本领域技术人员应理解,基础溶剂可以根据具体需求选择本领域任何已知的溶剂,例如,去离子水、丙二醇、丙三醇,而不受其限制。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液还进一步包含凉味剂。
凉味剂为添加剂,其为能够使产品在使用时让使用者产生清凉效果的感受且刺激性不强的化学物。在一些实施例中,所述凉味剂包括选自由薄荷脑、薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、乳酸l-薄荷酯、WS-23(N,2,3-三甲基-2-异丙基丁酰胺)、WS-3(N-乙基-对薄荷基-3-甲酰胺)、WS-5(N-(乙氧羰基甲基)-对烷-3-甲酰胺)、WS-12(N-(4-甲氧基苯基)-对薄荷基-7-羧酰胺)、新薄荷醇、异胡薄荷醇、乙酸薄荷酯、乙酸异胡薄荷酯、异戊酸薄荷酯、胡薄荷酮及其组合所组成的群组。
在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,所述凉味剂在电子烟液中的重量大致为约0.1%至约10%,例如,大致为约0.1%、约0.2%、约0.3%、约0.5%、约1.0%、约1.5%、约2.0%、约2.5%、约5%、约7.5%、约10%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述凉味剂在电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约3%至约7%,以提高所述电子烟液所生成的用于使用者吸入的气雾的口感。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液还包括尼古丁。在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,所述尼古丁在电子烟液中的重量大致为约0%至约5%,例如,大致为约0%、约0.1%、约0.5%、约1.0%、约1.5%、约2.0%、约2.5%、约3%、约3.5%、约4%、约4.5%、约5%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述尼古丁在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.5%至约5.0%。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液还包括尼古丁盐。在一些实施例中,所述尼古丁盐为尼古丁与苯甲酸反应的产物。在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,所述尼古丁盐在电子烟液中的重量百分比大致为约0%至约10%,例如大致为约0%、约0.1%、约0.2%、约0.5%、约1.0%、约1.5%、约2.0%、约2.5%、约5%、约7.5%、约10%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述尼古丁盐在所述电子烟液中的重量百分比以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.5%至约9.0%。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液进一步包括香精,其中所述香精包括柠檬酸三乙酯、乙基麦芽酚、乙酸戊酯、γ-癸内酯、芳樟醇、苯甲醛、γ-松油烯、肉桂酸甲酯、2-甲基丁酸乙酯、苯甲醇、乙酸、β-蒎烯、正己醇、乙酸己酯、麦芽酚、异戊酸乙酯、乙酸叶醇酯、香兰素、β-突厥酮、α-紫罗兰酮、α-戊基肉桂醛、柠檬醛、丙酸乙酯、2-己烯-1-醇、正戊酸乙酯、α-蒎烯、α-水芹烯、月桂烯、覆盆子酮或其任意组合;或者所述香精由这些物质组成。
在一些实施例中,所述香精在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.1%至约10%,例如,大致为约0.1%、约0.2%、约0.5%、约1.0%、约1.5%、约2.0%、约2.5%、约5%、约7.5%、约10%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围,以增添所述电子烟液的风味及优化其所生成的气雾的口感。在一些实施例中,所述香精在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约1%至约5%。
根据本申请一些实施例,本申请提供电子烟液的制备方法,其包含以下步骤:将风味组合物中的各成份按实施例提供的范围中的特定比例混合,随后加入香精、尼古丁及凉味剂,然后加入至基础烟液中,使其均匀混合以获得电子烟液。
根据本申请的另一个方面,本申请提供一种雾化装置,其包含上述任一实施例所述的电子烟液。所述电子烟液可通过所述雾化装置雾化生成供使用者吸入的气雾。
在一些实施例中,所述雾化装置包括电子烟、超声雾化器或网式雾化器。
实施例
为便于更好地理解本申请,通过以下实例加以说明。这些实例属于本申请的保护范围,但不限制本申请的保护范围。
实施例1
基础烟液的制备:
将丙二醇和丙三醇按以下重量比(40.5∶55)调配后混合均匀,以获得基础烟液。
香精的制备:
按照下表1中的重量比例配置,混合以获得香精。
电子烟液的制备:
将d-苧烯、丁酸乙酯、叶醇、己酸乙酯、β-紫罗兰酮及桃醛按以下重量比(50∶20∶ 20∶4∶3∶3)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将0.5克的风味组合物、3克的WS-23和1克的香精混合后加入95.5克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例2
基础烟液的制备:
将丙二醇和丙三醇按以下重量比(40∶52)调配后混合均匀,以获得基础烟液。
香精的制备:
按照下表1中的重量比例配置,混合以获得香精。
电子烟液的制备:
将d-苧烯、丁酸乙酯、叶醇、己酸乙酯、β-紫罗兰酮及桃醛按以下重量比(50∶20∶20∶4∶3∶3)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将1克的风味组合物、1克的尼古丁、4克的薄荷脑和2克的香精混合后加入92克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例3
基础烟液的制备:
将丙二醇和丙三醇按以下重量比(37.5∶50)调配后混合均匀,以获得基础烟液。
香精的制备:
按照下表1中的重量比例配置,混合以获得香精。
电子烟液的制备:
将d-苧烯、丁酸乙酯、叶醇、己酸乙酯、β-紫罗兰酮及桃醛按以下重量比(53∶22∶16∶5∶2∶2)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将1.5克的风味组合物、2克的尼古丁、1克的苯甲酸、2克的薄荷脑、3克的WS-23和3克的香精混合后加入87.5克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例4
基础烟液的制备:
将丙二醇和丙三醇按以下重量比(35∶48)调配后混合均匀,以获得基础烟液。
香精的制备:
按照下表1中的重量比例配置,混合以获得香精。
电子烟液的制备:
将d-苧烯、丁酸乙酯、叶醇、己酸乙酯、β-紫罗兰酮及桃醛按以下重量比(53∶22∶16∶5∶2∶2)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将2克的风味组合物、3克的尼古丁、2克的苯甲酸、3克的薄荷脑、3克的WS-3和4克的香精混合后加入83克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例5
基础烟液的制备:
将丙二醇和丙三醇按以下重量比(31∶45)调配后混合均匀,以获得基础烟液。
香精的制备:
按照下表1中的重量比例配置,混合以获得香精。
电子烟液的制备:
将d-苧烯、丁酸乙酯、叶醇、己酸乙酯、β-紫罗兰酮及桃醛按以下重量比(55∶25∶10∶5∶2∶3)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将3克的风味组合物、5克的尼古丁、4克的苯甲酸、3克的薄荷脑、4克的WS-23和5克的香精混合后加入76克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例6
基础烟液的制备:
将丙二醇和丙三醇按以下重量比(34∶40)调配后混合均匀,以获得基础烟液。
香精的制备:
按照下表1中的重量比例配置,混合以获得香精。
电子烟液的制备:
将d-苧烯、丁酸乙酯、叶醇、己酸乙酯、β-紫罗兰酮及桃醛按以下重量比(55∶25∶10∶5∶2∶3)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将5克的风味组合物、3克的尼古丁、4克的苯甲酸、4克的薄荷脑、4克的WS-23和6克的香精混合后加入74克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例7
基础烟液的制备:
将丙二醇和丙三醇按以下重量比(43.4∶48)调配后混合均匀,以获得基础烟液。
香精的制备:
按照下表1中的重量比例配置,混合以获得香精。
电子烟液的制备:
将d-苧烯、丁酸乙酯、叶醇、己酸乙酯、β-紫罗兰酮及桃醛按以下重量比(55∶25∶10∶5∶2∶3)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将0.1克的风味组合物、3克的尼古丁、3克的苯甲酸、1克的薄荷脑、1克的WS-23和0.5克的香精混合后加入91.4克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
上述实施例中香精的组成如下表1所示。

口感评分测试方式2;
统计方法:随机选取1000使用者通过电子烟对上述实施例1-7的电子烟液进行使用测试,待使用测试后对其口味及口感进行评价,其中评价标准以总分10分计,口味越佳或口感越好则分数越高。
实施例1-7的电子烟液经过口感评分测试的测试结果如下表4所示。

由表2-4中数据可知,本申请实施例1-7的电子烟液经雾化后能产生具有果味水风味的供使用者吸入的气雾,其不论在口感或是口味的表现上都能有效地提升客户的满意度。
通过本申请上述实施例应可了解,本申请提供了一种电子烟液,通过该电子烟液中包含的风味组合物,能够让使用者产生果味水的风味,且不产生焦油与悬浮微粒等有害物质。同时,该电子烟液在使用者抽吸时能够形成气味均匀且浓郁的气雾,而该气雾口感柔顺且不具有残留感,从而提升使用者体验。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种风味组合物,其包含以下重量份的物质:40至70份的d-苧烯、10至30份的丁酸乙酯、8至25份的叶醇、1至15份的己酸乙酯、0.1至10份的β-紫罗兰酮及0.1至10份的桃醛。
  2. 一种电子烟液,其包含权利要求1所述的风味组合物。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟液,其中所述风味组合物在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.1%至5%。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟液,其进一步包含丙二醇和丙三醇,且所述丙二醇在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为15%至60%,所述丙三醇在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为30%至70%。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟液,其进一步包括尼古丁,且所述尼古丁在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0%至5%。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟液,其进一步包含尼古丁盐,且所述尼古丁盐在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0%至10%。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟液,其进一步包括凉味剂,其中所述凉味剂选自由薄荷脑、薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、乳酸l-薄荷酯、WS-23(N,2,3-三甲基-2-异丙基丁酰胺)、WS-3(N-乙基-对薄荷基-3-甲酰胺)、WS-5(N-(乙氧羰基甲基)-对烷-3-甲酰胺)、WS-12(N-(4-甲氧基苯基)-对薄荷基-7-羧酰胺)、新薄荷醇、异胡薄荷醇、乙酸薄荷酯、乙酸异胡薄荷酯、异戊酸薄荷酯、胡薄荷酮及其组合所组成的群组。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟液,其中所述凉味剂在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.1%至10%。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟液,其进一步包括香精,其中所述香精包括柠檬酸三乙酯、乙基麦芽酚、乙酸戊酯、γ-癸内酯、芳樟醇、苯甲醛、γ-松油烯、肉桂酸甲酯、2-甲基丁酸乙酯、苯甲醇、乙酸、β-蒎烯、正己醇、乙酸己酯、麦芽酚、异戊酸乙酯、乙酸叶醇酯、香兰素、β-突厥酮、α-紫罗兰酮、α-戊基肉桂醛、柠檬醛、丙酸乙酯、2-己烯-1-醇、正戊酸乙酯、α-蒎烯、α-水芹烯、月桂烯、覆盆子酮或其任意组合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟液,其中所述香精在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.1%至10%。
  11. 一种雾化装置,其包含权利要求1所述的风味组合物或权利要求2至10中任一权利要求所述的电子烟液。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化装置,其中所述雾化装置包括电子烟、超声雾化器或网式雾化器。
