);
    所述外盖(4)与所述中盖(3)之间设置有与所述容纳腔(6)连通的气流通道(10),所述中盖(3)上端开设进气口(11),所述中盖(3)内设置有顶罩(12),所述顶罩(12)的开口朝向所述盛液槽(2)设置,所述进气口(11)设置于所述顶罩(12)外侧,所述盖体(5)上设置有出气管(13),所述出气管(13)与所述顶罩(12)内连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种香薰机,其特征在于,所述顶罩(12)内于所述出气管(13)的正下方可拆卸连接有挡片(14),所述超声波雾化器(8)设置于所述挡片(14)的正下方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种香薰机,其特征在于,所述顶罩(12)顶部贯穿开设有通孔(15),所述出气管(13)远离所述盖体(5)的一端塞设于所述通孔(15)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种香薰机,其特征在于,所述顶罩(12)内于所述通孔(15)两侧均一体设置有插管(16),所述挡片(14)一侧一体固定有与所述插管(16)配合的塞柱(17)。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种香薰机,其特征在于,所述进气口(11)开设于所述出气管(13)周侧,所述顶罩(12)底部一体设置有多个顶柱(18),所述顶柱(18)远离所述顶罩(12)的一端顶接所述中盖(3)内壁。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种香薰机,其特征在于,所述底座(1)上开设有用于连通所述容纳腔(6)和所述气流通道(10)的输气孔(19),所述容纳腔(6)内于所述输气孔(19)处设置有所述微型风扇(9),所述底座(1)底部开设有与所述容纳腔(6)连通的进气孔(20)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种香薰机,其特征在于,所述外盖(4)与所述中盖(3)之间设置有用于支撑起所述气流通道(10)的多个支撑片(21)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种香薰机,其特征在于,所述中盖(3)两侧外侧壁上一体固定有卡块(22),所述外盖(4)内壁一体固定有与所述卡块(22)配合的凸块(23)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种香薰机,其特征在于,所述电路组件(7)电连接有USB端头供电线(24),所述底座(1)底部开设有用于绕设收纳所述USB端头供电线(24)的环槽(25),所述底座(1)中部开设有便于通过塞设方式收纳USB端头的沉槽(26)。
